Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a fuel cell system, and more particularly to a fuel cell system including, for example, a fuel cell, an auxiliary machine required for operating the fuel cell, and a computer for controlling an operation state of the auxiliary machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a fuel cell system in which a large number of cells each having an anode (air electrode) and a cathode (fuel electrode) opposed to each other via a solid polymer electrolyte membrane are stacked, for example, The raw fuel flow supplied to the poles is adjusted by a blower or a pump, respectively. Then, the computer performs feedback control of those pumps and blowers (collectively referred to as “auxiliaries”) depending on the amount of generated power required at that time.
[0003]
Such auxiliary equipment necessary for operating the fuel cell has mechanical operation parts such as sliding parts, and accordingly, the performance of the auxiliary equipment is gradually reduced due to aging such as wear. Eventually, the auxiliary equipment cannot supply a predetermined amount of air or fuel gas, and the fuel cell system abnormally stops.

However, according to the method disclosed in
[0007]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell system capable of shortening the stop time as much as possible.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a fuel cell system including a fuel cell, auxiliary equipment necessary for operating the fuel cell, and auxiliary equipment control means for giving a drive signal to the auxiliary equipment to control the auxiliary equipment. A fuel cell system, comprising: a time estimating means for estimating an unusable time of a machine; and a warning means for giving a warning based on the unusable time predicted by the time estimating means.
[0009]
[Action]
For example, if the control means is a computer, a control output value is instructed from the control computer so that each auxiliary machine is set to a target operation state. Specifically, when the auxiliary machine is a pump, the computer gives a control output value (drive signal) such as a PWM value to operate the pump at a target flow rate. The computer predicts a time when the auxiliary machine becomes unusable from such a control output value for each auxiliary machine, and issues a warning to, for example, a center computer (central control room) based on the predicted unusable time.
[0010]
When such a warning is issued, parts necessary for repairing the accessory (such as the accessory itself and parts for repairing the accessory) can be provided in advance in accordance with the warning.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to predict the time when the auxiliary equipment cannot be used and to warn in advance of the time of replacement of parts, etc., so that maintenance and inspection can be performed systematically by preparing the corresponding auxiliary equipment in advance and the fuel cell system Downtime can be minimized.

In step S45, the cumulative operation time T2 that has reached the current flow rate L2 is measured. Then, in step S46, the computer estimates the remaining life Tx.
