Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for an indication object by which the appearance is hard to be spoiled, and the replacing work can be easily performed. SOLUTION: This indication object is attached in a manner to be fixed by pinching a pip displaying table 5 between the lower surface of a transparent plate 41 which is fitted in a recess 42 formed on an approximately horizontal part 4A of an operation panel 4 and the bottom surface of the recess 42. Thus, the pip displaying table 5 is covered with the transparent plate 41, and fingers or the like of a game player are prevented from touching the pip displaying table 5, and the appearance of the pip displaying table 5 is prevented from being spoiled. At the same time, the maintenance of the appearance for a long period is facilitated. Also, when the pip displaying table 5 is attached, an adhesive or a bonding agent or the like which is hard to peel beautifully are totally eliminated, and therefore, a removing work of the pip displaying table 5 can be easily performed. In addition, the attaching work of a new pip displaying table 5 can be easily performed as well, and the replacing work for the pip displaying table 5 becomes easier. 【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、スロットマシンの出目表等の表示物を取り付けるのに最適な表示物の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、スロットマシンやパチンコ遊技機等の遊技機は、人々に娯楽を提供するための手段として利用されている。このうち、スロットマシンは、複数種類の図柄が記されるとともに回転駆動可能に設けられた複数の回転リールを備えた遊技機である。このような遊技機では、メダルを投入して遊技を開始し、回転駆動させた複数の回転リールを適宜停止させ、これらの回転リールに表示された図柄が特定の組合せとなったときに入賞となる。そして、入賞すると、入賞した役に応じた数のメダルがスロットマシンから払い出されることとなる。

このようなスロットマシンの正面部分には、当該正面部分を覆うとともに略垂直となった前面パネルが設けられている。この前面パネルの垂直方向における中間部分には、スタートスイッチやストップスイッチ等の操作装置を設置するために、前述の正面部分から略水平に突出する操作パネルが設けられている。そして、操作パネルの略水平部分には、ゲームに関する情報を表示するための表示物が取り付けられている。

スロットマシンでは、裏側の面に粘着剤が塗布されるとともに、表側の面にゲームに関する情報が印刷された、いわゆる粘着シールを表示物として採用している。スロットマシンで採用される粘着シールとしては、表面側から、透明な樹脂フィルムからなる保護シート層と、表面が印刷に適した光沢面となっている印刷シート層と、丈夫な繊維等からなる下地層と、粘着剤が塗布された粘着層とが順に重ね合わされたラミネート構造を有する粘着シールが採用できる。

また、スロットマシンでは、回転リールの図柄の組合せである出目には、大当たりが揃いやすい状態となったときに、表示されやすい出目がいくつか存在し、これらの出目は、一般にリーチ目と呼ばれている。このようなリーチ目を表示する表は、出目表と呼ばれ、出目表が印刷された表示物は、遊技者が見やすい位置、具体的には、操作パネルの略水平部分に貼り付けられる場合が多い。
なお、粘着シールは、遊技機の正面部分を装飾する装飾板体としても利用されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述のような粘着シールからなる表示物では、遊技者の指等が直接粘着シールに触れ、保護シート層や印刷シート層の角隅部分等が下地層から部分的に剥がれて捲れ、外観が短期間で損なわれやすい。そして、表示物を貼り替えても、すぐに部分的な剥がれが再発するので、長期的に外観を維持することが困難であるという問題がある。
また、粘着シールは、貼付されている貼付面から全体を剥がす際に、粘着剤が剥がれずに当該貼付面に残りやすいので、全体をきれいに剥がすのが面倒であるという問題がある。このため、スロットマシンをリサイクルするにあたり、表示物を貼り替えようとすると、表示物を剥がす作業が面倒となり、表示物の交換作業が煩雑となり、ひいては、スロットマシンのリサイクル作業が煩雑となるという問題がある。

そこで、各請求項にそれぞれ記載された各発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、外観が損なわれにくく、交換作業が容易となる表示物の取付構造を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
各請求項にそれぞれ記載された各発明は、上記した各目的を達成するためになされたものであり、各発明の特徴点を図面に示した発明の実施の形態を用いて、以下に説明する。
なお、符号は、発明の実施の形態において用いた符号を示し、本発明の技術的範囲を限定するものではない。

請求項１記載の発明は、次の点を特徴とする。
すなわち、請求項１記載の発明は、スロットマシン（１）に設けられるシート状の表示物（５）を操作パネル（４）の略水平部（４Ａ）に沿わせて取り付けるための表示物の取付構造（４０）であって、前記略水平部（４Ａ）が、前記略水平部（４Ａ）を部分的に凹ませることにより形成された凹部（４２）を備え、この凹部（４２）に応じた大きさの透明板（４１）が当該凹部（４２）に嵌め込まれ、この透明板（４１）の下面と前記凹部（４２）の底面との間に前記表示物（５）を挟むことにより、前記略水平部（４Ａ）の底面に沿って配置された前記表示物（５）が固定されていることを特徴とする。

（作用）
本発明によれば、透明板（４１）が表示物（５）を覆うので、遊技者の指等が表示物（５）に触れることがない。また、表示物（５）が保護シート層、印刷シート層及び下地層等を備えたものであったとしても、透明板（４１）の下面と凹部（４２）の底面との間に表示物を挟むようにしたので、これら保護シート層及び印刷シート層の角隅部分等が、部分的に下地層から剥がれたり、捲れたりすることがなく、これにより、外観が損なわれなくなり、長期的な外観の維持が容易となる。
また、透明板（４１）を略水平部（４Ａ）に取り付けるのに、例えば、ネジ止め等の着脱可能な機械的構造が採用できるようになるので、表示物（５）を取り付けるにあたり、剥がすのが困難な粘着剤や接着剤等が一切不要となる。このため、今まで取り付けられていた表示物（５）の取り外し作業が容易に行えるうえ、新たな表示物（５）の取り付け作業が容易に行え、表示物（５）の交換作業が容易となり、ひいては、スロットマシン（１）のリサイクル作業が容易となる。

請求項２記載の発明は、前述した請求項１に記載の発明において、次の特徴点を備えているものである。
すなわち、請求項２記載の発明は、前記表示物が、スロットマシンのリーチ目を表示する出目表（５）となっていることを特徴とする。

本発明によれば、スタートスイッチ（２３）やストップスイッチ（２４）等の操作装置が設けられる操作パネル（４）の略水平部分（４Ａ）に出目表（５）が取り付けられ、出目表（５）の近傍で遊技者の指等が活発に動いても、表示物である出目表（５）は、透明板（４１）によって覆われるので、遊技者の指等が出目表（５）に直接触れることがなく、その外観が損なわれなくなり、長期的に外観が維持されるようになり、出目表の耐久性が向上される。
また、ソフトウェアの更新等より、リーチ目が変更されても、出目表（５）の交換が容易となるので、新たなリーチ目に対応した出目表（５）への変更作業が容易に行えるようになる。

請求項３記載の発明は、前述した請求項１又は２に記載の発明において、次の特徴点を備えているものである。
すなわち、請求項３記載の発明は、前記凹部（４２）の底面の形状が略四角形とされ、当該底面の四辺のうち、スロットマシン（１）の正面側及び側面側に臨んだ三辺（６Ａ）〜（６Ｃ）が段差（７Ａ）〜（７Ｃ）に囲まれ、スロットマシン（１）の裏面側に臨んだ一辺（６Ｄ）が開放され、前記透明板（４１）は、前記裏面側からのみ、前記凹部（４２）に対する着脱が可能であることを特徴とする。

（作用）
本発明によれば、凹部（４２）の段差（７Ａ）〜（７Ｃ）が形成されていない部分であるスロットマシン（１）の裏面側からのみ、透明板（４１）が取り外し可能となるので、スロットマシン（１）で遊技を行っている間は、透明板（４１）の取り外しが不可能となり、遊技者が表示物（５）に傷を付ける等の悪戯が防止されるようになり、この点からも、その外観が損なわれなくなり、長期的な外観の維持が容易となる。
また、スロットマシン（１）の正面側から透明板（４１）を取り外せないようにするために、凹部（４２）を囲む三つの段差（７Ａ）〜（７Ｃ）の各側面と、これらの段差（７Ａ）〜（７Ｃ）の各々にそれぞれ対向する透明板（４１）の端面（８Ａ）〜（８Ｃ）とに、互いに嵌合する凹凸嵌合部（４４）〜（４７）を設けるとともに、遊技時に透明板（４１）が裏面側から抜けないようにするために、当該裏面側の部分に螺合するネジ（９）を設け、このネジ（９）で透明板（４１）の抜け止めを行う等により、簡単な構造で裏面側からのみ着脱できる透明板（４１）を実現できる。また、このような透明板（４１）で遊技者の悪戯を防止するので、スロットマシン（１）の構造が何ら複雑になることがない。

請求項４記載の発明は、前述した請求項１から３までのいずれかに記載の発明において、次の特徴点を備えているものである。
すなわち、請求項４記載の発明は、前記凹部（４２）が第１凹部とされ、この第１凹部（４２）の底面に、当該底面を更に凹ませることにより形成された第２凹部（４３）が設けられ、この第２凹部（４３）に前記表示物（５）が収納されていることを特徴とする。

本発明によれば、遊技者がスタートスイッチ（２３）を乱暴に操作した等により、スロットマシン（１）に衝撃が加えられても、表示物（５）が第２凹部（４３）に収納されているので、透明板（４１）の裏面に沿ってずれたりすることがなく、表示物（５）は、所定の位置に確実に固定されるようになる。
また、透明板（４１）を略水平部（４Ａ）に取り付ける前に、表示物（５）を第２凹部（４３）に収納しておけば、透明板（４１）を取り付ける際に、表示物（５）が固定されて、ずれなくなるうえ、表示物（５）が厚手のものでも、表示物（５）の表面側が透明板（４１）の裏面に当たらず、透明板（４１）を湾曲させることがない。このため、透明板（４１）を略水平部（４Ａ）に取り付ける作業が容易に行える。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づき説明する。
図１ないし図４は、本発明の実施の一形態を示すものである。図１は、本実施形態に係る遊技機を示す正面図、図２は、本実施形態の要部を示す平面図、図３は、図２のＩＩＩ−ＩＩＩ線における拡大断面図、図４は、図３のＩＶ−ＩＶ線における拡大断面図である。

本第１実施形態に係る遊技機であるスロットマシン１は、図１に示すように、直方体の箱状に形成された筐体２を備えている。この筐体２は、３個の回転リール３０が横並びに設けられたリールユニット３を内蔵したものである。筐体２の前面部分には、そのほぼ中央に図柄表示窓２０Ａを備えた前面パネル２０が当該全面部分を覆うように設けられている。

また、図柄表示窓２０Ａは、３個すべての回転リール３０の回転が停止した際に、縦横３個ずつ配列された計９個の図柄が表示できるように形成されている。
具体的には、左側の回転リール３０の回転が停止すると、図柄表示窓２０Ａの左側部分の上段、中段及び下段にそれぞれ１個ずつ、合計３個の図柄が表示されるようになっている。中央及び右側の回転リール３０についても同様に、上段、中段及び下段にそれぞれ１個ずつ、合計３個の図柄が表示されるようになっている。これにより、３個すべての回転リール３０の回転が停止すると、図柄表示窓２０Ａには、縦横各３個の計９個からなる図柄が表示可能となっている。
この際、図柄表示窓２０Ａに表示された縦横各３個の計９個からなる図柄の配列パターンが、いわゆる「出目」である。

また、図柄表示窓２０Ａの下方には、遊技を行うにあたり遊技者に操作させるためのスイッチ類が設けられる操作パネル４が、前面パネル２０から突出するように設けられている。
この操作パネル４の略水平部４Ａには、貯留メダルを投入するためのベットスイッチ２１、貯留メダルを払い出すための精算スイッチ２２、及び、スロットマシン１のリーチ目を表示する出目表５が設けられている。
また、操作パネル４の略垂直部４Ｂには、回転リール３０の回転を開始させるためのスタートスイッチ２３、及び、回転リール３０の回転を停止させるためのストップスイッチ２４が設けられている。
また、図柄表示窓２０Ａの右方には、液晶ディスプレイ２５が設けられ、また、図柄表示窓２０Ａの上方には、演出用ランプ２６が設けられている。
また、前面パネル２０の下部には、払出口２７が設けられている。この払出口２７の下方には、受け皿２８が設けられ、払出口２７の図中右方には、演出音を発するスピーカ２９が設けられている。

ここで、出目表５は、リーチ目が印刷された表示物であり、操作パネル４の略水平部４Ａに沿わせて取り付けられている。そして、出目表５の取り付けには、図２〜図４の如く、操作パネル４の略水平部４Ａと、この略水平部４Ａの上に載置された無色透明の透明板４１とで出目表５を挟んで保持する取付構造４０が採用されている。
すなわち、図２〜図４において、操作パネル４の略水平部４Ａには、当該略水平部４Ａを部分的に凹ませることにより形成された第１凹部としての凹部４２が設けられている。この凹部４２の底面には、更に、当該底面のほぼ全体を凹ませることにより形成された第２凹部としての凹部４３が設けられている。

出目表５は、凹部４３に応じた大きさのシートであり、凹部４３の内部に収納されるとともに、略水平部４Ａの底面となる凹部４３の底面に沿って配置されている。
そして、透明板４１の大きさは、凹部４２に応じた寸法とされ、透明板４１が凹部４２に嵌め込まれるようになっている。透明板４１を凹部４２に嵌め込むことにより、出目表５が、透明板４１の下面と凹部４３の底面との間に挟まれて固定されるようになっている。
なお、出目表５を形成する面材としては、例えば、表面側から、透明な樹脂フィルムからなる保護シート層と、表面が印刷に適した光沢面となっている印刷シート層と、丈夫な繊維等からなる下地層とが順に重ね合わされたラミネート構造を有するシートが採用できる。

凹部４２は、底面の形状が略四角形、更に詳しく言えば、スロットマシン１の正面側に配置された辺６Ａの両端の角が丸められた長方形となっている。
凹部４２の底面が有する四辺６Ａ〜６Ｄのうち、スロットマシン１の正面側の辺６Ａ、及び、側面側に臨んだ辺６Ｂ，６Ｃが段差７Ａ〜７Ｃにそれぞれ囲まれている。残りの辺である、スロットマシン１の裏面側に臨んだ辺６Ｄは、開放されている。

透明板４１は、凹部４２に応じた形状、具体的には、スロットマシン１の正面側に配置された辺４１Ａの両端の角が丸められた長方形となっている。
透明板４１の凹部４２の辺６Ａに沿った端面８Ａには、当該端面８Ａから段差７Ａに向かって突出する二つの被係止突起４４が所定間隔をおいて設けられている。
透明板４１の凹部４２の辺６Ｂ，６Ｃに沿った端面８Ｂ，８Ｃには、当該端面８Ｂ，８Ｃから段差７Ｂ，７Ｃに向かって突出する被係止突起４５がそれぞれ設けられている。被係止突起４５の各々は、端面８Ｂ，８Ｃの裏面側の端部に配置されている。

凹部４２の段差７Ａには、透明板４１が凹部４２から上方へ抜け出さないようにするために、透明板４１の被係止突起４４に応じた位置に、被係止突起４４を係止する係止凹部４６が設けられている。
また、凹部４２の段差７Ｂ、７Ｃには、透明板４１が凹部４２から上方へ抜け出さないようにするために、透明板４１の被係止突起４５に応じた位置に、被係止突起４５を係止する係止凹部４７が設けられている。係止凹部４７の各々は、スロットマシン１の裏面側が開放されている。
これにより、透明板４１は、凹部４２の裏面側からのみ、当該凹部４２に対する着脱が可能となっている。なお、透明板４１には、端面８Ｄに沿って形成されるとともに、凹部４２の底面側に突出した鍔部４８が設けられている。

そして、凹部４２の裏面側部分には、凹部４２に嵌め込まれた透明板４１が凹部４２の裏面側から抜け出さないようにする抜け止め手段が設けられている。抜け止め手段としては、例えば、図３の如く、透明板４１の鍔部４８を貫通して、操作パネル４の略水平部４Ａに螺合するネジ９が採用できる。

前述のような本実施形態によれば、次のような効果が得られる。
すなわち、スロットマシン１の略水平部４Ａに凹部４２を設け、この凹部４２に応じた大きさの透明板４１を凹部４２に嵌め込み、透明板４１の下面と凹部４２の底面との間に出目表５を挟むことで、出目表５を取り付けるようにしたので、出目表５が透明板４１に覆われ、遊技者の指等が出目表５に触れることがない。
このため、ラミネート構造のシートからなる出目表５を採用しても、その保護シート層や印刷シート層が部分的に剥がれたり、捲れたりすることがないので、出目表５の外観が損なわれなくなり、出目表５の外観を長期的に容易に維持することができる。

また、透明板４１を略水平部４Ａに取り付けるのに、きれいに剥がすのが困難な粘着剤や接着剤等を一切使用しないので、今まで取り付けられていた出目表５の取り外し作業が容易に行えるうえ、新たな出目表５の取り付け作業も容易に行え、出目表５の交換作業を容易にすることができ、ひいては、下取りしたスロットマシン１を再生して再利用するリサイクル作業をも容易にすることができる。

さらに、スロットマシン１のリーチ目を表示する出目表５を表示物として採用し、本発明に基づく取付構造で出目表５を取り付けるようにしたので、スタートスイッチ２３やストップスイッチ２４等の操作装置が設けられる操作パネル４の略水平部４Ａに出目表５が取り付けられたために、出目表５の近傍で遊技者の指等が活発に動いても、出目表５が透明板４１に覆われ、遊技者の指等が出目表５に直接触れることがなく、その外観が損なわれなくなり、出目表５の外観を長期的に維持することができ、出目表５の耐久性を向上することができる。
また、ソフトウェアの更新等より、リーチ目が変更されても、出目表５の交換が容易となるので、新たなリーチ目に対応した出目表５への変更作業を容易に行うことができる。

さらに、凹部４２の底面の形状を長方形とし、当該底面の四つの辺６Ａ〜６Ｄのうち、スロットマシン１の正面側及び側面側に臨んだ三辺６Ａ〜６Ｃを段差７Ａ〜７Ｃで囲み、スロットマシン１の裏面側に臨んだ一辺６Ｄを開放し、裏面側からのみ透明板４１の凹部４２に対する着脱を可能にしたので、スロットマシン１で遊技を行っている間は、透明板４１の取り外しが不可能となり、遊技者が出目表５に傷を付ける等の悪戯が防止されるようになり、この点からも、その外観が損なわれなくなり、出目表５の外観を長期的に維持することができる。

また、スロットマシン１の正面側から透明板４１を取り外せないようにするために、凹部４２を囲む三つの段差７Ａ〜７Ｃの側面と、これらの段差７Ａ〜７Ｃの各々にそれぞれ対向する透明板４１の端面８Ａ〜８Ｃとに、互いに嵌合する係止凹部４６，４７及び被係止突起４４，４５をそれぞれ設けるとともに、遊技時に透明板４１が裏面側から抜けないようにするために、当該裏面側の部分に螺合するネジ９を設け、このネジ９で透明板４１の抜け止めを行うようにしたので、簡単な構造で裏面側からのみ着脱できる透明板４１を実現できる。そのうえ、このような透明板４１で遊技者の悪戯を防止するようにしたので、スロットマシン１の構造を何ら複雑にしない。

さらに、凹部４２の底面に、更に、凹部４３を設け、この凹部４３に表示物５を収納したので、遊技者がスタートスイッチ２３を乱暴に操作した等により、スロットマシン１に衝撃が加えられても、透明板４１の裏面に沿って表示物５がずれたりすることがなく、表示物５を所定の位置に確実に固定できる。
また、透明板４１を略水平部４Ａに取り付ける前に、表示物５を凹部４３に収納しておけば、透明板４１を取り付ける際に、表示物５が固定されて、ずれなくなるうえ、表示物５が厚手のものでも、表示物５の表面側が透明板４１の裏面に当たらず、透明板４１を湾曲させることがない。このため、透明板４１を略水平部４Ａに容易に取り付けることができる。

なお、本発明は、前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲における変形及び改良などをも含むものである。
例えば、出目表等の表示物を形成する面材としては、ラミネート構造を有するシートに限らず、印刷可能な合成樹脂製フィルムでもよく、出目表５を形成する面材の具体的な材質や構造等は、実施にあたり適宜選択できる。

また、透明板が凹部の裏面側から抜け出さないようにする抜け止め手段としては、透明板を貫通して操作パネルの略水平部に螺合するネジに限らず、透明板及び操作パネルの略水平部の両方を貫通するとともに、透明板が抜け出る方向に延びる閂状部材を有し、この閂状部材で透明板の抜け止めを行う抜け止め手段でもよく、抜け止め手段の具体的な構造は、実施にあたり適宜選択すればよい。

さらに、透明板としては、無色透明のものに限らず、オレンジ色や水色等の比較的淡く薄い色に着色された透明板、或いは、黒色等の比較的濃い色に着色された、いわゆるスモーク材からなる透明板でもよい。

本発明は、以上のように構成されているので、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。

請求項１記載の発明によれば、次のような効果を奏する。
すなわち、請求項１記載の発明によれば、透明板が表示物を覆うので、遊技者の指等が表示物に触れることがなく、表示物が複数の層からなるラミネート構造を有するものであったとしても、透明板の下面と凹部の底面との間に表示物を挟むようにしたので、互いに隣接する層同士が剥離する層間剥離が発生しなくなり、これにより、外観が損なわれなくなり、外観を長期的且つ容易に維持することができる。
また、表示物を取り付けるにあたり、剥がすのが困難な粘着剤や接着剤等が一切不要となるので、今まで取り付けられていた表示物の取り外し作業が容易に行えるうえ、新たな表示物の取り付け作業も容易に行え、表示物の交換作業を容易にすることができ、ひいては、スロットマシンのリサイクル作業を容易にすることができる。

請求項２記載の発明によれば、上記した請求項１記載の発明の効果に加え、次のような効果を奏する。
