Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging method for storing or transporting (transporting) slip sheets that protect a photosensitive layer or a heat-sensitive layer of a lithographic printing plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent plate making methods (including electrophotographic plate making methods), lithographic printing plates such as photosensitive printing plates and heat-sensitive printing plates are widely used to facilitate automation of the plate making process. A lithographic printing plate is generally obtained by subjecting a support such as a sheet-like or coil-like aluminum plate to surface treatment such as graining, anodizing, silicate treatment, and other chemical conversion treatment alone or in combination, and then photosensitive layer Alternatively, after applying a heat-sensitive layer (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as a “coating film”, and the surface on which the coating film is formed may be referred to as an “image forming surface”), a desired size is obtained. Manufactured by cutting.
[0003]
Then, the lithographic printing plate is subjected to plate making processing such as exposure, development processing, and gumming, and is set in a printing machine and applied with ink so that characters, images, etc. are printed on the paper surface. It has become.
[0004]
By the way, in such a lithographic printing plate, in order to protect the image forming surface (coating film), paper called interleaving paper may be superimposed on the image forming surface (coating film) (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3). 4). In other words, in order to efficiently handle (transport, store, etc.) the lithographic printing plate, a plurality of lithographic printing plates may be stacked in the thickness direction to form a bundle. The image forming surface (coating film) is laminated on the image forming surface (coating film) to protect the image forming surface (coating film).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such interleaving paper may absorb or release moisture before the operation of overlaying it on the image forming surface (coating film) of the lithographic printing plate, that is, during storage or transportation (transport). May cause the following problems (1) and (2).
[0007]
(1) Poor flatness of interleaving paper
Due to a change in the amount of water contained in the slip paper, moisture absorption wrinkles or the like may occur. When this is overlaid on the image forming surface (coating film) of the planographic printing plate, the image forming surface ( The coated film is damaged (especially easily damaged when it is a heat-sensitive layer), and changes such as sensitivity change are caused (especially when it is a highly sensitive photosensitive layer).
[0008]
(2) Expansion and contraction of interleaving paper
Hygroscopic elongation may occur due to changes in the amount of water contained in the slip sheet. When this is overlaid on the image forming surface (coating film) of the planographic printing plate, A misalignment of the lithographic printing plate due to different paper dimensions occurs.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the slip sheet is hermetically sealed with a moisture-proof material, so that the slip sheet can be used during the period from manufacture to use and from the storage to use. A change in the amount of water contained in the paper can be suppressed. Therefore, since the flatness failure of the slip sheet due to the change in the moisture content does not occur, the image forming surface of the planographic printing plate on which it is superimposed is not damaged or deteriorated. Further, since the slip sheet does not expand or contract due to a change in the moisture content, there is no occurrence of poor alignment of the lithographic printing plate on which it is superimposed.
