本発明は、上記のようなデザイン仕様を満足させると共に上述した従来技術による問題点を克服する筆記具のクリップの固定構造を提案するものである。
図1に示す実施例の軸体2は、ボールペン等筆記具の筆記先端部を被覆して取り付けられるキャップの形態を示しているが、本発明の意図する軸体はボールペンやサインペンなどの一般的な筆記具に使用される軸筒やキャップである。

前記クリップの基部には、上面に対し両側に垂直な側面が設けられ、上面の後端から前方に向かって切欠部が設けられて、更に基部側面の内側に一対の対向する下部折曲げ部が設けられており、一方、軸体の取付け部には、上方に横断面形状が略T字状を呈して天井部と上部心壁が形成され、その上部心壁の両側に溝が形成されて、更に下方に横断面形状が略T字状を呈して中間部と下部心壁が形成され、その下部心壁の両側にやはり溝が形成されており、前記クリップ上面の切欠部とその周縁が取付け部の上部心壁と溝に係合され、更にクリップ基部の下部折曲げ部が取付け部の下部心壁と溝に係合された状態で固定されてなる筆記具のクリップの固定構造。
