<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet with which comparatively large solid litter can surely be caught with dust by ordinary wiping-off operation to an object to be cleaned. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet is mounted to the mounting part 20 of a cleaning tool 2. The cleaning sheet has a plurality of adhesive recess parts 10 opening toward the front and rear directions of the mounting part 20 at a wiping-off part 1A arranged on the bottom surface side of the mounting part 20 when being mounted to the mounting part 20, and sharp-pointed parts 10b projecting in front and rear directions respectively between opening edge parts 10a in the front and rear directions of adjacent recess parts 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として清掃用具に装着されて使用され、ハウスダスト等のゴミを捕集する使い捨ての清掃用シートに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
建物内の調度品、壁、床、車内の装備品などの清掃対象物の表面を清掃するための清掃用具が各種提案されている。それらの中でも柄の先端部の装着部に、不繊布等で製造された清掃用シートを装着して使用するものがある。

しかし、従来用いられている清掃用シートは、髪の毛や綿埃、土埃などのゴミを不織布の繊維に絡めて捕集することはできるが、細かいゴミや、砂、小石、食物の破片、米粒、ゴマ等の粒で大きさが約１ｍｍ以上の粗い固形のゴミをすべて繊維に絡めて捕集することが困難であった。このため、これらのゴミは、ちりとりや電気掃除機等を用いて処理しなければならなかった。

そこで、下記特許文献１及び特許文献２に記載のように、繊維に絡めて捕集できないゴミを、清掃布の清掃部に設けた粘着部に付着させて捕集する清掃用シートが提案されている。

しかし、これらの清掃用シートは、通常の清掃方法、即ち、清掃用シートを被清掃面上に滑らせて清掃する方法では前記ゴミがその粘着部に捕集されないので、使用者がそれらのゴミを狙ってゴミの上から清掃用シートを一定以上の力でその粘着部に押し付けなければならなかった。このため、清掃用具を押し付けてゴミを付着させようとしても、粘着部が部分的にしか存在しないので、捕集効率が低く、さらに、捕集されなかった種々のゴミのうち、粗いゴミ、すなわち、粒径の大きいゴミや厚みの大きいゴミが先に粘着部に捕集されてしまうと、この粗いゴミによって清掃用シートの清掃部が清掃対象に密着できなくなり、その他の捕集されなかった種々のゴミが捕集できなるほか、さらに繊維に絡めて捕集できるはずのゴミも捕集できなくなる場合があった。

一方、下記特許文献３には、清掃用シートの拭き取り領域と取付け領域との縁部に複数の凹状部を設け、該凹状部を介して比較的大きなゴミを清掃用シートの拭き取り部の中央部に導くようにした清掃用シートが提案されている。

しかし、この清掃用シートは、前記縁部における隣接する前記凹状部の間に、装着具の幅方向に沿って直線状の部分を有しているため、通常の拭き取り操作（例えば床等で拭き取り領域を滑らせる操作）を行った場合には、該部分においてゴミの進入が妨げられてしまい、充分なゴミの捕集を行うことができなかった。
また、単に凹状部を設けているだけなので、上述のような比較的大きな固形のゴミを捕集する能力が低く、保持力も低いため、該ゴミを十分に捕集することはできなかった。

従って、本発明の目的は、清掃対象への通常の拭き取り操作で比較的大きな固形のゴミを埃等とともに確実に捕集することができる清掃用シートを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、清掃用具の装着部に装着されて使用される清掃用シートであって、前記装着部に装着されたときに該装着部の底面側に配される拭き取り部分に、該装着部の前後方向又は左右方向の少なくとも一方向に向けて開口する粘着性の凹状部を複数有しており、隣接する前記凹状部の前記前後方向又は前記左右方向における開口縁部の間に、該前後方向又は該左右方向に突出する尖形部又は湾曲部を有している清掃用シートを提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

また、本発明は、清掃用具の装着部に装着されて使用される清掃用シートであって、前記装着部に装着されたときに該装着部の底面側に位置する拭き取り部分に、該装着部の幅方向に沿って伸びる所定幅の粘着性の凹状部を有している清掃用シートを提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明を、その好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。

図１〜図３は、本発明の清掃用シートの第１実施形態を示すものであり、図２及び図３は、該清掃用シートが清掃用具の装着部に装着された状態を示している。これらの図において、符号１は清掃用シート、２は清掃用具を示している。

図１に示すように、清掃用シート１は、平面視して矩形に設けられており、図２及び図３に示すような清掃用具２の板状の装着部２０に装着されたときに、装着部２０の底面側に配される拭き取り部分１Ａと、拭き取り部分１Ａの両側に位置し、装着部２０の上面側において当該装着部２０に固定される取付部分１Ｂとを有している。

清掃用シート１の寸法形状は特に制限はないが、清掃用具２の装着部２０の底面部の寸法（長さ、幅）を基準として、長さＬ、幅Ｗ１ともに該寸法の±３０％のものが好ましい。清掃用具２の装着部２０の面積が広くなれば、清掃用シート１の拭き取り部分１Ａも面積が広くなる。
清掃用シート１を一般的な家庭用に適用する場合は、長さＬが１７０〜３４０ｍｍ、拭き取り部分１Ａの幅Ｗ２が７０〜１３０ｍｍであることが好ましい。また、拭き取り部分１Ａの面積は、１２０〜４４０ｃｍ^２であることが好ましい。

拭き取り部分１Ａには、図２及び図３に示すように、装着部２０に装着されたときに当該装着部２０の前後方向に向けて開口する粘着性の凹状部１０が複数並列に設けられている。図１及び図３に示すように、凹状部１０は、本実施形態では、平面視して台形状に設けられており、これらの凹状部１０は前後には連通していない。

凹状部１０の個々の面積は、清掃用シート１を一般的な家庭用に適用する場合には、０．１〜１２０ｃｍ^２、特に１〜１０ｃｍ^２であることが好ましい。個々の凹状部の面積が狭すぎると捕集された比較的大きな固形のゴミですぐに満たされてしまい、広すぎると拭き取り部分１Ａにおける凹状部１０以外の部分の捕集能が低くなりすぎる。例えば、本実施形態の清掃用シート１においては、後述の拭き取りシート１２の部分で髪の毛、綿ぼこりや土ぼこり等を繊維に絡めたり吸着させたりして捕集する場合にはその捕集量が少なくなる。

凹状部１０の総面積は、拭き取り部分１Ａの面積の７０％以下、特に５０％以下、さらには３０％以下とすることが好ましい。凹状部１０での比較的大きな固形のゴミの捕集と拭き取り部分１Ａの凹状部１０以外の部分でのゴミの捕集とのバランスを考慮すると、下限は５％とすること好ましい。

凹状部１０の深さ（本実施形態では、後述する拭き取りシート１２の厚さ）ｄ（図２参照）は、捕集する比較的大きな固形のゴミの大きさを考慮すると、０．５〜１０ｍｍ、特に１〜７ｍｍ、さらには２〜５ｍｍであることが好ましい。また、凹状部１０の前後方向の長さ（装着部２０の端部からの奥行き）Ｗ３は、捕集された比較的大きなゴミがはみ出さないことや該ゴミの捕集量を考慮すると、５〜Ｗ１×０．８ｍｍ、特に１０〜Ｗ１×０．５ｍｍであることが好ましい。Ｗ１が１００ｍｍの場合、Ｗ３は最大８０ｍｍとなる。

清掃用シート１は、隣接する凹状部１０の前後方向における開口縁部１０ａの間に、該前後方向に向けて突出する尖形部１０ｂを有している。つまり、隣接する凹状部１０の前後方向における開口縁部１０ａの間には、装着部２０の幅方向に沿って伸びる縁辺部は有していない。

清掃用シート１は、凹状部１０の側面部（本実施形態では後述の拭き取りシート１２の縁辺部）１０ｃと平面部（底面部）１０ｄに粘着性（粘着力）を有している。凹状部１０の平面部１０ｄは、平面以外に、凹凸であったり、切り込みが入れてあってもよい。また、側面部１０ｃ及び平面部１０ｄには、後述する粘着剤がドットや各種の模様でパターンづけられていても良い。

前記凹状部１０の粘着性は、粘着テープ・粘着シートの試験方法（ＪＩＳＺ０２３７１４）でボールの”呼び”の３２倍であるボールＮｏ．で１〜３０であることが好ましく、３〜２８であることがより好ましく、５〜２５であることがさらに好ましい。粘着力が弱すぎると清掃部で捕集できなかったゴミを捕集できなくなり、強すぎると被清掃面に接着した場合に強く接着しすぎて剥離が困難となって操作性が悪くなる。

凹状部１０に粘着性を付与する粘着剤には、天然ゴム系、スチレン／ブタジエンラテックス系、スチレン系、アクリル系、シリコーン系の粘着剤、熱可塑性ゴム、ＡＢＡブロックコポリマー、ブチルゴム、ポリイソブチレン、ビニルエーテルポリマー等が挙げられ、これらの中でも、特に、加工性、保存安定性、粘着力の持続性、のり移り等の点からスチレン系、アクリル系の粘着剤が好ましい。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１は、基材シート１１と、基材シート１１の表面の略中央に接着固定された拭き取りシート１２とから構成されている。拭き取りシート１２の前後方向の縁辺部は、各凹状部１０の開口形状に対応して台形状に切り欠かれ、当該拭き取りシート１２の前後方向中央部の帯状部分１２ａから三角形状の部分が並列に前後に突出して櫛歯状に設けられている。つまり、本実施形態では、凹状部１０は、拭き取りシート１２の端部（厚みの部分）と、基材シート１１における拭き取りシート１２の切り欠き部分で表面に露出している部分とで設けられている。このため、本実施形態においては、凹状部１０の深さは、拭き取りシート１２の厚み分の深さとなっている。また、前記取付部１Ｂは基材シート１１で構成されている。

前記基材シート１１の材質は、前記装着部２０に装着できるものであれば特に制限はないが、装着部２０への装着性、清掃用シート１の保持性、剛性等を考慮すると布（不織布、織布）、紙（合成樹脂混抄紙を含む）、弾性体、樹脂フィルム等が好ましい。特に拭き取り部分１Ａに対応する部分の表面に粘着層を有するもの用いるとことで、拭き取りシート１２の接着固定及び凹状部１０の平面部１０ｄに当該粘着層の粘着性をそのまま用いることができる。

基材シート１１の坪量は、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性の点から５〜１００ｇ／ｍ^２であることが好ましい。また、基材シート１１の厚さは、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性等の点から０．００５〜３ｍｍであることが好ましい。

拭き取りシート１２は、従来からゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する清掃用シートに用いられているものを特に制限なく用いることができる。拭き取りシート１２には、紙、不織布、フィルム、繊維等のパイル等の他、例えば、特開平７−１８４８１５号公報の明細書の段落〔０００８〕〜〔００１８〕に記載の清掃用シートを用いることができる。また、拭き取りシート１２は、鉱物油、合成油、シリコーン油等の油剤成分や界面活性剤を１種類以上含んだ液剤を担持させ、該液剤の吸着力でゴミを繊維に吸着させるものを用いることもできる。

拭き取りシート１２の坪量は、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性の点から２０〜４００ｇ／ｍ^２であることが好ましい。また、拭き取りシート１２の厚さは、凹状部１０の深さ、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性等の点から０．５〜１０ｍｍ、特に１〜７ｍｍ、さらには２〜５ｍｍであることが好ましい。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１は、隣接する凹状部１０の前後方向における開口縁部１０ａの間に、該前後方向に向けて突出する尖形部１０ｂを有するのみであり、装着部２０の幅方向に沿って伸びる縁辺部は有していないので、掃除具２の装着部２０を清掃対象面（例えば、床面）に当接させて前後に操作する通常の拭き取り操作によって、比較的大きな固形のゴミを清掃用シート１の拭き取り部分１Ａの中央部分に至る凹状部１０まで導いてその粘着力によって確実に捕集するとともに、拭き取りシート１２の表面で髪の毛や埃等のゴミを捕集することができる。

図４〜図１５は、本発明の清掃用シートの第２〜第１２実施形態を示すものである。これらの図において、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１と共通する部分については、同一符号を付し、その説明は省略する。従って、特に説明のない部分については、第１実施形態における説明が適宜適用される。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図４に示す第２実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、前記凹状部１０の前後方向の長さＷ３を長くすることで、凹状部１０の面積を広くしてゴミの捕集量を増やすことができる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図５に示す第３実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、拭き取りシート１２の前後方向の縁辺部を平面視して二等辺三角形状に形成することで、凹状部１０の形態を平面視して二等辺三角形状にすることもできる。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、第１実施形態の清掃用シート１の効果に加えて、凹状部１０が拭き取り部分１Ａの中央に進むにつれて細く狭まっているため、拭き取り部分１Ａの中央付近における凹状部１０の狭まった部分でゴミを両側からはめ込んで捕集する効果も得られる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図６に示す第４実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、第２実施形態の清掃用シート１’において、拭き取りシート１２の前後方向中央の帯状部分１２ａの幅を狭めて各凹状部１０の面積を広くすることもできる。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、第３実施形態に比べて凹状部１０がさらに拭き取り部分１Ａの中央側に長く設けられており、第２実施形態に比べ比較的大きなゴミをより多く捕集することができる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図７に示す第５実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、拭き取りシート１２の前後方向の縁辺部を、拭き取りシート１２の前後方向中央の帯状部分１２ａから楕円の長径が当該前後方向に揃うよう楕円形状の部分１２ｂを部分的に突出させて形成することによって、凹状部１０を、隣接する当該凹状部１０の前後方向における開口縁部１０ａの間に、該前後方向に突出する湾曲部１０ｂを有する形態とすることもできる。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、凹状部１０の形状が、前後方向中央部から開口方向に向けて開口幅が一旦狭まった後に広がるように設けられているので、第１実施形態の効果に加え、拭き取り部分１Ａの中央部で捕集されたゴミのもどりを防ぐことができるほか、中央部分付近での比較的大きなゴミの捕集容量を増やすことができる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図８に示す第６実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、第１実施形態のような帯状部分１２ａを設けずに、凹状部１０を前後方向に見通せないように前後に連通させることもできる。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、凹状部１０を広く確保でき、拭き取り部分１Ａの前後方向の中央部にも比較的大きなゴミを捕集することができる。また、凹状部１０が前後方向に見通せないので、拭き掃除の際にゴミが前後方向に通過することがない。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図９に示す第７実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、第１実施形態における拭き取りシート１２の帯状部分１２ａを設けず、拭き取りシート１２の前後方向の縁辺部を櫛歯状の形態とすることに換えて、基材シート１１に菱形状（平行四辺形状）の拭き取りシート１２を千鳥格子状に配列させて固定することで、形成される凹状部１０を、前後方向に見通せないように前後方向に連通させ且つ隣接する当該凹状部１０の前後方向における開口縁部１０ａの間に、該前後方向に突出する尖形部１０ｂを有する形態とすることもできる。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、拭き取り部分１Ａの前後方向にほぼ均一に比較的大きなゴミを捕集することができる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図１０及び図１１に示す第８実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、尖形部１０ｂの先端部を、装着部２０の略前後端部からさらに前後に突出ように設け、この突出部分を隅部の壁や角に押し当てて埃や比較的大きなゴミ等を掻き取ることができるようにすることもできる。この尖形部１０ｂの突出長さＭは、拭き取りシート１２の材質に応じて適宜設定することができるが、埃や比較的大きなゴミの掻き取り易さ、加工性、装着部２０への装着性を考慮すると、突出長さＭは、２０ｍｍ以内、特に１０ｍｍ以内とすることが好ましい。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図１２に示す第９実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、装着部に装着されたときに当該装着部の底面側に位置する拭き取り部分１Ａに、装着部の幅方向、即ちシート１’の長さＬ方向に沿って伸びる所定幅Ｗ３の粘着性の凹状部１０を有している形態とすることもできる。該幅（装着部の端部からの凹状部１０の前後方向の長さ又は奥行き）Ｗ３は、３〜Ｗ１×０．３ｍｍ、特に１０〜Ｗ１×０．２ｍｍとすることが好ましい。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、連続する粘着部のため長く横たわった大きなゴミも捕集することができる。

また、本発明の清掃用シートは、図１３に示す第１０実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、凹状部１０の両端部に拭き取りシート１２が配された形態とすることもできる。この場合には、第９実施形態における効果に加え、拭き掃除を安定的に行うことができる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、図１４に示す第１１実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、基材シート１１の両面に中間基材１３を介在させて拭き取りシート１２を固定することで、両面使用が可能な形態とすることもできる。この場合、中間基材１３は、パルプ、不織布、紙、フィルム、繊維等のパイル、スポンジ材、ゴムシート等の材質で設けることが好ましい。また、中間基材１３を介在させずに、基材シート１１の両面に直接拭き取りシート１２を固定することもできる。

また、図１５に示す第１２実施形態の清掃用シート１’のように、両面使用可能なように、中間基材１３の表裏両面で対称に拭き取りシート１２を固定した形態とすることもできる。この場合、拭き取りシート１２を拭き取り部分１Ａだけでなく取付部分１Ｂとして機能するように、中間基材１３の表裏でその縁辺部から互いに逆方向（本実施形態では前後逆方向）に取付部分１Ｂを突出させるとともに、取付部分１Ｂを突出させない側に複数の凹状部１０が形成されるようにすることが好ましい。

本発明は、前記実施形態に何等制限されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において適宜変更することができる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、隣接する凹状部の前後方向における開口縁部の間に、該前後方向に向けて突出する尖形部や湾曲部を有するのみとし、装着部の幅方向に沿って伸びる縁辺部は有していない形態であれば、前記実施形態以外の形態、例えば、拭き取りシートの縁辺部の形状を前記三角形状と前記楕円形状とを組み合わせて凹状部を設けることもできるし、図７に示す前記楕円形状に換えて拭き取りシートの縁辺部を菱形状に形成することもできる。また、図９に示す前記菱形の拭き取りシートに換えて楕円形状の拭き取りシートを基材シートに固定して凹状部を設けることもできる。

本発明の清掃用シートは、前記第１実施形態のように、基材シート１１に拭き取りシート１２を固定して積層した形態とすることが好ましいが、一枚のシートにエンボス加工や部分的に坪量を換えたり、積繊したり、ヒートシールによって凹凸を賦形して所望の凹状部を形成し、該凹状部に前述のように粘着性を付与してもよい。

各凹状部１０は、前記実施形態のように、側面部１０ｃ及び平面部１０ｄの何れにも粘着性を有していることが好ましいが、側面部１０及び平面部１０ｄの何れかにのみ粘着性を付与することもできる。

また、凹状部は、前記各実施形態のように前後方向の両方向や、片方（図１４参照）のみに設けることが好ましいが、装着部の左右方向（幅方向）の何れか一方向又は両方向に設けることもできる。

また、本発明の清掃用シートは、前記実施形態のように、尖形部又は湾曲部の先端部が装着部の略前後端部に位置するように設けられていたり、該前後端部から突出するように設けられていることが好ましいが、尖形部又は湾曲部の先端部が清掃用具の装着部の前後端部又は左右端部より内側に位置するように設けられていてもよい。

また、本発明の清掃用シートは、取付部分の形態は前記実施形態に制限されるものではなく、清掃用具の装着部の形態に応じて適宜設定することができる。
例えば、前記実施形態では、取付部分１Ｂをそのまま基材シート１１で構成したが、基材シートの表面に粘着性を付与し、この粘着性で清掃用具の装着部に付け剥がし可能に固定できるようにしてもよい。

また、図１６に示す清掃用シート１’のように、基材シート１１の形態を前後端部に複数（図１６では前後二つずつ）の片部１１ａを有する形態とし、当該片部１１ａを取付部分１Ｂとする実施形態を採用し、該片部１１ａを装着部に取り付けて清掃用シートを固定することもできる。この実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、拭き取りシート１２の長さが清掃用具の装着部の長さよりも広い場合に、基材シートの無駄を省くことができるとともに、取付部が凹状部１０に接着されないようにする上で好ましい。

このように、取付部分の形態は、清掃用シートを清掃用具の装着部に装着して固定できる形態であれば、その形状、材質に特に制限はない。さらに、例えば、基材シートから複数のひも状体を突出させて取付部分とする形態を採用し、該ひも状体を装着部に結びつけて清掃用シートを装着部に取り付けるようにしたり、或いは、基材シートの前後端部又は左右端部の間にゴムひも等の弾性体を複数本渡して取付部分とする形態を採用し、該弾性体を装着部に掛けて清掃用シートを装着部に取り付けるようにすることもできる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、清掃対象への通常の拭き取り操作で比較的大きな固形のゴミを埃等とともに確実に捕集することができる清掃用シートが提供される。

Claims
