【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is applied to, for example, a chair which can automatically turn and retract to a predetermined forwardly inclined storage position near a desk or the like when not in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a lecture room of a school or a company, a chair body having a seat portion is supported on a base member fixed to the floor using legs as supporting means, and the chair body is provided by a spring or the like provided on the base member. Is used to urge the chair forward. In this chair, the chair main body, which is pivotally retracted forward when not seated, can be pulled back to a use position where the seat portion is substantially horizontal, and can be seated. That is, when the chair is not in use, the chair body is automatically rotated and retracted to the forwardly tilted storage position. For example, the front edge side of the seat is stored under the tabletop of the desk, and the backrest is moved upward. The chair is designed so as to be close to or in contact with the board so that the chair body does not become an obstacle when passing or cleaning. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-11-216081 (page 3, paragraph number 0017, FIG. 5)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the chair as described above can pivot the chair body forward and backward by pivotally supporting the upper end of the leg having a certain length to the chair body and the lower end to the base body so as to be able to rotate back and forth. Therefore, the turning radius is restricted by the length of the leg, and the turning trajectory is limited. Therefore, the user forms the chair body at an optimal seating angle according to various situations, such as when the chair is stored or seated, or when passing through the back of the chair, or the chair body is positioned at the optimum position. They could not be placed and were inconvenient.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a chair that advantageously solves the above-described problem, and has a chair body having at least a seat portion, and is provided below the chair body, and is capable of rotating the seat portion. A front support member for supporting the front of the seat so as to be able to rotate back and forth, and a rear support for supporting the rear of the seat so as to be able to rotate back and forth. And a turning radius adjusting means for adjusting the turning radius of the front supporting member or the rear supporting member, and the front supporting member and the rear supporting member are formed using the turning radius adjusting means. Characterized in that the relative turning radius of the.
[0006]
In such a chair, a degree of freedom is generated in the rotation locus of the chair body. For example, when the user sits on the seat, the chair body is supported by the front and rear support members in a non-parallel state, and the space behind the chair is provided. By taking advantage of the above and pulling the chair body further rearward, a sufficient sitting space can be secured. Further, the seating angle can be changed to a convenient arrangement or the seating angle according to the use condition of the chair, for example, by tilting the seating angle forward to an easy-to-seat angle.
[0007]
Furthermore, in order to easily make the chair main body the optimum mode, the turning radius adjusting means can change the relative turning radius between the front support member and the rear support member according to the load applied to the chair main body. It is desirable to be configured in such a way.
[0008]
Further, by configuring the rear support member with the upper link element and the lower link element that can rotate relatively, the relative rotation radius of the front and rear support members can be changed with a simple structure, and for example, the lower link element By adopting a configuration in which the lower end is attached to a base member fixed to a floor or the like, a stable use state can be ensured even when the chair body is strongly pulled.
[0009]
In addition, by providing the front rotation restricting means for restricting the front rotation of the chair main body, for example, when the chair is stored, the chair main body is restricted in the front rotation range so as to be in an optimal mode, and the chair is It is possible to easily and surely realize an optimal mode according to a use situation.
[0010]
Specifically, the front rotation restricting means comprises a stopper provided below the seat and a front rotation restriction arm provided at the upper end of the support member, and the front rotation restriction arm is brought into contact with the stopper. It is desirable to regulate the forward rotation by the following.
[0011]
In addition, by providing a rear rotation restricting means for restricting the rear rotation of the chair body, for example, when the chair body is pulled backward, the rear rotation range is controlled so as not to hit a desk or the like provided behind. In addition, it is possible to easily and surely realize an optimal mode according to the use condition of the chair.
[0012]
Specifically, the rear rotation restricting means includes a stopper fixed to a floor or the like, and a rear rotation restricting arm provided at a lower end of the support member, and the rear rotation restricting arm contacts the stopper. It is conceivable to regulate them by contact.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view in which a desk T and a plurality of chairs I are arranged, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the chair I.
[0015]
The chair I in the present embodiment is used in combination with a lecture desk T for giving a lecture or the like at a school or the like, and the desk T and the chair I are arranged in a row in the front-rear direction. The chairs I for a plurality of people are arranged and used along the width direction.
[0016]
Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.
[0017]

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the rear rotation restricting arm 72 abuts on the stopper 71, thereby restricting the rear support member 5 to the rear rotation limit position. With the member 5 forming a non-parallel four-bar link, the seat 12 is configured to be inclined rearward.
[0035]
The stopper 71 is an upright wall 3b that stands upright on the upper surface of the base main body 3a, and has a contact portion having a horizontal surface on which the front surface of the rear rotation restricting arm 72 comes into contact.
[0036]
The rear rotation restricting arm 72 is provided integrally with the lower end of the lower rear link element 52, and is formed to protrude downward at the center in the width direction.
[0037]
Next, a usage example of the chair I of the present embodiment will be described.
[0038]
First, as shown in FIG. 4, when no load is applied to the chair body 1, the chair body 1 is elastically urged forward by a damper D or the like provided below the chair body 1. When the turning radius R2 of the rear support member 5 is larger than the turning radius R1 of the member 4, the front turning restricting arm 62 contacts the stopper 61 of the front turning restricting means 6 and the rear surface of the rear turning restricting arm 72. Are rotated forward until they come into contact with the rear wall 73 provided on the base member 3, and are held in a state where the front edge of the seat is located forward, that is, in the storage position. In this forward tilted storage position, the front edge side of the seat portion 12 enters the space below the top plate of the desk T disposed in front of the chair I, and the backrest 11 approaches the use edge of the top plate. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the chair body 1 is less likely to obstruct traffic.
[0039]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when using the chair I, the user rotates the chair body 1 backward against the urging force of the damper D or the like, and pulls it backward. Then, since the upper end of the rear support member 5 is fixed to the chair main body 1 and the lower end is fixed to the base member 3, as the load is applied in the rear direction of the chair main body 1, the rear support member 5 is rotated by its turning radius R2. Is increased, and the radius of rotation relative to the front support member 4 is changed. Therefore, the chair body 1 rotates backward until the front surface of the rear rotation restricting arm 72 comes into contact with the stopper 71 of the rear rotation restricting means 7, and the seat portion 12 is held at the rearmost position. . In this position, a sufficient space is formed between the front edge side of the seat portion 12 and the desk T, and the seating surface is inclined forward so that the seated person can easily sit.
[0040]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the user sits on the chair I, a backward turning force is applied to the chair body 1 due to the weight of the user acting on the seat portion 12. Therefore, the rear support member 5 gradually bends and leans forward while reducing the turning radius R2, so that the seating surface approaches a horizontal state. Then, in the seating position, the rear rotation restricting arm 72 is pressed against the stopper 71, and the restricting arm 81b of the change range restricting mechanism 81 abuts on the rear wall 811 so that the chair main body 1 is stabilized at the seating position. Will be retained.
[0041]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, in order to allow the chair I to pass backward while sitting on the chair I, the occupant rotates forward by applying a load in the front direction, so that an optimum The chair body 1 can be moved forward while maintaining the seat angle.
[0042]
In the chair I configured as described above, the degree of freedom is generated in the rotation trajectory of the chair body 1. For example, when the user sits down on the seat 12, the chair body 1 is disengaged by the front and rear support members 5. The chair is supported in a parallel state, and by taking advantage of the space behind the chair I, the chair body 1 can be pulled further rearward to secure a sufficient sitting space, and the seat surface angle can be set to an easy-to-seat angle. It is possible to change the arrangement and the seating angle that are convenient for the user according to the use situation of I.
[0043]
Further, by configuring the turning radius adjusting means 8 so that the relative turning radius between the front support member 4 and the rear support member 5 can be changed according to the load applied to the chair body 1, it is easy to change. The chair main body 1 can be set in an optimal use mode.
[0044]
Further, since the rear support member 5 is composed of the upper rear link element 51 and the lower rear link element 52 that can be relatively rotated, the relative rotation radius R1 of the front and rear support members 4, 5 can be reduced with a simple structure. R2 can be changed and, for example, the lower end of the lower rear link element is attached to the base member 3 fixed to the floor or the like, thereby ensuring a stable use state even when the chair body 1 is strongly pulled. be able to.
[0045]
In addition, by providing the front rotation restricting means 6 for restricting the front rotation of the chair main body 1, for example, when the chair I is stored, the range in which the chair main body 1 rotates forward so as to be in an optimum mode is restricted. It is possible to easily and surely realize an optimal mode according to the use situation of the chair I.
[0046]
Further, by providing the rear rotation restricting means 7 for restricting the rear rotation of the chair body 1, for example, when the chair body 1 is pulled rearward, the rear rotation is prevented so as not to hit the desk T provided behind. By restricting the range in which the chair I is used, it is possible to easily and surely realize an optimal mode according to the usage state of the chair I.
[0047]
The configuration according to the present invention is, of course, not limited to the configuration described above. For example, in the present embodiment, the turning radius adjusting means 8 is provided on the rear support member 5, but may be provided on the front support member, or may be provided on both. Further, the turning radius adjusting means 8 may be constituted by a slide mechanism or the like which can change the length of the support members 4 and 5. Other configurations can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
The invention of the present application is a chair comprising at least a chair body having a seat, and support means provided below the chair body and rotatably supporting the seat. It comprises a front support member that supports the front so as to be able to rotate back and forth, and a rear support member that supports the back of this seat so that it can be rotated back and forth, and adjusts the turning radius of the front support member or the rear support member. A turning radius adjusting means for changing the relative turning radius between the front support member and the rear support member using the turning radius adjusting means.
[0049]
In such a chair, a degree of freedom is generated in the rotation locus of the chair body. For example, when the user sits on the seat, the chair body is supported by the front and rear support members in a non-parallel state, and the space behind the chair is provided. By taking advantage of this, the chair body can be pulled further backwards to secure a sufficient space to sit down, and the seating angle can be set to an easy-to-seat angle. And the seat angle can be changed.
