Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a roller hearth kiln for firing while conveying an object to be fired.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The roller of the roller hearth kiln is deformed due to thermal distortion, so that the fired body may meander and deviate from the transport path. For this reason, it has been proposed to integrally form a pair of guide wheels on each roller.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the roller and the guide wheel are integrally formed as described above, the thermal distortion of the roller and the guide wheel is superimposed to increase the overall amount of distortion. You may not be able to.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and has as its object to provide a roller hearth kiln that can convey an object to be fired in a conveying path in an orderly manner.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a roller hearth kiln of the present invention is a roller hearth kiln in which a number of rollers are arranged in a furnace to form a conveying path, and the rollers are rotated to convey the object to be fired and fired. A guide wheel for guiding the fired body so as not to deviate from the transport path is fitted to each of the rollers at both lateral positions of the transport path.
[0005]
Function and effect of the present invention
In the roller hearth kiln having the above-described configuration, the guide wheels that guide the object to be fired so as not to deviate from the transport path are fitted to the rollers at both sides in the width direction of the transport path. By forming the guide wheel by combining a material with a low expansion coefficient or combining a plurality of members, the total amount of thermal distortion is reduced to less than when the roller and the guide wheel are integrally formed, and firing is performed. The body can be transported orderly in the transport path.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a roller hearth kiln 1, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a transport path C configured by arranging a number of rollers 3. The roller hearth kiln 1 penetrates the rollers 3 at a constant pitch in a width direction of a tunnel-shaped furnace body 2 constructed of a refractory brick or the like, and extends a conveyance path C of the fired object S in a longitudinal direction of the furnace body 2. It is composed. Each of the rollers 3 is rotatably supported at both ends, and is driven at a constant rotation speed by an endless chain 5 wrapped around a sprocket wheel 4 attached to a drive side end.
[0007]
Guide wheels 6 are fitted to the respective rollers 3 constituting the transport path C at both side positions that regulate the width direction of the transport path C. The guide wheels 6 guide the object to be fired S so as not to deviate from the transport path C. The guide wheel 6 is fitted by inserting a donut-shaped guide member 7 from the end of the roller 3 as shown in FIG. 3 (a), or 2 to 3 as shown in FIGS. 3 (b) and 3 (c). The guide wheel 6 is formed by fitting a guide wheel component member 8 divided into three around the outer periphery of the roller 3 and fastening with a fastener 9 such as a bolt or a screw.
[0008]
In the roller hearth kiln 1 having the above-described configuration, the guide wheels 6, 6 for guiding the fired object S so as not to deviate from the transport path C are fitted to the respective rollers at both sides in the width direction of the transport path. When the wheel 6 is formed of a material having a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than the roller 3 or the guide wheel 6 is formed by combining a plurality of members, the total amount of thermal strain is reduced when the roller and the guide wheel are integrally formed. Thus, it is possible to convey the object to be fired in the conveying path in an orderly manner.
[0009]
The roller 3 is made of metal or ceramic, and the material of the guide wheel 4 is selected according to these materials.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a roller hearth kiln.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a transport path configured by arranging a number of rollers.
FIG. 3 is a front view showing a specific example of a guide wheel.
