Abstract
Description
【0001】

A wide variety of services, such as a service for writing a certain image frame to a CD-R, are developed according to the season or constantly or irregularly.
Since recent photo printing apparatuses have been digitized (generally, such photo printing apparatuses are called digital minilabs), a single apparatus can perform various kinds of photo product services as described above. be able to.
[0003]
When performing a specific photo product service selected using such a photo printing device, first, before starting the photo print process, as an initial setting, a print size setting according to the relevant photo product service, It is necessary to set appropriate data in the operation condition items of the photo printing apparatus, such as the number of prints setting and the setting of the photo print source. In order to perform such initial settings for each of a variety of photo product services, it is necessary to understand the contents of each photo product service and the functions of the photo printing device. Had become.
[0004]
In recent years, even in prints and copiers that hard copy document data and image data created on personal computers, in addition to the function of simply printing data, operation functions such as stapling, punching, and folding are provided. When using such a printer, it is necessary to set in advance the operating conditions including the presence or absence of staples and the presence of punch holes, as well as the orientation of print paper, the number of prints, the print size, and the like. As one measure for simplifying the initial setting work, a window method is adopted in which operating condition setting screens are assigned for each operating condition item, and each operating condition is set while switching among the plurality of operating condition setting screens. (For example, see Patent Document 1). The window method has an advantage that it is easy to understand because the operation condition items to be set are divided for each input screen, but in any case, the operation conditions must be reset each time to receive a print service of a different style. The problem remains.
