Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ring that fits for each wearer in accordance with a site where the wearer wears the ring, and a system for manufacturing the ring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For the ring size, circular rings having different diameters are created at predetermined intervals in advance, and the size of the ring is determined by judging which size the finger of the wearer is close to.
However, since the shape of the finger is different for each wearer, there is an individual difference not only in the size but also in the shape, and it is difficult to fit the ring along the wearer's finger. Therefore, for example, in a ring that can correspond to the thickness of a finger of Registered Utility Model No. 3006203 or Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 7-33115, an existing ring having a decoration base for attaching a jewel or the like has an annular portion into which a finger is inserted. A protrusion or hole is provided on the inner peripheral surface, and a ring stopper formed in an arc shape corresponding to the inner peripheral surface is fixed to the protrusion or hole portion by floating one end side on the inner peripheral surface. .
However, in the above-described configuration, since the ring stopper prevents the displacement of the ring by tightening the finger, there is a drawback that the wearing part of the finger is pressed by the ring stopper when worn for a long time.
Further, in the ring disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-168406, a recess is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the ring (annular portion) that hits the side surface of the finger so that contact with the next finger is easy. A configuration in which the circumference is also elliptical along this is disclosed.
However, in the above configuration, the inner diameter portion of the ring is the same as the related art in that it is formed in advance in a fixed manner, and does not correspond to the individual shape of the wearer's finger.

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The ring attachment site of the wearer's finger does not become a perfect circle, nor does it necessarily have a symmetrical shape in the front-back or left-right direction, but is asymmetrical and has a different shape for each wearer.
Therefore, in a conventional ring based on a circle or an ellipse, a gap is formed between the ring and the outer peripheral surface of the finger, and it is impossible to fit the ring exactly.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its main problem is to have an inner peripheral surface that matches the outer peripheral surface shape of the wearer's finger attachment site, and to wear the ring when wearing the ring. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ring that is fitted only to a finger and that is suitable only for a wearer who does not give an uncomfortable feeling and a system for manufacturing the ring.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention of the ring according to claim 1,
Technical measures are taken such that the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the ring attachment site of the wearer's finger is measured and the inner peripheral wall surface is formed along the obtained shape.
In the invention of the ring manufacturing system according to claim 2,
A technical measure of comprising a measuring device for measuring the outer peripheral surface shape of the wearer's finger at the ring attachment site, and a ring manufacturing device for forming at least the inner peripheral wall surface along the shape obtained by the measuring device. ing.
Furthermore, in the invention of claim 3,
Preparing a ring that has been molded in a certain shape in advance, using a ring manufacturing device, by molding the inner peripheral wall surface of the ring according to the shape obtained by the measuring device, taking the technical means that I have.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a ring and a manufacturing system thereof according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the system shown in FIG. 1, first, a ring wearing site 2 of a wearer's finger to be actually used is determined.
Then, the outer peripheral surface shape of the ring attachment site 2 is measured by the measuring device 10.
[0007]
As an example, a line L is drawn annularly on the ring attachment site 2 of the wearer's finger F, and the shape of the line L is measured by the measuring device 10.
In this case, the two-dimensional data 2D may be obtained without giving a width to the line L, or the three-dimensional data 3D may be obtained by forming a belt-like shape having substantially the same width as the ring.
[0008]
Based on the obtained two-dimensional data 2D or three-dimensional data 3D, the inner peripheral wall surface of the ring is formed by the ring manufacturing apparatus 20.
In the present invention, the measured data may be corrected by the correction means 19, and the ring 1 may be manufactured by the ring manufacturing apparatus 20 using the data.
For example, in the case of the two-dimensional data 2D, it can be used as the data of the cross-sectional shape of the ring 1, but the correction means 19 may correct the three-dimensional data 3D by adding complementary data.
[0009]
In the measurement by the measuring device 10, for example, a portion including a joint from the fingertip to the ring attachment site 2, particularly a joint portion is measured, and a portion protruding to the outermost surface of the outer peripheral surface is connected. Alternatively, the correction means 19 may be used to obtain two-dimensional annular data (cross-sectional data of the inner peripheral surface of the ring).
[0010]
Alternatively, while measuring the three-dimensional data of the ring mounting site 2 of the finger F, and further measuring the portion including the joint from the fingertip to the ring mounting site 2 or the joint portion, the correction unit 19 In contrast to the three-dimensional data, if there is a portion that is on the extension of each fingertip direction and protrudes outward in the fingertip direction from a predetermined part, it is replaced with the data of that part to correct the three-dimensional data May be.
[0011]
In addition, data of the outer peripheral shape or the outer peripheral surface shape of the ring attachment site 2 may be obtained by performing appropriate data complementation or data adjustment.
Thus, it is possible to fit the ring mounting portion 2 and prevent the ring from being caught by a joint or the like when the ring is inserted from the fingertip.
[0012]
Using the data 2D or 3D, the ring 1 can be manufactured using the ring manufacturing apparatus 20 under computer control.
Alternatively, a mold may be molded with wax or the like using the data 2D or 3D, and the ring 10 may be cast using the ring maker 20 using the mold and polished to complete the ring. That is, the ring manufacturing device 20 may be any known device that can manufacture a ring, and its structure is not particularly limited.
[0013]
Next, as another example of the measuring device 10 ', as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, for example, a method of obtaining an impression using an elastic impression material used in dentistry may be used. For example, a mold made of agar, alginate, polysulfide, silicone, or polyether-based impression material used as an elastic impression material is formed on the inner walls of the ring-shaped base portions 11a and 11b which are pivotally attached to be opened and closed P. The portions 12a and 12b are fixed along the inside of each of the substrates 11.
[0014]
Then, the mounting portion 2 of the wearer's finger F is determined, the bases 11a and 11b are opened, and the molding portions 12a and 12b are pressed so as to sandwich the mounting portion 2 of the finger F, and the base 11 is closed.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2A, by holding for a certain period of time, the molding portions 12a and 12b are deformed along the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 2 of the finger F.
[0015]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, the bases 11a and 11b are opened again and the finger is removed.
The deformed molding portion 12 can be hardened by a known method to maintain the outer peripheral surface shape of the mounting portion 2 of the finger F (see FIG. 2C).
13a and 13b in the figure are examples of a latching structure when the bases 11a and 11b are closed to form an annular shape, and include a dovetail receiving portion and a protruding portion that is press-fitted into this and locked. Has become.
[0016]
The outer peripheral surface shape 15 is determined as the inner peripheral surface of the ring, and the ring 1 is manufactured using this shape.
In this case, unlike the above-described embodiment, since the outer peripheral surface shape 15 is not data but exists as a specific shape, the ring 1 can be manufactured using this shape.
[0017]
For example, the outer peripheral surface shape 15 can be filled with wax or the like to form a ring casting mold.
Also, if a ring is formed by giving a uniform thickness to the inner peripheral surface with reference to the inner peripheral surface shape of the ring, the outer peripheral surface of the ring has a similar shape to the outer peripheral surface of the finger mounting portion 2. In addition, the ring has less discomfort for the adjacent finger.
[0018]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the ring 1 is manufactured based on the shapes obtained by the molding portions 12a and 12b of the measuring device 10 'has been described. In 20, only the inner peripheral surface of the ring may be machined according to the shape obtained by the molding portions 12 a and 12 b.
[0019]
For example, the ring manufacturing apparatus 20 cuts the inner peripheral wall surface of the ring according to this shape while reading the outer peripheral surface shape 15 held by hardening the molding part 12 by reading means (not shown), The ring 1 may be completed by processing the same inner peripheral wall surface as the shape.
[0020]
In this case, the ring 1 is prepared in advance as primary rings of a plurality of sizes, selects a primary ring of a size suitable for the wearer, and molds the inner peripheral surface of the selected primary ring as described above. By performing cutting in accordance with the shape 15 thus formed, the ring can be easily completed.
[0021]
In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface shape 15 has a constant width, and the entire shape may be completely processed to form the inner peripheral surface shape of the primary ring. The primary ring may be processed to follow the inner peripheral surface shape.
Alternatively, as described above, the outer peripheral portion 15 may be formed into an inner peripheral surface shape of the primary ring based on a two-dimensional shape obtained by connecting the outermost protruding portions in a ring shape.
[0022]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
In the present invention, the measuring means for measuring the ring attachment site of the finger is not limited to the above embodiment, but may be any device that measures the outer peripheral shape (line) or the outer peripheral surface shape (surface) of the site.
Further, the measurement method may be a contact type, a non-contact type, a two-dimensional, or a three-dimensional data obtained, or may be held as a shape Well, it is not particularly limited.
[0023]
According to the present invention, the ring manufacturing apparatus manufactures a ring based on the data or shape measured by the above-described measuring means, or processes a pre-made semi-finished ring (primary ring) to complete the ring. Device.
In other words, it goes without saying that various design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the present invention provides a ring having an inner peripheral surface that fits snugly on the finger of the wearer only, without forcibly pressing the wearer's finger. There is no need to provide unevenness for stopping, and the ring can be worn naturally.
In addition, since the outer peripheral surface of the ring is formed to have a uniform thickness with the inner peripheral surface, a natural wearing sensation can be given to the fingers adjacent to the left and right without being unnaturally uneven.
Further, the ring formed in this manner does not become a perfect circle because it is along the outer peripheral surface of the finger, and the ring does not rotate carelessly.
In this way, the ring for the wearer alone can be made, so that the wearer can give the status and satisfaction of having obtained the ring for himself alone, and can further enhance the commercial value.
