【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するためになされた本発明は、棚板の後端側側縁を保持することにより棚板を片持ち支持する棚受け具であって、棚板の後端側側縁部の上面に当接する支持片を備える棚受け具本体と、前記支持片よりも棚板の前端側で棚板の下面を支持する調整部材とを備え、前記支持片に対する調整部材の上下方向位置の調整を行うことにより、棚板の前後方向の傾斜角度が微調整されることを特徴とする棚受け具である。かかる本発明によれば、棚受け具を壁面や支持枠体などの被取付対象に取付け固定し、この棚受け具の前方から棚板を支持片の下側に嵌め込むように取付けることで、棚板が支持片と調整部材とによって支持される。ここで、棚板の左右方向の水平レベルは、棚受け具自体の取付け精度によって保証できる。一方、被取付け対象の取付面がわずかに傾斜していると、これに起因して棚板が前後方向に若干傾斜してしまうことがあるが、この場合には、棚板を少し持ち上げるか或いは一旦棚受け具から取り外し、調整部材を上下に微調整した後、再度棚板を設置することにより、棚板の前後方向の水平レベル出しを迅速かつ正確に行うことが可能である。なお、微調整の完了後、木ねじ等の締結部材を用いて棚板と棚受け具とを固定するのが好ましい。

上記本発明の棚受け具において、前記棚受け具本体は、支持片が一体的に設けられる基台部をさらに備えることができる。この基台部の構造や形状は種々のものとすることができ、一例においては、断面三角枠状の長尺フレームからなる。棚受け具本体は、好ましくはアルミ異形押出し成形品とすることができ、これによれば支持片と基台部とを低コストで一体成形できるが、基台部と支持片とを別個に成形した後に溶接、接着、締結等の適宜の方法によって一体的に固定したものであってもよい。また、前記調整部材はボルトとすることができ、該調整ボルトを基台部上面に螺着した構造とすれば、調整ボルトのネジ回し操作により調整ボルトの上下位置の微調整を容易且つ精度良く行うことができる。
