TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is washed by spraying the train floor to the solid-phase CO 2 (carbon dioxide) to be cleaned, the CO 2 after washing relate CO 2 blast train floor cleaning system for recovering.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a washing apparatus for a train, there is an apparatus for injecting high-pressure water using an articulated robot as described in JP-A-7-117635. There is a problem of causing product accidents due to remaining water, and a dry cleaning method that does not use water has been demanded.
[0003]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Order to prevent global warming caused by CO 2 concentration increases in the atmosphere, the device is becoming difficult to be accepted by society with the release of the large amount of CO 2 in the atmosphere. In the above-described cleaning method using CO 2 blast, dry ice particles are sprayed on a plate-like cleaning target in a closed chamber, and CO 2 can be easily recovered because it is executed in a closed chamber.
[0006]
However, accommodating the entire train in a closed space is too costly for washing the train, so it is desirable to be able to wash in an open space in order to wash without disassembling the train. If you try to CO 2 blasting the train from the nozzle in the open space, train floor is complex and intermittent surface, it can not identify whether reflected or pass through.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to efficiently collect CO 2 released from the spray nozzle into the atmosphere while spraying and cleaning CO 2 under a train floor in an open space without disassembling the entire train. It is an object of the present invention to provide a CO 2 blasting train underfloor cleaning system that can be used.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The feature of the present invention that solves the above problem is that in which a fluid is sprayed onto a train to perform cleaning and recover the fluid after cleaning, the fluid includes solid phase CO 2 , and a spray nozzle and a recovery nozzle are used. There is at least one pair of combined nozzle sets, and the spray nozzles and the collection nozzles in the left and right nozzle sets are installed so as to face each other across the train.
[0009]
The CO 2 sprayed and reflected from the train can be collected by the collection nozzle of the own set, and the non-reflected CO 2 can be collected by the collection nozzle of the other set. Complex since intermittent cleaning is a be effectively CO 2 train underfloor structure can be recovered, the cleaning operation can be performed in open space.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a view showing an embodiment of a CO 2 blast train underfloor cleaning system of the present invention.
[0011]
In FIG. 1, 1 is a train to be washed, 2 is a dry ice pellet for washing a train, 3 is a dry ice crusher (crusher), 4 is an atmosphere, 5 is a filter, 6 is a compressor, and 7 is a drain trap. , 8 is a CO 2 spray recovery device, 10 is a filter, 11 is a compressor, 12 is a refrigerator, 13 is a CO 2 tank, 14 is a dry ice pelletizer, and 18 is nitrogen or oxygen accumulated in the CO 2 tank 13. It is an air component other than CO 2 .
[0012]
When the train 1 travels at a slow constant speed and passes through a pit provided with a CO 2 spray recovery device 8, the train floor is cleaned.
[0013]
The dry ice pellets 2 introduced into the crusher 3 are crushed, and the electric train 4 is removed from the spray nozzle 8a in the CO 2 spray and recovery device 8 by the atmosphere 4 from which moisture is removed from the compressor 6 through the filter 5 and condensed by the drain trap 7. Spray under the floor to wash under the floor. After the cleaning, the gaseous mixture of CO 2 and air and the contaminants are collected by the suction nozzle 8 b of the CO 2 spray recovery device 8, the contaminants are removed by the filter 10, and the pressure is increased by the compressor 11. The liquid CO 2 is liquefied and cooled at 12, and the liquid CO 2 and the air not liquefied are stored in a CO 2 tank 13. The liquid CO 2 taken out from the CO 2 tank 13 is processed into dry ice pellets 2 by compressing snow generated by adiabatic expansion in the pelletizer 14 and reused. The air components (nitrogen and oxygen) 18 stored in the liquid CO 2 tank 13 are released by occasionally opening the valve at the upper end.
[0014]
Next, the spray nozzle 8a and the suction nozzle 8b in the spray recovery device 8 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the spray nozzle 8a and the suction nozzle 8b in the spray recovery device 8 are combined to form a nozzle set 8A, and as shown in FIG. 3, the pair of nozzle sets 8A is the spray nozzle 8a in each nozzle set. And the collection nozzle 8b of the other party are set so as to face each other, and the train 1 is installed so as to pass between the nozzle sets 8A.
[0016]
Therefore, when the train 1 does not exist between the spray nozzle 8a in each nozzle set and the collecting nozzle 8b of the other party, as shown in FIG. 3, the crushed product of the dry ice pellet 2 ejected from the spray nozzle 8a in one nozzle set. Is sucked and collected by the collecting nozzle 8b of the other party. In addition, when the train 1 exists between the spray nozzle 8a in each nozzle group and the recovery nozzle 8b of the other party, as shown in FIG. 4, the crushed dry ice pellets 2 ejected from the spray nozzle 8a in each nozzle group are: The train 1 is washed and reflected, and is sucked and collected by the collection nozzle 8b of its own set. Therefore, CO 2 can be efficiently recovered even in an open space.
[0017]
Under the train, the nozzle sets cannot be arranged facing each other, but the crushed dry ice pellets 2 ejected from the spray nozzles 8a under the floor except under the connection between the vehicles are reflected under the floor and sucked by the collection nozzles 8b of the own set. Therefore, a plurality of nozzle sets 8A facing in the same direction are arranged.
[0018]
5 and 6 show a modification of the nozzle set. The nozzle set 8B of FIG. 5 has the collecting nozzles 8b arranged on both sides of the spray nozzle 8a, and the nozzle set 8C of FIG. 6 has the collecting nozzle 8b surrounding the spray nozzle 8a. The arrangement is such that the collection of CO 2 is improved more than the nozzle set 8A.
[0019]
2 to 5, the spray nozzle 8a and the collection nozzle 8b are arranged vertically, but may be arranged horizontally. When arranged horizontally, the vaporized CO 2 tends to flow in the moving direction due to the movement of the surrounding air accompanying the movement of the train 1, so that the recovery nozzle 8b flows in the moving direction of the train 1 more in the moving direction of the train than in the spray nozzle 8a. If it is arranged on the downstream side, the collection efficiency will be improved.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, when a plurality of nozzle sets are arranged in the train moving direction, a plurality of the nozzle sets are arranged horizontally in the train moving direction, and a plurality of the nozzle sets are arranged horizontally in the same direction toward the bottom of the floor. By arranging the nozzle openings vertically and horizontally so that the nozzle openings are in a checkered pattern by shifting each time, not only the portion to be washed and left is reduced, but also the CO 2 recovery efficiency is improved.
[0021]
FIG. 9 shows a state in which the train 1 is shifted at an appropriate position and cut, and the spray nozzle 8a and the collection nozzle 8b are arranged horizontally, and a nozzle set that can be moved by a flexible pipe is moved as the train 1 advances. The cleaning fluid containing the solid phase CO 2 can be moved from the spray nozzle near the cleaning site by moving the train with a component perpendicular to the traveling direction of the train 1 at high speed by driving a linear motor or the like in accordance with the shape. The cleaning efficiency is improved by spraying the train 1 on the train 1 before the temperature is reduced, and the recovery efficiency is improved by recovering CO 2 before the CO 2 is diffused into the atmosphere.
[0022]
The train 1 is detected by a position detection sensor or a distance sensor (not shown), and the nozzle sets are individually contacted with the train 1 so that the nozzle sets do not contact the train 1 according to the type, organization, and moving speed of the train 1. Try to get closer or farther away.
[0023]
FIG. 10 shows an example of a configuration in which a CO 2 purification system is inserted between the filter 10 and the compressor 11 in FIG. 1 to reduce CO 2 discharged together with the released air.
[0024]
In this embodiment, a gaseous mixture of CO 2 and air and contaminants vaporized after cleaning are sucked by a blower 15, and a cycle of pressure increase, adsorption, and desorption is repeated by a pressure adsorption swing (PSA) separation / recovery device 16 and a vacuum pump 17. Thus, the air component (nitrogen, oxygen) 18 is separated, the purity of CO 2 is increased, and the air stored in the liquid CO 2 tank 13 is reduced. Instead of the pressure adsorption swing method (PSA) separation / collection device 16, other appropriate separation / collection means such as a pressure temperature adsorption swing method (PTSA) separation / collection device can be used.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, can be recovered when performing cleaning by blowing a CO 2 on the train floor in the atmosphere, the CO 2 emitted into the atmosphere from the spray nozzles efficiently.
