Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hook for hanging a blind, a blind, or the like, which is suitably attached to an indoor curtain rail.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A cloth curtain most commonly used as a light shielding material for windowsills in a room is provided at an upper edge of the curtain for a plurality of runners loosely fitted in a metal curtain rail having a substantially C-shaped cross section. It is generally mounted by hooking a hook. Such runner replenishment / replacement work has been performed by removing side caps sealing both ends of the curtain rail.
[0003]
On the other hand, besides curtains, there are various types of light-blocking materials for windows such as blinds and screens, and there is a demand from customers that they want to select and use them as appropriate according to the season or according to the remodeling of the room. As can be seen, the installation of blinds and blinds often required a special hanging hook or the like, which was troublesome, and the existing curtain rail sometimes hindered the installation of new blinds. Therefore, a hanging hook that is attached to and used on a curtain rail has been proposed so that a blind or a blind can be easily replaced while utilizing an existing curtain rail.
[0004]
For example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-123759 (Patent Document 1), a fitting member having a rectangular shape in a plan view is used as a hanging metal fitting that can be attached to and detached from a rail-shaped peripheral edge having a substantially C-shaped cross-section having an opening below like a curtain rail. There has been proposed a lifting and lowering metal plate which is coaxial with the fitting member and which can be moved up and down, and a resilient member which gives the plate-like member a lifting property. In this hanging metal fitting, the fitting body is inserted so as to match the opening direction of the rail-shaped peripheral edge, and then the fitting body is rotated by 90 degrees to be hooked on both edges of the rail-shaped peripheral edge.
[0005]
Further, in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3083038 (Patent Document 2), as a latch for hanging a curtain, a blind or the like using a curtain rail, a latch fixed with screws so as to sandwich both side edges of the curtain rail. Has been proposed.

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is difficult to confirm whether the direction of the fitting is completely orthogonal to the rail opening direction (that is, whether the fitting is completely hooked on both side edges of the opening) or not along the rail opening. When the hanging fitting is slid in the left-right direction, the orientation of the fitting body is likely to coincide with the opening direction, and as a result, there is a drawback that the fitting is often dropped carelessly. In addition, in the above-mentioned latch, it is complicated to perform the positioning and screwing work between the holding plate and the support board inserted from the opening of the rail. There was a drawback that had to be loosened and retightened. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is no such a drawback, and it is possible to quickly attach and detach to the existing curtain rail, to easily adjust the position after mounting, and to stably use after mounting. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stopping hook.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the hook for hooking according to the present invention is assumed to be used by being detached from the opening of the existing curtain rail, and provided with a hook portion and a first hooking claw extending on the upper surface. A main body provided, a pressing member assembled so as to be slidable in a substantially horizontal direction with respect to the main body, and a second hooking claw extending on the upper surface; and a pressing member provided between the main body and the pressing member to separate both members. A first latching claw extending from the upper surface of the main body and a second latching claw extending from the upper surface of the pressing member are formed so as to face each other. When mounting on the existing curtain rail, for example, the pressing member is pressed against the main body side by the thumb and the index finger of one hand, and the two hooking claws are kept in a state where the first hooking claws and the second hooking claws are brought close to each other. Is inserted into the opening of the curtain rail, and when the finger is released to separate the pressing member from the main body as before, the hooks engage with both edges of the curtain rail opening.
[0009]
Both the main body and the pressing member can be made of synthetic resin. The hook portion extending from the main body can be molded integrally with the main body, or can be molded as a separate member made of metal or the like, and can be assembled to the main body later. As the elastic member that separates these two members, a spring material such as a leaf spring or a coil spring, as well as rubber or the like having sufficient elasticity is used. The first hooking claw and the second hooking claw fit within the opening width of the curtain rail to be installed when the two hooking claws are brought close to each other by pressing and shrinking the elastic member. Is released and the elastic member is extended to its original position, so that the elastic member is set to a state where it can be sufficiently separated so as to be hooked to both edges of the opening of the curtain rail.
[0010]
When the pressing member is formed so as to be inserted and assembled into the receiving box-shaped main body from the rear, it is possible to easily perform an assembling operation of both members and eventually all members including the elastic member, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. be able to. More specifically, it is assembled by press-fitting sliding projections projecting from both side surfaces of the pressing member into sliding grooves formed as long holes in the substantially horizontal direction on both side surfaces of the main body.
[0011]
As described above, a spring can be suitably used as the elastic member. In this case, two first latches, one each of which is vertically provided along the left and right side wall surfaces near the main body inner front wall surface, are used. A second latching pawl of the pressing member is disposed so as to close a rear opening of the engaging groove while accommodating a spring in the engaging groove between the claws. The spring is set to the left and right by using the gap between the first hooking claws as an engagement groove while making the interval between the first hooking claws, two in total, one each on the left and right, equal to the width of the second hooking claws. An elastic member is provided between the main body and the pressing member without requiring any special projections or the like by receiving the extension tension of the spring by the inner front surface of the main body and the second hook while preventing blurring. The spring can be held.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of a hook for hooking according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an assembled view of the hook for hooking. The hooks of the example shown in these figures are composed of a main body 1 having a hook portion, a pressing member 2 and an elastic member 3, and both the main body 1 and the pressing member 2 are made of synthetic resin. Extruded product.
[0013]
The main body 1 includes a front wall surface 12, left and right side wall surfaces 13, 13 and a bottom surface 14, and is formed in a receiving box shape having an open upper surface and a rear rear surface, and a substantially L-shaped hook portion 11 is formed from the front wall surface 12. It has been extended. Although the base of the hook portion 11 of this example is located at the front wall surface 12 of the main body 1, a hook having a substantially U-shaped or substantially J-shaped shape may be extended from the bottom surface 14 of the main body 1.
[0014]
Along the left and right side wall surfaces 13, 13 near the inner front wall surface 12 of the main body 1, that is, on the left and right corner portions between the front wall surface 12 and the left and right side wall surfaces 13, the first hooking claws 15 facing the upper surface are provided. , 15 are provided one by one. Each of the first hooking claws 15, 15 has a substantially horizontal slit-like hooking groove 151, 151 formed in the front surface thereof, and an elastic member 3 is provided between the two hooking claws 15, 15. Is an engagement groove 16 in which is accommodated.
[0015]
On the other hand, in the left and right side wall surfaces 13, 13, long holes 131, 131 in a substantially horizontal direction are formed. Sliding projections 231 and 231 project from the left and right side walls 23 and 23 of the substantially rectangular parallelepiped pressing member 2 so as to correspond to the elongated holes 131 and 131. The elongated holes 131 and 131 of the main body 1 and the sliding projections 231 and 231 of the pressing member 2 may be reversed so that the sliding projection is provided on the main body 1 and the elongated hole is provided on the pressing member 2.
[0016]
A second hooking claw 21 extending forward from the front wall surface 22 of the pressing member 2 and facing the upper surface is extended, and a substantially horizontal slit-like hooking groove 211 is formed in the rear surface portion. Therefore, the first hooking claws 15, 15 and the second hooking nail 21 in the main body 1 face outward from each other. The width of the second hook 21 is set to be equal to or less than the width of the engaging groove 16 in the main body 1. The coil spring as the elastic member 3 is accommodated in the engagement groove 16, and the second latching claw 21 closes the rear opening of the engagement groove 16.
[0017]
That is, the lateral width of the pressing member 2 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape is set within the lateral width of the main body 1 having a receiving box shape, and when the pressing member 2 is inserted from behind the main body 1, the sliding of the pressing member 2 occurs. The protrusions 231 and 231 are pressed into the long holes 131 and 131 of the main body 1. The pressing member 2 is separated from the main body 1 by the elastic member 3 urged to separate both members. However, since the sliding protrusions 231 and 231 are in the long holes 131 and 131, It is maintained in the state shown in FIG.
[0018]
The procedure for attaching the hook for hooking according to the present invention formed as described above to an existing curtain rail will be described. First, the rear wall 24 of the pressing member 2 is pressed toward the main body 1 side, and the stepped state is established. The first hooking claws 15, 15 and the second hooking claws 21 are arranged in a line (FIG. 3). In this state, the lower opening C1 of the existing curtain rail C having a substantially C-shaped cross section is provided. The first hooking claws 15 and 15 and the second hooking nail 21 arranged in a line are inserted into the inside (FIG. 4).
[0019]
Next, when the pressing force against the rear wall surface 24 of the pressing member 2 is released, the pressing member 2 is restored to the vicinity of the original position due to the tension of the elastic member 3, and as a result, the locking grooves in the first locking claws 15, 15 are formed. 151 and 151 are engaged with the front edge C111 of the opening C1 of the curtain rail C, and the engaging groove 211 of the second engaging claw 21 is engaged with the front edge C112 of the opening C1 (FIG. 5). As a result, the hook portion 11 is hooked on the curtain rail C at a total of three points, that is, the two first hooking claws 15 provided at a distance and the second hooking claw 21 provided therebetween. It does not shake from side to side and is maintained stably.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
The hook for hooking according to the present invention does not require removing the side cap of the existing curtain rail, and can be directly attached and detached by a simple operation such as picking and releasing with a finger. Further, in the case where the hook portion is provided on the front wall surface of the main body, the hook for attachment after the attachment is in close contact with the curtain rail, so that the appearance is good. Further, the hook for hooks supported at three points by a total of three hooking claws has an advantage that the hooking state is stable, and the horizontal hook is hardly displaced even when operating a suspended blind or a blind.
[0021]
Further, the main body and the pressing member can be easily formed by a synthetic resin material and can be assembled simply by pressing the pressing member into the main body with the elastic member interposed therebetween, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
