TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dripper used when straining contents having components to be extracted such as regular coffee powder, black tea and green tea leaves, and more particularly, a disposable type in which contents having components to be extracted are integrally stored. About the dripper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a dripper in which contents having components to be extracted, such as regular coffee powder, black tea and green tea leaves, are stored in advance has been known. These drippers are roughly classified into two types. One is provided with a cup-shaped container and a storage portion for storing contents such as regular coffee powder at the bottom or the like of the container (for example, Patent Document 1), and the other is provided with regular coffee. It comprises a storage section for storing contents such as powder and a paper supporting section for mounting and fixing the storage section on a cup wall or the like (for example, see Patent Document 2).
[0003]
The dripper described in Patent Literature 1 is bulky compared to the dripper described in Patent Literature 2, and thus takes up space during sales and storage, and has a high manufacturing cost despite being disposable. In addition, there is a problem that disposal treatment is difficult. Therefore, it can be reduced in size by folding, does not take up space at the time of sale or storage, and has a configuration as described in Patent Document 2 because it is easy to dispose. The market needs of drippers are increasing.
[0004]
The dripper described in Patent Document 2 is close to the upper edge of a filter paper bag (storage portion) in which contents such as regular coffee powder are stored inside a folded frame-shaped paper support portion formed of cardboard. The filter paper bag (storage portion) is opened at a perforation provided in the filter paper bag (storage portion) at the time of use, and then the folded frame-shaped paper support portion is opened. The lower end of the cylindrical paper-supporting portion is placed on the cup wall in this state, and placed in the filter paper bag (storage portion). By pouring, desired beverages such as coffee are obtained.
[0005]
By the way, the dripper described in Patent Literature 2 fills the contents from the opening of the filter paper bag serving as the storage part, seals the opening by heat bonding, and then folds the vicinity of the upper edge of the filter paper bag. It is completed by adhering to the inside of the frame-shaped paper-made support portion in the inserted state. In this case, since the sealing of the opening is performed by thermally bonding the filter paper bag itself, a very easy and stable sealing can be obtained. As described above, there are various other drippers that seal the opening by thermally bonding the filter paper bag itself and then insert the filter paper bag into the paper support (see, for example, Patent Document 3). ).
[0006]
However, in the drippers described in Patent Literatures 2 and 3, the filter paper bag in a state where the contents are filled and sealed, the filter paper bag itself is generally made of a flexible material, and the shape is not uniform. However, since it is difficult to insert the filter paper bag into a predetermined position of the paper supporting portion, there is a problem that the shape of the filter paper bag must be made uniform to some extent.
[0007]
In order to solve the problem that the shape of the above-mentioned filter paper bag must be adjusted to a uniform shape to some extent, the applicant has applied the filter paper bag to a substantially rectangular tubular paper body as a paper support portion in plan view. There has been proposed a dripper in which a filter paper bag is filled with the contents after insertion, and the opening of the filter paper bag is thermally bonded from the outside of the tubular paper body and peelably sealed (see Patent Document 4).
[0008]
The dripper described in Patent Literature 4 has a configuration in which a bent portion is provided on both side edges and a bent portion is provided in the bent portion for holding the tubular paper body in a cylindrical shape. Since the joining portion for forming the tubular paper body into a tubular shape (the overlapping portion on Patent Document 4) is located at a position where both bent portions are removed, the joining portion (Patent Document 4) The ultrasonic welding device with the staggered minute projections formed on the tip of the ultrasonic horn or the surface of the ultrasonic welding jig was used to solve various problems caused by the difference in paper thickness between the upper part and the other parts. The solution was solved by using this method. However, the concave pattern of the fine projections was strongly embossed on the surface of the cylindrical paper body having a different paper thickness (the thicker part). , Decided to solve this.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention is very easy when the opening of the bag body is peelably closed from the outer surface of the tubular paper body via the tubular paper body after the contents are stored, and the peeling force at the time of peeling is uniform. An object of the present invention is to provide a dripper capable of forming a releasable adhesive portion and in which a concave pattern of a minute projection is hardly noticeable from the surface.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the inventor of the present invention has a filtering function on a substantially rectangular tubular paper body having a pair of side walls provided with bent portions on both side edges. A bag having a width at least on an opening edge side having a size substantially close to a dimension between both side edges of the cylindrical paper body is inserted, and a substantially central opposing portion of an opening edge of the bag body is formed on one side of the cylindrical paper body. In a dripper attached to a substantially central portion of an opening edge and removably closing the opening of the bag body after storing the contents, the tubular paper is disposed at a position facing the pair of side wall plates of the tubular paper body. Shape holding means for holding the body in a cylindrical shape is provided, and at least one side edge of the tubular paper body is connected to one of the pair of side wall plates and the other of the pair of side wall plates via the bent portion. A glue surplus piece to be adhered to is connected, and the glue surplus piece is at least the one of the tubular paper bodies. And it is characterized in that it is formed narrower so as not to present the mouth edge. With this configuration, since there is no joining portion (overlapping portion) of the tubular paper body at the closed position of the opening of the bag body, the tubular paper body is connected to the outer surface of the tubular paper body via the tubular paper body. When the opening of the bag body is releasably closed after the contents are stored, a releasable adhesive portion (closed portion) which can be very easily closed with a uniform pressing force and has a uniform peeling force when peeling is obtained. be able to.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the dripper according to the first aspect, an engaging projection is formed on the other opening edge of the tubular paper body. With this configuration, it can be stably placed and fixed on the cup wall surface.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the dripper according to any one of the first and second aspects, the opening of the bag is closed so as to be peelable by ultrasonic welding. is there. With this configuration, the opening of the bag body can be more easily releasably closed from the outside of the tubular paper body via the tubular paper body.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the dripper according to the third aspect, the ultrasonic welding has an ultrasonic horn having a tip in which minute projections are formed in a staggered manner or a surface in which minute projections are formed in a staggered manner. The ultrasonic welding apparatus is provided with any one of ultrasonic welding receiving jigs. With this configuration, it is possible to obtain a peelable adhesive portion (closed portion) having a uniform (stable) peeling force when peeling further.
[0015]

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a main part showing a second embodiment of a dripper according to the present invention, FIG. 5 is a development view of a tubular paper body used for the dripper shown in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is ultrasonic welding. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the surface shape of the receiving jig, in which 1, 1 'is a dripper, 2, 202 is a tubular paper body, 2', 202 'is a blank plate, and 3 is a bag body. , 20 and 20 ′ are protruding flaps, 21 is an engaging projection, 22 is a notch, 23 and 23 ′ are cut lines, 24 and 25 are creases, 26 and 26 ′ are long holes, and 30 and 30 ′ are opposed to each other. Attachment part, 31 is a peelable adhesive part, 32 is a strong adhesive part, 33 is a folded part, 200 is a front wall plate, 210 is a rear wall plate, 220 Indicates a glue margin piece, A indicates the surface of a jig for ultrasonic welding, B indicates minute projections, and α and β indicate bent portions, respectively.
[0016]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a main part of a dripper according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The dripper 1 has bent portions α and β on both side edges, and one opening edge ( A pair of side wall plates 200 and 210 (see FIG. 2) provided with a pair of projecting flaps 20 and 20 '(see FIG. 2) opposed to a position corresponding to the center of the upper end edge in FIG. A pair of opposed sticking portions 30 in which a substantially inverted trapezoidal bag 3 having a filtering function is inserted into the cylindrical tubular body 2 and a substantially central portion of an opening edge of the bag 3 is partially extended; 30 ′ (see FIG. 2) is folded outward at the upper edges of the pair of projecting flaps 20, 20 ′ and attached to the outer surfaces of the pair of projecting flaps 20, 20 ′, and the opening of the bag body 3 is closed. After the contents (not shown) having components to be extracted, such as regular coffee powder, are stored and closed by the peelable adhesive portion 31 Thus, four engaging projections 21 (three in FIG. 1) are formed on both sides and the center of the other opening edge (lower edge in FIG. 1) of the tubular paper body 2. Notches 22 are inevitably formed at the lower edge (lower side in FIG. 1) of the tubular paper body 2 at four places (two places in FIG. 1) by the engaging projections 21 and the tubular paper body 2 is formed. The pair of side wall plates 200, 210 are parallel to the side edges at positions that are central portions with respect to the both side edges, and the upper end edges of the pair of projecting flaps 20, 20 'and the cylindrical shape. A single discontinuous cutting line 23, 23 '(see FIG. 2) that does not intersect with the lower end edge of a pair of engaging projections 21 provided at the center of the lower end edge (lower side in FIG. 1) of the paper body 2 is formed. They are provided facing each other as shape keeping means.
[0017]
A glue margin 220 attached to the other side wall plate 210 via the bent portion α is provided on one of the side wall plates 200, 210. The glue margin 220 is formed to be narrow so that it does not exist at least on the side of the protruding flaps 20 and 20 ′ of the tubular paper body 2 (in FIG. It is formed narrow so that it does not exist also on the side of the piece 21). With this configuration, when forming the peelable adhesive portion 31 that closes the opening of the bag body 3, Even when heat bonding is performed from the outer surface, heat and pressure are uniformly applied to a position where the opening of the bag body 3 is closed without causing a difference in the paper thickness of the tubular paper body 2. The reason for this is that, when the width between both side edges of the tubular paper body 2 is configured to be sufficiently longer than at least the width of the bag body 3 on the opening edge side, the opening of the bag body 3 is selectively formed. The dripper 1 of the present invention does not have to have the configuration of the dripper of the present invention, but may be closed by heat bonding. This is because it is necessary to heat-bond from the outer surface of the tubular paper body 2 to a length between both side edges of the tubular paper body 2 or a length longer than the outer surface of the tubular paper body 2 due to the configuration having a size substantially close to the border size.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the bag body 3 has a strong adhesive portion 32 which is not easily peeled off at both side edges, and a lower end portion of the bag body 3 opposite to the opening (FIG. 1). (Lower portion) is a folded portion 33. The folding section 33 will be described later in more detail.
[0019]
Next, the tubular paper body 2 and the bag body 3 having a filtering function that constitute the dripper of the present invention will be described. First, the tubular paper body 2 will be described. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a tubular paper body used for the dripper shown in FIG. 1, and a blank plate 2 ′ includes a rear side wall plate 210 and a front side wall plate 200, which constitute a pair of side wall plates, and a glue margin 220. Central portions of one edge (upper edge in FIG. 2) of the front side wall plate 200 and the rear side wall plate 210 which are sequentially connected via the fold lines 25 and 24 and are orthogonal to the fold lines 24 and 25, respectively. Are provided with a pair of substantially trapezoidal projecting flaps 20 and 20 ′ having both corners formed in a round shape, and the other edge of the front side wall plate 200 and the rear side wall plate 210 that is orthogonal to the creases 24 and 25. The position (the lower edge in FIG. 2) facing the protruding flaps 20 and 20 ′ and the blank plate 2 ′ are folded and pasted as described later to form the tubular paper body 2 shown in FIG. The engaging projections 21 are provided at positions corresponding to both side edges of the A notch 22 is inevitably formed by the engaging projection 21). Further, the blank plate 2 ′ is folded and pasted as described later to form the tubular paper body 2 shown in FIG. The center of each of the plate 200 and the rear wall plate 210 is parallel to the creases 24 and 25, and the upper edges of the protruding flaps 20 and 20 'and the front wall plate 200 and the rear wall plate 210 It has a configuration in which a single discontinuous cutting line 23, 23 'which does not intersect with the lower end edge of the engaging projection piece 21 provided at the center of the other end edge (lower end edge) is provided. The blank plate 2 'thus constructed is first folded on the front side wall plate 200 by folding the glue margin 220 by folding the crease 24, and then on the folded glue margin 220. The rear side wall plate 210 is folded by folding the crease 25 in a mountain, and the overlapped portion (joined portion) of the adhesive margin piece 220 and the rear side wall plate 210 is bonded with an adhesive or the like to form a tubular paper body. 2 can be obtained. The bent parts α and β are formed by the creases 24 and 25, respectively. As a material for forming the tubular paper body 2, for example, cardboard such as water-resistant card paper or ivory paper of 200 to 340 g / m 2 is suitable. Further, the blank plate 2 'can be easily manufactured by using a known punching machine.
[0020]
Next, the bag used in the present invention will be described. The bag 3 is not particularly limited as long as it is a material having a filtering function. However, in consideration of workability when forming the bag 3, the material itself has a thermal adhesive property, or the innermost layer is Those having thermal adhesiveness are preferred, for example, polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, nonwoven fabrics having a water permeability such as polyester, or a thermoplastic resin such as a polyolefin or polyester such as polyethylene or polypropylene in the innermost layer. And a filter paper having a two or three-layer structure having a layer containing the same.
[0021]
Next, a method of manufacturing the bag 3 will be described. The bag body 3 is formed by folding a long sheet having a thermal adhesive property, for example, a filter paper having a three-layer structure containing modified polypropylene in the innermost layer into two in parallel with the long direction, and forming a folded portion 33 (see FIG. 1), or the folded portions 33 (see FIG. 1) are folded in a W-fold (gusset) manner and superimposed, and heat-bonded in a predetermined shape (an adhesive portion indicated by reference numeral 32 in FIG. 1). Then, cutting and / or die cutting (in FIG. 1, the folded portion 33 becomes narrower and a pair of opposing sticking portions 30 partially extended substantially at the center on the opposite side of the folded portion 33). , 30 ′).
[0022]
Assembling of the tubular paper body 2 and the bag body 3 is performed by inserting the bag body 3 into the tubular paper body 2 and providing the pair of opposed sticking portions 30 provided on the bag body 3, 30 ′ (see FIGS. 2 and 3) is folded outward at the upper edges of the pair of protruding flaps 20 and 20 ′ (see FIGS. 1 and 2) provided on the tubular paper body 2, and the pair of protruding flaps 20 is formed. , 20 ′ (see FIGS. 1 and 2) to complete. In FIG. 1, the pair of opposed sticking portions 30, 30 '(see FIGS. 2, 3) of the bag body 3 are connected to the upper edges of the pair of projecting flaps 20, 20' (see FIGS. 1, 2). In FIG. 1, the pair of projecting flaps 20 and 20 '(see FIGS. 1 and 2) are attached to the outer surfaces of the pair of projecting flaps 20 and 20 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The protrusion length of the protruding flaps 20 and 20 '(see FIGS. 1 and 2) may be affixed to the inner surfaces of the pair of protruding flaps 20 and 20' (see FIGS. 1 and 2) by shortening the protruding length of the protruding flaps 30 and 30 '(see FIGS. 2 and 3). In any case, the place where the bag body 3 is adhered to the tubular paper body 2 is desirably the protruding flaps 20, 20 '(see FIGS. 1 and 2). When the paper body 2 is erected in a cylindrical shape, both sides of the bag body 3 are lifted, and a large and reliable opening of the bag body 3 is guaranteed, so that a dripper suitable for pouring and drip can be provided.
[0023]
In addition, in order to convert the blank plate 2 ′ into the tubular paper body 2, an adhesive for bonding an overlapping portion of the rear side wall plate 210 and the glue margin 220, or the tubular paper body 2 The adhesive for bonding to the bag 3 can be appropriately selected from hot melt type, solvent type, aqueous type, reactive type, pressure sensitive type and the like.
[0024]
The semi-finished product dripper in which the bag body 3 is assembled to the tubular paper body 2 in this manner is then subjected to a content (shown in the drawing) having an ingredient to be extracted such as regular coffee powder in the bag body 3. ) Is filled from the opening of the bag 3 and is thermally bonded so that the opening of the bag 3 becomes the peelable bonding portion 31 (see FIG. 1) to form the dripper 1 of the present invention.
[0025]
Next, a method of forming the peelable adhesive portion 31 in the opening of the bag 3 will be described. In the dripper 1 of the present invention, the bag 3 is attached to the tubular paper body 2, and then the contents (not shown) having components to be extracted such as regular coffee powder in the bag 3 are filled in the bag 3. Filling through the opening of the body 3 and finally heat bonding the opening of the bag body 3 from the outer surface of the tubular paper body 2 to the peelable bonding portion 31 via the tubular paper body 2. In a hot plate sealing method, an impulse sealing method, or the like, which is usually used, it is very difficult to peelably bond the inner surfaces of the openings of the bag body 3 through the thick paper forming the cylindrical paper body 2. However, it takes time to perform the thermal bonding, the production efficiency is reduced, and the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular paper body 2 and the surface of the bag body 3 are scorched and browned, resulting in poor appearance. To this end, it is appropriate to form the peelable adhesive portion 31 using an ultrasonic welding device (not shown), and more preferably, an ultrasonic horn (not shown) having a flat tip, and 6, an ultrasonic welding jig having a surface A on which fine protrusions B are formed in a staggered manner by knurling or the like (in FIG. 6, the fine protrusions B are illustrated as quadrangular pyramid-like protrusions). It is preferable to use an ultrasonic welding device (not shown) provided.
[0026]
The dripper 1 of the present invention thermally bonds the opening of the bag body 3 from the outer surface of the tubular paper body 2 via the tubular paper body 2 when forming the peelable bonding portion 31. However, since the tubular paper body 2 corresponding to the portion to be thermally bonded is formed to have a substantially uniform thickness, a uniform pressure can be applied to the opening of the bag body 3. An adhesive part having a uniform peeling force when the peelable adhesive part 31 is further peeled off, and a joining part (overlapping part) existing in the tubular paper body 2 corresponding to a part to be thermally bonded. Since it can be thermally bonded with a weak pressure as compared with the above, an ultrasonic welding jig having a surface A composed of the fine projections B as described above (the fine projections B in FIG. Even if an ultrasonic welding device (not shown) equipped with The recess pattern B can be made hardly noticeable from the surface.
[0027]
In FIG. 6, the staggered minute protrusions B are formed on the surface of the ultrasonic welding jig. However, the surface of the ultrasonic welding jig is flattened, and the staggered minute projections B are formed. The projection B may be formed at the tip of the ultrasonic horn. Further, in FIG. 6, the minute projections B are quadrangular pyramid-shaped projections and are arranged in a so-called iris shape. However, the shape of the minute projections B is, for example, a triangular pyramid, a pyramid such as a pentagonal pyramid, or It may be conical.
[0028]
Next, a method of using the dripper 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. First, the protruding flaps 20, 20 'covered with the opposed sticking portions 30, 30' of the bag body 3 of the dripper 1 shown in FIG. The surface where the cut lines 23 and 23 'of the tubular paper body 2 are provided (the front side wall plate 200 and the rear side wall plate 210 in FIG. 2). ) Is automatically folded in a state where it protrudes outward at the cutting lines 23 and 23 ′, so that an opening held (shape-preserved) in a rhombic cylindrical shape can be obtained. Thereafter, the dripper 1 is placed and fixed on the cup wall as shown in FIG. 3 by the engaging projections 21 and the notches 22 provided on the lower edge of the tubular paper body 2, and a predetermined amount of hot water is poured from the opening. Thus, a desired beverage is obtained in the cup.
[0029]
Heretofore, as the shape-retaining means, one discontinuous cut line 23, 23 '(see FIGS. 1 and 2) has been described as an example, but the shape-retaining means is not limited to this. (See FIGS. 1 and 2), a continuous (straight) cut line (not shown) may be used. Alternatively, the pair of protruding flaps 20 described above may be used. , 20 ′ (see FIGS. 1 and 2) and the lower end edges of a pair of engaging projections 21 provided at the center of the lower end edge of the tubular paper body 2 (the lower side on FIGS. 1 and 2). A single crease or perforated line that intersects with each other, or a pair of corners opposed to a substantially central portion of the one crease or perforated line may be a single crease or perforated line. A diamond-shaped notch may be provided so as to match the rule.
The diamond-shaped notch is preferably provided so that the dimension between the pair of corners is 50% or more of the total length of the single crease or perforation rule. By providing the cutout, the notch can eliminate the repulsive force of the tubular paper body 2 due to the waist of the paper, so that more reliable shape retention can be obtained. In addition, there is an effect that the liquid level of the beverage in the cup when hot water is poured from the cutout portion can be confirmed.
[0030]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a main part of a dripper according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a development view of a tubular paper body used for the dripper shown in FIG. Of the dripper 1 shown in FIG. 3 is formed of a tubular paper body 202 provided with long holes 26 and 26 'as shape keeping means in place of the cutting lines 23 and 23' as shape keeping means provided on the cylindrical paper body 2 provided thereon. The rest is the same as the dripper 1. The elongated holes 26 and 26 ′ are opposed to positions that divide the two sides of the tubular paper body 202 into approximately three equal parts, and are parallel to the two side edges that do not intersect the upper and lower edges of the tubular paper body 202. And formed in the center of the protruding flaps 20, 20 'of the tubular paper body 202 and the lower end (the lower side in FIGS. 4 and 5) of the tubular paper body 202. The engagement protrusion 21 is formed so as not to be located on the extension line, that is, to be located between the long holes 26 and between the long holes 26 ′. The interval between the upper edge of the cylindrical paper body 202 and the upper ends of the elongated holes 26 and 26 ′ and the interval between the lower edge of the cylindrical paper body 202 and the lower ends of the elongated holes 26 and 26 ′ are as follows. Considering the strength required to function as a dripper, such as the buckling strength of the tubular paper body 202 in the vertical direction (upper in FIGS. 4 and 5), at least 5 mm is required. Furthermore, the upper ends of the long hole portions 26 and 26 ′ are provided with the peelable adhesive portions so as to prevent a closing failure due to pressure loss when forming the peelable adhesive portion 31 closing the opening of the bag body 3. It is preferable to configure so as to be located below (the lower side in FIG. 4). In addition, the elongated holes 26 and 26 ′ provided in the tubular paper body 202 have a horizontal length (length between both side edges) of the tubular paper body 202 and an overall length of the tubular paper body 202. The dripper 1 ′ may be provided at an appropriate position depending on the size. The dripper 1 ′ presses both the bent portions α and β of the tubular paper body 202 so as to approach each other to thereby reduce the length of the tubular paper body 202. The portion on the extension of the holes 26, 26 'is bent and held (shape-preserved) in a cylindrical shape having a substantially hexagonal cross-section. It is preferable that the long holes 26 and 26 'are provided at the positions where the holes are divided into three equal parts, since the most stable shape is obtained. Even when the long holes 26 and 26' are placed on the cup wall surface, a stable opening can be obtained. Reference numeral 202 ′ shown in FIG. 5 indicates a blank plate of the tubular paper body 202.
In addition, a manufacturing method of the blank plate 202 ′, a method of obtaining the tubular paper body 202 from the blank plate 202 ′, a method of attaching the bag body 3 to the tubular paper body 202, extraction of regular coffee powder and the like. After filling the bag body 3 with contents having components (not shown), the bag body 3 is closed by heat bonding so that the opening of the bag body 3 becomes the peelable bonding portion 31 (see FIG. 1), or is used. The material and the like are the same as those of the dripper 1 of the first embodiment, and the description is omitted.
[0032]
In addition, as a method of using the dripper 1 'of the present invention, the protruding flap 20, which is covered with the facing attaching portions 30, 30' (not shown) of the bag body 3 of the dripper 1 'shown in FIG. 20 '(not shown) is gripped with left and right fingers and pulled in a direction away from each other to peel off the peelable adhesive portion 31 of the bag body 3, and thereafter, the cylindrical paper body 202 is shaped into a cylindrical shape. By pressing both side edges provided with the bent portions α and β in a direction approaching each other, the cylindrical shape on both extension lines of the long hole portions 26 and 26 ′ provided in the cylindrical paper body 202 is formed. The portion of the paper body 202 [between the upper end of the long hole portions 26 and 26 '(see FIG. 5) and the upper edge of the tubular paper body 202 and the lower end of the long hole portions 26 and 26' (see FIG. 5) and the cylinder Between the lower edges of the sheet-shaped paper body 202] is bent and folded, and is held in a cylindrical shape having a substantially hexagonal cross section. Can be obtained shape retention) has been opened. Thereafter, the dripper 1 ′ is placed and fixed on the cup wall surface by the engagement projection 21 and the notch 22 provided on the lower edge of the tubular paper body 202, and a predetermined amount of hot water is poured from the opening, and To obtain the desired beverage.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 5, in the dripper 1 ′ according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the elongated holes 26, 26 ′ are formed in the tubular paper body 202 as straight-shaped strips (vertically elongated rectangular Although not shown in place of the shape retaining means, the upper end side and the lower end side of the cylindrical paper body 202 of the long holes 26, 26 'are projected in a V-shape. Both ends of the shape may be V-shaped long holes, and by making such both ends a V-shaped long hole, both the bent portions α and β of the tubular paper body 202 are brought closer to each other. By pressing so as to make it possible to bend the portions at the extensions of both ends of the V-shaped long holes at both ends of the tubular paper body 202, it is possible to reliably bend and further easily bend the long holes And the long holes 26, 26 'are provided. It is substantially that may be provided Orikei or perforation ruffled intersecting the upper and lower edges of the tubular sheet member 202 in the same position. The number and shape of the engagement projections 21 provided on the lower edges of the drippers 1 and 1 'are not limited to those illustrated above, as long as they can be placed and fixed on the cup wall surface. Good thing. Furthermore, the protruding flaps 20 and 20 ′ need not necessarily have the same shape, and may be changed in the protruding width or the protruding height, or even if the protruding flaps 20 and 20 ′ have the same shape, they may be slightly shifted in position to be used. You may comprise so that it may be easy to pick with fingers.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the dripper of the present invention has a configuration in which the joining portion (overlapping portion) of the tubular paper body does not exist at the closed position of the opening of the bag body, so that the tubular When the opening of the bag body is releasably closed after the contents are stored through the paper-like body, it is extremely easy to obtain a peelable adhesive portion having a uniform peeling force when peeling, and a bag. Since it can be thermally bonded with a weaker pressure compared to a dripper in which a joining portion (overlapping portion) of a tubular paper body is present at the closed position of the opening of the body, heat is applied using an ultrasonic welding device having minute projections. Even when adhered, the concave pattern of the fine projections can have an appearance that is hardly conspicuous from the surface.
