袋の開封部に雄、雌よりなる一対の帯状嵌合具を設けることにより、開閉自在とした嵌合具付包装用袋体(チャック袋)が、食品、医薬品、工業製品等多くの分野で使用されている。この嵌合具付包装用袋体の製造方法としては、種々の方法が提案されている。例えば、環状ダイを用いて雄型と雌型の一対の嵌合具を備えた筒状フィルムを一体に押出成形して製造する方法、フィルム上に嵌合具部を押出溶着する方法、予め嵌合具付のテープを製造し、このテープを袋体本体形成用基材フィルムに熱溶着又は接着剤固着する方法がある。

しかし前二者の方法では、使用可能な樹脂の種類に制限があること、多層フィルム基材への適用が困難なこと、多様なサイズに対応できないこと、印刷が困難なこと等のハンドリングのしにくさやコスト面の問題があるため、後者の、予め嵌合具付のテープを製造し、このテープを袋体本体形成用基材フィルムに熱溶着又は接着剤固着する方法が一般に採用されている。

嵌合具に用いられる材料としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体等のポリオレフィン系樹脂が広く用いられ、また、基材フィルムの材料が直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(以下、LLDPEということもある。)の場合LLDPE製嵌合具が用いられるのが一般的である。

本発明者等は鋭意検討した結果、嵌合具の部材に特定の樹脂を選定することにより、嵌合具としての機能を損なうことなく前記課題を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
すなわち本発明は、ポリアクリルニトリルに熱融着可能な嵌合具及びこの嵌合具を袋体本体に溶着してなる嵌合具付包装用袋体に関するものである。

本発明の嵌合具は、テープ部と爪部とを有する互いに嵌合可能な一対の帯状嵌合具において、テープ部が基部とシール部とを含む二層以上の多層構造を有しており、少なくともシール部が、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物系ホットメルト接着剤よりなるポリアクリルニトリルに熱融着可能な嵌合具である。

【発明の実施の態様】
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明の嵌合具は、少なくともシール部にエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物系ホットメルト接着剤が使用される。
エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物系ホットメルト接着剤のメルトフローレートは、0.5g/10分〜30g/10分の範囲のものが好適に用いられる。その理由は、メルトフローレートが0.5g/10分未満では押出成形性が劣り、30g/10分超では嵌合具の安定成形性が劣るからである。
