Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001]
The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning a container having a relatively vertically long narrow mouth.
[Prior art]
[0002]
When washing a vertically long container such as a conventional bottle, pouring the washing water from the upper mouth of the bottle etc. to be washed in a vertical position with the inlet of the container facing up, removes the dirt in the container with the liquid flow. After that, turn the container upside down to discharge the washing wastewater in the container, or turn the container upside down and spout the washing water (or liquid) into the container from the upward spout provided near the inlet of the container, and use the liquid flow A method of removing dirt from a container and then discharging the washing wastewater in an upside down state has been extensively used as an in-plant line by an automation system.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0003]
The conventional cleaning device for a vertically long container such as the above pin has the following problems. First, since the above-mentioned container cleaning device is a fully automatic cleaning system, the device is complicated and large-scale. Second, the price naturally goes up. That is, the conventional vertical container cleaning device was developed mainly for automatic lines for packing containers for mass-produced products such as soy sauce and sake, and is not used for cleaning at most a few PET bottles. In addition, a simple semi-automatic cleaning device for cleaning at most several PET bottles or the like has not hitherto been found.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to develop a stand-type device that can be semi-automatically washed with a simple structure and an inexpensive device without damaging the inside of a vertically long container such as several PET bottles.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0005]
Means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is that a water sprinkling pipe for washing having a closed tip end and provided with a number of sprinkling holes around the tip end is provided at the center of a funnel-shaped water collecting container with an upper opening / closing lid. The tip end of the pipe is provided vertically upward and the tip end is provided lower than the top end of the water collecting container. Around the many sprinkling holes of the sprinkling pipe, an arm with a horizontally rotating roller is provided at the tip, and a limit switch for generating a signal when a predetermined amount of rotation of the arm occurs is provided on the arm, and the arm with the roller is provided. Are mounted vertically rotatable downward as the cleaning vessel is inserted into the sprinkler pipe. Further, a spring is provided on the lower rotating arm with roller. At the deepest part in the center of the funnel-shaped collector, a drain pipe for washing water is attached. (See Fig. 1)
【The invention's effect】
[0006]
A lower rotating arm with a tip rotating roller at a required distance is provided around a watering pipe having a number of watering holes, and a limit switch and a spring are mounted near a hinge fixed end of the arm. The sprinkling pipe is attached to the center of the funnel-shaped water collecting container as shown in FIG. 1 and is housed at a position lower than the top end of the water collecting container. By adopting such a device structure, for example, when the PET bottle is inverted and inserted into the vertical part of the sprinkler pipe at a predetermined depth or more from the upper part, the arm is pushed down by the contact friction action between the rotating roller of the arm and the PET bottle. To rotate downward. By this downward rotation, the arm descends to a predetermined position, where the limit switch is operated, and water is sprayed into the plastic bottle from the watering hole of the watering pipe. Since the arm is easy to rotate, if you move the PET bottle up and down while this arm is lower than the predetermined position, the water will squirt vigorously and collides with the entire inside of the PET bottle from the watering hole of the watering pipe. The entire interior is washed, and the washing wastewater is discharged from the mouth of the plastic bottle by its own weight as soon as washing is completed, and is finally removed from the lower part of the funnel-shaped water collecting container. As described above, sufficient cleaning can be achieved with an inexpensive apparatus having a simple structure.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0007]
One embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. The cleaning apparatus (1) of the present invention is attached to a mount (11) with casters (12). A water supply pipe (18) having a closed end and a watering hole (19) is provided substantially at the center of a water collecting container (13) having a funnel-shaped lower part, and the cleaning water is supplied to the watering container (13). It is provided to be slightly lower than the lid (2). The lid (2) is hinged so that one side can rotate. A drain pipe (14) is provided below the funnel-shaped water collection container. One end of an arm (21) rotatable vertically downward is fixed to a hinge (5), and a rotating roller (9) is attached to the other end. Near the fixing of the hinge (5) of the arm (21), a limit switch (25) and a spring (6) are mounted on the side plate (7) on the side of the water collecting container below. The arm (21) is maintained at a predetermined position by a spring (6). When the rotating roller (9) at the tip of the arm (21) is pushed down by a predetermined amount with a container to be washed (a PET bottle or the like), a limit switch ( A signal is generated at 25), and the water supply valve (22) is opened by the signal to spray water from the watering hole (19). The method of using the cleaning device of the present invention having such a device structure is as follows. For example, when trying to wash the inside of a plastic bottle, the lid (2) of the cleaning device (1) is opened, the plastic bottle (3) is turned upside down, and inserted between the arms (21) at the center of the water collecting container (13). I will go into it. Then, the vicinity of the inlet of the plastic bottle starts to contact the tip roller (9) of the arm (21), but when the PET bottle is further inserted, the arm (21) rotates and moves down. When the arm (21) is lowered by a predetermined position, the limit switch (25) issues a signal and the water supply valve (22) opens. That is, watering is started from the watering hole (19). This state is a state in which the sprinkling hole (19) is almost contained in the plastic bottle (3). Therefore, since the water sprinkling from the sprinkling hole (19) is jetted into the plastic bottle (3), the inside of the plastic bottle is not filled. It will be washed. The waste water after washing falls by its own weight from the entrance of the PET bottle and is removed from the drain pipe (14) of the funnel-shaped water collecting container (13). Further, even when the plastic bottle (3) is moved up and down, the arms (21) and (21) are in a state of being watered from the watering hole (19) only when the watering hole (19) is in the plastic bottle (3). Since the position of the limit switch (25) can be set, if the plastic bottle is moved up and down below this predetermined position, the water in the watering hole (19) is sprayed so as to spread over the entire inside of the plastic bottle, and the washing is performed well. After the washing is completed in this manner, when the plastic bottle is lifted up by hand as it is, the arm (21) returns to a fixed position, the water supply stops, and the drainage in the plastic bottle is eliminated. Remove from the cleaning device (1), and then close the lid (2). This completes the cleaning.
