Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a foldable support for use in laying a heavy object such as a required bridge girder or a large truss in bridge construction, various construction work, or civil engineering work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of foldable support structure, a floor member that is foldable between a pair of support frame members formed in a square shape by connecting a pair of support columns on both sides is rotatable. It is known that a telescopic strut is pivotally attached to both sides of the support frame member in an intersecting manner, and a horizontal bar can be attached to both sides of the upper end portion of the support frame member ( JP, 9-195530, A).
When assembling the conventional support constructed as described above, the support frame members on both sides are lifted by a crane or the like, the extension struts on both sides are extended and locked, and the floor member is shaped like a flat surface. In addition, the upper end sides of the both side support frame members are connected to each other with a horizontal hook and then assembled, and then lifted by a crane or the like to stand up.
On the other hand, when folding, the crane is lifted by a crane or the like and then laid down, and then the heel is removed, the lock of the elastic band is released, and the connection of the floor member is released. And while extending | stretching a telescopic brace by the dead weight of a supporting frame member, it is supposed that a floor member is folded and folded.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional example configured as described above can be reliably assembled and folded, but has the following problems.
First of all, since the support frame members on both sides are connected to each other by an elastic bar and a bendable floor member, the elastic bar can be freely expanded and contracted during assembly, and the floor member is also bent. To do. For this reason, not only the locking operation and the connecting operation of the floor member at the time of extension of the elastic bar, but also the installation work of the reed is very troublesome and troublesome, and the assembly work efficiency as a whole is very poor.
Second, at the time of assembly, it must be lifted and assembled by a crane or the like, and then it must be lifted to stand up. The assembly work is very troublesome and troublesome, and the work efficiency is extremely poor. The same applies to folding.
Thirdly, when supporting structures are formed in multiple layers as needed, the supporting structures of the same shape must be stacked on the supporting works one after another, and the struts constituting the supporting works must be connected. It is cumbersome and time-consuming, and the same applies when folding.
Fourthly, since the support frame members on both sides are supposed to be folded through the stretcher brace and the foldable floor member, it is not possible to assemble the stairs linked to the folding of the both side support frame members, As a result, it must be assembled later at the time of assembly, which is very troublesome.
[0004]
The present invention solves the problems of the conventional example, and not only can the multi-layer structure be easily formed as necessary, but also very easily, quickly, firmly and efficiently assembled and folded. It is intended to provide support work that can be.

Then, the upper support frame members 1b on both sides start to stand in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. Then, when the upper support frame members 1b on both sides are raised, the lifting is stopped, and the upper staircase 8 is automatically rotated with the horizontal connecting member 4 as the rotation support shaft, and the lower end thereof is placed on the open / close scaffolding plate 13. Then, the braces 14 are attached to and connected to the both sides of the upper support frame members 1b on both sides via the attachment members 3 in a cross shape (see FIG. 9). When the attachment of the brace 14 is completed, the column 2 of the upper support frame member 1b is further lifted. Then, the lower supporting frame members 1a on both sides start to stand up while automatically rotating in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. Then, when the lower support frame members 1a on both sides are completely raised, the lifting is stopped, the lower staircase 8 is rotated around the horizontal connecting member 4 as the rotation support shaft, and the lower end thereof is grounded to the ground. The braces 14 are attached to the both sides of the lower support frame members 1a on both sides via the attachment members 3 in a crossing manner to complete the assembly (see FIGS. 1 to 4 and 11).
[0010]
On the contrary, when folding, the column 2 of the upper support frame member 1b is lifted by a crane or the like and is suspended and supported in a slightly lifted state. Then, after removing the braces 14 from the lower support frame members 1a on both sides, the lower support frame members 1a on both sides are suspended while being grounded to the ground, and the lower portions on both sides are separated by the space restriction frame members 7 on the lower ends. The suspension is stopped when the support frame member 1a is bent through the hinge member 6 while being regulated at a predetermined interval and is grounded in a laid-down manner. At this time, the lower staircase 8 rotates around the horizontal connecting member 4 as a rotation support shaft and is folded between the lower support frame members 1a on both sides. Next, the brace 14 is removed from the upper support frame members 1b on both sides. After that, the support column 2 of the upper support frame member 1b is further suspended, and the lower support frame member corresponding to the upper support frame member 1b via the hinge member 6 while the interval of the upper support frame members 1b on both sides is restricted by the interval restriction frame member 7. Fold over 1a to complete the folding (see FIGS. 5-7).
[0011]
In addition, although the said Example is made into 2 layer structure of the upper-lower part support frame member 1a * 1b, it is not limited to this, For example, as shown in FIG.12 and FIG.13, as shown in FIG.12 and FIG.
