TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shoe provided with a shoe gap adjusting pad at a position of an arch corresponding to a skeleton of a foot of a user of the shoe, and a method of manufacturing the shoe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a skeleton (arch) of a foot forms a gap between a midsole and a sole of a shoe, particularly at a part of an arch, so that the skeleton is deformed, pain is generated, and fatigue is easily caused. The following points are cited as causes of the above-mentioned gap.
[0003]
(1) The skeleton (arch) of the foot does not match the midsole of the shoe (the contact portion between the sole and the shoe).
[0004]
(2) The inner volumes of the upper part of the foot and the upper part of the shoe do not match. As an example of this, there is a case where there is a margin between the upper part of the foot and the upper part of the shoe from the beginning of the purchase of the shoe, or a case where the above margin is generated as the shoes are worn.
[0005]
(3) Shoe size selection error is the cause.
[0006]
In order to solve the above problem, a padded insole provided with a pad almost at the position of the arch has been devised. When the padded insole is laid on the midsole of the shoe, the pad serves as a cushioning material between the arch and the midsole of the shoe to distribute the load.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-316682
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, with conventional padded insoles, the size and skeleton of the feet vary from person to person, so several types with different sizes and pad positions are manufactured, and the user selects from these various types of padded insoles. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is troublesome and mass production cannot be achieved, resulting in an increase in cost.
[0009]
In addition, since the shape (vertical arch, horizontal arch) and position of the arch vary widely depending on the person, even if several types of padded insoles are manufactured as described above, it is not always possible to select the one that fits perfectly. There was a problem.
[0010]
Incidentally, the problems caused by the formation of the gap are as follows.
[0011]
(1) Since the load applied to the sole of the foot is concentrated on two points, the toe and the heel, there are the following problems. That is, keratinization occurs on the soles of the feet, such as legumes, octopuses, and fish eyes, so that pain occurs and the appearance deteriorates. In addition, since the skeleton is deformed like an open leg, hallux valgus or the like, pain is caused or the appearance is deteriorated. Further, since the impact of the load such as heel pain and stepping pain cannot be absorbed, pain occurs.
[0012]
(2) Since walking is not stable, useless force such as muscle fatigue, muscle pain and the like is applied, so that the user becomes apt to be tired and suffers from pain.
[0013]
In particular, in shoes that emphasize the design of women's high heel shoes and the like, since the toes are pushed into the front end of the shoes during walking, forced deformation is forced, and the above-described problem occurs.
[0014]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and its purpose is to provide a gap adjustment pad in accordance with the position of the arch according to the skeleton of the foot of the user of the footwear, thereby achieving stable walking, An object of the present invention is to provide footwear and a method for manufacturing the same, which can reduce troubles of the sole such as keratinization and deformation of a skeleton.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a footwear according to the present invention according to claim 1, wherein a gap adjusting pad is formed on an arch portion of an insole, the center portion being thick in the front-rear direction of the insole and the front end side and the rear end side being thin. And the insole is integrated on the gap adjusting pad and the insole.
[0016]
Therefore, since the gap adjustment pad is provided so as to be applied to the position of the arch of the user's foot, the load applied to the sole is dispersed over the entire sole, so that beans, octopus, fish eyes, etc. Keratinization, deformation of the skeleton such as open feet, hallux valgus, etc., and the inability to absorb load shocks such as heel pain and stepping pain are alleviated.
[0017]
A footwear according to a second aspect of the present invention is the footwear according to the first aspect, wherein the gap adjusting pad is made of an elastic member having a hardness of 40 degrees or 60 degrees.
[0018]
Therefore, a comfortable wearing feeling and dual use can be obtained by the optimal elastic hardness. In addition, fatigue is alleviated by stable walking with moderate grip.
[0019]
The method of manufacturing footwear according to the present invention according to claim 3, wherein a gap adjusting pad is formed on an arch portion of the foot of the midsole of the footwear, the center portion being thick in the front-rear direction of the midsole and the front end side and the rear end side being thin. And then integrating the gap adjusting pad and the insole on the insole to produce footwear.
[0020]
Therefore, similarly to the first aspect, since the gap adjusting pad is provided so as to be applied to the position of the arch of the user's foot, the load applied to the sole is dispersed throughout the sole. The anxiety of the feet, such as keratinization of beans, octopus, fish eyes, etc., deformation of the skeleton such as open feet, hallux valgus and the like, and the inability to absorb the impact of the load such as heel pain and stepping pain are reduced.
[0021]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the footwear manufacturing method according to the third aspect, wherein the gap adjusting pad is made of an elastic member having a hardness of 40 to 60 degrees. .
[0022]
Therefore, as in the case of the second aspect, a comfortable wearing feeling and versatility can be obtained by the optimal elastic hardness. In addition, fatigue is alleviated by stable walking with moderate grip.
[0023]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0024]
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the gap adjusting pad 1 according to this embodiment has a shape substantially corresponding to the arch shape of the arch of the foot, and is used, for example, in the front-back direction of shoes as footwear described later. , The central portion 3 is formed thick, and the front end 5 and the rear end 7 are formed thin. In addition, as a material of the gap adjusting pad 1, for example, an elastic resin material having a hardness of 40 to 60 degrees, such as SBR synthetic rubber, EVA ever resin, or urethane foam, is used. In this embodiment, an SBR synthetic rubber having a hardness of 45 degrees is used.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 4, the insole 9 has a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the midsole of a shoe, for example, a shoe. The insole 9 is made of, for example, artificial leather, but is not limited to this.
[0026]
According to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, when the shoe 11 is manufactured as footwear, it is adjusted to the arch position 13A of the foot of the insole 13 already formed when the shoe 11 is manufactured. The shoe gap adjusting pad 1 shown in FIG. 3 is bonded and integrated with the adhesive 15. Then, the insole 9 shown in FIG. 4 is adhered to another part of the insole 13 to which the shoe gap adjusting pad 1 and the shoe gap adjusting pad 1 are not adhered by another adhesive 17 so as to be integrated. Shoes are manufactured.
[0027]
As described above, the shoe gap adjusting pad 1 is easily integrated with the midsole 13 of the shoe 11 such that the shoe gap adjusting pad 1 is brought into contact with a position corresponding to the shape of the arch of the foot. Therefore, the load applied to the sole is dispersed throughout the toe, the arch and the heel by the adjustment of a moderate thickness by the shoe gap adjusting pad 1, so that keratinization of beans, octopus, fish eyes, It is possible to reduce anxiety of the sole such as deformation of a skeleton such as an open leg, hallux valgus and the like, and inability to absorb a load shock such as heel pain and stepping pain.
[0028]
Further, since the shoe gap adjusting pad 1 is made of an elastic resin material having a hardness of 40 degrees or 60 degrees, a comfortable wearing feeling and dual use can be obtained due to the optimal elastic hardness. In addition, fatigue can be reduced by stable walking with moderate grip.
[0029]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but can be embodied in other modes by making appropriate changes. In the present embodiment, the shoe 11 has been described as an example of footwear, but the present invention can be applied to sandals and the like in addition to the shoe 11.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As understood from the above description of the embodiment of the invention, according to the invention of claim 1, since the gap adjusting pad is provided so as to be applied to the position of the arch of the user's foot, Since the load applied to the sole of the foot is distributed throughout the sole of the foot, the keratinization of beans, octopus, fish eyes, etc., deformation of the skeleton such as open legs, hallux valgus, etc., and heel pain, trampling pain, etc. It is possible to reduce the troubles of the sole such that the shock cannot be absorbed.
[0031]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a comfortable wearing feeling and dual use due to the optimal elastic hardness. In addition, fatigue can be reduced by stable walking with moderate grip.
[0032]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, similarly to the first aspect, the gap adjusting pad is provided so as to be applied to the position of the arch of the user's foot, so that the load applied to the sole is applied to the entire sole. Because it is dispersed throughout, the leg sole, octopus, keratinization of the eyes of the fish, deformation of the skeleton such as open feet, hallux valgus and heel pain, foot pain, etc. Trouble can be reduced.
[0033]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, as in the second aspect, it is possible to obtain a comfortable wearing feeling and dual-purpose property by the optimal elastic hardness. In addition, fatigue can be alleviated by stable walking with moderate grip.
