TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an airtight structure of a building such as a house, and more particularly, to an airtight structure of a joint between an outer peripheral column and a floor substrate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, houses have been required to be airtight in order to improve the comfort of the houses by systematic ventilation and to save energy by improving the heat insulation. Generally, an airtight house is one with an equivalent gap area of 5 square centimeters or less per square meter of floor space, which indicates airtight performance. To achieve this, an airtight construction method is used to enclose the entire interior space of the house with an airtight surface. Is done.
[0003]
One of the places where airtight work is performed to secure the airtightness of a house is a joint between a floor base and a pillar. In the connecting portion, since the floor base and the pillar interfere with each other, the floor base is often cut out to accommodate the pillar, and airtightness is secured by sealing the gap between the floor base and the pillar. . FIG. 11 is a schematic perspective view showing an example of a conventional airtight structure in a joint portion between a floor substrate and a pillar. As shown in the figure, the airtight structure 70 stands on a floor substrate 71 in directions perpendicular to each other. An airtight sheet corner 74 and a band-shaped airtight tape 75 are disposed at the corner formed by the provided heat insulating inner wall frame 72 and the auxiliary pillar 73. (See Patent Document 1)
[0004]
FIG. 12 is a plan view showing the configuration of the hermetic sheet corner 74. The hermetic sheet corner 74 is formed by cutting out a corner of a square bottom 76 that is in close contact with the floor substrate 71 along the shape of the supporting column 73. It has a shape in which a rising portion 78 is provided on the periphery of the notch 77 so as to be in close contact with the auxiliary pillar 73. Further, a double-sided tape (not shown) is attached to the back side surface of the bottom portion 76 of the airtight sheet corner 74 and the side surface of the notch 77 in the rising portion 78.
[0005]
In the present airtight structure 70, first, the bottom 76 of the airtight sheet corner 74 is brought into close contact with the floor substrate 71, and the rising portion 78 is brought into close contact with the pillar 73, and the airtight sheet corner 74 is brought into contact with the floor substrate 71 using the double-sided tape. To the connecting portion of the supporting column 73. Next, the hermetic tape 75 is bent into an L-shape along the connecting portion between the floor base 71 and the heat-insulating inner wall frame 72 and attached. At this time, the end of the airtight tape 75 is overlapped with the airtight sheet corner 74. Thereby, in the corner, the gap generated at the connecting portion between the floor base 71 and the auxiliary pillar 73 is sealed, and it is possible to secure airtightness.
[0006]
By the way, in the construction of a wooden building such as a house, in order to prevent the building from being deformed due to a horizontal force applied by an earthquake or the like, a corner at which a body difference or a floor beam intersects in a floor set. It is common that the section is provided with a striking beam in an oblique direction. However, in recent years, in order to rationalize and save labor on-site work, using a structural plywood or the like having sufficient strength as a floor base, and securing the strength in the horizontal direction by striking the structural plywood or the like on a floor set. Therefore, a method of omitting the fire struts is often used.
[0007]
In this case, it is necessary to extend the floor base to the height difference or the upper part of the floor beam in order to strike the floor base against the floor set. FIG. 13 is a view showing the floor base 71 extended to the upper part of the floor beam 79 or the body gap 80. As shown in the figure, the connecting portions A and B between the floor base 71 and the outer peripheral columns 81 of the building are shown. , C, the floor substrate 71 is provided with a cutout 82 adapted to the shape of the peripheral column 81 in order to prevent the floor substrate 71 from interfering with the outer peripheral column 81.
[0008]
In the joints A, B, and C, it is necessary to seal the gap between the notch 82 of the floor substrate 71 and the outer peripheral column 81 to ensure airtightness. FIG. 14 is a schematic perspective view showing the application of the hermetic structure 70 to the joint A. In this case, first, an airtight sheet corner 85 having a bottom surface 83 that is in close contact with the floor base 71 and a rising surface 84 that is in close contact with the outer peripheral column 81 is attached while sealing the connection between the floor substrate 71 and the outer peripheral column 81. Next, the hermetic tape 75 is attached along the connecting portion between the floor base 71 and the outer peripheral column 81 and along the connecting portion between the outer peripheral column 81 and the body difference 80, and the end of the hermetic tape 75 is overlapped on the hermetic sheet corner 85. . At this time, since the floor base 71 has been extended to the upper part of the body gap 80, as shown in FIG. Since only the step 86 is formed, it is necessary to attach the airtight tape 75 along the step 86. Therefore, the airtight tape 75 is attached by bending the airtight tape 75 in a complicated manner or making a cut in accordance with the shape of the step 86.
[0009]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the hermetic structure 70 is applied to the joints A, B, and C between the floor substrate 71 and the outer peripheral columns 81, the hermetic tape 75 needs to be adhered along the step 86, so that the hermetic tape 75 is used. Pinholes are liable to be generated even when they are bent and cut in a complicated manner, and there is a problem that airtightness in the joints A, B and C cannot be completely secured. Further, at the work site, complicated processing of the airtight tape 75 in accordance with the shape of each of the joints A, B, and C has a problem that it takes time and effort.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and in the case of constructing a house or the like, when the floor foundation is extended to the upper part of the floor beam or the body difference, the joint part between the floor foundation and the outer peripheral column is provided. It is an object of the present invention to provide means capable of completely and easily ensuring the airtightness of a vehicle.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, an outer peripheral column is erected on a floor beam or a trunk, and the floor foundation is arranged so that the outer peripheral column is accommodated in a cutout formed at an edge of the floor pillar or the upper part of the floor beam or the trunk. An airtight structure in a joint portion between the floor base and the outer peripheral pillar that is stretched, and a bottom formed with a cutout portion that fits with the indoor side of the outer peripheral column, and an erect structure that stands from the cutout peripheral edge of the bottom portion. A first hermetic member having an upright portion, the bottom portion being disposed in close contact with the upper surface of the cutout peripheral edge of the floor substrate, and the upright portion being disposed in close contact with the side surface of the outer peripheral column; Are provided in two steps in the thickness direction of the floor base so as to be flush with each other, a step connecting the upper and lower steps, and rising from one end of the upper and lower steps. A second airtight member having a raised portion, wherein the upper portion is a cutout portion of the floor substrate. The lower portion is in close contact with the upper surface of the edge, the lower portion is in close contact with the upper surface of the floor beam or the trunk, the step is in close contact with the side surface of the floor base, and the upright portion is in close contact with the side surface of the outer peripheral column. In this way, a pair is arranged so as to overlap with both end portions of the first airtight member.
[0013]
Thereby, the gap between the floor base and the outer peripheral pillar is sealed by the first airtight member, and the gap between the upper surface and the side surface of the floor base and the outer peripheral pillar is sealed by the second airtight member. The airtightness in the connection part can be secured.
