Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a butterfly valve having a water filling function that allows a small amount of water (fluid) to flow down in a water filling opening range of a valve body, for example, during a water filling operation downstream of a pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a butterfly valve having a water filling function capable of allowing a small amount of water (fluid) to flow down at a water filling opening of a valve body 2 during a water filling operation on the downstream side of a pipe. Is known (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-160860).
[0003]
In this type of butterfly valve, a valve body 2 is mounted on a valve stem 3 having an axis C2 intersecting with the axis C1 of the valve box 1, and is housed in the valve box 1 so as to be rotatable about the axis C2 at the same time as the valve stem 3. The rotation of the valve body 2 causes the outer periphery of the valve body 2 to come into contact with and separate from the rubber valve box sheet 1A on the inner surface of the valve box 1 so as to open and close the valve box 1. Are provided with fins 30A and 30B that contact the rubber valve box sheet 1A and block the passage of fluid in a small opening range within the water filling opening of the valve body 2. This is a structure in which a passage 31 that allows the passage of fluid is provided in a fin 30B located on the upstream side in the passage direction of the fluid in the opening degree region.
[0004]
In the butterfly valve configured as described above, the fins 30A and 30B are provided on the fin 30B because the fins 30A and 30B come into contact with the rubber valve box sheet 1A to block the passage of fluid when the valve body 2 is filled with water. A small amount of water can flow down from the upstream side to the downstream side of the valve box 1 through the passage 31 to perform the filling of the pipe downstream.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the small opening range within the water filling opening of the valve element 2, the fins 30A and 30B (however, only one fin 30B is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8). ) Keeps in contact with the rubber valve box sheet 1A, so the manual operation in the small opening range is slightly heavier than that of a normal butterfly valve. There was a painful problem.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and reduces the manual operation in a small opening range smaller than the filling opening of the valve body, thereby facilitating the filling opening by the operator's bodily sensation. Another object of the present invention is to provide a butterfly valve having a water filling function that can be accurately grasped.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a butterfly valve having a water filling function according to the present invention is provided such that a valve body is attached to a valve stem having an axis crossing an axis of a valve box, and the valve stem is simultaneously rotated around the axis with the valve stem. The valve body is rotatably accommodated in the valve box, and the rotation of the valve body causes the outer periphery of the valve body to contact and separate from the valve box sheet on the inner surface of the valve box to open and close the valve box. Is provided with a fin for blocking the passage of fluid in a small opening range within the water filling opening of the valve body, and a butterfly valve provided with a passage for permitting the passage of fluid in the fin. Sealing ridges capable of contacting the valve box sheet are formed at two locations, an outer peripheral portion and a tip portion of the fin, and the outer surface of the fin between the sealing ridges is separated by a gap so that the valve box sheet is closed. Characterized in that it is configured to face the inner surface of There.
[0008]
According to the present invention, in the fully closed state of the valve element, the sealing ridge formed on the outer peripheral portion of the valve element contacts the valve box sheet to block the passage of fluid, and the valve element is filled with water. When the valve is opened at an angle, the passage of the fluid can be blocked by the sealing ridge formed at the tip of the fin coming into contact with the valve box sheet. For this reason, in the small opening range within the filling opening of the valve element, a small amount of water mainly flows down from the upstream side to the downstream side of the valve box through the passage provided in the fin, and the pipe downstream side Can be performed. Further, since the outer surface of the fin is opposed to the inner surface of the valve box sheet with a gap between the two sealing ridges, the fin and the valve box sheet in the small opening range less than the water filling opening. Since the contact of the fin is avoided, the manual operation in the small opening range less than the filling opening is lightened, and the sealing ridge formed at the tip of the fin at the filling opening is attached to the valve box sheet. At the time of the contact, the manual operation becomes heavy, so that the opening degree of water filling can be easily and accurately grasped by the operator's bodily sensation.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a butterfly valve for right-hand rotation opening according to an embodiment of the present invention in a fully closed state. FIG. 2 is a view partially showing a relationship between a valve box sheet and a sealing ridge in a fully closed state. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a state in which the valve is opened to the filling opening, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view partially showing the relationship between the valve box sheet and the sealing ridge at the filling opening. is there. Note that the same or corresponding parts as those in the conventional example of FIGS.
[0010]
1 and 2, the butterfly valve is a right-hand opening type in which the valve element 2 is opened clockwise as indicated by an arrow R, and the valve element 2 is described below on the outer peripheral portion of the valve element 2. Fins 30A and 30B are provided to block the passage of the fluid F (for example, water) in a small opening range within a water filling opening of about θ = 15 degrees, and are provided on the upstream side in the passing direction of the fluid F in the small opening range. The fin 30B is provided with a passage 31 formed by a single elongated through hole that allows a small amount of fluid to pass therethrough. In the butterfly valve for counterclockwise opening in which the valve body 2 opens counterclockwise, the fin 30A is provided with a passage 31 formed by a single elongated through hole that allows a small amount of fluid to pass. Further, instead of the passage 31 formed by one elongated through hole, the passage 31 may be constituted by an aggregate of a plurality of through holes 31A to 31D, for example, as shown in FIG.
[0011]
On the other hand, a sealing ridge 4 that contacts the rubber valve box sheet 1A when the valve body 2 is fully closed is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the valve body 2, and the distal ends of the fins 30A and 30B are provided with a valve body. A sealing ridge 5 is formed to contact the rubber valve box sheet 1A at a water filling opening of 2, and the outer surfaces 30a of the fins 30A and 30B between the sealing ridge 4 and the sealing ridge 5 are formed. 30b is configured to face the inner surface of the rubber valve box sheet 1A with a gap t therebetween (however, only one outer surface 30a is shown in FIGS. 2 and 4).
[0012]
With such a configuration, in the fully closed state of the valve body 2 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sealing ridge 4 formed on the outer peripheral portion of the valve body 2 is provided on the inner surface of the rubber valve box sheet 1A. When the valve body 2 in the fully closed state is opened to the fullness opening of about 15 degrees as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. , 30B can block the passage of the fluid F by making contact with the inner surface of the rubber valve box sheet 1A. For this reason, in the small opening range within the water filling opening of the valve body 2, a small amount of water mainly flows down from the upstream side to the downstream side of the valve box 1 through the passage 31 provided in the fin 30B. In addition, water can be supplied to the downstream side of the pipe. In this case, a very small amount of water that can be neglected from the gap between the outer surfaces 30a and 30b of the fins 30A and 30B and the inner surface of the rubber valve box sheet 1A actually passes from the upstream side to the downstream side.
[0013]
On the other hand, since the outer surfaces 30a and 30b of the fins 30A and 30B face the inner surface of the rubber valve box sheet 1A with a gap t between the two sealing ridges 4 and 5, the water filling opening degree is increased. The contact between the fins 30A and 30B and the rubber valve box sheet 1A is avoided in the small opening range less than the opening degree, so that the manual operation in the small opening range less than the filling opening degree is reduced, and the filling opening degree is reduced. When the sealing ridges 5 formed at the tips of the fins 30A and 30B come into contact with the rubber valve box sheet 1A, the manual operation becomes heavy, so that the water filling opening can be easily and accurately determined by the operator's bodily sensation. Can be grasped.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the butterfly valve having the water filling function according to the present invention is configured, the following special effects are obtained.
[0015]
That is, since contact between the fin and the valve box sheet is avoided in the small opening range less than the filling opening, the manual operation in the small opening range less than the filling opening is reduced, and the filling opening is reduced. At the time when the sealing ridge formed at the tip of the fin comes into contact with the valve box sheet, the manual operation becomes heavy, so that the water filling opening can be easily and accurately grasped by the operator's bodily sensation.
