Description

【0001】

図4(a)は、図1のA−A断面図、(b)、(c)は、同図(a)のC部とD部の詳細部の図である。

Can be held. Furthermore, by engaging the tip of the support hook 49 with the drainage hole 52 provided in the groove of the hanger rail 34, the inclined state can be maintained more reliably.
[0041]
The upper surface of the upper horizontal rail 16 of the fixed door 7 is disposed in contact with one lower surface of the upper rail member 32 having a box-shaped cross section, and one side surface of the upper horizontal rail 16 is formed by a guide groove 38 of the upper rail member 32. It is arranged in contact with the side surface of the vertical support plate 53 hanging down from one side edge, and a connecting bolt 54 is screwed into the contact portion and fixed to each other. The upper end of the vertical support plate 53 is in contact with the lower surface of the top plate 27 of the upper rail member 32, and the vertical support plate 53 is fixed to the upper rail member 32 by welding the contact portion with the upper rail member 32. ing. The lower surface of the lower horizontal rail 17 of the fixed door 7 is disposed in contact with one upper surface of the lower rail member 6, and one side surface of the lower horizontal rail 17 is supported by a support plate provided on one upper surface of the lower rail member 6. A connecting bolt 55 is screwed into the contact portion and is fixed to each other.
[0042]
In the present embodiment, the moving door 8 is hindered from moving due to rust on the door wheel 39 or the hanger rail 34 or clogging of the hanger rail 34 with foreign matter such as pebbles, and the moving door 8 is removed from the hanger rail 34. Inspection and repair are performed as shown in FIGS.
[0043]
First, as shown in FIG. 6B, the lifting prevention bolt 43 located on the lower surface of the hanger rail 34 is removed together with the spacer 44 from the screw hole 45 of the vertical plate 37 of the door roller support member 35. Thereby, the door roller support member 35 can be moved upward. Therefore, the upper rail member 32 is moved up by the space 56 between the top plate 27 and the door wheel 39 (see FIG. 6A), and slightly moved between the horizontal plate 36 of the door wheel support member 35 and the upper horizontal rail 16 of the movable door 8. Is formed. Next, the fixing bolt 47 is unscrewed from the screw hole 51 of the upper horizontal rail 16 and is pulled upward in the cut groove 46 of the horizontal plate 36 of the door roller support member 35 to a position where the upper surface of the upper horizontal rail 16 does not abut.
[0044]
In this way, the movable door 8 is separated from the door roller support member 35, and there is no obstacle when the upper part of the movable door 8 is tilted to the side. 5 and 6 (a), the upper part of the movable door 8 is tilted at a predetermined angle as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 (a), the door inclined support hook 49 is hooked on the rail body 34a of the hanger rail 34, and The movable door 8 is held in the inclined state by engaging with the hole 52. Thereafter, the door roller 39 can be lifted from the rail body 34a, removed from the hanger rail 34 while rotating the door roller support member 35, pulled out downward through the guide groove 38, and repaired and inspected.
[0045]
After the repair / inspection, the reverse of the steps described above is performed to return the door roller support member 35 to the hanger rail 34, and further, the movable door 8 is suspended and fixed to the door roller support member 35. At the time of removing and assembling the door roller support member 35, the work can be performed quickly and simply by simply removing and attaching the bolts that detachably connect the respective members, and it is unnecessary to disassemble the peripheral members with effort. In addition, workability at the site is improved.
[0046]
FIG. 9 shows a door inclined support hook 59 according to another example. The door inclined support hook 59 is configured by bending a steel plate having a predetermined width into the illustrated shape to form an upper hook-shaped portion 59a and a lower locking plate 59b, and is configured as a single member separated from the movable door 8. Have been. Therefore, when inspecting and repairing the movable door 8, the upper hook-shaped portion 59 a of the door inclined support hook support 59 is engaged with the hanger rail 34 from inside, and the lower locking plate 59 b is connected to the upper horizontal rail of the movable door 8. 16 outside. Thereby, as shown in the figure, the door inclined support hook support 59 is inclined, and the upper hook-shaped portion 59a is engaged with the hanger rail 34 at the contact points (a), (b), and (c), and The stop plate 59b is held in the illustrated inclined state, and the movable door 8 detached from the door roller support member 35 can be held in the illustrated inclined state by the lower locking plate 59b. Therefore, the door roller support member 35 can be detached from the hanger rail 34 in this state. In addition, since the disposition positions of the door inclination support hook support 59 and the door roller support member 35 are shifted in the horizontal direction, there is no problem in attaching and detaching the two members.
[0047]
The door inclined support hook 59 shown in FIG. 9 has a simple configuration and can be configured as a single member, and can be used by being locked to the hanger rail 34 only when necessary, so that a fixing means to the movable door 8 is unnecessary, The overall configuration can be simplified.
[0048]
The present invention can be applied not only to the doors for soundproof walls but also to doors for other uses. In addition to the soundproof walls, the present invention can be similarly applied to snow fences and windproof fences. Further, the present invention may be implemented by appropriately changing the design shown in the supporting embodiment. For example, the door inclination support hook may have any structure as long as it has an engagement part with the hanger rail 34 and a locking part that holds the inclination of the movable door 8.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
According to the opening and closing door such as a soundproof wall according to the present invention, when the traveling member of the door is rusted, or a foreign object is stuck between the rails, and the door needs to be repaired or inspected, a door roller supporting member or the like is required. Since only the related members can be easily removed by attaching and detaching bolts and the like, there is an effect that the labor and cost for repair and inspection of the door can be significantly reduced without disassembling the peripheral members.
