[2] The present invention relates to accessory, and more particularly to accessory that can be decorated by hooking onto a button conveniently without using like a pin. [3] Generally, accessories are attached to clothes for its decorative harmony and there're various kinds like necktie, ring, earring, brooch, etc. [4] It's brooch that decorates clothes by being attached to the front of the clothes. These brooches have various substances as well as diverse designs, and this accessory is fitted with fixing materials like pin or nippers on its one side in order to be attached to clothes. [5] The existing brooch above is much effective as an ornament because it is formed in various designs, but as the clothes are often and repeatedly holed by the pin in order to be attached to clothes, so this has a problem of damaging clothes. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[33] As you can see from these drawings, the accessory(lθ) applied with this invention, is consisted of the upper/lower case(20)(30) that have vacancy inside and of the assembled component(40) that combines the upper/lower case above. [34] The lower case(30) has the second groove(31) of hemisphereshape generated on its one section. The upper case(20) is connected to one side of the lower case(30)to be swiveled by the first hinge and has hanger hole(23) on its one side and the first groove(25) of hemisphere shape generated on its section.

[35] The first and second grooves(25)(31) of hemisphere shape created in the upper/ lower case(20)(30) above, form a circle when they're close each other as being illustrated in Fig 2 or 4, therefore this circle surrounds the sewn thread(lθl) of a button(lOO) attached to clothes.

[36] On one side of the lower case(30) above is installed through the second hinge(41) with the assembled component(40) to be swiveled, that combines the upper/lower case(20)(30), and on one side of the assembled component is generated of hanger part(43) that can be hooked into the hanger hole(23) of the upper case(20) above so that the assembled component(40) can be combined to the upper/lower case(20)(30) and the shape of the accessory (10) can be maintained.

[37] In the meantime, the inside of each upper/lower case (20)(30) above is attached with a certain size of the supportive element(50)(60) that has an elasticity. It's desirable for this supportive element to be made of either rubber or sponge that has elasticity and its reason is, as you can see from Fig 3, 4, when button(lOO) is accommodated inside the upper/lower case(20)(30), the supportive element(50)(60) assists the top and bottom part of the button elastically so that it prevents the accessory(lθ) is not revolved by the button.

[38] The accessory(lθ) applied with this invention, can be used as a medal of necklace, not used for an ornament hooked onto the button of clothes depending on its necessity, by installing the hook(70) on the rear of the upper case(20) of the accessory(lθ) so that the string of a necklace can be hooked.

[39] Also, according to this invention, one of pattern, figure, design, picture or letter((80) is a symbol that includes all of these) can be inserted on at least one surface of the upper/lower case(20)(30) thatforms the accessory(lθ) so that user can select the accessory(l) suitable for their taste.

[40] The accessory(lθ) applied with this invention that is structured like this, is used as an ornament by being hooked on a button(lOO) of clothes.

[41] First, like in the Fig 2, move out the assembled component(40) from the upper/ lower case(20)(30) in the focus of the first hinge(21) of the assembled component(40) and dissolve the combined status.

[42] And then, after widening the upper/lower case(20)(30) to the both sides in the focus of the first hinge(21), narrow it so that the first and second groove(25)(31) will surround the sewn thread(lθl) of the button(lOO) and finally, upper/lower case(20)(30) can be hold on the sewn thread(lθl) of the button(lOO). And then, if the assembled component(40) is moved upward and the hanger part(43) is hooked on the hanger hole(23) of the upper case(2), the accessory(lθ) is hold onto the button(lOO) and the button is assisted elastically by the supportive element(50)(60) arranged inside the upper/lower case(20)(30) so as for the accessory(lθ) to be hold without movement like the Fig 5.

[43] When the accessory(lθ) applied with this invention is to be separatedfrom the button(lOO) of clothes, the accessory(lθ) can be detachedfrom the button(lOO) if you widen the upper/lower case(20)(30) to both sides after dissolving the combination of the assembled component(40) from the upper/lower case(20)(30).

Claims

[1] Accessory comprising: a lower case that has the second groove generated on one section; a upper case that has the first groove generated on thesection and the hanger hole on one side, and that can be assembled with one side of the lower case above by the first hinge; a combined component that can be assembled with the one side of the lower case above by the second hinge and has a hanger part on one side to combine the upper/lower case above.

[2] The accessory of claim 1, where in each inside of the upper/lower case above is attached with a certain size of supportive element that has elasticity.

[3] The accessory of claim 2, where in the supportive element above is made of either rubber or sponge that have elasticity.

[4] The accessory of claim 1, where in at least one surface of any upper/lower case that form the accessory above, has one of pattern, figure, design, picture or letter.

[5] The accessory of claim 1, where in the accessory includes additionally the hook that is made on the rear of the upper case above.
