従来、斯かる液状物質供給用吊り下げバッグとしては、種々の形態のバッグが既に報告あるいは実用に供されている。例えば、経腸栄養剤や流動食用吊り下げバッグにおいては、使用時に流動食等の内容物を追加したり、希釈のために飲料水を補給することが多いので、当該追加・補給用の開口部を形成するための開口予定部を設けた合成樹脂フィルム製吊り下げバッグも報告されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

しかしながら、斯かる開口予定部を設けた場合には、当該予定部を切断開口して容易に内容物の追加や飲料水の補給を行なうことができるものの、その開口部に再封止手段が存在しないために、切断開口後に埃等が混入し易いと云う問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の如き従来の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、切断して形成した開口部を容易に再封止して埃等の混入を防止することができる簡便な液状物質供給用吊り下げバッグを提供することを目的とする。

本発明者は斯かる目的を達成すべく種々研究を重ねた結果、当該バッグ本体の開口部を折り畳み封止した際に相互に重なり合う位置に、2個以上の係止具挿通用穴や切れ目を設ければ、ジッパー等の特殊な再封止手段を格別設けずとも、当該重なりあった穴や切れ目にフック等の係止具を挿通して吊り下げるだけで開口部を再封止して埃等の混入を防止し得ることを見い出し本発明を完成した。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明は、注出口を有すると共に、切断による開口部形成が可能な合成樹脂フィルム製液状物質供給用吊り下げバックであって、開口部形成後当該開口部の折り畳み封止時に相互に重なり合う2個以上の係止具挿通用穴及び/又は切れ目を備えていることを特徴とする液状物質供給用吊り下げバッグにより上記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。

図1は、本発明液状物質供給用吊り下げバッグの正面説明図である。該図1において、10はバッグ本体で、合成樹脂フィルムから成る。このバッグ本体10の成形法は特に限定されず、例えばヒートシール製袋法が好ましい方法として挙げられる。またその樹脂材質(例えばバリア性フィルム、ナイロン、ポリプロピレンなど)、大きさ、形態(例えば扁平体、角底体など)、色、透明・不透明等の如何も問わず、内容物の量や用途により適宜選定することができる。

20は注出口で、バッグ本体10の一隅部に設けられている。この注出口20にはチューブ連結用コネクター(図示省略)を装着するのが好ましく、また当該注出口20とコネクターは一体成形するのが好ましい。
尚、注出口20も、その材質(例えば鉄、アルミニウム、チタン、銅等の金属;ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンフタレート、ABS樹脂等のプラスチックなど)、大きさ、形態、色、透明・不透明等の如何を問わず、内容物の量や用途により適宜選定することができる。

30は係止具挿通用穴で、バッグ本体10に切断形成した開口部P(図2参照)を折り畳み封止した際に相互に重なり合うように2個形設されている。この係止具挿通用穴30の具体的形設部位は、開口部Pの折り畳み封止時に相互に重なり合う位置であれば特に限定されないが、ヒートシールで成形したバッグ本体10の溶着側縁部11に形設するのが強度性に優れ望ましい。また、この場合、係止具挿通用穴30を形設する溶着側縁部11は他の溶着部に比しやや巾広(広面積)とするのが好ましい。

係止具挿通用穴30の形設数は、開口部Pを封止するために2個以上であれば良く、具体的には開口部Pの折り畳み回数に応じて選定される。因に、当該形設数が多いほど、換言すれば当該折り畳み回数が多いほど開口部Pの封止性がより高まる。

切断により形成された開口部Pから内容物の追加や飲料水の補給をした後、当該開口部Pを、バッグ本体10の上位の係止具挿通用穴30aと中位の係止具挿通用穴30bとの間で折り畳み封止し、当該両穴30a及び30bを重ね合わせる(図2(1)〜(2)参照)。次いで、中位の係止具挿通用穴30bと下位の係止具挿通用穴30cとの間で更に折り畳み、当該3個の穴30b、30a及び30cを重ね合わせる(図2(2)〜(3)参照)。次いで、その重ね合わせ状態でフック等の係止具(図示省略)を当該穴30b、30a及び30cに挿通し、バッグ本体10を吊り下げれば、開口部Pは再封止された状態に保持されるので、埃等の混入は防止される。

【発明の効果】
本発明液状物質供給用吊り下げバッグを用いれば、切断開口部を単に折り畳むだけで極めて容易に再封止し得、従ってまた内容物の供給中に埃等が混入することを防止することができる。しかも、本発明吊り下げバッグは簡易な構造で、部品数や製造工程数の増加も不必要なため、通常の吊り下げバッグとほぼ同一の工程で製造することができ、生産効率性にも優れる。
