Abstract

Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジンロータ(40)用の軸受組立体(42)であって、
前記ガスタービンエンジンロータを支持するように構成された環状のばね(54)と、
前記環状のばねの半径方向外側で該環状のばねと同心に位置合わせされ、かつ該環状のばねを支持するように構成された環状のダンパ(120)軸受と、
を含み、
前記ダンパ軸受及び前記ばねの少なくとも1つが、その中に形成された少なくとも1つの溝(80)を含み、前記ダンパ軸受及び前記ばねの中の少なくとも1つが、それから延びるリテーナ(140)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溝が、その中に前記リテーナを受けて、前記ダンパ軸受を前記ばねに連結するような寸法にされている、
ことを特徴とする軸受組立体。 - 前記リテーナ(140)が、前記ばね(54)及び前記ダンパ軸受(120)の少なくとも1つから半径方向内向きに延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(80)が、前記ばね(54)及び前記ダンパ(120)の少なくとも1つの周りで部分的に周方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(80)が、第1の溝と第2の溝とを含み、前記第1の溝が、前記第2の溝からほぼ180°オフセットしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)。
- 前記ばね(54)と前記ダンパ(120)との間で周方向に延びる環状のスリーブダンパ(160)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)。
- 前記リテーナ(140)が、前記少なくとも1つの溝(80)内に摺動可能に連結されて、前記ダンパ軸受(120)に対する前記ばね(54)の周方向の移動を防止するのを可能にするように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)。
- 前記ダンパ軸受(120)及び前記ばね(54)の少なくとも1つが、空気/オイルシール部材(132)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)
- 前記リテーナ(140)が、前記ダンパ軸受(120)から半径方向内向きに延び、前記少なくとも1つの溝(80)が、前記ばね(54)の半径方向外面に形成され、前記ダンパ軸受が、前記ばねと該ダンパ軸受との間に環状の間隙(122)を形成するように前記リテーナによって該ばねに摺動可能に連結されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受組立体(42)。
- ロータシャフト(44)と、
前記ロータシャフトを支持するように構成された軸受組立体(42)と、
を含み、
前記軸受組立体が、環状のダンパ軸受(120)と環状のばね(54)とを含み、前記ダンパ軸受は、前記ばねが該ダンパ軸受と前記ロータシャフトとの間に位置するように該ばねの周りで周方向に延び、前記ダンパ軸受及び前記ばねの少なくとも1つが、その中に形成されて該ダンパ軸受を該ばねに摺動可能に連結する少なくとも1つの溝(80)を含む、
ことを特徴とするロータ組立体。 - 前記軸受組立体のダンパ軸受(120)及びばね(54)の少なくとも1つが、それから外向きに延びるリテーナ(140)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溝(80)が、前記リテーナをその中に受けて前記ダンパ軸受を前記ばねに連結するような寸法にされていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のロータ組立体(40)。
