Description
【0001】

【0107】
<2. 変形例>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a combination weighing device that combines weighing items having different weights so as to have a predetermined weight. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique for controlling an amount of a weighing object in a combination weighing device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when weighing objects having different weights, such as confectionery and vegetables, are bagged by a predetermined weight, a plurality of the weighing materials are once dispersed and weighed, and a combination thereof becomes a predetermined weight. A combination weighing device for selecting a combination is used.
[0003]
The operation of a general combination weighing apparatus will be briefly described. First, a cross feeder supplies a weighed object carried into the apparatus to a dispersion feeder. The weighed objects supplied to the dispersion feeder are dispersed to a plurality of radiation feeders, discharged, and then conveyed to each weighing hopper via a pool hopper. Each weighing hopper weighs the weight (hereinafter, referred to as “conveyance amount”) of the weighed object conveyed from the radiation feeder, and outputs the weighing result to a control unit including a CPU or the like. The control unit selects an optimum combination of the weighing hoppers with the weight of the weighed object being the predetermined weight based on the weighing result, and gives an instruction to put the weighed object into the selected weighing hopper. The weighing hopper receiving the instruction from the control unit opens the opening / closing gate and puts the weighing object into the collecting chute. The weighed objects put into the collecting chute are packed into one bag via the discharge chute. In such a combination weighing device, the probability of the presence of a combination of weighing hoppers having a predetermined weight depends on the amount (conveyance amount) of the weighing objects put into each weighing hopper. Therefore, in such a combination weighing device, how to appropriately control the transport amount is important for performing an efficient combination weighing process.
[0004]
As an example of performing such a control, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-163873 discloses a method of controlling the supply capability of a distributed feeder by a predetermined calculation method based on a measurement result (a measurement result of a conveyance amount) from a measurement hopper. Apparatus for appropriately controlling the amount is described.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the supply state of the objects to be weighed on the dispersing unit is determined based on the detection result of the detecting unit, and the dispersion weight target value is corrected, so that the weighing state based on the actually measured value is obtained. Since the dispersion weight target value can be corrected accordingly, control accuracy can be improved. Therefore, efficient weighing can be performed. In addition, there is no need to separately provide a driving mechanism or the like, and the configuration of the apparatus is not complicated.
[0113]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the correcting means classifies the supply state into a plurality of stages, determines the state, and corrects while changing the correction amount of the dispersion weight target value according to the classified stage. Since the correction according to the situation becomes possible, the weighing efficiency can be improved.
