Abstract
Description
【0001】

An annoying parking prevention device comprising:
[0010]
With such a configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
Since the vehicle-mounted device has the vehicle ID data registration unit and the communication unit, it becomes possible to register the vehicle ID data for identifying the vehicle and to transmit the vehicle ID data. .
[0011]
The vehicle-mounted device may be a plate-shaped device installed outside the vehicle. Further, the vehicle-mounted device may be installed inside the vehicle. Further, the vehicle-mounted device may be such that a part thereof is installed inside the vehicle and another part such as a communication device is installed outside the vehicle. Further, the vehicle-mounted device may be a device having both functions of a car navigation device and an ETC device.
[0012]
Since the roadside device has the parking lot ID data registration means, it becomes possible to register the parking lot ID data for identifying the parking lot where the vehicle can park. In addition, the roadside device includes the communication unit and the parking determination unit, thereby receiving the vehicle ID data, collating the received vehicle ID data with the registered parking lot ID data, and determining whether the vehicle is unsolicited parking. It is possible to determine whether or not it is not. In other words, it is possible to recognize whether the vehicle to be parked is parkable or annoying parking, and it is possible to prevent the annoying parking by selectively generating a warning for the annoying parking by the notification means described later. . Therefore, it is possible to obtain an annoying parking prevention device that can be used even in a parking area such as a private parking lot or a monthly parking lot.

In addition, as vehicle ID data and parking lot ID data, a parking lot address, a unique number assigned to a determiner, personal data (birth date, telephone number, etc.) of a vehicle or parking lot owner, etc. Any ID data that can indicate the correspondence between the vehicle and the parking lot may be used.
[0016]
Since the roadside device has the notification means, it is possible to notify whether or not the parking is annoying. The notification means may be activated only when the communication means of the roadside device is receiving the vehicle ID data. If the notification means is activated only when the communication means of the roadside device is receiving the vehicle ID data, the operation of the notification means can be turned off by the movement of the vehicle or the like.
[0017]
The notifying unit may generate a warning for the annoying parking. Further, the warning may be a warning sound. In this case, it is possible to effectively prevent annoying parking by generating a warning sound.
[0018]
When the notification means generates a warning sound, a buzzer, a bell, a speaker, a sound generating device, a combination thereof, or the like may be used. The warning sound may be continuous or intermittent.
[0019]
The warning may be a warning light. In this case, the generation of the warning light is also suitable for places where noise damage is a concern, such as densely populated houses. When the notification unit generates the warning light, a light emitting diode, a filament lamp, a combination thereof, or the like may be used. The warning light may be continuous or intermittent.
[0020]
The notification means may generate both a warning sound and a warning light. In this case, by generating both a warning sound and a warning light, it is possible to more effectively prevent annoying parking.
[0021]
The notification means may notify the police or a security company that there is annoying parking. In this case, by notifying the police or a security company that there is annoying parking, it is possible to remove the annoying parked vehicle.
[0022]
The notification means may notify the permission of parking to the vehicle by light, sound, a combination thereof, or the like.
[0023]
The notification means may be any of a warning, a notification of annoying parking, a notification of parking permission, or a combination of all. In particular, by combining the one that notifies of parking permission with another, it is possible to park after confirming that no warning or communication occurs.
[0024]
Further, the annoying parking prevention device according to
