Description

【0001】
【0009】
図2は本発明の第二の実施例の要部拡大断面図であり、樹脂製の眼鏡枠の基材10aの表面11aに装飾部として選択された箇所12a(この箇所は図2のように凹所として設けられても良く、或いは他所をマスキングして設けられても良い)の表面21aに粗面加工処理を施す。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decoration provided on a surface of a frame for spectacles.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
Hitherto, foils and powders of noble metals such as gold and silver have been widely used as ornaments for spectacle frames, but those using shells and the like are few in number, for example, see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-77123. Thus, there are only a few cases in which pearl powder is mixed in a resin, and examples of using shells as decorative pieces as in JP-A-2001-343615, and there is no case in which a mother-of-pearl is used. Of course, pearls that are similar in composition are rarely used as decorations for eyeglasses. The reason is that the components of so-called mother-of-pearl (thin pearls such as shellfish) are composed of calcium carbonate, protein, and a small amount of water. It is weak, and the process of applying heat to the decorative resin is indispensable in eyeglasses, and because the eyeglasses bend or bend to some extent unlike lacquerware, even if the mother-of-pearl decoration part breaks, It seems that it could not be commercialized.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present inventor has conducted intensive trial production research to solve the above-mentioned problems, and firstly, a room-temperature-curable acrylic-based acrylic resin was added to a portion selected as a decorative portion on the surface of a base material of a metal spectacle frame. Apply an epoxy resin, apply a rough surface treatment to the surface of the resin, apply a colored opaque cold-setting acrylic epoxy resin, stud a mother-of-pearl before drying, apply a clear type polyurethane resin paint on it A decorative spectacle frame characterized by having a decorative part made by mechanical drying at a temperature between about 50 ° C. to 70 ° C. for about 20 minutes to 12 hours, and then exposing it to natural light for about 1 hour to 10 hours. By adopting, the fragile mother-of-pearl, which is susceptible to heat, acid, sweat, etc., is formed so as to be usable as a decoration of a frame for glasses.
[0004]
Next, roughening is applied to the part selected as the decorative part of the base material surface of the resinous eyeglass frame, and then a colored and opaque cold-setting acrylic epoxy resin is applied, and before drying it, stud the mother-of-pearl Then, a clear type polyurethane resin paint is applied thereon, machine-dried at a temperature between about 50 ° C. to 70 ° C. for about 20 minutes to 12 hours, and then exposed to natural light for about 1 hour to 10 hours. A decorative spectacle frame characterized by having a decorative portion was employed.
[0005]
Next, roughening is applied to the part selected as the decorative part of the eyeglass frame made of transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin which does not have a core metal for reinforcement at the center, and clear type room temperature curing Apply acrylic acrylic epoxy resin, stud the mother-of-pearl before drying, apply colored and opaque room-temperature-curable acrylic epoxy resin on top of it, and stud the mother-of-pearl on it, and then clear polyurethane resin Applying the paint, mechanically drying at a temperature between about 50 ° C. to 70 ° C. for about 20 minutes to 12 hours, and then having a decorative part made by exposing to natural light for about 1 hour to 10 hours. And a decorative spectacle frame.
[0006]
Further, a hollow opening is provided in the spectacle frame, and one side of the opening is covered with a silicone resin piece, and a clear, room-temperature-curable acrylic epoxy resin is applied to the lid, that is, the hollow portion of the spectacle frame. Then, before drying, stud the mother-of-pearl, apply a colored and opaque room-temperature-curable acrylic epoxy resin on top of it, stud the mother-of-pearl, and apply a clear-type polyurethane resin paint. It is characterized by having a decorative part made by peeling off a silicone resin piece after mechanical drying at a temperature between about 70 ° C. for about 20 minutes to 12 hours, and then exposing it to sunlight for about 1 hour to 10 hours. To use a decorative frame.
[0007]
Then, roughening is applied to the part selected as the decorative part of the resin layer provided on the base material surface of the eyeglass frame, then acrylic epoxy resin is applied, and before drying it is studded with a mother-of-pearl and from above it Apply a clear type polyurethane resin paint, machine dry at a temperature between about 50 ° C and 70 ° C for about 20 minutes to 12 hours, and then expose it to natural light for about 1 hour to 10 hours, then polish the surface Raden was adopted as a decorative body by the method of decorating a frame for glasses, which was characterized by the fact that it was made. In order to make the image look more vivid, gorgeous, and three-dimensional, a decorative layer is formed in multiple layers, and a means for combining with other color patterns is employed.
[0008]
