近年、ログハウスや一般住宅に併設してウッドデッキを設ける家屋があり、掃き出し窓に続く屋外スペースにウッドデッキを設置している。ウッドデッキの一般的な構造においては、束石の上に所定高さの床束を設置し、床束で根太を支持し、根太に床板を設置している。ウッドデッキの利用形態としてはガーデニング植物の設置、洗濯物干し等がある。

ところで、日本の都市部における戸建住宅は一般的に敷地面積が狭く、駐車スペースを除くと庭として利用可能な面積は限れている。従来のウッドデッキは地面の上に平面的な床を設置したものであるが、限られた敷地を有効利用するためには使用目的に合わせてその形態を変化させることができ、限られた敷地上の空間を立体的に使用できる構造が求められる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の多機能デッキは、床部を支柱で所定高さに保持し、床部の床面を複数のデッキパネル体で形成し、少なくとも一部のデッキパネル体を着脱自在な可動デッキパネル体に形成し、可動デッキパネル体の下部に槽体を配置したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
