Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for leveling a packaged product to be packed and flattened so that the contents of the packaged product conveyed toward a boxing machine and other processing machines are dispersed throughout the bag. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When bagging products packed by a bag filling machine such as a vertical bag making and filling machine are subjected to a box packing process by a box packing machine, bags are conveyed by a conveyor installed between the bag filling machine and the box packing machine. In the process of transporting the packaged goods in a lying state, it is generally practiced to pack the packaged goods into a box while uniformly flattening the contents of one side in the bag and flattening the contents. Has been done. As a device for leveling such a packaged product, a transport roller having a shape in which the rotation trajectory of the outer periphery causes vertical fluctuation is adopted, and the lower surface of the packaged product is transported while being vertically moved while being supported by the roller. A device for leveling the contents has been proposed.
[0003]
For example, all or some of the rotating rollers in the roller conveyor are formed into a non-circular cross-sectional shape such as an ellipse, an octagon, a hexagon, a quadrangle, and a triangle in which the distance from the center of rotation to the outer periphery of the roller is not constant. There is a device for leveling the contents of a packaged product by placing and transporting the packaged product on a rotating roller adjacent to the non-circular cross-section rotating roller that is appropriately shifted in the article transport direction (FIG. 1). For example, see Patent Document 1.) In addition, a plurality of the same non-circular cross-section rotating rollers having the same narrow width as described above are mounted on one rotating shaft in parallel in the article conveying direction, and a belt conveyor made of a cushion material is disposed on the upper part thereof. There is a device that transports a packaged product by sandwiching the packaged product between a rotating roller and a belt conveyor (for example, see Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to each of the above-described devices, it is effective when the contents of the bagged product are used in the case where the content of the bagged product is a shape having no portion that protrudes partially, such as a candy or a cookie. However, for example, a complex shape in which a flange protrudes from the main body, such as a potion pack in which the opening of the main body of the container used to store syrup or fresh milk etc. to be put into coffee or tea is sealed with a lid material. In the case where the article exhibiting the content is a content, the collars of the container body are particularly likely to be entangled with each other to easily cause blocking, so that it is difficult for each of the above devices to level the content evenly in the bag. Met.
[0006]

[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a method and an apparatus for leveling a packaged product according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of preferred embodiments.
[0010]
The bag leveling device 10 according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 includes a bag filling machine such as a vertical bag making and filling machine and a plurality of bag packed products 12 packed by the bag filling machine. A first leveling conveyor 14 as a first upstream conveyor and a second leveling conveyor 16 as a second downstream conveyor provided in a processing line between the box packing machine and the box packing machine. While the bagged articles 12 placed sideways on the leveling conveyors 14 and 16 are transported, the contents of the bagged articles 12 are leveled over the entire bag.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the first leveling conveyor 14 includes a plurality of first rotating shafts 20 between a pair of first frames 18, 18 which are separated in a width direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of the packaged goods 12. They are arranged horizontally in the transport direction. First sprockets 22 are respectively disposed at shaft ends of the first rotary shafts 20 projecting outward from one of the first frames 18, and all the first sprockets 22 are connected to the first drive motor shown in FIG. All the first rotation shafts 20 are connected to a first endless chain 26 driven to run by the first rotation shaft 24 so as to rotate in the same direction.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, a prismatic first leveling roller 28 having a square outer peripheral shape is provided on each of the first rotating shafts 20 so as to be integrally rotatable, and the rotation locus of each outer peripheral surface is different. As a result, the support height of the packaged product 12 is changed vertically, and the packaged product 12 whose lower surface is supported by the first leveling roller 28 can be transported while moving up and down. The first equalizing rollers 28, 28 adjacent to each other in the article transport direction have a rotation phase different by 45 degrees so that the difference in the support height of the bagged product 12 between the equalizing rollers 28 is maximized. Is set. That is, for example, when the side portion 28a of the upstream first leveling roller 28 is in a horizontal position and is in contact with the lower surface of the packaged product 12, the first leveling roller 28 adjacent to the downstream side has The outermost protruding corner portion (contact piece) 28 b is configured to reach the highest position and push up the lower surface of the packaged product 12. Further, the axial length of the first leveling roller 28 is set to be longer than the corresponding width dimension of the packaged product 12, and the first leveling roller 28 is provided over the entire width of the packaged product 12. The corner portion 28b is configured to contact the lower surface of the packaged product 12 in a substantially line contact state. In the embodiment, the first leveling roller 28 functions as a first rotating member. The length corresponding to the width of the bagged product 12 at the corner 28b is such that the bagged product 12 is locally spread over substantially the entire width direction on the lower surface of the bagged product 12 when the corner 28b abuts. What is necessary is just to be able to push up, and it does not necessarily need to be longer than the bag width.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of first article guides 30, 30 are arranged in the conveying path of the first leveling conveyor 14 so as to be spaced apart in the width direction and parallel to the article conveying direction. The packaged goods 12 are transported between the 30, 30 while being moved up and down by a first leveling conveyor 14. The transport start ends of the pair of first article guides 30, 30 are expanded so as to be separated from each other so that the packaged articles 12 supplied from the upstream side can be smoothly received.
[0014]
In each of the first leveling rollers 28, a pair of circumferential grooves 28c, 28c spaced apart by a width smaller than the width dimension of the bagged product 12 is provided at a portion facing between the pair of first article guides 30, 30. Auxiliary belts 32, such as narrow round belts, are wound around each of the circumferential groove rows that are formed and aligned in the article transport direction, and are respectively disposed between a transport start end and a transport end in the first leveling conveyor 14. , And a pair of auxiliary belts 32, 32 is configured to run as the first leveling roller 28 rotates. As shown in FIG. 2, the conveying surface of the bagged product 12 on the auxiliary belt 32 is at a height position corresponding to the minimum rotation locus on the outer peripheral surface of the first leveling roller 28 (in the embodiment, the horizontal posture is on the conveying path side. (The height position of the side portion 28a at the time when it comes to the position), so that the auxiliary belts 32, 32 can be conveyed while supporting the lower surface of the packaged product 12.
[0015]
The second leveling conveyor 16 connected to the downstream side of the first leveling conveyor 14 is provided between a pair of second frames 34 and 34 that are continuously spaced apart at the same interval as the first frames 18 and 18. A plurality of second rotating shafts 36 are horizontally arranged side by side in the article transport direction, and each of the second rotating shafts 36 protrudes outward from one of the second frames 34 similarly to the first leveling conveyor 14. The arranged second sprocket 38 is connected to a second endless chain 42 driven to run by a second drive motor 40 shown in FIG. 2, and is configured to rotate in the same direction.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, each of the second rotating shafts 36 is provided with a second leveling roller 44 having a square outer peripheral shape and formed in a thin plate shape, and a cylindrical boss 44c provided at the center thereof. A plurality (three or four in the embodiment) are spaced apart in the axial direction, and each projecting corner 44b is locally contacted at several places spaced apart from the bagged product 12 in the width direction. It is configured to Since the rotation locus of each outer peripheral surface of the second leveling roller 44 is different, the supporting height of the packaged product 12 is changed up and down, and the packaged product 12 whose lower surface is supported by the second leveling roller 44. Can be conveyed while being moved up and down. In addition, while the rotation phases of the second leveling rollers 44 disposed on the same axis in the respective second rotary shafts 36 are set to be the same, each second leveling roller adjacent in the article transport direction is set. The rollers 44 are set so that their rotation phases are different by 45 degrees, as in the case of the first leveling roller 28 described above. That is, in the second leveling conveyor 16 as well, for example, when the side portion 44a of the upstream second leveling roller 44 is in a horizontal position and is in contact with the lower surface of the bagged product 12, it is adjacent to the downstream side. In the second leveling roller 44, the outermost protruding corner (contact piece) 44b reaches the highest position and pushes the lower surface of the packaged product 12 up. In the embodiment, a set of a plurality of second leveling rollers 44 disposed on the second rotation shaft 36 is configured to function as a second rotation member, and is disposed on the same axis on each of the second rotation shafts 36. Each of the corners 44b of each of the second leveling rollers 44 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the packaged product 12 at several points in the width direction in a substantially point contact state so as to be locally pushed up. . The substantially point contact state refers to a state where the corner portion 44b has a thickness of about 5 to 12 mm in the axial direction and is in local contact with the lower surface of the bag.
[0017]
A pair of second article guides 46, 46 that are continuous with the first article guides 30, 30 in the first leveling conveyor 14 are provided on the transport path of the second leveling conveyor 16.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the individual second leveling rollers 44 in the second leveling conveyor 16 are adjacent in the article conveying direction between the second article guides 46, 46 in a zigzag shape in plan view. The contents of the bagged product 12 can be suppressed from being caught in the gap between the second leveling rollers 44 adjacent to each other in the article conveying direction and the width direction. The rotation trajectories of the second leveling rollers 44 adjacent to each other in the article transport direction are set so as to overlap within a predetermined range when viewed from the axial direction, and the unit transport of the packaged goods 12 in the second leveling conveyor 16 is performed. The number of times that the corner portion 44b comes into contact with the lower surface of the packaged product 12 and pushes up locally is increased per distance.
[0019]
At the downstream ends of the first frames 18, 18, a transfer roller 48 for smoothly transferring the packaged goods 12 from the first leveling conveyor 14 to the second leveling conveyor 16 is rotatable. It is arranged. Further, the first and second leveling conveyors 14 and 16 are set so as to convey the bagged product 12 at the same speed. However, the transport speed of the second leveling conveyor 16 may be set higher than the transport speed of the first leveling conveyor 14.
[0020]
Operation of the embodiment
Next, the operation of the apparatus for leveling a packaged product according to the embodiment configured as described above will be described in relation to a leveling method.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 1, the bagged articles 12 packed and transported by the vertical bag making and filling machine are first article guides 30, 30 of the first leveling conveyor 14 in the leveling device 10. It is supplied between the rollers, and is horizontally conveyed while the lower surface is supported by the first leveling rollers 28 in a state of being turned sideways. Note that the packaged goods 12 arriving at the first leveling conveyor 14 in a state of being laid sideways after being bagged by the vertical bag making and filling machine are accommodated in one of the bags (the front side in the article conveying direction). An object is accommodated (see FIG. 2).
[0022]
In the first leveling conveyor 14, the corners 28 b of the leveling roller 28 are moved at predetermined timings while the bagged products 12 are being conveyed by the rotation of each of the prismatic first leveling rollers 28. The bag 13 is repeatedly moved up and down by abutting on the lower surface in a substantially line contact state and locally pushing up substantially over the entire area in the width direction. It is moved to the rear side in the transport direction. Then, during the period from when the bagged product 12 reaches the transport start end to the transport end of the first leveling conveyor 14, the skewed contents are dispersed back and forth in the article transport direction (first leveling process). .
[0023]
The first leveling conveyor 14 has auxiliary belts 32, 32 whose transport surfaces are set at a height corresponding to the minimum rotation locus on the outer peripheral surface of the first leveling roller 28, extending in parallel with the article transport direction. As a result, the lower surface of the bagged product 12 transported by the first leveling conveyor 14 is supported by the auxiliary belts 32 from the transport start end to the transport end. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the contents from being caught in the gaps between the first leveling rollers 28 adjacent to each other in the article conveyance direction and to damage the bags and the contents, and to prevent the conveyance of the packaged goods 12 from being hindered. It is transported reliably.
[0024]
The packaged articles 12 are transferred from the first leveling conveyor 14 to the second leveling conveyor 16 via the transfer roller 48, and the packaged articles 12 are continuously transferred by the second leveling conveyor 16 to the second article guide 46. , 46 are conveyed horizontally. In this second leveling conveyor 16, each corner 44 b of each second leveling roller 44 disposed on the same axis on each second rotating shaft 36 is arranged in the width direction with respect to the lower surface of the packaged product 12. The bagged product 12 is conveyed while moving up and down by contacting at several points in a substantially point contact state at a predetermined timing and pushing up locally. That is, even if the contents are entangled in the bag, each corner 44b of each second leveling roller 44 disposed on the same axis on each second rotating shaft 36 is packed in several places in the width direction. By repeatedly pushing up the article 12 locally, the article 12 is unraveled and the contents are leveled so as to be dispersed in the width direction (second leveling process). Finally, the packaged product 12 is leveled so that the contents are substantially uniform in the width direction and the front-rear direction in the bag, and the package connected to the downstream side of the second leveling conveyor 16 is packed. Conveyed to a processing machine such as a machine.
[0025]
Since the second leveling rollers 44 of the second leveling conveyor 16 are arranged in a staggered manner, the gap between the leveling rollers 44 is narrow, and the contents of the packaged goods 12 are caught in the gaps and damaged. Scratch and damage to the bag are suppressed. In addition, since the rotation trajectories of the second leveling rollers 44, 44 adjacent to each other in the article transport direction are overlapped, each corner 44b is located on the lower surface of the bagged product 12 when the second leveling conveyor 16 transports the article. The number of times of contact and local pushing up increases per unit transport distance, and the contents are efficiently dispersed.
[0026]
As described above, according to the leveling device 10 of the embodiment, in the first leveling process by the first leveling conveyor 14, first, the deviation of the contents in the bag in the front-rear direction is corrected, and then the second leveling conveyor is used. In the second leveling process in step 16, the second leveling process is performed so that the contents are uniform over the entire bag including the width direction of the bag. Even if the article having a shape that has been difficult to level is a content, the leveling process can be performed favorably so that the packaged product 12 is substantially flat. In addition, by performing the two-step equalizing process, the processing time required until the bagged product 12 becomes substantially flat can be shortened, and the length of the equalizing device 10 itself is shortened to reduce the installation space. It is possible to do. Further, since the packaged product 12 is flattened substantially uniformly, when the package is packed by the box packaging machine, the volume of the packaged product can be reduced, and the material cost of the packaged product can be reduced.
[0027]
In the experimental results, in the case where the configuration in which the second leveling conveyor 16 is disposed on the upstream side and the first leveling conveyor 14 is disposed on the downstream side is adopted, the content which is likely to cause blocking such as the above-mentioned portion pack is used. A sufficient leveling effect could not be obtained.
[0028]
[Another embodiment]
FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) show another embodiment of the first and second leveling conveyors 14, 16 in which each leveling roller 28, 44 has a corresponding rotation. It is provided eccentrically with respect to the shafts 20 and 36. In this case, by arranging the rotation phases of the leveling rollers 28, 28/44, 44 adjacent to the leveling rollers 28, 44 in the article transport direction so as to be sequentially different by 45 degrees in the article transport direction, the bag packing is performed. Since the amount of fluctuation of the contents of the article 12 in the vertical direction can be increased, and the contents can be moved up and down irregularly at the front and rear positions in the article conveyance direction, more effective leveling processing can be performed. The rotation phase of the leveling rollers 28, 28/44, 44 adjacent to the leveling rollers 28, 44 in the article conveying direction is changed by any value of an odd power of 45 degrees within 360 degrees. Alternatively, if the rotation phases are set to be different by 180 degrees, the height difference between the support heights of the packaged goods 12 can be set to be the largest.
[0029]
[Modification example]
The present application is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and other configurations can be appropriately adopted.
1. In the embodiment, the case has been described where the first and second leveling conveyors 14 and 16 are driven by independent drive motors 24 and 40, respectively, but they may be driven by the same means such as one motor.
2. In the embodiment, the first rotating member is constituted by the first square equalizing roller 28 having a square prism shape, and the second rotating member is constituted by a plurality of second equalizing rollers 44 having a square thin plate shape. Is not roller-shaped, but at least the contacting piece of the rotating member moves up and down by locally pushing up the lower surface of the packaged product 12 over substantially the entire region in the width direction a plurality of times. Any type of component that can be transported may be used. Also, the second rotating member can be conveyed while being moved up and down by the contact piece of the rotating member locally pushing up the lower surface of the packaged product 12 at several points in the width direction at predetermined timings. Various constituent members can be adopted, and each of the rotating members arranged in the direction of the rotation axis may be formed integrally instead of plurally.
[0030]
3. In the embodiment, the pair of auxiliary belts 32, 32 is wound around the first leveling conveyor 14 in the article conveying direction. However, the auxiliary belt 32 is used for the size and shape of the contents, the properties of the packaged product 12, and the like. It may be adopted as needed. Further, the auxiliary belt 32 does not travel by the rotation of the first leveling conveyor 14, but may be driven by independent driving means. Further, a configuration in which a stationary bar-shaped member is provided instead of the belt traveling type to support the lower surface of the bagged product 12 may be adopted. Still further, with respect to various belt-supporting or stationary bar-shaped auxiliary support members, the auxiliary support members may extend from the transport start end of the first leveling conveyor to the transport end of the second leveling conveyor. .
[0031]
4. In the embodiment, the first and second leveling rollers 28 and 44 have a square outer peripheral shape. However, the first leveling roller 28 contacts the lower surface of the packaged product 12 substantially in line contact. As long as it has a plurality of protruding corners 28b that can be in contact with and can be locally pushed up over substantially the entire area in the width direction, a polygon such as a triangle, a pentagon, and a hexagon can be adopted. In addition, the second leveling roller 44 also has a plurality of protruding corners 44b that can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the packaged product 12 in a substantially point contact state at predetermined timings and locally pushed up. For example, a polygon such as a triangle, a pentagon, and a hexagon can be adopted. Regarding the shapes of the first and second leveling rollers 28 and 44, the height difference for vertically moving the contents when the rollers 28 and 44 rotate is equal to or larger than the square as in the embodiment. It is most preferable to employ a polygon having at least four or less protruding corners, such as a certain rectangle or a triangle.
[0032]
5. In the embodiment, with respect to the second leveling conveyor 16, the second rotating shafts 36 provided with three second leveling rollers 44 or four second leveling rollers 44 are arranged alternately in the article conveying direction. The number of the second smoothing rollers 44 provided on the second rotating shaft 36 can be appropriately set depending on properties such as the size and the shape of the stored material.
[0033]
6. The second leveling roller 44 is set so that the rotation trajectories of the leveling rollers 44, 44 adjacent to each other in the article conveyance direction overlap. However, this configuration is appropriately adopted depending on the size and shape of the stored object. The rotation trajectories do not necessarily have to overlap.
[0034]
7. With respect to the rotational phase difference between the first or second leveling rollers 28, 44 adjacent in the article transport direction, in the case of the square leveling rollers 28, 44, the rotation phase is shifted by 45 degrees. It is best because the difference in supporting height of the lower surface of the packaged product 12 between 28, 28/44, and 44 can be set to the maximum, but also in the case of other quadrangular or triangular shapes, the difference in height similarly becomes the maximum. Most preferably, the rotational phase is shifted. However, the rotation phase may be the same depending on the properties of the contents or the like, or a level difference may be given to the protruding corners 28b, 44b between the leveling rollers 28, 28/44, 44 adjacent in the transport direction. Thus, the corner portions 28b and 44b may be set to be capable of moving up and down alternately at predetermined timings on the lower surface of the bagged product 12.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the method or apparatus for leveling bagged products according to the present invention, in the first step, the lower surface of the bagged product conveyed by the conveyor is filled with the first rotating member or the first leveling roller. After leveling the unevenness before and after the object, in the next step, the leveling process is performed over the entire bag including the width direction so that the entanglement of each content is further loosened by the second rotating member or the second leveling roller. Therefore, even if the content is an article having a complicated shape, such as an article such as a potion pack, for which a sufficient leveling effect cannot be expected with the conventional apparatus, the content is uniformly distributed in the bag. It can be smoothed to disperse. In addition, since it is possible to achieve an efficient leveling process for bagged products, the leveling process for bagged products can be performed in a shorter time than before, and the conveyor can be shortened. It is also possible to reduce the installation space of the processing line. Furthermore, since the packaged product can be flattened more uniformly than in the past, for example, in the case of packing in a box, it is also possible to reduce the boxing volume, and expect to reduce the material cost of the packaged product. obtain.
[0036]
In addition, by making the first and second leveling rollers polygons having four or less protruding corners, the content of the contents is more than that of a polygon having five or more protruding corners with a pentagon or more. The vertical fluctuation can be increased, and the leveling effect can be enhanced. Further, since the difference between the support heights of the bagged products by the leveling rollers adjacent to each other in the transport direction is maximized, the vertical movement of the contents can be increased to improve the leveling effect.
[0037]
Furthermore, by arranging the second leveling rollers in a staggered manner in the article transport direction, it is possible to effectively suppress the occurrence of defective products such as damage to the contents and damage to the bag. By setting the rotation trajectories of the second leveling rollers adjacent to each other in the transport direction so as to overlap each other, the number of times that the corners of the second leveling rollers contact the bagged product and are locally pushed up during transporting. This increases per unit transport distance when transporting bagged products, so that the leveling process can be performed in a shorter time, and the installation space of the processing line can be reduced.
[0038]
Further, the lower surface of the bagged product is supported by a pair of auxiliary belts that travel together with the first leveling roller from the transport start end portion to the transport end portion of the first leveling conveyor, so that the first leveling conveyor is being transported. This eliminates the risk that the contents of the packaged product will be caught in the gap between the leveling rollers adjacent in the article transport direction, and suppresses the occurrence of defective products such as damage to the contents and damage to the bag. obtain. Furthermore, by arranging each leveling roller eccentrically with respect to the corresponding rotation shaft, the level difference of the vertical fluctuation of the packaged product can be set to be larger, and the leveling effect can be further enhanced.
