Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a film fixing device stretched in a greenhouse, a horticultural house, a cowshed, a piggery, a poultry house, a rainy practice area, a warehouse, a parking lot, a bicycle parking lot, or a temporary tent.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a greenhouse where a film is stretched, it is necessary to stretch the film so that wrinkles are not formed in the film.
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a sheet fixing groove 1 a of a long supporting frame 1 having a sheet fixing groove 1 a having a narrow upper surface opening is bent into a trapezoidal wave shape. The elastic locking line 2 is fitted with the sheet 3 pushed in. Further, the middle rails 4a, 4b are interposed between the sheet stopper 1 and the locking line 2, and the locking lines 2 are fitted in such a manner that the whole surface of the middle rails 4a, 4b is brought into contact with the film. In addition, the fixing of the film is strengthened (see JP-A-2001-309726 and JP-A-2002-142575).
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-14656, as shown in FIG. 3, the film 3 is sandwiched between the fixing member 5 and the supporting member 6, and then the fixing screws 7 are passed through the fixing member 5 and the film 4 is penetrated. It is described that the film is fixed by driving to the house aggregate 8 and fixing the fixing member 5 and the supporting member 6. Further, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-112182, by changing the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 5 and the supporting member 6 so as to increase the number of locations 9 where the film is held down, the tension is increased to increase the tension, thereby reducing the occurrence of wrinkles. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the former technique using the middle rails 4a and 4b as described in JP-A-2001-309726 and JP-A-2002-142575, the bottom frame of one middle rail is inserted into the guide groove of the other middle rail. The long rails 1 are fitted and the side surfaces of the middle rail are brought into contact with the inner surface of the sheet fixing groove 1a of the long support frame 1. Further, the trapezoidal wavy locking line 2 is fitted to push the middle frame further. As described above, the number of components is increased in the fixing using the middle rail and the locking wire. Further, since the work of fitting the middle rails 4a and 4b and the work of fitting the trapezoidal wavy locking line 2 into the long support frame 1 are required, the work of stretching the film becomes complicated, and the workability is improved. become worse. As a result, the cost is increased as a whole. Furthermore, it is difficult to remove the fitted middle rail or locking wire thereafter, and it is difficult to change the film. A jig for removal is also required.
[0004]
In the latter technique described in JP-A-6-14656 and JP-B-7-112182, a fixing screw 7 is driven from above the fixing member 5 through the film 4 to the house aggregate 3. The film 4 is fixed by fixing the fixing member 5 and the supporting member 6. In such an embodiment, not only the fixing member 5 itself has a complicated shape, but also a fixing screw is separately required, which increases the cost. In addition, screwing work is also required, which complicates the work. Further, since the film 4 is perforated with the fixing screw 7, water may leak from the screw hole. Furthermore, since this hole is made of a screw, a cut is formed, and a slight change in tension, such as vibration of the film due to wind and rain, accumulates and causes stress concentration.
The present invention has been devised to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a film fixing device which is easy to manufacture and stretch a film and has a high tension.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

Contact with the curved outer surface of the Rukoto is preferable.
[0007]
The fixing member 20 constituting the film fixing device of the present invention can be fitted to an existing, that is, a long supporting frame as shown by 1 in FIGS. In this case, the support member 10 'defines a horizontal bottom 11', a fixed member side fitting space 13 'provided above the bottom 11', and an upper end of the fixed member side fitting space 13 '. Further, it has a cross-sectional shape having a support guide portion 14 'for guiding the fixing member side 21 into the fitting space 13'.
A fixing member side fitting space 13 'of the support member 10' is defined by a support locking side 16 'which is bent inward at an angle of 90 degrees or less at both ends of the support member 10' and extends upward to define a lateral direction. The support guide portion 14 'has a cross-sectional shape in which the tip is entangled at the upper end of the support engagement side 16', and the fixing member side 21 of the fixing member 20 is connected to the support guide portion 14 'of the support member 10'. A base 23 having a width larger than the distance between the support members 10 ′ and a width smaller than the distance between the widthwise outer ends of the support member 10 ′, and a fixed upper guide portion 24 in which the end is entangled inward at one end of the base 23, The other end of the base portion 23 comprises a fixed locking side 25 which is bent at an angle of 90 degrees or less and extends inward and upward, and the lower guide side 22 is formed at the front end of the fixed locking side 25 at an angle of 90 degrees or less. Bends outward and extends downward, The support member 10 'and the fixing member 20 have a cross-sectional shape having a fixed lower guide portion 26 wound inwardly downward, and the fixed upper guide portion 24 of the fixed member 20 is connected to the bottom portion 11' of the support member 10 '. The fixed upper guide portion 24 of the fixed member 20 is fitted between the support guide portions 14 ', and the distal end of the fixed upper guide portion 24 is in contact with the inner surface of the support member 10' and the inner surface of the support engagement side 16 '. The curved outer surface of the fixed upper guide portion 24 of the fixed member 20 is in contact with the inner surface of the support engagement side 16 ′ of the support member 10 ′, and the support between the fixed engagement side 25 of the fixed member 20 and the fixed lower guide portion 26. [0008]
The support members 10, 10 'are fixed to the aggregate 30 of the house with screws 31 or the like.

When fixing the film, an auxiliary fixing member 32 that fits between the two side walls 12 of the support member 10 may be used. As the auxiliary fixing member, a rod-shaped body having a U-shaped cross section having the same or slightly wider width as the distance between the side wall portions 12 or an elastic linear body bent into a trapezoidal wave shape can be used.
[0009]
Embodiment
The present inventors have studied a film fixing device that has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture and stretch a film, and can maintain a high tension.
As a result, they found a fixing structure with a strong film holding and fixing force by using a metal plate as a material and maximizing the elastic restoring action of the metal plate. In examining the structure of the fixing device, we found a structure that makes full use of the elastic restoring force of the metal plate and that allows easy attachment and detachment work.
First, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The support member 10 (FIG. 5a), which is one element constituting the fixing device of the present invention, is a rail-shaped member fixed to the upper surface of an aggregate constituting a framework such as a greenhouse with screws or the like. The cross-sectional shape of the rail-shaped support member 10 includes a horizontal bottom 11, a side wall 12 extending upward from both ends of the bottom 11, a fixed member side fitting space 13 provided above the side wall, and a fixed member side fit. It is formed in a shape that defines the upper end of the joint space 13 and has a support guide portion 14 that guides the fixing member side 21 to fit into the fitting space 13. The side wall portion 12 is preferably bent at an angle of 90 degrees or less and extends inward and upward. A fixing member side fitting space 13 provided above the side wall is bent outward at the upper end of the side wall portion 90 at an angle of 90 degrees or less and extends outward and downward. The cross-sectional shape defined by the support locking side 16 which is bent inward at an angle of 90 degrees or less and extends upward, and the support guide portion 14 whose tip is rolled inward at the upper end of the locking side 16. Are preferred.
This shape can be formed by performing multi-stage roll forming on a metal band cut to a predetermined width, and then cutting the metal band. By the multi-stage bending, the width-direction end face is in a mode in which the tip is caught inside, so that the cut end face does not come into contact with the film and is not damaged to cause breakage. When a cold-rolled steel sheet is used as the material, a sheet thickness of about 0.4 to 0.8 mm is sufficient.
[0010]
In order to fix the film, a mode in which a long fixing member 20 is put on the rail-shaped support member 10 is adopted.
The cross-sectional shape of the elongated fixing member 20 (FIG. 5B) includes a fixing member side 21 having a size to be fitted in the fixing member side fitting space 13 and a pressing portion provided at one end of the fixing member side 21. It is formed in a shape having a lower guide side 22 which also serves as a lower guide side. The fixing member side 21 of the fixing member 20 has a base 23 having a width larger than the distance between the front ends of the support guides 14 of the support member 10 and smaller than the distance between the outer ends of the lateral side 15 in the width direction. A fixed upper guide portion 24 whose one end is wrapped upward and inward at one end of the base 23, a fixed locking side 25 which is bent at an angle of 90 degrees or less and extends upward and inward at the other end of the base 23, The lower guide side 22 is bent outward at an angle of 90 degrees or less at the tip of the side 25 and extends outward and downward, and has a fixed lower guide portion 26 with the tip of the lower guide side 22 rolled inward and downward. What is formed into a shape is preferred.
[0011]
At this time, the fixed upper guide portion 24 of the fixed member 20 is fitted between the one lateral side portion 15 of the support member 10 and the support guide portion 14 by the action of the elastic restoring force of the metal plate constituting each member. The lower surface of the base 23 of the fixing member 20 is in contact with the upper surface of the lateral side 15 of the supporting member 10, and the curved outer surface of the upper fixing guide 24 of the fixing member 20 is in contact with the inner surface of the support locking side 16 of the supporting member 10. The other support guide portion 14 of the support member 10 is fitted between the fixed engagement side 25 of the fixing member 20 and the fixed lower guide portion 26, and the fixed engagement side 25 and the lower The dimensions are adjusted so that the inner surface of the guide side 22 comes into contact with the curved outer surface of the support guide portion 14 of the support member 10.
This shape can also be formed by performing a multi-stage roll forming on a metal band cut to a predetermined width and then cutting it. The plate thickness is also sufficient to be approximately the same as that of the support member. As described above, the cut end face of the metal plate does not come into contact with the film to cause a flaw to cause breakage. When a cold-rolled steel sheet is used as the material, a sheet thickness of about 0.4 to 0.8 mm is sufficient.
[0012]
Next, a mode of attaching a film to a greenhouse using this fixing device will be described.
A required number of rail-shaped support members 10 are fixed to aggregates 30 constituting a greenhouse using screws 31 or the like. At this time, depending on the direction in which the film is attached, the case where the rail-shaped support member 10 is arranged along the aggregate 30 and the case where the rail-shaped support member 10 is arranged so as to be orthogonal to the row of the plurality of aggregates 30 as shown in FIG. Conceivable. The arrangement of the rail-shaped support members 10 does not need to be finely arranged throughout the greenhouse structure. A rail-shaped support member 10 is arranged at least in the main portion including the lower end portion and the ceiling upper end portion over the entire length of the greenhouse structure, and in other intermediate portions, for example, a staggered arrangement is also possible. is there. What is necessary is just to perform an appropriate installation considering the required tension.
[0013]
FIG. 7 shows a state where the film is fixed using the film fixing apparatus of the present invention.
A film having a size corresponding to the area to be stretched is placed on the rail-shaped support member 10, and a long fixing member 20 is sequentially applied. When the fixing member 20 is attached, the fixing member side 21 is fitted into the fixing member side fitting space 13 of the support member 10. That is, the fixed upper guide portion 24 of the fixed member 20 is pushed between the one side portion 15 of the support member 10 and the support guide portion 14, and then the fixed upper guide portion 24 side end of the fixed member 20 is used as a fulcrum. The lower guide side 22 is pushed down, and the bent portion between the base 23 of the fixed member 20 and the fixed locking side 25 is laterally moved with the support guide portion 14 so as to push the other support guide portion 14 of the support member 10 outward. It is performed by pushing between the sides 15. By effectively utilizing the rotating action of the fixed member 20 on the end on the fixed upper guide portion 24 side and the elastic deformation action of the supporting member 10, the supporting guide is provided with a relatively small pushing force for pushing the lower guide side 22 downward. The part 14 can be pushed outward and the fixing member 20 can be attached in a so-called one-touch operation.
[0014]
If a cold-rolled steel sheet of about 0.4 to 0.8 mm is used as a material for both members, the deformed portions of the support member 10 and the fixed member return to their original shapes after being adhered, and the film The lower surface of the base 23 of the fixing member 20 and the upper surface of the lateral side 15 of the supporting member 10, the curved outer surface of the upper fixing guide 24 of the fixing member 20, the inner surface of the support locking side 16 of the supporting member 10, and the fixing of the fixing member 20 The inner surfaces of the locking side 25 and the lower guide side 22 and the curved outer surface of the support guide portion 14 of the support member 10 are pressed and held. The holding force is strong, and the film can be stretched with a high tension without the holding force decreasing over time.
The height of the supporting member 10 is set so that the film itself stretches due to snowfall or the like, and even if the film is loosened, the film does not contact the lower aggregate and hinder the snow sliding or accumulate dew water. It is preferable to adjust in advance in consideration of the strength and the like so that the loosened film does not contact the aggregate.
[0015]
When the holding force of the fixed member 20 on the fixed upper guide portion 24 side is compared with the holding force of the fixed locking side 25, the holding force on the fixed upper guide portion 24 side is much stronger. It does not come off from the fixed upper guide portion 24 side. Therefore, in order to prevent the fixing member 20 from coming off due to the load applied to the film when the film is actually stretched, the fixing member 20 is covered so that the fixed upper guide portion 24 is arranged toward the wider stretched film. It is preferred to wear. A fixed locking side 25 is disposed on the film end side. In a region where the film is stretched widely, the intermediate portion of the film can be fixed by changing the directions of the fixed upper guide portion 24 side and the fixed locking side 25 side alternately.
[0016]
As described above, the fixing member 20 constituting the film fixing device of the present invention can be fitted to an existing, that is, a long support frame as shown by 1 in FIGS. . In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, the support member 10 'includes a horizontal bottom 11', a fixed member side fitting space 13 'provided above the bottom 11', and a fixed member side fitting space 13 '. It is a rail-shaped elongated body having a cross-sectional shape that defines the upper end of 13 ′ and has a support guide 14 ′ for guiding the fixing member side 21 to fit into the fitting space 13 ′. The shape and size of the fixing member side fitting space 13 ′ provided above the bottom 11 ′ and the fixing member 20 and when the fixing member 20 is fitted into the fixing member side fitting space 13 ′ of the support member 10 ′. The positional relationship of each part is exactly the same as that of the upper mode (see FIG. 9).
[0017]
Furthermore, the size of the film is limited, and a large greenhouse cannot be stretched with only one film. In some cases, it is necessary to stretch films having different light transmittances depending on the positions.
When stretching with a plurality of films, one method is to use an auxiliary fixing member 32 fitted between the side wall portions 12 of the support member 10.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, after placing the end of the first film F on the support member 10, the auxiliary fixing member 32 is pushed between the side walls 12 of the support member 10 to temporarily hold the film F. After stopping, the second film F end is placed and the fixing member 20 is attached to fix the two films at the same time. As the auxiliary fixing member 32 at this time, a spring which is conventionally used and bent into a trapezoidal wave shape, or a rod-shaped body having a U-shaped cross section having the same or slightly wider width as the distance between the side wall portions 12 is used. be able to.
[0018]
As a second method of stretching with a plurality of films, the support members 10 fixed to the aggregate 30 may be arranged in two rows in parallel. In this case, as shown in FIG. 11, the two support members 10 are fixed to the aggregate 30 in parallel, and the end of the film F is placed on one of the support members 10 so that the stretched film spreads. Then, the fixing member 20 is pushed in such that the fixing upper guide portion 24 side is arranged, and the film F is fixed. Further, the end of the other film F is placed on the other support member 10, and the fixing member is arranged so that the fixed upper guide portion 24 is arranged toward the direction in which the stretched film spreads (the opposite direction to the above). 20 is pushed in to fix the film F.
[0019]
Further, it is preferable to dispose the cover member 33 between the fixed locking sides 25 of the fixing member 20 to which the support guide portions 14 of the supporting member 10 are fitted. By disposing the cover member 33, the fixing member 20 does not come off from the fixed locking side 25 side, and the fixing strength of the film is further increased.
The cover member 33 is bent inwardly at both ends of the flat plate at an angle of 90 degrees or less, and is pushed outward when pushed between the fixed locking sides 25, thereby restoring the elasticity of the pushed back plate material. It is preferable that the dimensions of the bent side are adjusted so that the inner surface of the bent side comes into contact with the outer surface of the fixed locking side 25 by the action. It is preferable to use a cold-rolled steel sheet having a thickness of about 0.4 to 0.8 mm for the cover member 33 as well.
[0020]
An aluminum alloy plate, a stainless steel plate, or the like can be used as a metal plate material constituting the support member 10, the fixing member 20, and the cover member 33. It is preferable to use a cold-rolled steel sheet of about 0.8 mm. Further, from the viewpoint of corrosion resistance, it is preferable to use a coated steel sheet and a plated steel sheet, particularly a Zn-Al-Mg-based hot-dip coated steel sheet. As a material constituting the aggregate 30, it is preferable to use a Zn-Al-Mg-based hot-dip coated steel sheet in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the contact surface with the support member 10.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, by devising the shapes of the support member and the fixing member constituting the film fixing device, the production and film stretching work are easy, and the film fixing device having a strong tension is provided. Could be provided. In particular, by making the shape of the support member and the fixing member such that the film does not touch the cut end surface of the material metal plate, the film can be prevented from being scratched, and the number of contact points between the support member and the fixing member is increased. Accordingly, the film can be stretched with a high holding force and a high tension. In addition, the rotating action of the fixing member and the elastic deformation action of the supporting member can be utilized to the utmost, and the fixing member can be fitted to the supporting member with a relatively small pushing force. Now you can do it. Further, the fixing member can be detached from the supporting member with a relatively small force when the film is changed, and the film can be easily changed. In addition, since both the support member and the fixing member constituting the film fixing device according to the present invention have a structure in which metal plates are sequentially bent, the cost can be reduced.
