Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drainage structure, and more particularly, to a drainage structure such as a bathtub, a basin, a sink, and the like that can provide a drain plug with excellent straightness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional drainage structure, the guide provided on the drainage tap is inserted into the support part of the movable shaft provided in the drainage part such as a washbasin, and the release is connected to the support part, and the release is pressed. There is a type in which a drainage portion is opened and closed by indirectly moving a drainage plug up and down by a movable movable shaft (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-97694 (page 5, FIG. 1 and FIG. 2)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in Patent Document 1 described above, since the guide body moves up and down using the support portion as a guide, excellent straightness can be imparted to the drain plug, and the guide portion covers the sliding portion of the movable shaft. In addition, it is possible to prevent the dirt such as the detergent and sand from entering the support portion from the sliding portion, and to avoid malfunction.
However, when the clearance between the inner surface of the guide and the outer surface of the support part disappears due to fine blur when the drain plug goes straight, and both sides come into contact, surface tension is generated by the incoming drainage, and the two (the guide body and the support part) adhere to each other. The surface tension hinders the escape of residual air between the guide and the support portion, and the adhesion force and the residual air act synergistically to create a resistance at the time of plugging, which may make plugging uncertain. .
In addition, since the guide body linearly moves while being in surface contact with the support portion due to the slight blur as described above, the sliding resistance tends to be large.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a drainage structure for preventing invasion of dirt and the like from a sliding portion of a movable shaft into a supporting portion by externally fitting the supporting portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a drainage structure in which surface tension is not generated between both the guide body and the support portion, and the residual air is reliably eliminated, and the drainage portion is reliably opened and closed and has good operability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Technical means taken to solve the above-mentioned object is to provide a guide on a drain plug, insert the guide externally into a support portion of a movable shaft for vertically moving the drain plug, and provide a drain portion by the drain plug. In a drainage structure configured to maintain an externally fitted state of the guide body to the support portion at both opening and closing, the guide body is provided on the inner surface of the guide body or the outer surface of the support portion when the drain cock is moved up and down. The drainage structure is characterized in that linear ridges that are brought into sliding contact with each other are provided at appropriate intervals in the axial direction (claim 1).
[0007]
According to the above means, the guide covers the sliding portion of the supporting portion of the movable shaft, and prevents intrusion of dirt such as detergent and sand from the sliding portion into the supporting portion, thereby preventing malfunction. Due to the presence of the linear ridges, a constant clearance clearance is always generated between the inner surface of the guide and the outer surface of the support that does not generate surface tension, and resists residual air between the guide and the support when the plug is closed. Close without any escape.
[0008]
The support portion is held by a holding portion disposed in the drainage portion, and the holding portion has a support rib for securing a drainage space in the drainage portion, and a portion of the guide body corresponding to the support rib. It is preferable that the rib avoiding portion is recessed from its lower end (claim 2). The second aspect is particularly applied as a drainage structure for a bathtub.
[0009]
In the above means, the rib avoiding portion recessed at a portion corresponding to the support rib of the guide prevents interference between the guide and the support rib which moves up and down when the drainage portion is opened and closed.
[0010]
The drainage plug includes a stopper, a spindle having the stopper at an upper part, and a steadying portion provided on the stopper or the spindle, and the movable shaft pushes the spindle to drain. The present invention is also effective in a case in which a portion is opened and closed and a guide is provided on the support shaft. This aspect of the present invention is particularly applied to a washing surface and a drainage structure for a sink.
[0011]
In the above-mentioned means, the inclination at the time of the vertical movement of the drain plug is prevented at the upper and lower two points between the steady rest and the guide body.
[0012]
In addition, when the drainage stopper is provided with a stopper and a guide body connected to the stopper, and the upper end of the movable shaft is detachable or fixed to the stopper, if the stopper is disengageable, The stopper can be detached from the movable shaft (claim 4).
[0013]
When the lower end of the guide between the rib avoiding portions is formed with a pointed head and the pointed head is formed of a convex curved surface, when the stopper is engaged with the upper end of the movable shaft by snap fitting. Even if the lower end of the guide interferes with the support rib, the support rib can be easily guided to the rib avoiding portion.
[0014]
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0021]
The lower end of the guide 6 between the rib avoiding portions 16 is formed by a pointed head 26 formed of a convex curved surface that is continuous with the slope of the adjacent rib avoiding portion 16 (see FIG. 3).
[0022]
In the drainage structure A configured as described above, the guide body 6 slides while linearly contacting the support portion 3 to open and close the drainage portion 2 both at the time of raising and lowering when the movable shaft 13 is pushed by the release L. (FIGS. 1 and 2).
The guide 6 covers at least the upper portion of the support 3 and protects the sliding part of the movable shaft 13 not only at the time of descent but also at the time of ascent.
Further, when cleaning the inside of the drainage unit 2 or the sliding portion of the movable shaft 13, the stopper 11 can be easily removed by snap fitting, and when the stopper 11 is covered again, the lower end of the guide 6 is closed. If the guide rib 6 interferes with the upper edge of the support rib 14, the stopper 11 can be easily engaged with the movable shaft 13 by slightly sliding the guide 6 (see FIG. 3).
[0023]

The guide 6 to be externally inserted into the support 3 is integrally suspended from the support shaft 31, and the bottom of the guide 6 is indirectly pushed by the movable shaft 13 of the support 3. I have.
The guide body 6 is suspended from the support shaft 31 with a length that maintains the state of being externally fitted to the support section 3 both when the drain section 2 is opened and closed, and when the guide body 6 moves up and down, the guide body 6 is attached to the outer surface of the support section 3. On the other hand, linear ridges 7 which are in line contact with each other to reduce the sliding resistance are formed in parallel in parallel at appropriate intervals along the axial direction.
[0027]
Reference numeral 9 denotes a cap nut, which is engaged with a flange portion 28 which is engaged at a position near the upper end of the drainage joint 8 and is screwed into a screw portion 22 on the outer periphery of the drainage portion 2 to thereby connect the drainage joint 8. It is connected to the drain section 2. Reference numeral 14a denotes a recess provided in the support rib 14 in order to avoid interference between the guide 6 and the support rib 14.
[0028]
In the drainage structure A1 configured as described above, at the two points of the shake prevention portion 41 and the guide body 6, the shake at the time of the vertical movement of the drain plug 1 is prevented, and the excellent straightness is exhibited.
[0029]
In both of the embodiments, the linear ridge may be formed so as to protrude on the outer surface of the support portion 3.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is such that the guide provided on the drain plug is externally fitted to the support of the movable shaft for vertically moving the drain, and the drain is connected to the support of the guide both when the drain is opened and closed by the drain. In a drainage structure configured to maintain an externally inserted state, a linear projection that slides the guide against the support at the inner surface of the guide or the outer surface of the support when the drainage plug moves up and down. Since the strips are provided at appropriate intervals, the escape of residual air is not hindered by surface tension generated between the guide body and the support portion, the plug is securely closed, and light operation is performed by line contact. The drainage section can be opened and closed, and the guide body prevents dirt such as detergent and sand from entering the support section, so that malfunction can be prevented and smooth operation can be guaranteed permanently.
[0031]
Moreover, since the rib avoiding portion is recessed from the lower end of the guide body, a drainage structure (particularly a drainage structure for a bathtub) is provided in which a supporting rib is disposed at a high position in the drainage portion to reduce the occupied space. The vertical movement of the guide is not hindered by the support ribs.
[0032]
In addition, the swing of the drainage plug including the stopper, the spindle having the stopper on the upper part, and the steadying part provided on the spindle is prevented at two points, upper and lower, by the steadying part and the guide. With such a configuration, it is possible to provide superior straightness as compared with the conventional type in which the runout is prevented only by the steadying portion.
[0033]
Further, when the upper end of the movable shaft is detachably engaged with the stopper, the movable shaft can be detached from the movable shaft, which is convenient for cleaning the sliding portion and the holding portion of the movable shaft. is there.
[0034]
If the lower end of the guide body between the rib avoiding portions is formed with a sharp point, and the sharp point is formed of a curved guide surface, it is supported when the stopper is engaged with the upper end of the movable shaft after cleaning. Even if the lower end of the guide abuts on the rib, the support rib can be guided to the rib avoiding portion very easily.
