Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an intrusion detection device that detects an illegal intrusion of a person using a Doppler shift of an ultrasonic wave generated when a person enters a vehicle interior.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of intrusion detection device forms a Doppler signal corresponding to a frequency difference between an ultrasonic wave transmitted into the vehicle interior and an ultrasonic wave reflected in the vehicle interior and superimposed with a low-frequency signal, and this Doppler signal is formed. Is used to detect the presence or absence of illegal intrusion into the vehicle interior.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in such an intrusion detection device, when a disturbance wave, for example, noise such as a loud siren arrives from outside the vehicle and is superimposed on the ultrasonic wave reflected in the vehicle interior, the disturbance wave is changed according to the movement of a person. In this case, the detection is performed without distinguishing from the Doppler signal, and as a result, there is a case in which a person does not enter the vehicle compartment but erroneously detects that there is an entry.
[0004]
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to prevent erroneous detection due to a disturbance wave or a noise component other than a signal indicating a person entering a vehicle interior.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to
[0006]
According to the present invention, the degree of variation is calculated for the period of each pulse of the pulse signal corresponding to the low-frequency signal superimposed on the ultrasonic wave propagating in the vehicle interior, and the intrusion of a person into the vehicle interior according to the variation degree is calculated. Even if vibration due to disturbance noise is superimposed on the low-frequency signal in addition to the signal corresponding to human motion, the influence of disturbance noise whose pulse cycle varies from the variation of the pulse signal corresponding to human motion Therefore, it is possible to accurately determine the presence or absence of human invasion regardless of such disturbance noise.
[0007]
The degree of variation can be calculated by performing statistical processing on the measured period, as described in
[0008]
The variation degree calculating means measures a cycle of a pulse signal corresponding to a cycle of a Doppler frequency according to a motion of a person among the pulse signals as described in claim 4, and calculates the cycle of the measured cycle. By calculating the degree of variation, it is possible to limit the pulse signal itself to a pulse signal of a frequency band cycle according to the movement of a person, and to make accurate judgments without relying on signals unnecessary for judgment of human intrusion Can be.
[0009]
In addition, the pulse signal output unit may include a pulse signal corresponding to a low-frequency signal corresponding to a Doppler frequency corresponding to a motion of a person among low-frequency signals superimposed on the transmission ultrasonic wave, as described in claim 5. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an example of an intrusion detection device according to the present invention. This intrusion detection device includes an ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S1. As shown in FIG. 2, the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S1 is disposed on a room mirror at the center of an upper edge of a front shield in a vehicle interior of the vehicle. I have.

On the other hand, when the rising edge of the pulse (indicated by R in FIG. 5) is detected within the search period T1 in step S120, the intrusion detection period T2 is set in step S160. In the intrusion detection period T2, the interrupt program of FIG. 4 is started at the rising edge of the pulse signal.
[0028]
In the interrupt program, first, in step S300, the time from the rising of a pulse to the rising of the next pulse is measured by a timer, and this time is defined as a pulse period τ.
[0029]
In step S310, it is determined whether the measured pulse period τ falls within a preset period range Tmin ≦ τ ≦ Tmax. This period range is experimentally obtained in advance as a pulse period of the Doppler signal corresponding to the movement of a person, and is stored in the
[0030]
In FIG. 5, the pulse periods a 1 , a 2 ,..., A N−1 , a N falling within the period range and the pulse periods b 1 , b 2 ,. It is represented as M. Accordingly, the pulse period of the statistical processed for calculating the standard deviation (or variance) is a variation of the cycle, a 1, a 2, · · ·, a a N-1, a N.
[0031]
In step S320, updating of the pulse counter value n (n = n + 1) , write to be recorded pulse cycle a n (a n = τ) , recording and calculation of the sum of the pulse cycle a n (Σa n), and pulse period the calculation of the square (a n) 2 of the sum (Σ (a n) 2) , carried out on the basis of

(Equation 1)
[0033]
(Equation 2)
In step S170, the drive of the
[0034]
[Equation 3]
Next, in step S200, it is determined whether the pulse number N is greater than a preset threshold Th (n) and whether the standard deviation σ is greater than a preset threshold Th (σ). Generates an alarm in step S210, and if at least one is negative, does not generate an alarm and shifts to step S150.
[0035]
By the way, the frequency corresponding to the movement of a person is distributed in the range of approximately 44 to 450 Hz, but this varies with time according to the movement of the person.
[0036]
On the other hand, disturbance noise such as a siren also has components in the above-mentioned frequency band, but is temporally constant. For this reason, even if the pulse signals are in the same frequency band, the variation degree of the pulse period, that is, the standard deviation σ (= √ (ρ)) defined by the variance ρ or the square root thereof, which is the statistical processing result of the pulse period, is It will be different. That is, as the temporal variation increases, the variance ρ or the standard deviation σ also increases.
[0037]
Therefore, a threshold Th (ρ) or Th (σ) is provided for the variance ρ or the standard deviation σ, which is the degree of variation, so that vibration with small temporal fluctuations such as disturbance noise and large temporal fluctuations corresponding to human motion are provided. Vibration can be distinguished.
[0038]
That is, if the variance or standard deviation of the pulse period of the pulse signal for a certain period exceeds the threshold value Th (ρ) or Th (σ), the pulse signal contains vibration corresponding to the motion of a person, that is, the person's motion. An alarm can be generated assuming that movement has been detected.
[0039]
Conversely, if the variance or standard deviation of the pulse period is smaller than the threshold value, it can be determined that the pulse signal does not include a vibration corresponding to the movement of a person, that is, that no person enters.
[0040]
In the present embodiment, in step S200, a case where the counted number of pulses N is equal to or larger than a preset threshold Th (n), that is, a case where the number of pulses is large to some extent, is selected. When the difference is equal to or larger than the threshold Th (σ), it is determined that a person has entered, and an alarm is generated in step S210. As described above, the presence or absence of human intrusion is determined based on the AND condition of both the number of generated pulses and the standard deviation, so that erroneous determination can be prevented and the reliability of the determination can be increased.
[0041]
When the above-described processing in the intrusion detection period T2 ends, the power saving control is performed in step S150 until the next search period starts, and the system enters a standby state.
[0042]
As described above, in the present embodiment, an ultrasonic wave propagating in the vehicle interior is received, a low-frequency signal corresponding to a Doppler frequency corresponding to the motion of a person is extracted from the ultrasonic wave reception signal, and the low-frequency signal is extracted. A rectangular pulse signal is generated accordingly. The standard deviation σ with respect to the pulse number N and the pulse period of the pulse whose pulse cycle of the rectangular pulse signal generated from the ultrasonic wave received within this predetermined period (intrusion detection period T2) is within a predetermined period range (Tmin to Tmax). Both exceed the threshold values Th (n) and Th (σ), respectively, it is determined that a person has entered the vehicle interior.
[0043]
Therefore, when only disturbance noise (for example, a siren or the like) having little temporal fluctuation is superimposed on a received ultrasonic wave in a frequency band corresponding to the movement of a person, a pulse signal is generated, but the pulse cycle varies. Since the standard deviation σ is small, the threshold Th (σ) can prevent the occurrence of a false alarm due to the influence of disturbance noise with little temporal fluctuation.
[0044]
In the first embodiment, the standard deviation or the variance defined by Expression 3 is used as the variation degree of the pulse period, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the sum of the absolute values of the differences between the average value of the pulse periods and each pulse period within the intrusion detection period, or a value obtained by normalizing the sum with the number of pulses may be used. Further, in addition to the above, the statistically processed variation degree can be calculated by various calculation methods.
[0045]
(2nd Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment will be described. In the first embodiment described above, an example is described in which one ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S1 is disposed in the room mirror at the center of the upper edge of the front shield in the vehicle interior. However, in the second embodiment, this ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor is used. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, two ultrasonic transmission / reception sensors S1 and S2 are arranged in a vehicle interior room lamp and both sensors are operated simultaneously. FIG. 7 is a block diagram of the intrusion detection device of the second embodiment. In the drawing, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

In step S121, when the rising edge of at least one output pulse of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S1 or S2 is detected, the process proceeds to step S160.
[0052]
In step S160, as in the first embodiment, a detection period is set (t = T2), but external interrupts receive respective interrupts from the two ultrasonic transmission / reception sensors S1 and S2. These external interrupt programs are executed in accordance with the flowchart shown in FIG. 4 for the output pulses of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensors S1 and S2, similarly to the first embodiment.
[0053]
After the ultrasonic transmission is stopped (step S170), in step S181, the pulse numbers N1 and N2 of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensors S1 and S2 are totaled based on the updated pulse numbers n1 and n2.
[0054]
In step S191, as in the first embodiment, each standard of the sensors S1 and S2 is calculated based on Equation 3 using the number of pulses, the sum of the pulse periods, and the sum of the squares of the pulse periods in the ultrasonic transmission and reception sensors S1 and S2. The deviations σ1 and σ2 are calculated.
[0055]
In step S201, it is determined whether or not the number of pulses N1 is equal to or greater than a threshold Th1 (n) and the standard deviation σ1 is equal to or greater than a threshold Th1 (σ) with respect to the output pulse of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S1. If YES, an alarm is output (step S210), and if NO, the process moves to step S202.
[0056]
In step S202, the pulse number N2 is equal to or larger than the threshold Th2 (n) (= Th1 (n)) and the standard deviation σ2 is the threshold Th2 (σ) (= Th1 (σ) for the output pulse of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S2. )) It is determined whether or not this is the case. If YES, an alarm is output (step S210), and if NO, the process shifts to power saving control in step S150.
[0057]
The thresholds Th1 (n) and Th2 (n) for the number of pulses and the thresholds Th1 (σ) and Th2 (σ) for the standard deviation respectively denote the size of the vehicle compartment and the location of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensors S1 and S2. It is set in advance in consideration of the above.
[0058]
As described above, in the second embodiment, with respect to the output pulses of the two ultrasonic transmission / reception sensors S1 and S2 having different installation positions, at least one of the number of output pulses and the standard deviation of the pulse period are both the threshold values. At this point, it is determined that a person has entered, so that even a vehicle having a large vehicle compartment can reliably detect the entry of a person.
[0059]
In the second embodiment, the threshold for the number of pulses is Th1 (n) = Th2 (n), and the threshold for the standard deviation is Th1 (σ) = Th2 (σ), but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, if it is desired to output an alarm earlier for an intruder entering the rear seat side, Th1 (n) ≧ Th2 (n) and Th1 (n) ≧ Th2 (n) so that the criterion becomes lower for the output pulse of the ultrasonic transmission / reception sensor S2. The setting may be changed to Th1 (σ) ≧ Th2 (σ). Such a change in the setting of the threshold value can be appropriately performed according to the usage situation of the user.
