本発明は、容器本体と蓋体とからなる紙製容器、特に流通段階で不正開蓋による改ざんを防止した改ざん防止機能を備えた蓋体を有する紙製容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば小ブロック毎に包装した扇形チーズピース等を収納包装する浅底円筒状の紙製容器は、浅底の円筒状容器本体とそれに外嵌合するスカート壁を有する蓋体からなり、円筒状容器本体の胴部に蓋体のスカート壁を嵌合して被せるだけで充填されている内容物を包装するものであり、蓋体の開蓋を阻止するための容器本体との係止手段（封止手段）は有していない。そのため、流通段階で自由に開蓋できないようにするために、蓋体と容器本体を複数の接着テープで固定しているのが実情である。しかしながら、接着テープは剥して再度接着させることが可能な場合もあり、改ざん防止機能としては不充分である。

また、カップ状の紙製容器等の場合、従来、蓋体のスカート壁の端部に内側に屈曲して係止部を形成し、該蓋体を容器本体に嵌合することにより、容器本体の開口端部に形成されたフランジ又はカール部に前記係止部が係止することによって、蓋体を破損させない限り開蓋できないように蓋体と容器を係止させている（例えば、特開平４−２３９４４１号公報、実開昭５６−１２２０７号公報）。しかしながら、その場合、容器本体のフランジ又はカール部を蓋体の係止部が弾性変形により乗り越えてその下方に係合させるので強係止が得にくく、改ざん防止機能としては未だ満足するものではなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記問題点を解決するために、本発明者らは、蓋体のスカート壁が胴部壁嵌合部と該胴部壁嵌合部の下端部に形成された後加工係止壁とからなり、容器本体が浅底容器の場合、前記後加工壁を後加工により内巻状にカール加工して容器本体の底壁の外周平坦部に係止させることにより、容器本体と蓋体が強固に係止して一体化され、改ざん防止バンドを破断しない限り開蓋することはできない紙製容器を先に提案した（特願２００２−１４３０７８号）。
本発明は、先に提案した上記発明をさらに改良したものであり、前記提案した発明が容器本体の底壁の平坦部に蓋体のカール部を係止させるものであったが、容器本体の底部外周部にカール部や環状凸溝等があって必ずしも平坦部でなくても蓋体を強固に係止して一体化でき、それにより通常の２ピースからなる容器本体にも適用でき、改ざん防止機能に優れ、且つデザイン的にも優れた形態を採用できる紙製容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する本発明の紙製容器は、胴壁と底壁を有する容器本体と、該容器本体に外嵌合するスカート壁と天壁を有する蓋体とからなる紙製容器であって、前記蓋体のスカート壁は、胴部壁嵌合部と該胴部壁嵌合部の下端部に形成された後加工係止壁とからなり、該後加工係止壁が、前記蓋体のスカート壁を内容物充填済みの容器本体の胴壁に外嵌合して後加工により容器本体の底部外周部に係止する係止部となっていることを特徴とするものである。前記紙製容器は、浅底容器、深底容器、胴部形状が筒状、カップ状、そして断面形状が円筒状、あるいは楕円状、四角状等、その形状は特に限定されない。

前記容器本体は、下端が内側にカールして底壁受け部を形成してなる筒状の胴部壁と、前記底壁受け部に支持された底壁の２ピースからなり、前記係止部が前記カール状の底壁受け部の下面に係止してなるように構成することができる。また、他の態様として前記容器本体は、下端が内側にカールして底壁受け部を形成してなる筒状の胴部壁と、前記底壁受け部に支持された底壁の２ピースからなり、前記係止部が前記カール状の前記底壁受け部の容器半径方向内側面と底壁下面とに係合するように係止してなるように構成してもよい。さらに、前記容器本体は、下端が内側にカールして底壁受け部を形成してなる筒状の胴部壁と、前記底壁受け部に支持された底壁の２ピースからなり、前記底壁受け部を平坦に潰して内側に直角に屈曲させ、その平坦上面で底壁を支持すると共に、平坦下面に前記蓋体の係止部を係止させてなるように構成することもできる。さらにまた、前記容器本体は、一枚のブランクを絞り成形により形成された１ピースからなり、その底部外周部に環状脚部を有し、前記底壁受け部が、前記環状脚部を超えてカール部が底壁平坦部及び環状脚部の内側傾斜壁部に係止してなるように構成することもできる。そして、前記スカート壁の胴部壁嵌合部の下方部に、前記後加工係止壁を含む改ざん防止バンド部を、周方向に形成した弱化線により区画形成することが望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図１及び図２に示す実施形態により詳細に説明する。
図１は、内容物を充填して密封した状態での本発明の実施形態に係る紙製容器１を示している。本実施形態の紙製容器の特徴は、浅底容器であり、容器本体に扇形チーズピース等の内容物を充填後に、蓋体のスカート壁下端部を容器本体の底壁外面にカール加工して係止させ容易に開蓋できないようにして、流通段階等でのいたずら等による不正開蓋を防止し、且つ不正開蓋があった場合は、容器を目視することにより容易に判別できるようにした点にある。

本実施形態の紙製容器１は、浅底円筒形状で上端が開口している容器本体２と、同じく浅底円筒形状で下端が開口している蓋体３とからなる。本発明の紙製容器は、その材料が紙を主体とする材料で形成されていることを意味し、蓋体及び容器本体を形成する材料は、例えば、耐久力のある弾性板紙、防水加工紙、耐熱板紙、板紙に合成樹脂をコーティングした合紙、合成樹脂フイルムやアルミ箔をラミネートしたラミネート紙等で形成できる。容器本体２は、従来のこの種容器と同様に、筒状の胴部壁４と円盤状の底壁５の２ピースからなり、胴部壁３の下端を内側にカールして底壁受け部６を形成し、胴部壁４内に嵌合した底壁５を支持している。

蓋体３は、長方形状のブランクの両端縁を貼合して円筒状に形成したスカート壁８と、天壁となる円板状の天板９との２ピースからなる。スカート壁８は、容器本体２の胴部壁４よりも高く形成され、天板９の天面が係止する上端部に形成された内巻リブ部１０、容器本体の胴部壁に嵌合する胴部壁嵌合部１１、容器本体の底部に係合する後加工係止壁部１２とからなり、該後加工係止壁部１２は、内容物が充填された容器本体に後加工でカール状に係止加工するまでは、図１（ｂ）に仮想線で示すように胴部壁嵌合部１１に直線状につながって、下端はストレートに開放して開口している。したがって、後述するように容器本体の胴部壁４に密に嵌合できるように、胴部壁嵌合部１１の直径を選定できると共に、後加工係止壁部１２の下端から天板９が容易に嵌合でき、天板９とスカート壁の組立が容易である。天板９は、単に胴部壁嵌合部１１に嵌合して嵌合後内巻リブ部１０に係合させるのみでもよく、胴部壁嵌合部１１に嵌合後内巻リブ部１０と接着させるようにしてもよい。

胴部壁嵌合部１１の下方寄りの位置には、容器を開蓋するに際して、引き裂いて容器本体に係止している係止部１３を胴部壁嵌合部１１の下方から分離して、開蓋を可能とするために、周方向ミシン目１４が形成されている。周方向ミシン目１４によってスカート壁８は、開蓋後に再蓋するときの容器本体の胴部壁と嵌合する部分となるスカート壁本体１５と、容器本体底部への係止部および引き裂き片の部分となる改ざん防止バンド部１８とに区画される。周方向ミシン目１４の一部には、スカート壁８の下端に達する縦方向ミシン目１６が形成されていると共に、その上方に開蓋時のつまみ片を形成するように上方に突出するつまみ片形成用ミシン目１７が形成されている。なお、縦方向ミシン目１６及びつまみ片形成用ミシン目１７は、開蓋時に改ざん防止バンド部１８をスカート壁本体１５から周方向ミシン目に沿って引き裂くことができれば、必ずしも必要とするものではない。

本実施形態の紙製容器１は、以上のように構成された容器本体２と蓋体３とからなり、充填工程でチーズ等の内容物２０を充填し、次の工程で蓋体３を嵌合して被せる。次いで、容器本体の胴部壁４の下端から突出している後加工係止壁部１２を適宜の工具で、容器本体の胴部壁４の下端にカールして形成された底壁受け部６の外面としっかり係止するように内巻にカール加工して係止部１３を形成する。その場合、係止部１３のカール中心Ｐ１が底壁受け部６のカール中心Ｐ２の直下上に位置するか、若しくは若干カール中心Ｐ１がカール中心Ｐ２よりも容器内側に位置するように係止部１３のカールを形成するのが望ましい。それにより、底受け部６と係止部１３の係止点Ｐ０が係止部１３のカール中心Ｐ１と同一鉛直線上あるいはそれよりも容器外側寄りに位置し、蓋体３を悪戯等により無理に上方を引き上げると却って噛み合いが強まることになり、底受け部６と係止部１３の係止がスッポ抜けることなく強固に保持し、もはやその状態では容器本体から蓋体を除去して開蓋することはできない。特に本発明では、蓋を容器本体に被せてから後加工により後加工係止壁部１２をカーリングして係止加工するので、容器本体に緩みなく固く係止することができる。また、係止部が容器本体の底部に係止するので、従来の容器開口端部に形成されているカール部に係止させる場合と比べて係止部の大きさに制限を受けることがなく、従来の容器開口端部に形成されているカール部に係止させる場合と比べて、係止に十分な大きさで係止させることができる。

以上のように、本発明では、容器本体２が通常の２ピース構造であっても、容器本体の底壁受け部６と蓋体３を強固に係止でき、改ざん防止バンド部を破断しない限り開蓋することができない、従来のチーズピース包装容器にない改ざん防止機能に優れたチーズピース包装容器を得ることができる。また、本発明の紙製容器によれば、改ざん防止のために接着テープ等での封緘の必要がなく、外観的にもすっきりとしてデザインにも優れた形態となる。そして、不正開蓋があった場合、改ざん防止バンド部がミシン目から破断されているから、店頭などで目視により容易に判別でき、確実な不正開蓋表示機能を有する紙製容器を得ることができる。しかも本発明では、容器底部との係止であるので、仮に係止部と底壁面との間に器具を挿入して係止部を起こして不正行為を行った場合は、目立ち易いので、直ぐに判別することができる。

図２は、本発明の他の実施形態に係る紙製容器を示し、前記実施形態と相違する点のみ説明し、同一構成については前記実施形態と同一符号を用い詳細な説明は省略する。本実施形態の紙製容器３０は、容器本体２は前記実施形態と同様に胴部壁４と底壁５の２ピースからなり、底壁５は胴部壁４の底壁受け部６に支持されている。本実施形態では、蓋体３１の巻締部の構造が前記実施形態と相違している。即ち、本実施形態では、後加工係止壁部を前記実施形態よりも長く形成して、係止部３２のカール部３３が、図示のように、底壁受け部６の半径方向内側で係合し、且つ底壁５にも係合するように巻締してある。以上のような形状で巻締することにより、より強固に蓋体を容器本体に係止することができ、改ざんを確実に防止することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によれば、容器本体と蓋体の係止力が強く、係止部を破損しない限り開蓋ができず、不正開蓋を防止すると共に不正開蓋があった場合は目視により容易に判別でき、改ざん防止機能に優れ、且つデザイン的にも優れた形態を採用できる紙製容器を得ることができる。特に、本発明では、該後加工係止壁は、胴部壁嵌合部の下端と直線状に繋がって形成され、内容物充填済みの容器本体の胴壁に外嵌合してから後加工により容器本体の平坦被係止部に係止させるので、予め係止部を形成してある蓋を容器本体に強制的に嵌合して係止させる従来のものに比べて強く係止させることができ、しかも係止部が係止する位置は容器の底壁であるから、十分な係止面積を確保することができ、係止部の大きさに制限を受けず強固に巻締することができる。また、容器本体は、従来周知の２ピース形状のものを採用でき、蓋体のみを変更することで製造が可能である。
