Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a phenomenon in which the upper door (liquid crystal screen) of a notebook computer or the like moves and the screen angle changes, for example, a situation in which the upper door (liquid crystal screen) is used in a Shinkansen vehicle, an automobile, etc. (LCD screen) is used to attach to products where the screen moves and the screen is difficult to see, and the usability deteriorates. The upper door (LCD screen) is fixed so that any angle (viewable angle) does not move by shaking etc. Device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is desirable to stop the screen liquid crystal unit and the upper door 3 at an arbitrary angle when using a notebook personal computer or the like. In general, the force for stopping the screen liquid crystal unit and the upper door 3 is the weight of the upper door. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the screen liquid crystal portion and the upper door 3 have 850 g, two resistance hinges 21 and 22 having a resistance of about 6 kg f / cm are used, and the upper door does not drop by its own weight. It is designed to stop at an arbitrary angle (the angle that is easy for the user to see), but the resistance when the total 12 kgf / cm, the liquid crystal part of the screen, and the weight when opening and closing due to the falling gravity of the upper door 3 are added. There is a phenomenon that the body (keyboard side) 2 is lifted up, and not only must the body (keyboard side) 2 be pressed down and opened, but also when used at work, on a desk at home, or where there is no normal shaking, One side of this resistance Although there is no problem with a resistance feeling of about kg f / cm, for example, when used in a Shinkansen car, an automobile car, etc., the screen liquid crystal unit, that is, the upper door 3 shakes due to the shaking of the Shinkansen or the car, and the screen is difficult to see. The phenomenon was appearing,
[0003]
In addition, in order to forcibly stop at an arbitrary angle only by the resistance hinges 21 and 22 of this type, a large force (friction resistance force) is required for the resistance hinges 21 and 22 and the resistance hinges 21 and 22 require a large force. Due to the large size and the early wear of the resistance hinges 21 and 22 devices, etc., even if you want to use the product for about 5 years, depending on the frequency of use, the resistance hinges 21 and 22 can not be used in about 2 to 3 years. The phenomenon of has come out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
To forcibly stop the LCD screen (upper door) at an arbitrary angle using only this type of resistance hinge device in the conventional method, use a resistance hinge device with a large resistance and physically It is performed by metal-to-metal spring effect pressure welding. However, in theory, it is possible to obtain the pressure welding resistance with a large tightening force, but when actually making parts and finding a certain force (resistance force) or more, quenching the metal, or Although the surface hardness is increased by chemical change, this type of product is extremely small due to the demand for small size, light weight and thinness. It is used in the structure, therefore, the frequency of opening and closing the LCD screen (upper door) is reduced, there is a very heavy feeling when opening and closing, the PC body box, mounting parts on the LCD screen (upper door) side, stays If you don't increase the strength Parts cost soaring for no et al., In addition, the stay to rotate operation has a problem of mold early damage in expensive spring steel specification parts use.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its object is to lightly open and close the liquid crystal screen (upper door) smoothly, and to enable children, women, and elderly to open and close. Even so, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure and a device which can easily open and close a liquid crystal screen (upper door) and can be reliably stopped at an angle which is easy for a user to see when using a notebook computer or the like.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the lock mechanism for opening / closing the upper door of the present invention minimizes the resistance of the hinge of a personal computer or the like, minimizes it, and opens and closes lightly, can be opened and closed smoothly, and when necessary. The liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 may be securely fixed. The resistance hinges 21 and 22 do not require the liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 to be securely stopped at a position where the user can easily see it. That is, it is sufficient to securely fix the screen liquid crystal portion and the upper door 3 by using the present invention, and if it is considered that two resistance hinges 21 and 22 having a resistance of about 6 kg f / cm are used as in the past, It is sufficient to use the resistance hinges 21 and 22 of 4 kgf / cm for calculation, and if a resistance hinge having a resistance value of 7 kgf / cm is used, it is possible to use only one, and use a spring and use only one side hinge. Equipment In a comfortable environment by fixing a small amount of idling phenomenon that occurs due to wear of gears and the like in the system (see Patent Document 1), which can occur due to the frequent use of the personal computer hinge system and the electric hinge system. You can use it.

Japanese Patent Application 2002-99233
[0007]
As a structure, there is a method in which a part of the liquid crystal screen (upper door) from the main body side, for example, the bottom round part is stopped by frictional contact with a friction material such as hard rubber, but the friction material such as hard rubber is attached to the liquid crystal screen (upper door) The shape of the liquid crystal screen (upper door) at the place where the liquid crystal display (upper door) is pressed can be considered as it is, or a small gear shape or a rounded concave shape can be considered. It can be used according to the shape of the liquid crystal screen (top door). The material of the friction body is not limited to hard rubber, but it can be a paper file, metal with a rough pressed surface, etc. I just need to stop.
[0008]
Also, there is a method in which the shaft to which the liquid crystal screen (upper door) is connected inside the main body and the stay connected to the shaft (attached and fixed to the liquid crystal screen side) are stopped by pressing friction. It is only necessary that the upper door stops reliably.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 shows a liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 with a small gear-shaped unevenness at the bottom of the bottom, and a frictional body 25 such as a hard rubber is applied to the unevenness using a friction body press-up body push-up cam 27 from the main body (keyboard side) 2. The frictional body 25 such as a hard rubber bites the unevenness of the small gear shape so that the liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 can be arbitrarily pressed with a small pressing force. You can stop at the position.
[0010]
Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 is provided with nothing (irregularity, etc.) on the rounded portion, and the liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 is formed by using a hard rubber or the like along the rounded shape. The liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 may be stopped by pressing the body 25 and the friction body pressing body 26 from the personal computer body 2 (keyboard side) using the friction body pressing body pushing up cam 27 or the like. Although this method has a weak stopping force, for example, a stop lock mechanism is engaged, and when the liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 is unknowingly closed, a slip does not occur and the personal computer and the like are not destroyed, and this method is also effective. is there.
[0011]
In FIG. 4, a friction body 25 is attached to a shaft 28 for rotating the liquid crystal screen (upper door) 3 inside the personal computer body 2 (keyboard side). There is also a method of stopping by pressing with the use of the push-up cam 27 or the like. In this case, it is effective to knurl the surface of the shaft 28 at the portion to be pressed.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
[0013]
The liquid crystal screen (top door) 3 of a notebook computer or the like is opened and closed as if it were hard and heavy by the liquid crystal screen (top door) 3 fixing device made as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4. Can be opened and closed with the minimum necessary resistance, and when used in places where there is no shaking from the outside, such as at home or the office, it is not necessary to use a fixing device. You can use it.
[0014]
When used in a Shinkansen car, car, etc., it is used when it is expected that the screen liquid crystal part, that is, the upper door will shake steadily and the screen will be difficult to see due to the shaking in the Shinkansen car, car car, etc. Use is not a problem.
[0015]
By the role of the fixing device, the hinge device can be reduced in size, has high durability, can be smoothly opened and closed, is inexpensive, has no trouble, has a high-class feeling, and improves productivity.
