Description

【0001】

[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a faucet component and a fixed joint that can prevent a connecting member from coming off from an insertion portion and reliably prevent a faucet component from coming off a fixed joint. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a connection structure with the device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The connection structure between the faucet component and the fixed joint according to the first aspect of the present invention (hereinafter, may be simply referred to as a “connection structure”) includes a connection portion of a predetermined faucet component and a connection portion of a predetermined fixed joint. In an insertion portion configured by inserting the other into one of the connection portions, from the outside of the insertion portion, a connecting member for retaining is mounted in a state from one connection portion to the other connection portion, A connection structure between a faucet part and a fixed joint, configured by connecting both connection parts,
The cover member covers an end of the connecting member on the side in which the insertion portion is removed from the insertion portion and regulates the movement of the connecting member in the removing direction.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, even when the connecting member is loosened or the like and tries to come out of the insertion portion, the cover member contacts the end of the connecting member on the side in which the connecting member comes off. That is, since the connecting member restricts the free movement of the connecting member along the pull-out direction, the connecting member is prevented from falling out of the insertion portion, and the faucet component is prevented from falling out of the fixed joint. Is done.
[0009]
Here, the connecting part of the faucet part and the connecting part of the fixed joint may both be cylindrical connecting parts (cylindrical connecting parts), or the connecting parts disposed outside may be cylindrical connecting parts. If it is a part (cylindrical connection part), the connection part inserted into this connection part may be a solid (columnar) connection part. If it is desired to use at least one of the internal spaces as the water passage part, the connection part to be the water passage part may be a cylindrical connection part (cylindrical connection part). Further, the “cylindrical shape” described here is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a cylindrical shape having a polygonal cross section such as a triangle or a square.
[0010]
The cover member may cover the end portion while abutting on the “end portion of the connection member on the side of the insertion portion from the insertion portion (hereinafter, appropriately referred to as“ the end portion ”). A predetermined gap may be provided between the cover member and the end. For example, when the connecting member is attached along the “direction of the shortest distance between the cover member and the end portion (the radial direction when the connecting portion forming the insertion portion is cylindrical), From the total length of the material (the total length along the mounting direction) to the length of the connecting material to the other connecting portion of the connecting material (the length along the mounting direction, which is embedded in the other connecting portion and mounted. Is larger than the gap (shortest distance) between the end portion and the cover material, the cover material is connected even if a gap exists between the end portion and the cover material. This is because the material can be prevented from coming off.
[0011]
In other words, even if the connecting member loosens, etc., and tries to come out of the insertion portion slightly (by the shortest distance), the connecting member comes into contact with the cover member and further movement is restricted, so that the connecting member still remains. It is possible to maintain the state of being attached to both connection parts constituting the insertion part. In this case, it is more preferable that a gap of “1 mm to 5 mm” is secured between the end portion and the cover material. If the gap is less than 1 mm, the end may come into contact with the cover material when the cover material is mounted, and the work of mounting the cover material may not be performed efficiently. On the other hand, if it exceeds 5 mm, the rattling may increase when the connecting member is loosened.
[0012]
As described above, the connecting member may be attached to the insertion portion in the direction of the shortest distance (in the case where both connecting portions are cylindrical, for example, in the radial direction of both connecting portions). It may be mounted in a direction inclined with respect to the direction of the shortest distance (inclination angle smaller than 90 degrees). That is, as described above, when the cover member is attached along a direction that forms a predetermined angle with the direction of the shortest distance between the cover member and the end portion, the total length of the connecting member (the total length along the insertion direction) is reduced. From the “projection length” to the “direction of the shortest distance” (when the predetermined angle is α degrees and the total length of the connecting member is L, the length indicated by L · COSα) is changed to “the mounting length of the connecting member to the other connecting portion. The length obtained by subtracting the “projection length (when the predetermined angle is α degrees and the mounting length is M, the length indicated by M · COSα)” to the “shortest distance direction” of Is larger than the gap (shortest distance) between the cover member and the cover member, even if a gap exists between the end portion and the cover member.
[0013]
The “connecting material” includes an exposed portion (for example, a head) that is exposed to the outside of the insertion portion, such as a “male screw (such as a screw)” or a “pin”, and a threaded or screwed insertion portion. And an embedded portion (for example, a shaft portion) mounted in a shape, a loose fitting shape, a press-fitting shape, or the like, and is not limited to a device having an embedded portion (for example, a shaft portion). You may. More specifically, a mounting hole (regardless of whether or not a female screw is provided on the inner wall surface) is provided at a position of both connecting portions constituting the insertion portion so as to be mutually alignable. In this case, a male screw (such as a screw) that is screwed or screwed into the mounting hole, a “male screw (such as a screw) that is screwed into the insertion portion and mounted in this portion”, “ When the mounting holes are provided in the two connecting portions constituting the insertion portion in such a manner that they can be aligned with each other, the pins mounted in the mounting holes (even if they are loosely inserted, they are inserted in a press-fit shape). May be performed.) ".
[0014]
The “cover material” may be held by one or both of the faucet component and the fixed joint, or may be held by a member other than the faucet component and the fixed joint. In addition, the “cover material” may be configured by a part for the faucet and a part arranged outside the fixed joint. Even when the connection part of the faucet part or the fixed joint constitutes the water passage part, the cover member only covers the end of the connection member on the side of the withdrawal direction, that is, the pressure of the water flowing through the connection part. In the case of a structure that is not affected by the cover member, the cover member does not necessarily need to be firmly held at the connection portion or the like.
[0015]
The insertion structure of the two connecting portions may be a structure in which the connecting portion of the faucet component is inserted into the connecting portion of the fixed joint, or a structure in which the connecting portion of the fixed joint is inserted into the connecting portion of the water discharging device. Good. The fixed joint is fixed to, for example, a predetermined “mounting base”. The “mounting base” includes “water faucet-related articles (eg, a shower device, a faucet) and its shell”, and “bathroom”. Counters installed in the faucet installation space of bathrooms, lavatories, kitchens, etc. " And the like.
[0016]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the connection structure according to the first aspect, the cover member is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having a female screw portion on an inner peripheral surface, and any one of the two connection portions is provided. The cover member is held by any one of the connection portions by screwing the female screw portion to the male screw portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the connector.
[0017]
According to the connection structure of the second aspect, the cover material is simply assembled into the connection portion having the male screw portion, and the assembling work of the cover material is completed. That is, since the assembling work of the cover material is completed without using a separate fixing means, the labor of this assembling work can be reduced.
[0018]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the connection structure according to the second aspect, the fixed joint is fixed to a predetermined mounting base, and the position of the connecting member on the outer peripheral surface side of the connection portion of the fixed joint is larger than the position of the connection member. The male screw portion is disposed at a portion on the mounting base side,
A locking step is provided on the outer peripheral surface side of the connecting portion of the faucet member,
The cover member includes a contact piece that comes into contact with the locking step when screwed into the male thread.
[0019]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the cover member is screwed into the male screw portion of the connection portion of the fixed joint, and the contact piece and the locking step of the connection portion of the faucet component are brought into contact with each other. As a result, even if the connecting portion of the faucet component tries to come off from the connecting portion of the fixed joint, the cover member itself causes the contact piece to abut on the locking step. Then, by the contact between the contact piece and the locking step, the connecting portion of the faucet component is pressed, and the connecting portion of the faucet component is restricted from moving in the removal direction. Therefore, according to the invention of claim 3, the connection strength between the faucet component and the fixed joint can be further improved.
[0020]
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the connection structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, the faucet component is a spout.
[0021]
The invention of claim 4 shows a specific example of the "water faucet component". As the "water spouting device", there are "water spouting device for top shower (for performing top shower spouting to spout hot water toward the user's head and whole body)", "water spouting device for body shower" (For performing body shower spouting, which spouts hot water substantially horizontally toward the user's body) "," Water spouting equipment for tapping hot water showers (such as waterfalls, etc., to give the user adequate stimulation) Water sprayer for water spray), "mist sprayer for mist shower (water sprayer in mist)", "water spouter for floor sprinkler shower (used for warming the floor, etc.) ), "Water purifier for showering water for eye-washing shower (used for cleaning user's eyes)", "water-supplying water for shower" such as "shower water-supplying water for dishwashing", etc. , Karan, water purifier for water purifier etc. .
[0022]
The invention of claims 1 to 3 can be applied to a faucet component which is usually arranged above and near the user's head (for example, "water spout for top shower"). Particularly preferred. This is because it is desirable to ensure that the water discharging device disposed above and near the head of the user does not come off in order to ensure the safety of the user more reliably.
[0023]
In the inventions of claims 1 to 3, the faucet component may be other than the "water spouting device". For example, "a hook for a shower head fixed to a wall surface on which a fixed joint is arranged", "a cover for a faucet attached to a faucet body on which a fixed joint is arranged", "a faucet having a fixed joint arranged thereon" A pipe connected to the main body, a faucet main body connected to the pipe connected to the fixed joint, and the like can be exemplified.
[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the “connection structure” according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as a specific example of the “connection structure” according to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, an example of application to a “water ejector 17 for a top shower” is shown. For example.
[0025]

May be fixed). That is, the water discharger 17 for the top shower shows a specific example of “parts for faucet”, and uses a screw (male screw such as a screw) 24 as a connecting member and a cover member 28 to form a shower. It is fixed to the outer shell 1 of the device. Note that the shower device (not shown) according to the present embodiment may include only the water discharging device 17 for the top shower or another water discharging device (a water discharging device for the body shower, a water discharging device for the soaking hot water shower). A water spout, a mist shower spout, a floor spout shower spout, a shower head, a curan, etc.).
[0026]
In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 19 of the water discharging device (one specific example of the faucet component) 17 for the top shower is referred to as “one connecting portion”, and the connecting portion 9 of the fixed joint 7 is referred to as “the other connecting portion”. I do. The portion where the other connecting portion 9 is inserted into the one connecting portion 19 and the two connecting portions 19 and 9 overlap constitutes a specific example of the “insertion portion” shown in each invention. Among them, the fixed joint 7 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape as a water passage portion (water passage) 7a, and the water flowing out of the water discharger 17 for the top shower is formed by the water passage portion (water passage) 7a. (Hot water, water, etc.). The fixed joint 7 includes a mounting cylinder 8 inserted into the mounting hole 1a of the outer shell 1 and a connecting portion 9 used to connect to a water discharger 17 for a top shower.
[0027]
A male screw portion 8a for screwing the nut 5 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder portion 8. The connecting portion 9 includes a mounting seat 10 on the mounting cylindrical portion 8 side, and an insertion cylindrical portion 12 provided on the distal end side and inserted into the connecting portion 19 of the water discharging device 17 for a top shower. Further, the mounting seat 10 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter larger than that of the mounting tube portion 8 or the insertion tube portion 12, and has a male screw portion corresponding to the female screw portion 29 of the cover member 28 on the outer peripheral surface thereof. 11 are provided. Further, an attachment hole 13 formed in the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion 12 in the radial direction (thickness direction) of the fixed joint 7 is opened. In addition, a female screw portion is formed on the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 13, and the mounting hole 13 is opened below the insertion tube portion 12.
[0028]
In the fixed joint 7, the mounting cylinder 8 is inserted into the mounting hole 1 a of the outer shell 1 until the mounting seat 10 contacts the “peripheral part of the mounting hole 1 a on the front surface of the outer shell 1”. Then, the nut 5 is screwed into the male screw portion 8a, and the outer shell 1 is sandwiched between the mounting seat 10 and the nut 5, whereby the fixed joint 7 is fixed to the outer shell 1. The hose 3 for supplying hot and cold water (hot water, water) is connected to the rear end of the mounting cylinder 8. The hose 3 is connected to the rear end of the mounting tube 8 using the fastener 2 screwed into the male screw 8a. Note that "between the rear end of the mounting cylinder 8 and the fastener 2", "between the nut 5 and the rear surface of the outer shell 1", and "between the mounting seat 10 and the front of the outer shell 1" , Respectively, are provided with packings 4, 6, 61 for ensuring watertightness.
[0029]
The water discharger 17 for a top shower includes a swingable main body 18 and a connection 19 extending from the upper end of the main body 18 to the connection 9 of the fixed joint 7. A water passage (water passage) 19a is formed inside the connection portion 19, and the water passage (water passage) 7a and the main body 18 are communicated with each other by the water passage (water passage) 19a. The connecting portion 19 is provided with a mounting hole 22 penetrating the inner and outer circumferences at a position corresponding to the mounting hole 13 of the connecting portion 9 at the time of connection. Further, on the outer peripheral surface side of the connection portion 19, a flange portion 21 as a locking step portion projects at a position further away from the outer shell portion 1 than the mounting hole 22 (a flange portion extending over the entire circumference is exemplified). A substantially arcuate flange formed on a part of the entire circumference may be used.)
[0030]
In addition, other than the flange 21 as the locking step, a mode as shown in FIG. 6 is shown. That is, the connecting portion 19 may be constituted by the small diameter portion 19e and the large diameter portion 19d, the large diameter portion 19d may be the locking step portion 21d, and the contact piece 30 may be brought into contact with the side surface of the large diameter portion 19d. good. Further, the locking step may be provided at a position closer to the outer part than the mounting hole 22.
[0031]
The screw (male screw) 24 as a connecting member includes a shaft portion 25 in which a male screw is screwed, and a head 26. When the connection hole 9 provided with the female screw is not formed in the connecting portion 9 on the fixed joint 7 side in advance, a tapping screw may be used as the screw 24.
[0032]
The cover member 28 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and has a female screw portion 29 corresponding to the male screw portion 11 of the fixed joint 7 on the inner peripheral surface. In the cover member 28, the contact piece 30 (for example, the contact piece 30 extending over the entire circumference or a part of the entire circumference) is provided on the inner peripheral surface at the end side separated from the female screw portion 29. , And a substantially arc-shaped contact piece 30, etc.) provided on the front side.
[0033]
In the cover member 28 of the present embodiment, when the connection between the spout 17 for the top shower and the fixed joint 7 is completed, the head 26 of the screw 24 and the inner periphery of the cover member 28 corresponding to the position thereof are formed. A gap h (FIG. 2) is formed between the surface and the surface 28a. This gap h is set as follows. That is, even if the shaft portion 25 of the screw (male screw) 24 is loosened and the shaft portion 25 slightly comes off from the inner connection portion 9 (the other connection portion), the head portion 26 contacts the inner peripheral surface 25a. Then, the movement of the shaft portion 25 in the removal direction is restricted. Thereby, it is set so that the state in which the shaft portion 25 is attached to both the connection portions 9 and 19 can be maintained, and the connection portions 9 and 19 can be prevented from coming off from each other. However, the gap h can be eliminated, but the head 26 of the screw (male screw) 24 and the cover 28 do not interfere with each other at the time of assembling the cover 28, and this work is performed smoothly. Is desirably provided.
[0034]
When connecting the spout 17 for the top shower to the fixed joint 7, the fixed joint 7 is fixed to the outer shell 1 in advance. In addition, the cover member 28 is provided in advance on the connecting portion 19 of the water discharging device 17 for the top shower, and further disposed on the main body portion 18 side. Then, at the time of connection, first, the connection portion 19 is externally mounted on the connection portion 9 so that the connection portion 9 of the fixed joint 7 having the packing 15 is inserted into the connection portion 19 of the water discharger 17 for a top shower. The mounting holes 13 and 22 are aligned. Next, the screw 24 (male screw) is tightened in the order of the mounting hole 22 and the mounting hole 13. Further, the female screw portion 29 of the cover member 28 is screwed into the male screw portion 11 of the fixed joint 7, and the contact piece 30 of the cover member 28 is brought into contact with the flange 21 of the water discharging device 17 for the top shower. In this case, the spout 17 for the top shower can be connected to the fixed joint 7.
[0035]
In the connection structure configured as described above, even after the screw 24 is loosened and tries to come off from the connection portion 9 after the connection of the water discharger 17 for the top shower and the fixed joint 7, the inner peripheral surface 28 a of the cover member 28 is removed. Abuts on the head portion 26, which is the end of the screw 24 on the pullout direction side. Therefore, the screw 24 is prevented from coming off from both the connection portions 9 and 19, and the water discharger 17 for the top shower can be reliably prevented from coming off from the fixed joint 7.
[0036]
Further, the cover member 28 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having a female screw portion 29 on the inner peripheral surface, and is screwed to the male screw portion 11 provided on the outer peripheral surface of one of the connection portions 9 and held by the connection portion 9. Have been. For this reason, the cover member 28 can be incorporated into the connection structure by simply screwing the cover member 28 into the connection portion 9 having the male screw portion 11. The work of assembling the member 28 can be easily performed.
[0037]
In particular, the male screw portion 11 is disposed at a position closer to the outer shell 1 than the mounting position of the screw (male screw) 24 on the outer peripheral surface side of the connection portion 9 of the fixed joint 7 (the position of the mounting hole 13). A flange portion 21 is provided at a position on the side farther from the outer shell portion 1 than the mounting position of the screw 24 (the position of the mounting hole 22) on the outer peripheral surface side of the connection portion 19 of the water discharging device 17 for the top shower. I have. The cover member 28 is provided with a contact piece 30 that comes into contact with the flange 21 when screwed into the male screw 11. For this reason, the cover member 28 is screwed into the male screw portion 11 of the connection portion 9 of the fixed joint 7, and the contact piece 30 is brought into contact with the flange portion 21 of the connection portion 19 of the water discharger 17 for a top shower. Then, even if the connecting portion 19 of the water discharging device 17 for the top shower tries to come out of the connecting portion 9 of the fixed joint 7 and move away from the outer shell 1, the contact piece 30 and the flange 21 come into contact with each other. Then, the connection portion 19 of the spout 17 for the top shower is pressed down. That is, the cover member 28 also has a structure for preventing the top shower water discharger 17 from coming off the fixed joint 7.
[0038]
It should be noted that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments of the present invention, and various modified examples can be exemplified. That is, the connection structure shown in FIG. 3 can be exemplified. That is, the modified example shown in FIG. 3 differs from the present embodiment in that (1) the connection portion 19 does not include the flange portion 21 and (2) the cover member 28A does not include the contact piece portion 30. Is different. Also in this modified example, the cover member 28A is simply screwed into the connecting portion 9 having the male screw portion 11, that is, the cover member 28A is connected to the connecting structure without using a separate fixing means (such as a screw member). Can be incorporated into
[0039]
Furthermore, as long as these cover members 28 and 28A can cover the end portions 26 of the screws 24 as the connecting members, the connection portions 19 on either side of the water discharger 17 for the top shower and the fixed joint 7 can be used. 9 and may be held by the connecting portions 19 and 9 of both. In the invention of claim 1, etc., the cover member is fixed to at least one of the "connecting portion of the faucet component" and the "connecting portion of the fixed joint" using a separate fixing means. Alternatively, the connecting part of the faucet part and the connecting part of the fixed joint may be fixed to a separate member using a separate fixing means. Further, the cover member may be configured by a part of a separate component disposed around the “connecting portion of the faucet component” and the “connecting portion of the fixed joint”.
[0040]
Further, the cover member may be held at a predetermined connecting portion to such an extent as to cover the end (head) of the connecting member on the side in which the connecting member comes off so as to prevent the connecting member from coming off. For example, as in the modification shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the locking portions 31, 31 each formed of a claw piece are provided on the cover member 28B. Then, locking portions 23, 23 for locking the locking portions 31, 31 may be provided on the connecting portion 19 side, and the cover member 28 </ b> B may be locked and held on the connecting portion 9.
[0041]
Further, as the connecting member, a pin that is fitted into or press-fitted to the connection portions 9 and 19 may be used in addition to the screw (male screw) 24 that is tightened to the connection portions 9 and 19. Further, the structure for inserting the connecting portions 9 and 19 may be such that the connecting portion 9 on the fixed joint 7 side is inserted into the connecting portion 19 on the water discharging device side such as the water discharging device 17 for the top shower. The structure may be such that the connecting portion 19 on the water discharging tool side such as the tool 17 is inserted into the connecting portion 9 on the fixed joint 7 side. Further, the gap between the inner peripheral surface 28a of the cover member 28 and the end of the connecting member of the screw (male screw) 24 on the side of the insertion member from the insertion portion increases, and the cover member 28 has a function of preventing the screw from coming off. If this cannot be achieved, a protrusion projecting radially inward of the cover member 28 may be formed on the inner peripheral surface 28a, and the interval may be reduced.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the connection structure of the present invention, by preventing the connecting member from falling out of the insertion portion, it is possible to reliably prevent the faucet component from falling out of the fixed joint.
