図1は本発明の最もシンプルな構成例を示す側面図で、1は中心に縦孔2を設けたフロート、3は水槽あるいは水路の側壁4の水中に設けたブラケット、5はそのブラケット3に取付けた滑車、6はナイロンロープやステンレス鎖などからなるロープ、7はフロート弁(図示せず)のロッド、8はフロート1より浮力(ロッド7の駆動力)を助けるウエイトである。
