Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, when grounding is performed in a room where the air conditioner is installed, when one end is connected to a ground wire fixing screw portion of the heat exchanger and the other end is connected to a ground terminal in the room. (Around the ground wire fixing screw portion and the structure of the ground wire guide).
[0002]
[Prior art]
As for the grounding of the air conditioner, there are a case where the grounding is performed from the outdoor unit and a case where the grounding is performed from the indoor unit. When grounding is performed from the indoor unit, one end of the ground wire is connected to the ground wire fixing screw of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner, and the other end is installed in the room where the air conditioner is installed. There is a method of connecting to a ground terminal. When the air conditioner performs a cooling / dehumidifying operation, condensed water, that is, dew is generated from indoor air passing through the heat exchanger as the indoor heat exchanger is cooled. Since the dew accumulates and drops on the ground wire fixing screw portion of the heat exchanger, a device has been devised so that the dew can be guided to a drain pan provided below the heat exchanger without scattering to the surroundings. For example, a method of providing a water splash prevention member below the ground wire fixing screw portion, a method of arranging a ground wire in a U-shape, flowing dew along the ground wire, and dropping the dew drop from the lowermost portion onto a drain pan (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. No. 96424).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-96424
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional air conditioner described above has the following problems.
[0005]
That is, when grounding is performed indoors, if the ground wire fixing screw portion is provided on the front surface of the heat exchanger, the flow path resistance of the intake air increases when the air conditioner is operated. If the flow resistance of the intake air increases, the load at the time of operation of the air conditioner increases, so it is necessary to reduce the load from the viewpoint of energy saving of the air conditioner.
[0006]
In addition, there is a possibility that the dew accumulated in the ground wire fixing screw portion will flow through the ground wire and flow into the electrical component box, and wet the electrical components. In order to prevent the dew from flowing into the electric component box, the ground wire attached to the ground wire fixing screw portion is routed downward at one end, bent in a U-shape near the drain pan and returned upward again as in the above-mentioned known example. There is a method to guide the dew generated in the structure to the drain pan, but in order to reliably guide the dew to the drain pan, it is necessary to have a structure to securely fix the ground wire and to extend the ground wire compared to the conventional There is.
[0007]
Further, if the ground wire fixing screw is dropped by mistake during the ground wire mounting operation, the screw may enter the inside of the structural component in the conventional structure.
[0008]
Also, if the structure is such that the dew drops directly from the ground wire fixing screw to the drain pan during cooling and dehumidification operation, the dew may scatter and adhere to the inside of the case when dripping, and further adhere to the inside of the case. If the amount of the dew increases, it may drop and flow down the inside of the housing and leak out of the housing.
[0009]
In addition, since the metal fitting end surface of the ground wire fixing portion of the heat exchanger is easily rusted, there is a problem that the user loses aesthetics when cleaning.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has a structure in which the position of the ground wire fixing screw portion of the heat exchanger is moved from the front of the heat exchanger to the side of the heat exchanger to reduce the flow resistance of the intake air.
[0011]
Further, the ground wire is guided obliquely upward from the ground wire fixing screw portion, and is routed to the rear of the unit through the ground wire guide groove.
[0012]
Furthermore, by covering the ground wire fixing screw portion in a flange shape, a structure is provided in which the ground wire fixing screw does not accidentally enter the inside of the structural component when the indoor ground wire is attached.
[0013]
Furthermore, the indoor housing structure is such that the dew generated in the ground wire fixing screw portion is guided to the drain pan without scattering to the surroundings.
[0014]
Furthermore, by providing a cover that covers the ground wire fixing screw and the ground wire guide groove, when the user cleans the air conditioner, rust on the metal fitting end of the ground wire fixing part of the heat exchanger is not visible, and the appearance is improved. The structure was not damaged.
[0015]
An air conditioner having the above-described housing structure is proposed.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, when grounding the air conditioner indoors, the ground wire fixing screw portion provided in the heat exchanger is replaced with a conventional heat exchange in order to reduce the flow resistance of the intake air. It was moved from the front of the vessel to the side of the heat exchanger.
[0017]
In addition, an earth wire guide groove is provided to guide the earth wire obliquely upward from the ground wire fixing screw portion and to guide the ground wire to the back of the indoor unit.
[0018]
Further, a structure is provided in the housing to cover the ground wire fixing screw portion in a flange shape.
[0019]
Also, during the cooling / dehumidifying operation of the air conditioner, the dew that drops from the ground wire fixing screw provided on the side of the heat exchanger does not scatter around the drain pan provided below the heat exchanger. A structure that can be guided is provided inside the housing.
[0020]
Further, a cover was provided to cover the ground wire fixing screw portion and the ground wire guide groove.
[0021]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Fig. 1a is a partial front view of an indoor unit housing 1 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and provided on the side of a heat exchanger without removing housing 1 when grounding is performed indoors. The ground wire 5 is screwed to the ground wire fixing portion 21.
[0022]
FIG. 1B shows a cross section taken along the line AA of FIG. 1A with a partial display of the indoor heat exchanger 2 and the drain pan 4 added thereto. With this structure, even if the dew generated in the ground wire fixing screw portion 21 of the heat exchanger is scattered at the time of dropping, the dew guide structure 11 (details will be described with reference to FIGS. It is led to the drain pan 4.
[0023]
FIG. 2A is a partially enlarged view of the ground wire fixing screw portion 21 shown in FIG. 1A, and has a structure 12 in which the housing 1 covers the ground wire fixing screw portion 21 of the heat exchanger in a flange shape. One end of the ground wire 5 is connected to the ground wire fixing screw portion 21 of the heat exchanger, wired (5a) diagonally upward, passes through the ground wire guide grooves 13a and 13b formed integrally with the housing, and passes through the electrical component box. It is led to a hole (5b) provided on the side of No. 3 and the other end is connected to a ground terminal provided in the room where the air conditioner is installed.
[0024]
FIG. 2B shows a cover for covering the ground wire fixing screw portion, the ground wire and the ground wire guide groove. By providing this, the ground wire fixing screw portion is completely hidden and the ground wire fixed to the ground wire guide groove is formed by the groove. Can be prevented from coming off, and the ground wire can be securely fixed.
[0025]
FIG. 3A is a partially enlarged view around the ground wire fixing screw portion 21 of FIG. 1B. As shown in the figure, the dew generated in the ground wire fixing screw portion 21 is guided to the drain pan by the dew guide structure 11 (refer to 11a-11b-11c in FIG. 3B) integrally formed inside the housing 1. The portion 11a is inclined to guide the dropped dew in the direction of the arrow. For this reason, the dew dropped from the ground wire fixing screw portion is guided to the drain pan from the portions 11b and 11c without leaking to the outside of the housing.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above embodiment, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when grounding is performed in a room where an air conditioner is installed, the ground wire fixing screw portion of the heat exchanger is connected to the front of the conventional heat exchanger. Therefore, by moving the heat exchanger to the side of the heat exchanger, the flow resistance of the intake air decreases. Therefore, if the flow resistance of the intake air decreases, the air conditioner can be saved. Further, when the ground wire is fixed to the ground wire fixing screw portion on the side of the heat exchanger, it is not necessary to remove the housing, and the grounding work can be performed more easily.
[0027]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the ground of the air conditioner is installed indoors, there is a groove structure for guiding the ground wire to the rear of the indoor unit at a position higher than the ground wire fixing screw portion. The dew generated in the ground wire fixing screw portion can be prevented from flowing down the ground wire and flowing into the electrical component box. Therefore, the electric components are not wetted by the intrusion of the dew from the ground wire fixing screw portion of the heat exchanger, so that the failure of the electric components due to water wetting can be prevented.
[0028]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the earth screw is accidentally dropped at the time of the earth wire attaching work by the flange structure surrounding the earth wire fixing screw portion provided on the casing of the air conditioner. Since it is possible to prevent the intrusion into the inside of the part, work efficiency can be improved.
[0029]
Further, according to the invention as set forth in claim 4, when the air conditioner is operated for cooling and dehumidification, a structure is provided in which dew dripping from the ground wire fixing screw portion of the heat exchanger accompanying cooling of the heat exchanger. By providing the inside of the housing, it is possible to reliably prevent the dew from leaking out of the housing.
[0030]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, by providing the ground wire fixing screw portion and the cover for covering the ground wire and the ground wire guide groove, dew generated in the ground wire fixing screw portion can be prevented from leaking to the front part of the unit. Absent. Further, since the ground wire fixing screw portion is completely hidden, rust which tends to be generated on the end face of the metal fitting of the ground wire fixing screw portion is not seen, so that the user does not impair the appearance when cleaning the air conditioner. Further, since the ground wire fixed to the ground wire guide groove by the cover does not come off from the groove, dew can be prevented from flowing along the ground wire and flowing into the electric component box.
[0031]
