ポリオルガノシロキサンとアルキル（メタ）アクリレートゴムとからなる複合ゴムに、芳香族ビニル化合物、メタクリル酸エステル、アクリル酸エステル、シアン化ビニル化合物からなる群から選ばれた１種以上をグラフト重合して得られた質量平均粒子径が０．０８〜０．２μｍのグラフト共重合体（Ｉ）と、
芳香族ビニル化合物およびシアン化ビニル化合物を構成単位として少なくとも含有するビニル系共重合体（ＩＩ）とからなる樹脂成分を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
前記樹脂成分を１００質量部としたときに、該樹脂成分中における前記グラフト共重合体（Ｉ）の含有量が３０〜７０質量部で、
前記樹脂成分は、アセトン可溶分とアセトン不溶分からなり、下記式（１）および（２）で示されるＦ値およびＧ値が、下記式（３）および（４）を満足することを特徴とする被接着部材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
