Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pattern duvet cover that can greatly improve the efficiency of washing and roll ironing of a duvet cover for business use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, fashion has progressed in covers attached to business futons used in hospitals, nursing homes, and the like, and the demand for patterned futon covers printed from conventional white or color plain futon covers has been increasing. Since the printed fabric is used as the upper fabric and / or the lower fabric of the duvet cover, there is a problem of the washing fastness of the printed fabric. By using a pigment as the dye to be used, both sides of the printed fabric cannot be used. After the futon cover is attached to the futon and used, the futon cover is turned upside down when the futon cover is removed.
[0003]
This must be further turned upside down, washed and finished with a roll iron. Of course, it is free to wash upside down, but you must turn it over when you deliver a duvet cover that has been washed and ironed. This reversal work is a heavy burden on liner suppliers (laundry leasing companies). There are 8,000 to 10,000 sheets a day at a mid-sized company, and more than ten people are required to turn over such futon covers.
[0004]
In the conventional patterned print duvet cover, since the printed state of the front surface and the back surface of the upper surface fabric is very unclear on the back surface compared to the front surface, these two surfaces cannot be used. That is, there is a problem in using the futon in an inverted state after detaching from the futon.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional business duvet cover has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a business futon cover that does not need to be turned over when the futon cover is detached from the futon and is turned inside out.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
The duvet cover according to the present invention uses a geometric pattern yarn-dyed fabric, and the front and back surfaces have the same pattern. Therefore, the yarn-dyed fabric is used for both or one of the upper fabric and the lower fabric of the duvet cover, three of the four sides of the duvet cover are double sewn, and an opening is provided on the remaining one side. is there. Therefore, the front and back sides can be used, and the futon cover does not need to be turned upside down or turned over.
[0007]
Therefore, when the dirty futon cover is removed from the futon, the futon cover is turned upside down, but is washed as it is without being turned upside down, and is roll ironed. Because of the use of the yarn-dyed fabric, the front and back surfaces have the same color and do not need to be turned upside down because the same pattern is formed, and are directly attached to the futon. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
【Example】
The futon cover of the present invention has a rectangular upper surface cloth and a lower surface cloth, three sides of which are double sewn and one side is an opening. FIG. 1 is an external view showing a futon cover of the present invention. The three sides 1a, 1b, and 1c are sewn, and the remaining one side 1d is an opening 2 without being sewn. It is configured to be.
[0009]
FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1. The upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 4 are sewn together as shown in FIG. 1 and are double sewn so that the edge 8 is not exposed to the outside. That is, after performing the first sewing 6, the second sewing 7 is performed by turning over, and the strings 5a and 5b are fixed to the opening 2 on one side in some places. The strings 5a, 5b are formed by rounding the edges 8, 8 of the upper surface cloth 3 and the lower surface cloth 4 of the opening 2, and sewn together with the rounded edges 5, 5.
[0010]
The strings 5a, 5b,... Can close the opening 2 of the futon cover attached to the futon. Therefore, it is possible to use a fastener or an adhesive tape (magic tape) instead of the strings 5a and 5b.
[0011]
FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a state in which the duvet cover of the present invention is turned upside down. As shown in the figure, since the side 1b is double-sewn, the edges 8, 8 of the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 4 are not exposed to the outside by the second sewing 7. On the other hand, the edges 8, 8 of the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 4 in the opening 2 are not exposed because they are rounded together with the strings 5a, 5b. Of course, the ends of the strings 5a and 5b are not exposed.
[0012]
By the way, the futon cover of the present invention is configured so that it can be used by being attached to the futon even in the state shown in FIG. 2 or the inverted state shown in FIG. However, the duvet cover of the present invention is for business use, but a geometric pattern is formed on both the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 4 or on the upper cloth 3 and a colorful color is provided. However, the pattern and the color must be the same and clear.
[0013]
Therefore, the dyed woven fabric is used only for the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 4 or only the upper cloth 3 of the duvet cover according to the present invention. The upper fabric 3 and the lower fabric 4, which are the yarn-dyed fabrics, have the same color and pattern on the front and back surfaces, and the futon cover shown in FIG. 2 has the same appearance as the flip-back futon cover shown in FIG. .
[0014]
Here, regarding the material of the yarn used for the yarn-dyed fabric, 100% cotton and a mixed yarn of polyester and cotton, or, although not particularly limited, durability, texture, sweat absorption, drying, strength, From the viewpoint of dyeability and heat resistance of a roll iron, the polyester is preferably in the range of 80 to 20% and 20 to 80% cotton, particularly preferably 50 to 30% polyester and 50 to 70% cotton.
[0015]
If the proportion of polyester is large, sweat absorption, heat resistance of iron heat and skin feel are inferior, whereas if the proportion of cotton is large, strength, durability and drying properties are inferior, so the above range is preferable. .
[0016]
As for the thickness (count) of the yarn used for the yarn-dyed fabric, the range of # 5 to # 60 is preferable. If the yarn used in the yarn-dyed fabric is less than # 5, the yarn is too thick and rough to give a soft touch, and is not suitable for a duvet cover. On the other hand, if the yarn to be used is # 60 or more, the texture is very good, but the durability and strength are lacking, so that it is not suitable for a duvet cover for business use which is repeatedly used.
[0017]
Therefore, it is suitable to set # 10 to # 40, particularly preferably # 20 to # 30. Within this range, the desired durability, sweat-absorbing property, drying property, and texture can be obtained, and a good futon cover can be obtained.
[0018]
Furthermore, the number of warp yarns is the number of warp yarns and weft yarns that fall between 1 inch, and the warp yarns are in the range of 30 to 150 yarns and the weft yarns are in the range of 30 to 90 yarns. Preferably, the yarn-dyed fabric has 40 to 90 warp yarns and 40 to 60 weft yarns, so that the required strength, durability, sweat absorption, and drying property of the fabric are maintained.
[0019]
The yarn-dyed fabric is dyed in a yarn state and woven using the yarn. The woven yarn-dyed fabric has the same color and pattern on the front and back surfaces. In the present invention, this yarn-dyed fabric is used for the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 4.
[0020]
The yarn used for the yarn-dyed fabric is a mixed yarn of the above polyester and cotton, and when it is dyed, the polyester side uses a disperse dye and the cotton side uses a slen dye, so the business consisting of yarn-dyed fabric Washing resistance of the futon cover is greatly improved, and discoloration due to discoloration or the like is extremely small even after washing for 30 times, so that quality that can withstand daily use can be maintained.
[0021]
As described above, the duvet cover for business use according to the present invention uses the pre-dyed fabric only for the upper cloth and the lower cloth, or the upper cloth, and the following effects can be obtained.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
At least the upper surface cloth of the duvet cover according to the present invention is a colorful duvet cover because the dyed fabric is used. Since the other side except the opening of the duvet cover is double-sewn, the edges of the upper surface cloth and the lower surface cloth are not exposed to the outside even if it is turned over. In addition, the same color and pattern are formed even when turned upside down because the yarn-dyed fabric is used.
[0023]
Therefore, when the dirty futon cover is removed from the futon, the futon is turned upside down, but it is not necessary to turn it over and wash it. . The workability is greatly improved as compared with the conventional patterned print duvet cover which has to be turned upside down and washed. Further, if the yarns used for the yarn-dyed fabric are # 20 to # 30, a futon cover having durability, sweat-absorbing property, drying property and texture is obtained.
[0024]
On the other hand, when using a blended yarn of cotton and polyester as the yarn used for the yarn-dyed fabric, the polyester uses a disperse dye, and the cotton uses a slen dye, thereby significantly improving the washing resistance of the duvet cover. Discoloration due to discoloration is extremely reduced.
