Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly, to an exhaust mode of the vacuum cleaner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In many conventional vacuum cleaners, exhaust air flowing from an electric blower is exhausted from an exhaust hole at a rear portion of the cleaner body and an exhaust hole on both side surfaces of the cleaner body to reduce noise. The exhaust holes on the side of the cleaner main body are usually provided beside the wheels. At this time, the exhaust discharged from the exhaust holes on the side of the cleaner main body hits the wheels and flows downward, so that the dust on the floor surface is reduced. Was blown away and had poor usability. For this reason, a substantially annular rib or the like is provided from the side surface of the cleaner body toward the inner surface of the wheel so that the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust hole on the side surface of the cleaner does not flow downward. There has been proposed a vacuum cleaner which is designed to flow in a vacuum (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2000-33056 (4 pages, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional vacuum cleaner (for example, see Patent Literature 1), although the exhaust air from the side of the cleaner body is directed upward, the exhaust is once applied to the inner wall of the wheel to pass through the gap between the wheel and the cleaner side. Exhaust efficiency is poor due to exhaust. Further, there is a problem that noise increases due to an increase in the wind speed of the exhaust gas.
[0005]
In addition, since the exhaust hole on the side of the cleaner body is located above the rear part of the cleaner body, when the cleaner body is used upright, the exhaust gas flows downward (toward the floor). There was a problem that trash on the floor would be blown away.
[0006]
Further, when the code reel is cooled by exhaust air flowing out from the electric blower, if only one exhaust hole on the side surface of the cleaner body is provided on each side, unevenness occurs in the cooling of the code reel due to exhaust air, resulting in cooling efficiency. There was a problem that was bad.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and in any use state of the electric vacuum cleaner, the exhaust air flowing out of the electric blower blows off dust on the floor surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vacuum cleaner capable of preventing a decrease in performance, reducing noise, and efficiently cooling a cord reel by exhaust air.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An electric vacuum cleaner according to the present invention is an electric vacuum cleaner provided with an electric blower and an exhaust hole provided on a side surface of the electric vacuum cleaner main body to discharge exhaust air from the electric blower main body. A wheel rotatably fixed to the side surface and having a plurality of exhaust ports for further discharging the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust hole to the outside, and the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port from the upper side surface of the wheel. It is equipped with a windshield to be discharged.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of the vacuum cleaner, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a wheel portion of FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaner, and FIG. 5 is a view of FIG. 2 from which the wheels and the windshield are removed. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the windshield when the wheels are removed from the main body.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the electric vacuum cleaner main body 1 uses an electric blower 2 for sucking dust from a hose (not shown) and a whole or a part of exhaust gas discharged from the electric blower 2. The cleaner body 1 has an exhaust hole 4 for exhausting from the side surface, and the cleaner body 1 has shaft portions 13 on both side surfaces. The power cord 14 wound around the cord reel 3 generates heat due to the flow of an electric current. However, in order to efficiently cool the entire power cord 14 by the exhaust 10, at least the exhaust cord on the cord reel 3 side of the cleaner body 1 is used. A plurality of holes 4 are provided over the entire circumference of the code reel as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, the wheel 5 is rotatably attached to the shaft portion 13, has a wheel shaft 6 having claws for attaching to the cleaner body, and as shown in FIG. Are provided over the entire outer side surface of the wheel 5. As shown in FIG. 1, the wheel 5 has a shape in which the side of the cleaner body 1 is opened. The shape in which the side portion of the wheel 5 is open includes a shape in which a part of the side portion is open in addition to a shape in which the side portion is entirely open as shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the lower part of the side surface of the cleaner main body 1 has a substantially semicircular side surface, and the upper part is opened to regulate the flow of exhaust gas over the outer peripheral part. A windshield 8 composed of a connecting portion 16 for fixing to the wheel 5 is provided so as to be close to the inner side wall of the wheel 5. Note that the windshield 8 may be attached to the side surface of the cleaner main body 1 or may be formed integrally with the vacuum cleaner main body 1. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the windshield 8 is provided with a projection 12 that comes into contact with the inner wall of the wheel 5.
[0010]
In the first embodiment, the exhaust 10 discharged from the electric blower 2 is cooled by passing through the entire power cord 14 wound around the cord reel 3, passes through the exhaust hole 4, and is discharged from the exhaust port 7 of the wheel. You. Thereby, efficient cooling of the code reel 3 by the exhaust air becomes possible. Further, since the flow of the exhaust gas 10 passing through the exhaust hole 4 is regulated by the windshield 8 and is discharged from the upper portion of the wheel 5 and does not flow to the floor, there is no problem that the dust on the floor is blown off and blown up. Usability of the vacuum cleaner is improved.
[0011]
Further, the protrusion 12 provided on the windshield 8 suppresses the distortion of the wheel and secures a gap between the inner wall of the wheel 5 and the windshield 8, so that the friction is reduced and the wheel 5 can rotate smoothly and stably. it can.
[0012]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, and FIGS. 8 to 10 are side views of the vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 2 in different use states. As shown in FIG. 7, the windshield 9 is provided separately from the cleaner body 1. The windshield 9 has a substantially semicircular shape and is rotatably attached to the wheel shaft 6 between the side surface of the cleaner body 1 and the inner wall of the wheel 5 so as to be close to the inner wall of the wheel 5. Wheel ribs 15 are provided on the inner side wall of the wheel 5 concentrically with the wheel 5. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0013]
In the second embodiment, the exhaust 10 discharged from the electric blower 2 and having passed through the power cord 14 and the exhaust hole 4 has its flow regulated by the windshield 9 and the wheel ribs 15, and is not shielded by the windshield 9. It is discharged from 7. At this time, the windshield 9 always rotates around the wheel axle 6 under its own weight and is in a state of hanging down on the floor, so that not only the state in which the cleaner body 1 is lying as shown in FIG. Even when the cleaner main body 1 is standing as shown in FIG. 10, the exhaust air 10 is discharged from above (away from the floor) and does not flow to the floor, so that dust on the floor can be blown up. And the usability of the vacuum cleaner is improved.
[0014]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of a part of the wheel 5 and the cord reel 3 of the vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. The vacuum cleaner according to the third embodiment is the same as the second embodiment in FIG. 6 except that the rib 9a is provided on the windshield 9 without the wheel rib 15.
The rib 9 a is provided on the outer periphery of the windshield 9 so as to contact the side surface of the cleaner body 1 toward the side surface of the cleaner body 1. In addition, what is in contact with the side surface of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 includes those that are in close proximity in addition to those that are actually in contact.
[0015]
In the third embodiment, the exhaust 10 discharged from the electric blower 2 and passing through the power cord 14 and the exhaust hole 4 does not flow to the floor side due to the provision of the rib 9a, and blows off dust on the floor. Is no longer raised, and the usability of the vacuum cleaner is improved. Furthermore, since the rib 9a is provided, the distortion of the wheel 5 is suppressed, so that the rotation of the wheel 5 is stabilized, and plays a role as a reinforcing agent against an impact from the outside of the wheel.
[0016]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of a part of a wheel 5 and a cord reel 3 of a vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. Note that the vacuum cleaner of the fourth embodiment is the same as the third embodiment of FIG. 11 except that a silencer 11 is provided on the windshield 9. As the sound deadening material 11, for example, a plate-shaped material is used. Note that the silencer 11 may be provided when the windshield 8 is fixed to the vacuum cleaner main body 1 as in the first embodiment.
[0017]
In the fourth embodiment, the exhaust gas 10 discharged from the electric blower 2 and having passed through the power cord 14 and the exhaust hole 4 is once discharged to the exhaust port 7 of the wheel 5 after hitting the silencer 11, so that noise due to the exhaust gas is reduced. can do. In addition, regarding the rotation of the windshield 9 around the wheel shaft 6, the rotation of the windshield 9 is smooth because the weight of the sound deadening material 11 is added in addition to the weight of the windshield 9.
[0018]
Embodiment 5 FIG.
FIG. 13 is a sectional view of a part of a wheel 5 and a cord reel 3 of a vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention. In the vacuum cleaner of the fifth embodiment, the exhaust port 7 provided in the wheel 5 is formed to be inclined in the outer peripheral direction of the wheel 5, and the exhaust 10 discharged from the exhaust port 7 is formed in the outer peripheral direction of the wheel 5. This is the same as Embodiment 4 in FIG. 12 except that the ink is discharged.
[0019]
In the fifth embodiment, the exhaust 10 discharged from the electric blower 2 and having passed through the power cord 14 and the exhaust hole 4 is discharged from the exhaust port 7 not shielded by the windshield 9. At this time, since the exhaust port 7 is formed so as to be inclined in the outer peripheral direction of the wheel 5, the exhaust 10 is always discharged upward, so that the exhaust 10 becomes less likely to flow to the floor surface and blows off dust on the floor surface. This raises the problem of raising the vacuum cleaner and improves the usability of the vacuum cleaner.
[0020]
Embodiment 6 FIG.
FIG. 14 is a sectional view of a part of the wheel 5 and the cord reel 3 of the vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 6 of the present invention. In addition, the vacuum cleaner of the sixth embodiment has a plurality of upper and lower exhaust holes 4 on the side surface of the cleaner main body 1, and the area of the lower exhaust hole 4b provided on the side surface of the cleaner main body 1 is reduced. This is the same as the case of the first embodiment in FIG. 1 except that the area is larger than the area of the upper exhaust hole 4a. Although FIG. 14 shows the case where the number of the exhaust holes 4 a and 4 b is one, two or more exhaust holes 4 may be provided.
[0021]
In the sixth embodiment, when the exhaust 10 discharged from the electric blower 2 passes through the power cord 14 wound on the code reel 3 and is discharged from the exhaust hole 4, the areas of the exhaust holes 4a and 4b are equal. In this case, the pressure loss is large due to the presence of the windshield 8 on the side of the exhaust hole 4b, but by making the area of the lower exhaust hole 4b larger than the area of the upper exhaust hole 4a, The exhaust gas 10 is more likely to flow, and the wind speed decreases, so that noise due to the exhaust gas can be reduced. In addition, by cooling the entire power cord 14 wound around the cord reel 3, the cooling efficiency can be improved. Note that, even when the windshield 9 is rotatably attached to the wheel shaft 6 as in the second embodiment, the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is often used in a lying state, so that the above-described effects are obtained. Will be played.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
