本発明は、ウエストベルトに使用されるバックルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、上記バックルには、図７に示すように、金属製飾り板１の裏面の一端に、いわゆるリングと称する針金製フレーム２を設けて、ベルト後端部を折り返してホックを介して止めると共に、前記針金製フレーム２の下端を回動可能に軸支した支持金具３を設け、他端に、ベルトのパンチ穴に留める金属製タング４を設けたものがあったが、飾り板１を、金属板以外の木板、合成樹脂板、陶板、七宝焼板等で製作した場合は、前記フレーム２や前記タング４にベルトの大きな張力がかかるため、これらの飾り板の裏面にタングやフレーム支持金具を直接設けることは、飾り板の構造強度等の点で極めて困難であった。
そこで、本発明者は、針金製フレームを回動可能に支持する支持金具と金属製タングとを設け、ベルトの張力に耐えられるようにした小型の金属製等の構造強度の強いプレートを、飾り板と別個に製作して、これを飾り板の裏面に固着できるようにすれば、飾り板は金属板以外の比較的強度の弱い各種の材料を使用することが可能になることを見出した。
また、本発明者は、針金製フレームにベルトの後端部を折り返して取り外し可能に止着するため使用されるホックが、図８に示すように、最も多く普及されているＺ字状のいわゆる線細工バネ式のホック５である場合は、止めやすく、とりはずしやすいが、針金製フレームに連結されたベルト装着時の張力のためはずれやすく、ベルト後端部が脱離する恐れがあり、このため、図９及び図１０に示すような、いわゆる輪状バネ式のホック６又は皿バネ状のホック７を使用する必要があったが、これらのホックは、折り返しベルトの重ね部分に比較的大きな間隙が生ずる、高価な特殊のホック打ち棒が必要である、ホックの製造が容易でなく高価である、取り外しにかなりの手指の力がかかるなどの理由で普及されていないことを見出した。
そこで、本発明者は、前述した最も普及されているＺ字状のバネを使用しているホックを用いて、ベルトの張力が加わっても、はずれにくく、ベルト後端部が脱離する恐れのない針金製フレームを開発することに成功した。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、ベルトバックルの飾り板を、各種の金属板は勿論、金属板以外の木板、合成樹脂板、陶磁器板、七宝焼板等の構造強度の弱いもので製作しても、バックルとしてベルトに使用できるようにしたバックルホルダを提供するものである。
また、本発明は、バックルの飾り板とベルト締め具とを別個に製造又は販売することにより、バックルの飾り板を受注製作又は自作できるようにして、同一模様のバックルをある数量製造しなければ採算のとれないベルトバックル業界の革新をはかったバックルホルダを提供するものである。
さらに、本発明は、止めやすく、はずれやすいホックを使用しても、ベルト後端部を折り返して止着を維持できるようにしたバックルホルダを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のバックルホルダは、上記課題を達成するため、図面に示すように、ベルト３０の後端部３２を折り返すための中間棒１１０１を有する針金製フレーム１１を回動可能に支持する支持具１１１を一端１０１に設け、ベルト３０のパンチ穴３１０に留めるタング１２を他端１０２に設けたプレート１０を備えて、前記プレート１０をバックル飾り板２０の裏面２０２に固着できるようにすると共に、前記針金製フレーム１１の中間棒１１０１にベルト３０の後端部３２を折り返しできるようにしたものである。
また、本発明のバックルホルダは、上記発明において、前記針金製フレーム１１の中間棒１１０１Ｂの両端１１００Ｂ、１１００Ｂが移動可能に形成されているものである。

本発明において、バックル飾り板は、各種の金属製板、木板、合成樹脂板、陶磁器板、七宝焼板等が使用される。
プレートは、金属製板、又は、これに相当する強度を有する合成樹脂板等が使用される。
針金製フレームは、中間棒の両端を、固着するか又は環状、フック状などに折り曲げて針金製フレーム上を移動できるように形成される。
支持具は、針金製フレームを回動可能に支持すると共に、ベルトを着用したとき、その張力に耐えるようにプレートの一端にろう付け、螺着、ビス止め等により、設けられる。
タングは、金属製が好ましく、プレートへの取り付けは、ろう付け、螺着、ビス止め等により、ベルトを着用したとき、その張力に耐えられるようにする。
また、本発明において、プレートと飾り板との間は、エポキシ樹脂系等の強力な接着剤か、ろう付け、ビス止め等によって固着される。

【発明の実施の形態１】
本発明の実施の形態１が図１乃至図３に示されている。
本発明実施例のバックルホルダは、真鍮製プレート１０の一端１０１に、真鍮製円筒状の支持具１１１をろう付けし、支持具１１１内に各先端１１０、１１０を有する真鍮針金製のフレーム１１を回動可能に軸支できるようにしている。

従つて、本発明バックルホルダのプレート１０を、図２に示すように、木彫り飾り板２０の裏面２０２の浅い凹部（図示しない）に埋め込むように、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤を介して固着すれば、木製飾り板２０付きのバックル全体が完成するので、図３に示すように、フレーム１１の中間棒１１０１にベルト３０の後端部３２を折り返し、さらに、ベルト３０の後端部３２をフレーム１１の後部１１０２の下に挿入して、ベルト３０の裏面同士が重なり合うようにすると共に、ホック３３で取りはずし可能に止め、ベルト通し３４を通して、さらにホック３３で取りはずし可能に止めれば、ベルト３０を備えた飾り板付きバックルが出来上がる。
着用するときは、ベルト３０の先端部３１をフレーム１１に挿通して、ベルト３０のパンチ穴３１０にタング１２を挿入すれば、ベルト３０に大きな張力が加わってもベルト後端部３２は中間棒１１０１と後部１１０２により止着されて、バネの弱いホックでも、ホック３３がはずれてベルト後端部３２がフレーム１１から脱離する恐れは全くない。

【発明の実施の形態２】
本発明の実施の形態２が図４乃至図６に示されている。
本発明実施例のバックルホルダは、中間棒１１０１Ｂを除いて、本発明の実施の形態１と同一のため詳細説明は省略する。また、飾り板２０、ベルト３０も本発明の実施の形態１と同一のため詳細説明は省略する。中間棒１１０１Ｂは、両端１１００Ｂ、１１００Ｂを対向するフレーム１１に移動可能に嵌合するように形成されている。

着用するときは、ベルト３０の先端部３１をフレーム１１に挿通して、ベルト３０のパンチ穴３１０にタング１２を挿入すれば、ベルト３０に大きな張力が加わっても、ベルト後端部３２は、中間棒１１０１Ｂがフレーム１１の後部１１０２に近接するように移動し、中間棒１１０１Ｂと後部１１０２とに挟着されて発明の実施の形態１の場合よりも強く止着され、バネの弱いホックでも、ホック３３がはずれてベルト後端部３２がフレーム１１から脱離する恐れは全くない。

【発明の効果】
本発明のバックルホルダによって、バックル飾り板は、それ自体の裏面にフレーム、トングを直接設けなくてよいので、バックル飾り板は、各種の金属板は勿論、金属板以外の木板、合成樹脂板、陶器板、七宝焼板、皮革板、厚紙板等の比較的構造強度や材質の弱い材料も飾り板として使用できることになつた。
また、本発明のバックルホルダは、構造簡単で製作容易な上に、バックル飾り板の大きさ、厚み、形状、表面の彫塑等に関係なく、量産できるので、製造コストを大幅に引き下げることができる。
また、ベルトバックルの飾り板は、一品作として受註製作又自作して、量産されたバックルホルダを固着すればベルトバックルが出来上がることになり、ベルトバックル業界に画期的な技術効果と経済利益を与えることができる。
さらに、本発明により、針金製フレームにベルトの後端部を折り返して止着するホックを、最も多用されている通常のバネ式のものが使用できることになり、ベルトの折り返し部分の製作や取扱いが極めて容易となった。

It has been found that if it is manufactured separately from the plate and can be fixed to the back surface of the decorative plate, the decorative plate can use various materials having relatively low strength other than the metal plate.
In addition, the present inventor has found that a hook used for folding back the rear end portion of a belt on a wire frame and removably fastening the same is, as shown in FIG. In the case of the hook 5 of the wire-working spring type, it is easy to stop and easy to remove, but it is easy to come off due to the tension when the belt connected to the wire frame is attached, and the rear end of the belt may be detached. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, it was necessary to use a so-called ring-shaped spring type hook 6 or a disc spring-shaped hook 7. However, these hooks have a relatively large gap at the overlapping portion of the folded belt.
