Description

【0001】

【0006】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a foldable shoring for use in erection of a heavy object such as a required bridge girder or large truss in bridge construction, various construction works, or civil engineering work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of shoring that is made freely foldable, a shoring proposed by the inventor of the present invention, that is, a pair of struts on both sides is connected to each other by a bracing or a horizontal connecting material to form a square shape. At least a pair of support frame members on both sides are arranged at a predetermined interval, and a required number of support frame members having the same shape are sequentially connected to the support frame members on each side via hinge members so as to be foldable. Both sides of the supporting frame members adjacent to each other on both sides are connected rotatably in the folding direction via a spacing regulating member of a required length, and a brace is made freely attachable. It is known that necessary supporting members such as stairs and floor-attached fabrics are rotatably mounted in a folding direction between frame members via a horizontal connecting member (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-212920). (Patent Document 1).
In the conventional shoring constructed as described above, the uppermost both-side support frame members are lifted by a crane or the like, and the both-side support frame members are successively regulated by the gap regulating members via the hinge members. After the support members such as stairs and floor-attached fabric are rotated and erected in conjunction with this, the adjacent support frame members are assembled by connecting both sides of the adjacent support frame members in a crossed manner with braces.
Conversely, for folding, the uppermost both-side support frame members are hung by a crane or the like, and the lower-side both-side support frame members are sequentially folded via the hinge members while removing the retrofitting braces from the lowermost both-side support frame members. In conjunction with this, the supporting members such as stairs and floor-attached fabric are rotated and folded between the supporting frame members on both sides, whereby the whole is compactly folded.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional shoring constructed as described above, at the time of assembling, a gap is generated between a shoring member such as a floor-attached fabric and a horizontal tie member / spacing regulating member. From the viewpoint of ensuring the safety of workers, etc., the baseboard is attached and closed in a surrounding shape. The mounting of the baseboard is difficult because the steps and the fabric with the floor mounted between the pair of support frame members on both sides are very difficult to mount in a surrounding shape. It is supposed to be retrofitted later, and the work is not only troublesome and time-consuming, but also has to be removed one by one when folding, and as a whole the assembling and folding work efficiency of the shoring work Was reduced.
Also, in the main rope support to be attached at the time of assembling the supporter, the supporter itself is foldable, so it is inevitably attached later, and the installation work is extremely troublesome and troublesome. Not only that, it must be removed one by one at the time of folding, which reduces the efficiency of assembling and folding work of the shoring as a whole.
[0004]

The embodiment constructed as described above can be assembled and used as shown in FIG. 1 when used, and can be folded and compacted as shown in FIG. 8 when not used, as in the conventional example. .
[0010]
That is, at the time of use, the upper support frame member 1b on both sides is lifted by a crane or the like, and the upper support frame member 1b is raised at the same time as being controlled by the space control member 8 at a fixed interval via the hinge member 7. The stairs 17, the floor-attached fabric 9 and the opening / closing plate 10 are turned upright while using the horizontal member 4 and the horizontal connecting member 5 as rotating shafts in conjunction therewith. Both sides are connected in a cross shape by braces 27. Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the main rope support 22 is pulled out from the storage tube 19, and the retaining pin 25 is inserted into the required pin insertion hole 24 from the retaining hole 26 of the upper grip 20, and The rope support 22 is raised to a required height, and a parent rope (not shown) is extended.
When the assembling of the upper support frame member 1b is completed, the upper support frame member 1b is further lifted, and the lower support frame member 1a is erected while the gap is regulated by the gap regulating member 8, and in conjunction with this, the stairs 17 and the cloth with floor are interlocked. After the frame 9 and the opening / closing plate 10 are respectively turned upright, the both sides of the lower supporting frame member 1a adjacent to each other are connected in a cross shape by braces 27. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5, the short skirting member 15 on one side is erected while rotating the long skirting member 14 on both sides inward using the horizontal connecting member 5 as a rotation support shaft. At the same time, the short skirting member 15 on the other side is erected, and the corresponding short skirting members 15 are connected to each other with wedges 16 to surround the cloth frame 9 with the floor and the opening / closing plate 10 to form the horizontal connecting member 5. The gap between the gap regulating member 8 is closed, and the assembly is completed (see FIG. 1). At this time, the skirting board 12 has a long skirting member 14 rotatably mounted along the horizontal connecting member 5 on both sides by a grip metal 13 and is connected to both ends of each of the long skirting members 14. Since the flexible short skirting members 15 are freely foldable and pivotally connected, the assembling work can be performed quickly and reliably without disturbing the stairs 17 or the floor-attached fabric 9 during assembly. It can be done.
[0011]
Conversely, for folding, the connection of the short skirting member 15 is released and the long skirting member 14 is folded, and at the same time, the long skirting member 14 on both sides is removed using the horizontal connecting member 5 as a rotating shaft. Then, the support 27 is detached from the support frame member 1a while the upper support frame member 1b is suspended and supported by a crane or the like while being suspended (see FIG. 2). When the removal of the brace 27 is completed, the upper support frame member 1b is suspended, and the lower support frame members 1a on both sides are bent via the hinge member 7 while the gap is regulated at a fixed interval by the gap regulating member 8, Ground it sideways. At this time, the baseboard 12, the cloth with floor 9, the opening and closing plate 10, and the stairs 17 are folded between the lower supporting frame members 1a on both sides while rotating through the horizontal connecting member 5 and the horizontal member 4, respectively. Next, the hook of the main rope support 22 is released and housed in the storage tube 19, and is fixed in the housed state via the hook pin 25 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. After the braces 27 are removed, the upper support frame members 1b on both sides are further suspended while being spaced by the spacing regulating members 8, and the stairs 17 and the flooring fabric are joined together with the parent rope support 22 accommodated in the accommodation tube 19. 9. Folding the opening / closing plate 10 on the lower support frame member 1a via the hinge member 7 while folding the opening / closing plate 10 to complete the folding (see FIG. 8).
[0012]
In the above embodiment, the upper and lower support frame members 1b and 1a have a two-layer structure. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The support frame members 1b and 1a may have a multi-layer structure.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, the long skirting members are respectively rotatably mounted in the folding direction along the adjacent horizontal connecting members constituting the shoring via the mounting members. In addition, since the short skirting members that can be freely connected to both ends of each of the long skirting members are pivotally attached to each other so as to be freely foldable, at the time of assembling, quickly without being disturbed by stairs, flooring, etc. In addition to being able to assemble work efficiently and efficiently, when folding after use, release the connection of the short skirting member and fold it over the long skirting member, and remove the long skirting member. It can be easily folded between the support frame members by turning it down and falling down, and as a result, assembling and folding work efficiency of the supporter can be reduced compared to the conventional example where the baseboard is retrofitted. Can be significantly improved Than it is.
[0014]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 2, as described above, a storage pipe of a required length is attached to the outermost support frame member constituting the support, and the main rope support is attached to the storage pipe via a retaining pin. When the shoring is assembled, the main rope support is pulled out of the storage tube and raised up to the required length. After use, it is stored in the storage tube and folded along the support frame member. The efficiency of assembling and folding work of the shoring can be remarkably improved as compared with a conventional example in which a main rope support is retrofitted.
