Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod, and more particularly, to a fishing rod provided with a plurality of fishing line guides attached to a rod tube via legs extending from the fishing line guide portion and hanging the fishing line guide portion from the rod tube. The present invention relates to a fishing rod for guiding a fishing line along a lower side of a pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
If, during actual fishing, the fishing line is wound on the reel or the device is thrown while leaving the line entangled, the fishing rod may be damaged or the fishing line may be cut. In order to disentangle the thread generated at the tip side, it is necessary to drag the fishing rod to the bottom of the rod, or to shrink the joined pipe and draw it toward the bottom of the rod. Since such an operation is troublesome and time-consuming, it has conventionally been a major problem.
[0003]
In conventional fishing rods that prevent such line entanglement, the top guide of the fishing rod that allows the fishing line to travel along the upper side of the rod tube is difficult to entangle with the top guide alone, so that it is easy to unravel even when entangled with the tip of the fishing rod, A fixed portion of the top guide having substantially triangular side walls arranged on both sides is formed in a tubular structure, and a cladding portion that abuts on the rear end surface of the top guide and is inclined rearward is provided on the rod pipe, There is a fishing rod in which a part of the synthetic resin forming the build-up portion is made to penetrate into the fixing portion to firmly fix the synthetic resin to the rod tube (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-101789 (page 3, FIG. 2)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of a fishing rod in which the fishing line travels along the lower side of the rod pipe, the fishing line is drawn below the fishing rod in the same direction as the direction of gravity, so that the projection is formed on the opposite side of the fishing line guide, that is, on the upper side of the rod pipe. If there is a step, the fishing line is easily hooked on this, and it is difficult to unravel.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and even if the fishing line is a fishing rod running below the rod pipe, the entangled fishing line can be easily unraveled to prevent damage to the rod pipe and the fishing line. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fishing rod that can be used.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there are provided a plurality of fishing line guides attached to a rod pipe via leg portions extending from the fishing line guide section, and the fishing line guide section is hung from the rod pipe. A fishing rod that guides the fishing line along the lower side of the rod tube between the rod-side end of the leg fixing portion for attaching the leg to the rod tube and a rod tube adjacent to the leg fixing portion. The fishing rod is provided, wherein the step eliminating member forms a step eliminating surface for smoothly transferring the outer surface from the rod tube to the leg fixing portion.
[0008]
In addition, a plurality of fishing line guides are attached to the rod tube via legs extending from the fishing line guide portion, and the fishing line guide portion hangs down from the rod tube. The fishing rod is a fishing rod that guides a fishing line. The top guide attached to the tip of the rod has a leg attached to the rod tube, one of a projection and a recess formed at the end of the rod end, and the tip end of the rod tube. However, one of a concave portion and a projection formed corresponding to the rod bottom end is formed, and the projection and the concave portion form a leg fixing portion that coaxially couples the leg portion and the rod tube. A fishing rod is provided in which the leg fixing portion has a rod-side end portion of the leg portion and a tip end portion of the rod tube forming a cylindrical or gentle inclined outer peripheral surface continuous with each other. .
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 to 4 show a fishing rod 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the drawings, similar parts are denoted by similar reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
As schematically shown in FIG. 1, a fishing rod 10 of the present embodiment is formed as a lure rod with a guide, and a handle portion 14 is provided on a large-diameter rod pipe 12 located on the rear side of the rod. The middle rod pipe 16 and the tip rod pipe 18 on the tip side are sequentially joined to this large diameter rod pipe toward the front. At appropriate positions of these rod tubes, the fishing line fed from the fishing spinning reel 8 fixed to the handle portion 14 is guided in the front-rear direction along the lower side of the rod tube between the rod end and the tip. A plurality of fishing line guides are arranged.
[0010]
These rod pipes 12, 16, 18 are formed by winding a fiber-reinforced prepreg (FRP) in which a reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin around a cored bar, and then performing ordinary steps such as hardening and de-centering. These rod pipes 12, 16, and 18 may be formed in a solid structure in addition to a hollow structure. Further, the entire fishing rod can be formed by one rod pipe, or can be formed by four or more rod pipes. Further, it is also possible to form only the handle portion 14 into an independent rod tube, and to join an appropriate rod tube thereto.
[0011]
In this embodiment, as a fishing line guide, a top guide 20 is fixed to the tip of the tip rod tube 18, and the fishing line guides 22, 24, 26 referred to as one-legged guides are provided between the middle portion of the tip rod tube 18 and the middle rod tube 16. , And fishing line guides 28 and 30 referred to as both-foot guides are attached to the original rod tube 12. In the fishing rod 10 of the present embodiment, the fishing line guides 24 and 26 attached to the middle rod pipe have the same structure, and the fishing line guides 28 and 30 attached to the large diameter rod pipe 12 have the same structure. Therefore, in the following description, the fishing line guides 26 and 30 will be described respectively.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, the fishing line guide 22 disposed in the middle of the tip rod tube 18 has a fishing line guide portion 34 that supports a guide ring 30 that guides the fishing line inserted therein with a metal or resin support frame. The leg 36 extends diagonally from the fishing line guide 34 toward the rear or the side of the rod. The distal end portion 36a of the leg portion 36 extends substantially parallel to the opening of the guide ring 30, and is fixed to the lower side of the rod tube 18 via the distal end portion 36a of the leg portion. , And is fixed so as to hang down from the rod tube 18.
[0013]
In this embodiment, the leg fixing portion 38 for attaching the fishing line guide 22 to the tip rod tube 18 is formed in a step portion 40 whose diameter is reduced over the entire circumference of a part of the rod tube 18. The depth of the step portion 40 is preferably, for example, 0.1 to 2 mm which can substantially accommodate the distal end portion 36 a of the leg portion 36, and the length is preferably about 4 to 50 mm. Such a step portion 40 may be formed integrally with the rod tube 18 having a solid or hollow structure, or may be formed as a separate member and joined to the rod tube 18. In this case, the step portion 40 may have a hollow structure or a solid structure, and is preferably formed of the same material as the rod tube 18.
[0014]
The leg portion 36 of the fishing line guide 22 is mounted on the peripheral surface of the step portion 40 on the same side as the above-mentioned reel 8, that is, on the lower side during actual fishing, and extends over the entire circumference. By 42, it is fixed to the step portion 40. The fixing member 42 is preferably formed so as to be flush with the outer peripheral surface of the rod pipe 18 adjacent to the step portion 40 except for a portion where the distal end portion 36a of the leg portion 36 is arranged. In other words, the fixing member 42 bulges out of the outer peripheral surface of the rod tube 18 only at the portion where the tip end portion 36a of the leg portion 36 is located, and the other portions are formed flush with the outer peripheral surface of the rod tube 18.
[0015]
Such a fixing member 42 may be formed of a thread for fixing the distal end portion 36a of the leg 36 to the step portion 40, and a thread fastening or an adhesive of a resin such as epoxy, urethane, or UV which solidifies the thread. it can. Further, instead of such a thread winding, a fiber reinforced resin, that is, a prepreg tape or a resin tape can be wound and formed.
[0016]
In the present embodiment, such a fixing member 42 fixes the distal end portion 36a of the leg portion 36 to the step portion, extends beyond the distal end portion 36a to the rod end side, and extends beyond the distal end portion 36a to the step portion. A portion 44 extending toward the bottom of the rod on 40 forms a step eliminating member disposed between the bottom end of the rod fixing portion 38 and the rod pipe 18 adjacent to the leg fixing portion 38. In other words, the outer peripheral surface of the step eliminating member formed by the portion 44 eliminates the step formed between the rod fixing portion 38 and the rod tube 18 adjacent to the leg fixing portion 38 so that the outer surface from the rod tube 18 to the leg fixing portion 38 is removed. A step-eliminating surface for smooth transition is formed. In the present embodiment, a portion 46 extending from the distal end portion 36a of the leg portion 36 to the front end side is also provided between the tip end side of the leg fixing portion 38 and the rod tube 18 adjacent to the leg fixing portion 38. Steps formed are eliminated.
[0017]
As a result, the leg fixing portion 38 for fixing the leg 36 of the fishing line guide 22 to the step portion 40 of the rod pipe 18 has a tip end side end and a rod end side end, and the rod pipe 18 adjacent to these ends. In particular, it is formed in a continuous cylindrical surface except for a portion where the tip portion 36a of the leg portion 36 is located. For this reason, in particular, no protrusion or step is formed on the upper side of the fishing line guide 22 so that the fishing line is locked. Therefore, even if the fishing line is entangled with the upper side of the rod tube 18 during actual fishing, the fishing line is immediately dropped. Can be easily untangled. Therefore, damage to the rod tube and the fishing line can be prevented.
[0018]
It is obvious that the step eliminating member formed by the above-described portions 44 and 46 can be formed by a member different from the fixing member 42 as in an embodiment described later. In particular, when a step is formed before and after the leg fixing portion 38 as in the present embodiment, only one continuous step eliminating member formed of a member different from the fixing member 42 is provided, and these are provided. It is also possible to form a smooth outer peripheral surface around the step portion 40.
[0019]
FIG. 3 shows the fishing line guide 26 attached to the middle rod tube 16.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the leg fixing portion 38 of the fishing line guide 26 is formed by directly fixing the leg portion 36 to the rod tube 16 with the fixing member 42 without forming the above-described step portion on the rod tube 16. Fix on top. As a result, a step is formed between the rod tail side of the leg fixing part 38, that is, the rod tail side end of the fixing member 42 and the rod pipe 16 adjacent thereto. Then, a step eliminating member 48 is arranged at a position where the step is formed, and the step eliminating surface forming the outer peripheral surface of the step eliminating member 48 smoothly moves the outer surface from the rod pipe 16 to the leg fixing portion 38. . As a result, when the fishing line is pulled by the fishing line guide 26, the step that the fishing line is caught is eliminated. It should be noted that such a step eliminating member may also be provided on a step formed in front of the leg fixing portion 38. In this case, the step eliminating surface of the step eliminating member 48 forms a tapered surface in the opposite direction.
[0020]
Such a step eliminating member is formed over the entire circumference of the rod tube 16 as shown in FIG. 3B, or a split portion 50 is formed on the lower side as shown in FIG. 3C. By doing so, it can be made removable. When the split portion 50 is formed, the step eliminating member 48 is extended at least over both sides and the upper portion of the fishing line where the fishing line pulled by the fishing line guide 26 may be caught. At this time, the range in which the step difference eliminating member 48 extends is preferably 120 ° to the left and right with respect to a vertical line passing through the central axis of the rod tube 16 as a center when viewed in a cross section thereof. And In other words, the split part 50 is formed over the range of 80 to 160 ° below the rod pipe 16, thereby making it possible to reduce the weight of the step eliminating member 48 and the fishing rod 10.
[0021]
Such a step eliminating member is formed of a thread and a thread stopper, a reinforcing fiber resin, a resin such as epoxy, urethane, UV, polyacetal, ABS, nylon, or a metal such as SUS, aluminum, or titanium as described above. Is preferred. When the split portion 50 is formed, it is preferable that the inner diameter of the step eliminating member 48 is formed slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the rod tube 16 to prevent the rod from moving or coming off during actual fishing. The axial length of the step eliminating member 48 is preferably set to, for example, about 1 to 15 mm in order to form a gentle inclined surface sufficient to eliminate the step at which the fishing line is caught.
[0022]
FIG. 4 shows the fishing line guide 30 attached to the large-diameter rod tube 12.
The fishing line guide 30 has two legs 36 extending forward and rearward from a fishing line guide 34 so as to be referred to as a two-foot type. The step eliminating member 48 as described above is provided at the end of the leg fixing portion 38 of the leg 36 extending rearward, as described above, and is further provided at the end of the leg fixing portion 38 of the leg 36 extending forward. Also, a step eliminating member 52 is provided.
[0023]
The step eliminating member 52 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape between the two leg fixing portions 38, 38, and smoothly transitions the outer surface between the two leg fixing portions 38, 38. In the illustrated embodiment, the step eliminating member 52 is connected to the rear step fixing member 48 via the rear step eliminating member 48 and the leg fixing portion 38 together with the step eliminating member 48 located at the rear. Up to this point, the outer surface smoothly transitions. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the step eliminating member 52 may be formed on the same tapered outer surface as the step eliminating member 48. In this case, the length of the step eliminating member 52 in the axial direction can be shortened, and the weight can be reduced. Further, a split portion 54 similar to the split portion 50 described above may be formed in the step eliminating member 52, and the step eliminating member 52 may be formed to be detachable.
[0024]
FIG. 5 shows a fishing rod 10A according to another preferred embodiment.
This fishing rod 10A is formed as a five-piece spout type fishing rod for surf fishing, and three middle rod pipes 16A, 16B, 16C and a tip rod pipe 18 are attached to a large diameter rod pipe 12 on the rod end side. They are joined in order. A floating guide movable on the rod pipe is attached to an intermediate portion between the middle rod pipes 16A, 16B, 16C and the head rod pipe 18 housed in the large diameter rod pipe 12.
[0025]
FIG. 6 shows the fishing line guide 56 mounted as a floating guide on the middle rod tube 16A.
A leg fixing portion 58 for attaching the leg portion 36 of the fishing line guide 56 to the rod tube 16A is a tubular member which is movable on the rod tube 16A and whose movement is regulated by a lock portion (not shown) formed on the rod tube. A member 60 is provided. The fishing line guide 56 has a ring-shaped bulging portion 62 at the tip of a leg 36 extending from the fishing line guiding portion 34, and the bulging portion 62 is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the tubular member 60. For this reason, in the leg fixing portion 58, the bulging portion 62 projects most outwardly, and forms a step between the tubular member 60 and the rod tube 16A.
[0026]
In the present embodiment, a step eliminating member 64 similar to the above-described step eliminating member 48 is arranged on the rod bottom side of the leg fixing portion 58. The step eliminating member 64 can be formed integrally with the leg fixing portion 58 or separately from the resin such as polyacetal, ABS resin, nylon, or the like, metal, or fiber reinforced resin. When integrally formed with the leg fixing portion 58, it may be formed integrally with one of the bulging portion 58 and the tubular member 60. In this case, as shown in FIG. Preferably extends all around. On the other hand, when it is formed as a separate member from the leg fixing member 58, as shown in FIG. 6C, it is preferable to form a split portion 66 similar to the above at a lower portion of the rod tube 16A. . In this case, by removing the step eliminating member 64 from the rod pipe 16A, the rod pipe 16A can be sufficiently housed in the rod pipe 12 having a larger diameter.
[0027]
The fishing line guide 56 shown in FIG. 7 is also formed as a moving guide, but the leg fixing portion 58 is locked at the boundary between the large diameter portion 17A of the rod tube 16B and the smaller diameter portion 17B smaller than this. I have. In this case, the step eliminating member 68 is formed such that the outer diameter of the rod end side is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the large-diameter rod pipe 17A. The step eliminating member 68 eliminates the step between the rod tube 17B and the bulging portion 62 of the leg fixing portion 58 by press-fitting the rod bottom end into the rod tube 17B. It is also possible to fix the 58 cylindrical members 60. In this case, it is not necessary to provide a lock portion for fixing the tubular member 60 in the rod tube 16B.
[0028]
FIG. 8 shows a leg fixing portion 72 for attaching the leg portion 70 of the top guide 20 to the tip of the tip rod tube 18. The leg portion 70 of the top guide 20 has a tubular structure for accommodating the tip portion of the tip rod tube 18, and therefore, the leg fixing portion 72 is connected to the rear end surface of the leg 70, which is the end portion on the rod end, and the rod tube 18. And a step is formed. A step removing member 74 having a tapered outer peripheral surface whose diameter is reduced rearward is attached to the step portion similarly to the step removing members 48 and 64 described above. By this step eliminating member 74, the outer surface smoothly transitions from the rod tube 18 to the leg portion 70 of the top guide 20, and even if the fishing line is entangled, it can be easily unraveled. The tip rod tube 18 may have a hollow structure or a solid structure, and the legs of the top guide 20 may be made of metal or resin. By providing such a step eliminating member 74, not only the entangled fishing line can be easily unwound, but also the tip rod tube 18 can be reinforced and a structure hardly damaged.
[0029]
9 and 10 show an embodiment in which the leg portion of the top guide and the spike rod tube 18 are abutted and joined.
The leg fixing portion 70A shown in FIG. 9 has a projection 19 formed at the tip of the tip rod tube 18 fitted into a concave portion formed at the end of the leg 70A on the side of the rod, and is coaxially formed with, for example, an adhesive. Has a structure that is firmly bonded to The distal end portion of the rod tube 18 and the rod-side end portion of the leg portion 70A form a continuous cylindrical or gentle slope outer peripheral surface. In this case, the projection 19 may be either an integral structure with the rod tube 18 or a separate structure. On the other hand, in the leg fixing portion 70B shown in FIG. 10, the projection 71 of the leg portion 70B is fitted into a concave portion formed at the tip of the rod tube 18 and is firmly connected with an adhesive or the like, contrary to FIG. Having a structure. By forming irregularities on the outer surface of the projection 71, separation may be prevented.
[0030]
In any of the leg fixing portions 70A and 70B shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a cylindrical or moderately inclined outer peripheral surface in which the tip portion of the rod tube 18 and the rod end portions of the leg portions 70A and 70B are continuous with each other. To form Thereby, even when the fishing line is entangled with the leg fixing portions 70A, 70B and the rod tube 18, if a downward force acts on the fishing line, the fishing line easily slides down and the entangled fishing line can be unraveled.
[0031]
Although various embodiments have been described above, it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to any one of the embodiments and can be appropriately combined with each other. For example, it is apparent that the step fixing members as shown in FIG. 8 can be provided also in the leg fixing portions 72A and 72B shown in FIGS.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above, according to the present invention, even if the fishing line is a fishing rod running under the rod pipe, a fishing rod capable of easily untangling the fishing line and preventing damage to the rod pipe and the fishing line is provided. Is done.
