Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paper-made container which enables a lid to be mounted on a container body easily , rigidly holds the lid on the container body, and is excellent in tamperproofness. <P>SOLUTION: The lid 2 consists of two members including an annular wall member 7 and a top wall member 6, and is provided on the turn up part 10 of the member 7 with a contact-bonded part 11, a tilting wall 12 and a curled lock 13 to be locked with the lower surface of a reinforced part of the container body, thereby reinforcing the annular wall and making the turn up part difficult to tamper. In addition, the upper end of the tilting wall is positioned in the vicinity of a position immediately below the center of the curl of the reinforced part of the container body or the immediately below the curl center, or inward from immediately below the curl center. Thus even if the lid is to be pulled upward, the tip of the tilting wall comes against the lower end of the reinforced part of the container body to prevent it from moving upward. Since the force to tilt inward is applied to the tilting wall, the lid can be surely prevented from coming off from the container body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper container, particularly a cup-shaped paper container with a tamper-proof lid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a cup-shaped paper container filled with ice cream or the like, a lid is simply fitted into an opening, and can be easily opened, and does not have a tamper-proof function by itself. However, many of the cup-shaped paper containers in which solid, kneaded or powdered foods such as snack foods, or viscous contents are enclosed, and paper containers having a function of preventing tampering at the distribution stage even in paper containers. Is required. In order to satisfy this requirement, an engagement curl portion which engages with the lower surface of a curl portion (reinforcing portion) formed on the outer periphery of the opening end of the container body in a state fitted to the container body is previously provided at the lower end of the annular wall member. After the contents are filled in the container body, the lid body is pressed against the container body from above or the container body is pushed up to the lid body, so that the curl portions of the lid body and the container body are relatively elastically deformed. Then, the curled portion of the lid rides over the curled portion of the container main body and fits. After the fitting, the curled portion of the container main body is engaged with the upper surface of the curled portion of the lid even if the lid is lifted up. There has been proposed a device that cannot be opened (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
[0003]
For example, the one described in Patent Literature 1 forms a winding portion by applying an adhesive to a lower half inner surface of a side edge of a fitting lid formed by bending a peripheral edge of a disc punched from hard paper downward at a right angle. At the same time, a hard wall is formed by pressing the inside of the container with a knurl or the like below the winding part, and the winding part is elastically locked below the winding edge of the container so that the lid cannot be opened. I have. Further, in the structure described in Patent Document 2, a bendable locking wall is continuously provided below the annular wall member of the lid, and after the lid is fitted to the container body, the locking is performed by post-processing. The wall is folded back inside the annular wall member so as to engage with the reinforcing portion to lock the container body and the lid.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among the proposed prior arts, the former has a fitting lid made by bending the periphery of a disc punched out of hard paper downward at a right angle, so that the side edges tend to spread outward, for example. Even if an adhesive is applied to the annular wall member to form a wrapped portion and a hard wall is formed below the wrapped portion, a sufficient holding force cannot be obtained, and the tamper resistance is still not satisfactory. In addition, since the winding portion must be formed by applying an adhesive to the annular wall member and a hard wall must be formed below the winding portion, the manufacturing process is complicated and the cost is high. Further, since the latter is subjected to the winding process after covering the container body, there is a problem that the workability of the filling and packaging line is inferior. In addition, since the top wall and the annular wall are formed separately, the folded portion of the annular wall tends to maintain the folded state, and receives a large resistance to raise the folded portion, but if the folded portion is free. It is not possible to completely prevent tampering that causes the folded portion using a tool or the like, and the tampering prevention property is not yet satisfactory.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention is to simultaneously solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional paper container with a lid. The lid can be attached to the container main body with one touch, and the lid is attached to the container main body in a state where the lid is attached to the container main body. The container is firmly closed so that it cannot be opened by mischief etc. at the distribution stage, and it can not be opened unless the annular wall portion of the lid is broken, and if there is tampering immediately, It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper container having an excellent tamper-proof function.

[0008]
Another paper container according to the present invention that solves the above problems has a container body having a body wall and a bottom wall, and a reinforcing body outside the upper opening end of the body wall, and fitted to the container body. What is claimed is: 1. A paper container comprising a combination of an annular wall member and a lid having a top wall, wherein said lid is fitted to an annular wall member formed by bonding both ends of a strip blank and said annular wall member. The top wall member comprises a top wall portion covering the opening of the container body, and a hanging wall portion hanging down from the outer periphery of the top wall portion, and the annular wall member has an inner side in contact with the top wall. An upper curl portion curls downward, a skirt wall portion hanging down from the upper curl portion, and a folded portion bent inward from the lower end of the skirt wall portion and folded back, and the folded portion is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the paper container of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a paper container according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The paper container of the present invention comprises a cup-shaped container main body 1 and a lid 2 which is fitted to the opening of the container main body to seal the opening. The container body 1 has a tapered cylindrical body wall 3 formed of a fan-shaped body blank and a peripheral wall of a disk-shaped bottom blank bent downward like a normal paper cup. A lower wall 3 is wound around a bottom wall 4 and the upper end of the opening of the body wall is a reinforcing portion 5 which is curled outward and reinforced.
[0011]
On the other hand, the lid 2 is composed of a disk-shaped top wall member 6 having a diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the reinforcing portion 5 of the cup body, and a cylindrical annular wall member 7. The annular wall member 7 is formed in a cylindrical shape by bonding both ends of a strip-shaped blank, and as shown in FIG. A skirt wall portion 9 hanging down from the upper curl portion, and a folded portion 10 bent inward from the lower end of the skirt wall portion. The folded portion 10 includes a crimped wall portion 11 that is crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall by a crimping process, an inclined wall portion 12 that is inclined inward from the upper end of the crimped wall portion at a predetermined angle. Has become. The upper end of the inclined wall portion 12 curls outward to form a curl-shaped locking portion 13, and the tip end 14 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall. In the present embodiment, the pressure-bonded wall portion 11 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall by knurling from the inside, whereby the folded portion is reinforced, and even if the folded portion is to be pulled downward from the inside by mischief, This is almost impossible unless the annular wall member is broken, and tampering can be reliably prevented. Instead of the knurling, the pressure-bonded wall 11 may be adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall by heat sealing or gluing, but the function can be sufficiently performed by the knurling. In the case of the present embodiment, the height of the crimped wall portion 11 is desirably in the range of (1/2 to 1/4) A, where A is the height of the folded portion. If it is smaller than AA, the reinforcing effect is small, and if it is larger than AA, the length of the inclined wall portion 12 described later cannot be sufficiently secured.
[0012]
The inclined wall portion 12 is formed so as to be inclined inward at a predetermined angle from the upper end portion subjected to knurling, and the inclination angle is such that the inclination center line n is the curl lower surface of the reinforcing portion 5 of the container body and the vertical center line thereof It is desirable to be inclined so as to intersect at a position below m and its intersection point p. That is, the upper end of the inclined wall portion 12 is located near the position immediately below the curl center of the reinforcing portion of the container body, directly below the curl center, or inside the curl center. As a result, even if the lid is to be lifted upward, the top of the curl-shaped locking portion 13 hits the lower end of the reinforcing portion 5 of the container body and is prevented from moving upward, so that the lid cannot be opened. Even if it is pulled up with a strong force for falsification, if a strong force acts on the top of the curl-shaped locking portion 13, the inclination angle of the inclined wall portion 12 is formed as described above. Receives the force to fall inward, so that the inclined wall portion 12 does not fall outward. Therefore, there is no occurrence of a phenomenon in which the lock between the curl-shaped locking portion and the reinforcing portion of the container main body is released, and the lid is easily pulled out of the container main body.
[0013]
The paper container of the present embodiment is configured as described above, and the lid is supplied to the contents filling maker in a state where the top wall member and the annular wall member have been previously assembled integrally. At this time, the top wall member 6 is fitted to the annular wall member 7 and is located between the lower end of the upper curl portion 8 of the annular wall member and the upper end of the curl-shaped locking portion of the folded portion 10. The member 6 and the annular wall member 7 may be in a loosely fitted state, and may be bonded to the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion of the top wall member and the lower surface of the upper curl portion 8 of the annular wall member by heat sealing or gluing. The skirt wall 9 is provided with a weakening line for opening so that the skirt wall can be broken when the lid is opened. The line of weakness is not particularly limited, and any form can be employed as in the conventional case.
[0014]
The paper container of the present embodiment configured as described above can be suitably applied to, for example, an ice cream container or the like, in which the lid 2 is supplied to the upper side of the container body filled with the contents in the filling line, and the container body is The inclined wall portion 12 and the curl-shaped locking portion 13 are elastically pushed upward from below by the upper circular surface of the curled reinforcing portion 5 of the container body by pressing relatively toward the opening of the container body. The container is deformed and spreads in the height direction, and the curl-shaped reinforcing portion 5 of the container body gets over the curl-shaped locking portion 13. When the curled reinforcing portion 5 gets over, the folded portion returns to its original state due to elasticity. As shown in FIG. 1B, the lower end of the upper curled portion 8 of the annular wall member and the curled locking portion 13 of the folded portion 10 are formed. Fits between the upper ends. Therefore, the lid 2 can be attached to the container body 1 and sealed with one touch. In this state, even if the lid is pulled upward, the top of the curl-shaped locking portion 13 hits the lower end of the reinforcing portion 5 of the container main body and is prevented from moving upward, so that the lid cannot be opened. Even if it is pulled up with a strong force, the top of the curl-shaped locking portion 13 hits the lower end of the curled portion of the container body because the inclined angle of the inclined wall portion 12 is formed as described above. As a result, the inclined wall portion 12 receives the force of falling inward, so that the engagement between the reinforcing portion 5 and the folded portion 10 of the container body 1 is further increased, and the lid cannot be opened. Therefore, simply pulling up the lid does not allow the lid to slip through, and can reliably prevent tampering.
[0015]
Also, in order to falsify, even if an attempt is made to raise the folded portion using a tool or the like from between the folded portion and the body wall of the container body, since the curl tip 14 is almost in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the skirt, It is difficult to hook the tip with a tool or the like. Even if it can be hooked, since the folded portion 10 is folded over the cylinder beyond the inflection point, it receives a strong resistance to wake up, and is further strengthened by the crimped wall in addition to the annular portion. Unless the wall member is damaged, it is very difficult to open the lid by turning up the fold. Therefore, according to the paper container of the present embodiment, the lid can be closed with one touch simply by pressing the lid against the container body, and after the lid is closed, the lid is opened unless the weakened line of the skirt wall is broken. And a paper container excellent in prevention of tampering can be obtained.
[0016]
FIG. 2 shows a cross section of a main part of a paper container according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the same parts as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description is omitted (the same applies to each of the embodiments described below). In the paper container 20 of the present embodiment, the shape of the folded portion 21 of the lid 2 is different from that of the above-described embodiment, and the upper part of the inclined wall portion 12 which is inclined inward from the upper end of the pressure-bonded wall portion 11 is formed. The vertically rising portion is vertically engaged with the reinforcing portion 5 of the container body at the tip thereof to form a vertical engaging portion 22. It is desirable that the upper end of the vertical locking portion 22 is formed so as to be located at least inside the point p of the reinforcing portion. If the upper end of the vertical locking portion 22 is located outside the point p of the reinforcing portion, the top portion of the vertical locking portion hits outside the point p of the reinforcing portion when the lid is pulled up. 5 may move outward along the arcuate surface of No. 5 and eventually come off. Therefore, as shown by a solid line or an imaginary line, the reinforcing portion 5 is formed so as to abut an arc surface inside the point p of the reinforcing portion 5. In this embodiment, since the inclined wall portion can be formed relatively small as compared with the above-described embodiment, the height H of the pressure-bonded wall portion 11 is equal to the height A to the lower end of the reinforcing portion 5 ( 2/3 to 1/2) A is desirable.
[0017]
FIG. 3 shows a cross section of a main part of a paper container according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the paper container 25 of the present embodiment, the tip 27 of the locking wall portion 12 of the folded portion 26 of the lid 2 is an inclined locking portion that directly engages with the reinforcing portion 5 of the container body. Therefore, when the lid is pulled up and the tip 27 of the locking wall portion 12 hits the arc surface of the reinforcing portion 5, the inclination angle of the inclined wall portion is set so as to hit the point p or the inside of the point p. Is preferred. Also in the present embodiment, it is desirable that the height H of the pressure-bonded wall portion 11 be (2/3 to 1/2) A of the height A to the lower end of the reinforcing portion 5.
[0018]
4, 5, and 6 each show a cross section of a main part of a paper container according to another embodiment of the present invention. In these embodiments, the configuration of the top wall member of the lid is different from that of each of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, but the configuration of the annular wall member 7 is the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 has the same configuration as the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, and the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 has the same configuration as the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0019]
In the paper containers 30, 35, and 40 of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the top wall member 31 is formed by drawing a blank of a disc, and covers the top wall portion 32 that covers the opening of the container body. And a hanging wall portion 33 hanging down from the top wall portion. The skirt wall portion 9 of the annular wall member 7 hangs down along the hanging wall portion 33 of the top wall member 31 and is folded back so as to wrap the hanging wall portion 33 at a lower portion thereof, thereby forming the pressure-bonded wall portion 11. . Therefore, the crimping wall portion 11 is directly crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the hanging wall portion 33 by knurling. Therefore, the skirt wall of the lid has a double structure of the skirt wall portion 9 of the annular wall member 7 and the hanging wall portion 33 of the top wall member 31. The wall 9, the hanging wall 33, and the pressure-bonded wall 11 have a triple structure, the lid is more rigid, and compared to the case where only the annular wall member 7 is used as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. Falsification becomes more difficult. Further, the top wall member 31 in these embodiments has a cup shape in which the top wall portion 32 and the hanging wall portion 33 are integrated by drawing, and only the annular wall member 7 is broken at the time of opening. Since the top wall member 31 is not broken, the annular wall member 7 is removed after the lid is opened, and the container main body 1 can be re-covered by covering only the top wall member 31 on the container. Therefore, the top wall member 31 in these embodiments fulfills the function of reinforcing the skirt wall of the lid and also fulfills the function of re-covering.
[0020]
Further, in the paper container of these embodiments, since the top wall member has the hanging wall portion by drawing, the weakening line for breaking the skirt wall provided on the skirt wall of the annular wall member is formed in a circular shape in the circumferential direction. Also, since it is easier to open the lid if it is provided in the vertical direction, in these embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, two vertical intervals are provided from the upper curl portion of the annular wall to the lower portion of the skirt wall. A weakening line is formed so that the tearing piece 40 is torn along the weakening line from the upper curl portion so that the annular wall is broken and can be opened. At this time, the upper curl portion 41 'located between the weakening lines is pulled with a finger to break the weakening line. However, if the upper curl portion is a round curl, finger catch is poor, and it is opened especially for infants and the like. There are difficult problems. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the upper curl portion 41 is crushed from the inside by knurling, so that the upper curl portion 41 is easily pinched so that even an infant can easily open the lid. A similar weakening line for processing and opening the lid may be applied in the embodiment shown in FIGS.
[0021]
In addition, the paper container of these embodiments is the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 except that the hanging wall portion 33 is located on the inner peripheral surface side of the skirt wall. Since the functions and effects are the same, the description for each of these embodiments will be omitted. In each of the above embodiments, the height of the skirt wall of the lid may be arbitrarily set, but the longer the longer, the longer the folded portion, so that it is difficult to cause the folded portion, and the effect of preventing tampering is increased.
[0022]
As described above, various embodiments of the paper container according to the present invention have been described, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various design changes can be made within the scope of the technical idea. For example, in the above embodiment, the case where the container body has a circular cross section has been described. However, the paper container of the present invention is not limited to a container having a circular cross section, and may be made of any arbitrary shape such as an elliptical cross section or a quadrangular cross section. It can be applied to containers. The paper container of the present invention can be effectively applied not only to frozen dessert containers such as ice cream but also to solid, kneaded or powdered foods such as snack foods, or containers such as viscous contents.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the lid can be attached to the container body with one touch, the packaging process of the filling and packaging line can be simplified, the speed can be increased, the equipment cost can be reduced, and the container body can be reduced. The lid is firmly held in the container body in the state where it is attached to the container, the container is tightly closed so that it can not be opened by mischief etc. at the distribution stage, and it can not be opened unless the annular wall of the lid is broken, A paper container excellent in tamper-proofing properties can be obtained. Then, a crimped portion, a sloping wall portion, and a locking portion for locking to the lower surface of the reinforcing portion of the container body are provided at the folded portion of the annular wall portion of the lid, and the annular wall is reinforced. It is difficult to tamper with raising the folded part, and the upper end of the inclined wall is located near the position immediately below the curl center of the reinforcing part of the container body or directly below the curl center or inside the curl center, Even if the lid is to be pulled upward, the top of the locking portion provided at the tip of the inclined wall portion hits the lower end of the reinforcing portion of the container body and is prevented from moving upward. Since the portion receives a force that tends to fall inward, the locking portion and the reinforcing portion of the container main body are unlocked, and the phenomenon that the lid body slips out of the container main body can be reliably prevented. .
[0024]
Further, according to the invention of claim 2, the skirt wall of the lid has a double structure of the skirt wall portion of the annular wall member and the hanging wall portion of the top wall member, and the crimped wall portion below the skirt wall portion is located. In this case, the skirt wall, the hanging wall, and the crimping wall have a triple structure, so that the lid can be further strengthened and the effect of preventing tampering can be further enhanced.
After the lid is opened, the top wall member allows the lid to be reopened.
