Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clamp unit for a harness (bundled wire), and more particularly to a clamp unit for a harness that can clamp a plurality of harnesses.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a harness clamp unit, there has been proposed a technique for providing a clamp and an engagement structure in which operability when releasing the engagement is better than that of a conventional product. That is, when the engaging member and the engaged member are engaged with each other in the clamp, the engaging portion is advanced to the engaging position (in a state where the guided projection is guided inside the guide portion (right side)). When it is lowered, the engaging claw is hooked on the stepped portion, and the engaging member and the engaged member are engaged. When the engagement is released, the engagement member is further advanced (downward) (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-336509
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the harness clamp of the related art, when a plurality of harnesses are repeatedly stored in the same clamp, it is necessary to repeatedly engage and disengage each time, and waste occurs in engaging each time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a harness clamp unit that can store a plurality of harnesses in a storage frame without repeating engagement and disengagement at an engagement portion.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means for Solving the Problems To achieve the above object, an invention according to claim 1 includes a storage frame for storing a harness, an auxiliary stopper for temporarily holding the harness in the storage frame, and a final holding of the harness in the storage frame. The main feature is the harness clamp unit that forms the joint.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the harness clamp unit according to the first aspect, wherein the auxiliary stopper is provided at an opening end of the storage frame body and includes a pair of projecting pieces extending toward the center. The unit is the main feature.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the harness clamp unit according to the first aspect, a main feature is a harness clamp unit in which a tip of a protruding piece has a sharpened shape.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a non-engaged state in the clamp unit for harness according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the same engaged state.
A clamp unit for a harness according to an embodiment of the present invention is made of a synthetic resin, and has a substantially U-shaped storage frame 1 for storing a harness, and a harness which is disposed to face the storage frame 1 so as to face the harness. , An engagement portion 3 formed by extending one end of the storage frame 1 and finally holding a harness in the storage frame 1, and a storage frame And the engagement receiving portion 4 located at the other end of the second member. The auxiliary stopper 2 is provided at an opening end of the storage frame 1 and includes a pair of projecting pieces extending toward the center. The tip of the protruding piece is sharp.
In the non-engaged state shown in FIG. 1, one wall surface of the storage frame 1 and the engagement portion 3 are linear, and the opening of the storage frame 1 is open. In the engagement state shown in FIG. 2, the engagement portion 3 is bent at a right angle around the thin rotating portion 3 a and covers the opening of the storage frame 1.
