従来の技術というより、現在各メーカーが一番新しく出た製品と比較してもサイホンジェット式の送水の形態と平行して節水効果、消音効果、消臭効果等についてトイレの付加価値をつけ高価なものになっていますが、トイレ部門サイドでの発想しかないことが分かります。そのために、便器の焦点がずれているのに気づき、下水道のトータルシステムの一部の見地から排水処理の一段階の構造をより効果が大になるようになっていないのが現実です。

【発明の実態の形態】
本発明の趣旨は、図1の表している滝をイメージしたことによって先ず節水効果について考慮した場合、簡単なことですが便器には大便、小便用のコックがありますが果たして正しく使用されていますか。親が子供にそんな使い分けを指導していますか。また、世界中の女性を限定するといいささかという気がするのですがトイレの使用前、中間、使用後の水の使用量はご存知のとおりです。それでは、台所、浴室の水の使用法は、適切なんでしょうか。現在、節水便器が水の容量を制限して作られていますが、このようなことを考えれば節水と言えるのでしょうか。でも、これだけのことに限ったことではないのです。それは、40mの配管に汚物、汚水を節水便器で流したら、便、紙(トイレットティシュ、便座シート)が実験上、節水をすればするほど水しか流れず汚物は残るだけではなく、家庭雑排水、ホテル、飲食店等の油と重なり、人間の血管と同様に動脈硬化を起こし再度工事をしなおさなければならないケースが多く見受けられます。体も定期検査をすれば維持できます。設備も同じことが言えます。この事についての原因は便座シート、トイレットティシュにあります。ですから、ただ節水をすればよいというものではありません。トイレサイド側からみれば下水管に送りさえすればという発想は、終末処理場の負荷をかけていることの実態の把握ができていないのが現実です。このフォール(滝)は、女性の汚水、汚物の排泄作用にはたらく繊細な意識を逆転の発想により、それらの音、臭いを消して爽やかなイメージを持つことで快適なトイレ環境を作っています。また、年頃の女子を持つ父親の存在感は、親父の入った後は臭くては入れないといった経験をお持ちになったことがあると思います。
図2では、便器内部排水部位及びとラップの内部構造について表現しています。A、Aダッシュ、B、Bダッシュについては、汚水、汚物等の排泄に伴うときにエアーを速やかに逃がし音を小さくすることができ、また、吸引力、押し出す力がパワーアップされ管内の汚物が集中して下水管の内部に流入し、より遠くまで流す構造になっています。また、トラップの底辺の中心をC,Cダッシュ、D,Dダッシュは従来のサイホンジェット式と対照した場合、いかに早く下水管に流入させ、水流を1つの力にまとめ易いかを比較した際、国土交通省(前建設省基準)よりはるかに効果をもたらしている。さらに、F,Fダッシュとの違いは、Eダッシュの出口を、CダッシュからEダッシュの結ぶ点の勾配10%上げることにより、より汚水等を一点に集めやすくEダッシュからの専用下水管との連携作用により、スムースな流れと一層凍りにくく、付着率の少ない消音性を維持できる構造になります。
図3は、従来の水道管と同じ塩ビ管で下水管がありますが、先ほどらいから図1,2で説明のとおりです。如何に便器内汚物等を効果的に外部へ排泄するかに焦点は絞られています。そこで、今回の構造といえば便器同様下水管も上水道施設に用いる上水管と同じ塩ビ管で併用されていますが、同じ構造でいいはすがない事に疑問がなく現在に至って言いますが、性質上水と汚物では運搬上ことなることぐらいの発想お分かり頂けると思います。しかし、専用下水道管という物のその物がありません。そこで、便器の排泄口と下水管の受け口を同様な構造にすれば、下水道の第一段階におけるトータルシステムが完成します。勿論、下水道専用塩ビ管の特許申請をあわせて行っています。役割分担が、明確に今日までにされてきていなかったことも事実です。

【発明の効果】
このような発想すれば、上水道の水を運搬する仕組みは安全で衛生的な水且つスピーディーに供給することにあります。
しかし、下水道として汚物、汚水、雑排水等を各家庭、複合ビル、工場等からいく種類もの成分を含んだものを下水本管に効果的に流入させて、自治体が管理運営する終末処理場へ送り込んで、環境に適合する水質基準にして放流しています。また、中には半世紀及びそれ以上かけないと処理できない半原基が存在します。このことから、上水道の構造からすると下水道の施設の難しさは、お分かりいただけると同時に、上下水道設備に同じ構造のものが未だに使用されているのも解せない話です。 その理由の一つとして、下水道事業が始まるまでは汲み取りから水洗に変わりさらに、和式、洋式と多彩なデザインと工夫が消費者の立場から魅力的な感覚へと意識も変わってきたのも事実です。その上、各トイレメーカーが競ってトイレ環境の意識向上に向けて取り組んでいます。
しかし、下水道施設、下水道事業等からすればトイレメーカーサイド、管機材メーカーサイド、阻集器メーカーサイドでの独自の開発がなされてきています。今回、こうした一連の下水道設備を一本化した取り組みをすることにより、それぞれの部門の相乗効果及び下水道施設の意識改革の構築、展開につなげればと考え、下水道設備の立場から趣旨を理解し各部門での特許申請を行うことで1つのたたき台になればと考えます。(家庭排水――終末処理場――河川放流)
自然環境の保全の大切さを、さらに認識する必要があると思います。
結論からすれば、今までの環境については上下水道の感覚の違いを刷新することによって引き継がれる子供たちのために、そして地球環境のために残される何かに取り組むべきです。
