Description

【0001】

[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[Embodiment 1]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which normal floor cleaning is performed by the vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the hand grip portion of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, a vacuum cleaner according to the present embodiment includes a vacuum cleaner main body 1, an electric blower 2 and a dust collection chamber 3 disposed inside the vacuum cleaner main body 1, a hand grip unit 4, and one end of the vacuum cleaner. A hose 5 connected to the main body 1 and the other end connected to the hand grip portion 4 via the hose connection pipe 13, a floor suction device 6, and one end connected to the hand grip portion 4 and the other end provided with a floor suction device 6. It is constituted by a connected extension pipe 7.
[0008]
The structure of the hand grip portion 4 of the vacuum cleaner will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 2, the hand grip portion 4 is provided with a grip portion 8, and the grip portion 8 becomes thinner toward the tip. The holding portion opening 9 is opened at the tip end, and an auxiliary suction air passage 10 is formed from the opening 9 to a side wall opening 12 described later. Further, a side wall opening 12 is provided on the curved wall 11 side inside the hand grip portion 4, and a concave groove-shaped connecting portion 14 provided in a hose connection pipe 13 is fitted into the side wall opening 12 to be connected. The hand grip portion 4 can freely rotate around the hose connection pipe 13 with the connecting portion 14 as a fulcrum. One end of the hose 5 is connected to the other end of the hose connection pipe 13.
[0009]
Next, the operation will be described. At the time of normal cleaning, as shown in FIG. 1, a floor suction tool 6 is connected to the end of the extension pipe 7, and dust on the floor and the like is sucked by the normal suction air passage 15. That is, the dust sucked by the floor suction tool 6 passes through the extension pipe 7 and a part of the hand grip section 4 and is sucked into the vacuum cleaner main body 1 through the hose 5 via the hose connection pipe 13 ( (A direction in the figure).
[0010]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, since the auxiliary suction air passage 10 communicates with the vacuum cleaner main body 1 through the hose connection pipe 13 and the hose 5 in the grip portion 8, From outside through the auxiliary suction air passage 10. For this reason, floating dust that has been wound up when exhausting or cleaning by the vacuum cleaner is also sucked from the gripper opening 9 and sucked into the vacuum cleaner body 1 through the auxiliary suction air passage 10 (direction B in the drawing).
[0011]
When cleaning a gap or the like where the floor suction device 6 cannot be used, the hand grip portion 4 is rotated by 180 ° around the hose connection pipe 13 and the hand grip portion 4 is rotated as shown in FIGS. The extension pipe 7 is gripped with the grip opening 4 of the grip 4 facing the gap or the like. At this time, since the gripper opening 9 has a suction force and the gripper 8 is formed in a thin rod shape, the gripper opening 9 enters the gap narrower than the floor suction tool 6. Can be easily cleaned. In addition, since suction is also performed from the floor suction tool 6, floating dust can be suctioned even in this state.
To return to normal floor cleaning, the hand grip 4 may be rotated 180 ° about the hose connection pipe 13.
[0012]
[Embodiment 2]
FIGS. 5 and 6 are explanatory views of a hand grip portion of the vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. The same or corresponding parts as in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. A connecting portion 14 of a hose connection pipe 13 is fitted and connected to the side wall opening 12 of the hand grip portion 4, and the hand grip portion 4 can freely rotate around the hose connection pipe 13. I have.
[0013]
In the hose connection pipe 13, a portion to be inserted into the hand grip portion 4 from the connecting portion 14 is formed in a curved shape, a tip portion is cut off obliquely, and an outer periphery of the large diameter portion of the hand grip portion 4 is formed. An air path switching valve section 16 is formed so as to be in contact with the inner wall and has an air path switching hole 17 for switching each air path communicating with the cleaner body 1 by rotating the hand grip 4. ing.
[0014]
Next, the operation will be described. At the time of normal floor cleaning, as shown in FIG. 5, the floor suction tool 6 is connected to the end of the extension pipe 7 for cleaning. The hose connection pipe 13 and the gripper opening 9 are not in communication with each other since the hose connection pipe 16 is closed. Therefore, all the suction force from the cleaner main body 1 is brought to the floor suction tool 6 via the normal suction air passage 15 (direction A in the drawing), and the floor can be efficiently cleaned.
[0015]
When cleaning the gaps and the like where the floor suction tool 6 cannot be used, by rotating the hand grip 4 by 180 ° around the hose connection pipe 13, as shown in FIG. It communicates with the cleaner main body 1 via the hose connection pipe 13, and the extension pipe 7 side is closed by the air path switching valve portion 16 of the hose connection pipe 13, so that it does not communicate with the cleaner main body 1. Therefore, all the suction force from the cleaner main body 1 is brought to the gripper opening 9 through the auxiliary suction air passage 10 (direction B in the drawing), and the gap can be efficiently cleaned.
When returning to normal floor cleaning, if the hand grip portion 4 is again rotated by 180 ° about the hose connection pipe 13, the connection pipe 7 side is cleaned by the air path switching section 16 as shown in FIG. It becomes possible to communicate with the main body 1 and perform floor cleaning.
[0016]
In addition, when the suction on the flooring does not require much suction force, if the grip portion 4 is rotated halfway without rotating the hand grip portion 180 °, the grip opening portion 9 side also generates a slight suction force. And can suck floating dust.
[0017]
[Embodiment 3]
7 and 8 are explanatory views of a hand grip portion of the vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG.
