TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention raises the degree of shrinkage of the synthetic fiber partially blended yarn by heating by drawing in advance, and the synthetic fiber partially blended yarn cures after heat shrinkage, so that the contact texture is soft and the synthetic fiber wave processing is used for design. Combine yarn or color yarn of natural yarn and knit it into a tubular shape, insert the gibbs into the knitted tube, shrink it tightly from the outside with hot air, cool down and harden in the shrink-tight form, protect the gibbs The present invention relates to a cast cover to be decorated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the past, casts were only hardened using bandages and plaster, so during use,
A. Gibbs get dirty.
B. The surface of the cast is damaged.
C. Stain clothes and bedding with gypsum plaster flour.
D. Even if the cast is soiled, it is not easy to replace the cast, and use it in a dirty state until the treatment is completed.
Even if the cast is dirty or slightly damaged, or if the cast or bedding is soiled with the peeling powder of the cast, it must be used as it is until the treatment is over, People around me sometimes felt dirty and uncomfortable.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been invented in order to solve these problems, to provide a design, facilitate handling and replacement, and to protect the cast and prevent dirt on the cast itself, clothes and bedding.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problem]
Now, to explain the configuration,
(A) The synthetic fiber partially blended yarn is stretched to increase the degree of shrinkage after heating. By setting the stretching in the range of 1.1 to 1.5 times, the shrinkage by heating can be designed in the range of about 40% to about 60%.
(B) Since the partially blended yarn after heat shrinkage becomes hard, the stretched synthetic partially blended yarn and the synthetic fiber wave-processed yarn or colored yarn of natural yarn are combined for softening the contact feeling after shrinkage and for design. I do.
(C) The composite yarn is knitted into a tubular shape using a sock knitting machine or the like. The length of the cylinder is about twice the length of the cast to be inserted, and there are two types of shapes, straight and L-shaped, depending on the shape of the cast. For example, an L-shape is used for the heel cast.
(D) The knitting is performed in one color or patterned in multiple colors.
(E) Insert the cast into the tube and align the center of the tube with the center of the cast.
(F) Shrink by applying hot air such as a hair dryer from the outside of the cylinder. Shrinks from about 80 ° C.
(G) When it shrinks and comes into close contact with the cast, stop applying hot air and cool with outside air.
(H) The synthetic fiber partially-combined yarn cools and becomes hard, and the tube is firmly fixed to the cast and does not expand or contract.
(I) It only shrinks with heat and adheres to the cast, does not melt and adhere, and can be easily removed from the cast by cutting with scissors or a cutter knife.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, a synthetic fiber partially blended yarn is drawn and a synthetic fiber wave-processed yarn or a yarn (1) combined with a natural yarn (9) is knitted into a cylindrical shape. In the method (2), the cast (4) is inserted, and the cast is shrunk by applying hot air (6) so as to be tightly fixed to the cast.
[0006]
The synthetic fiber partially blended yarn is stretched 1.1 to 1.5 times the original yarn without heating.
[0007]
The stretched synthetic partially blended yarn [8] and the synthetic synthetic wave processed yarn or natural yarn colored yarn [9] are made into composite processed yarn [1] so as not to separate or shift. The compounding is performed by twisting, covering or air entangling, but not limited thereto.
[0008]
Knit the composite processed yarn (1) into a cylinder (2) using a sock knitting machine or the like.
[0009]
Insert the cast [4] into the cylinder [2] and align the center of the cylinder [2] with the center of the cast [4].
[0010]
A hot air (6) is applied from the outside of the cylinder (2) in which the gibbs (4) is inserted to contract.
[0011]
The cylindrical end (3) protruding from the edge (5) of the cast may be cut off with scissors or the like.
[0012]
Elastic rubber or the like may be knitted or sewn on the cylinder end (3) so that the cylinder end (3) is hooked on the edge (5) of the cast after contraction.
[0013]
After firmly fixing to Gibbs (4), stop applying hot air (6). The contracted cylinder is cooled by outside air and solidified, and thereafter does not expand and contract.
[0013]
When removing it, it may be cut with scissors (7) or a cutter knife.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
[0016]
(1) Prevent damage to the cast.
(2) Prevent dirt on the cast.
(3) Do not stain clothes and bedding with the plaster cast powder of casts.
(4) Gibbs can be decorated by giving a design such as a pattern to the cylinder.
(5) The hot air to be shrunk may be a hair dryer or the like, and a special device is not required. Since it can be removed by cutting with scissors or a cutter knife, it can be easily installed at home or replaced at appropriate times.
(6) The tubular knitting before use may be stored in a room at room temperature.
