本発明は、チラシ・カタログ類（チラシやカタログのように、個々の商品の情報を掲載する印刷物）の制作システム、方法、プログラム及びそのプログラムを記録した記録媒体に関し、特に、商品流通販売企業が商品を販売する際に、販売対象となる商品についての商品情報を掲載したチラシ・カタログ類を、企画企業又は制作企業或いは印刷企業に発注し、この発注により発生する作業の流れ（ワークフロー）を管理するのに好適に利用できるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、チラシ・カタログ類を作成する商品流通販売企業は、チラシ・カタログ類に商品を掲載する作業を、特定の企画企業又は制作企業或いは印刷企業に発注していた。

一方、制作企業又は印刷企業は、印刷するチラシ・カタログ類に使う画像や、チラシ・カタログ類のレイアウトに使用する台紙（テンプレート）を、特定の商品流通販売企業の注文に応じて作っていた。制作企業または印刷企業は、これら画像やレイアウト台紙の著作権等の権利を有することになるが、特定の商品流通販売企業用に作られたものなので、他の商品流通販売企業に転用することが、その特定の流通企業の承諾が得られない、他の商品流通販売企業の好みに合わないなどの理由から、困難であった。

特定の商品流通販売企業が、特定の企画企業又は制作企業或は印刷企業に発注し、チラシ・カタログ類を制作して貰っても、一定の発注に伴う制作のスケジュールや品質に関してメリットとして保証されることもあり、不自由は生じていなかった。

ところが、昨今、インターネットインフラが急速に発展する中、チラシ・カタログ類の制作の工程も、ＤＴＰに代表される様に、レイアウト台紙のデジタル化、レイアウト台紙に使用する画像のデジタル化、又最終的に作成したレイアウト済みのレイアウトデータもデジタル化されており、インターネットを利用して、デジタル化した、レイアウト台紙データ、画像データ、チラシ・カタログ類に掲載する商品データ、レイアウトデータも、インターネット上で送受信される様になってきた。

このインターネットを利用した制作の流れでは、まず物理的に近距離に近在していた企業間の制約を無くし、次に特定の企業でなくとも、企画・制作・印刷が可能になって来た。

さらに、特定の商品流通販売企業の注文に応じて作られた画像データやレイアウト台紙データを、その特定の商品流通販売企業が他の商品流通販売企業に転用することを認めたり、他の流通企業も、チラシ・カタログ類の制作費用を少しでも安くしたいと、特定の商品流通販売企業用の画像データやレイアウト台紙データを利用することを希望することが珍しく無くなってきた。

本発明は、このような時代の流れに適応するためになされたもので、各企業が、最適なパートナーとの協働作業により、商品訴求効果の高い高品位なチラシ・カタログ類を効率的かつ容易に作成できるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明において上記の課題を達成するために、まず請求項１の発明では、インターネットを介して、ＷＥＢ端末が接続できるコンピュータシステムであって、企業に関する情報と、会員に関する情報と、グループに関する情報とを、会員に関する情報が、会員は何れかの企業に所属することを示す情報を含み、グループに関する情報が、グループは、会員の中からメンバーを選んで構成され、各グループ毎に、個々のメンバーに、各グループで行われるチラシ・カタログ類の制作で果たす各々の役割に応じて権限が設定されていることを示す情報を含む状態で管理する機能と、
個々の会員に対して、個々の会員がメンバーとして所属するグループで設定された権限の範囲内で、所属するグループで行われるチラシ・カタログ類の制作に係わる作業を行なうインターフェースをＷＥＢ端末に提供する機能とを有することを特徴とするチラシ・カタログ類の制作システム。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を、チラシを例にとって、以下に説明するが、本発明の実施の形態は、チラシをチラシ・カタログ類と読み替えれば、チラシ・カタログ類一般に適用可能である。

本発明システムは、図１に示すように、少なくともＷＥＢサーバとＤＢ（ＤａｔａＢａｓｅ）サーバの機能と電子メールの送受信機能とを有するサーバを備え、インターネットを介して、ＷＥＢ端末が接続できるコンピュータシステムである。ＤＢサーバは、少なくとも、グループ・企業・会員ＤＢ、チラシ企画ＤＢ、テンプレートＤＢ、画像ＤＢ等のデータベースの管理、またチラシＰＤＦファイル等のファイルの管理を行なう。

制作サーバは、各制作企業が用意しても良いし、或は、本発明システムの備えるサーバが制作サーバの機能を有しても良い。本発明システムの備えるサーバが制作サーバの機能を有する場合は、制作企業の所持するＷＥＢ端末は、インターネットを介して本発明システムに接続するだけで、制作サーバにも接続できる。

２．権限
本発明システムは、インターネットを介してＷＥＢ端末からアクセスする個々の会員に対して、個々の会員が所属するグループで設定された権限の範囲内で、所属するグループのチラシ制作の作業を行なうインターフェースをＷＥＢ端末に提供する。また本発明システムは、システム管理者に対して、システムを管理する作業を行なうインターフェースをＷＥＢ端末に提供する。

権限には、例えば、グループ・企業・会員ＤＢやテンプレートＤＢ或は画像ＤＢの管理権限のように、個々の具体的なチラシ制作を支える基盤を管理する作業を行なう権限と、また例えば、チラシを企画する権限、入稿する権限、校正する権限、下版する権限のように、個々の具体的なチラシ制作の作業を行なう権限とがある。

システム管理者は、少なくとも、個々の具体的なチラシ制作を支える基盤を管理する作業を行なう権限を有する。従って、システム管理者は、ＷＥＢ端末を用いて、例えば、グループ・企業・会員ＤＢに、企業、会員、グループを、登録し、更新し、削除でき、またグループのメンバーを、会員の中から選んで登録し、変更し、削除でき、さらにグループのメンバーの中から制作管理者を選んで登録し、変更し、削除することが可能となり、また各メンバーに権限を設定することができる。また例えば、システム管理者は、ＷＥＢ端末を用いて、テンプレートＤＢに、テンプレートを、登録し、更新し、削除でき、さらに画像ＤＢに、画像を、登録し、更新し、削除できる。グループの制作管理者として登録されたメンバーは、そのグループの管理者としての権限を有し、ＷＥＢ端末を用いて、例えば、グループのメンバーを、会員の中から選んで登録し、変更し、削除でき、また各メンバーに権限を設定することができる。

チラシを企画する権限、入稿する権限、校正する権限、下版する権限は、グループ・メンバーの中で、商品流通販売企業の企画販促担当者に設定されることが好ましいが、制作企業や印刷企業の営業担当者に設定されても良い。

３．チラシ制作に係わる処理
本発明システムを利用する場合、チラシ制作は、新規企画登録、スケジュール作成、入稿〜初校、再入稿〜再校、下版〜印刷の各工程を経て行われる。但し、再入稿〜再校は、初校で校了とならなかった場合のみ、行われる。
以下、あるグループでなされるチラシ制作の作業の流れの例に沿って、各工程毎に、本発明システムが行なう処理の例について説明する。

３．１．新規チラシ企画登録
まず、チラシを企画する権限を有するグループ・メンバーが、新規に、チラシの企画を登録する際に、本発明システムが行なう処理の例について説明する。

チラシを企画する権限を有するグループ・メンバーが、ＷＥＢ端末から、インターネットを介して、本発明システムに対して、新規企画登録を要求すると、本発明システムは、新規のチラシ企画の基本情報を入力する画面を、ＷＥＢ端末に表示する。

図２に、新規のチラシ企画の基本情報を入力する画面の例を示す。図２の例では、チラシ企画名、売り出し期間（開始日、終了日）、チラシサイズ、表の色数と種別、裏の色数と種別、納品先、見本送付先の各項目について、情報を入力する。

尚、図２の画面では、ボタン１をクリックすることで、新規のチラシ企画の基本情報の入力が確定する。

図３に、テンプレートを選択する画面の例を示す。図３の画面には、図２の画面で入力された、売り出し期間（開始日、終了日）、チラシサイズ、表の色数と種別、及び裏の色数と種別から、チラシの表裏それぞれについて、選択可能なテンプレートの一覧が表示されている。また図３の画面の例では、ラジオボタン２をクリックすることで、一覧の中からテンプレートを選択する。また図３の画面の例では、それぞれのテンプレート名をクリックすると、本発明システムは、それぞれのテンプレートの詳細を説明する画面を、ＷＥＢ端末に表示する。

テンプレートの選択の確定がなされると、本発明システムは、選択されたテンプレートを確認させる画面を、ＷＥＢ端末に表示する。選択されたテンプレートを確認させる画面では、選択されたテンプレートを確認させるだけでなく、チラシ企画についての詳細情報を入力させても良いし、また商品情報入稿ファイルをダウンロードできるようにしても良い。この商品情報入稿ファイルの詳細ついては、後述する。
尚、図３の画面では、ボタン３をクリックすることで、テンプレートの選択の確定がなされる。

図４に、選択したテンプレートを確認する画面の例を示す。図４の画面には、チラシの表に選択されたテンプレートとして、テンプレート名「生鮮旬春祭」のテンプレートのＪＰＥＧ画像４が表示されているが、ＪＰＥＧ画像４の左隣の「ＰＤＦファイル」をクリックすることで、そのテンプレートのＰＤＦファイルを、ダウンロードできる。同様に、図４の画面には、チラシの裏に選択されたテンプレートとして、テンプレート名「厳選日替り４日」のテンプレートのＪＰＥＧ画像５が表示されているが、ＪＰＥＧ画像５の左隣の「ＰＤＦファイル」をクリックすることで、そのテンプレートのＰＤＦファイルを、ダウンロードできる。また図４の画面では、チラシの表裏それぞれについて、「商品情報入稿ファイル」をクリックすることで、チラシの表裏それぞれについて選択されたテンプレート用の商品情報入稿ファイルがダウンロードできる。また図４の画面では、チラシ企画の詳細情報として、チラシの表裏それぞれについて、特売日を指示できる。さらに、図４の画面で、チラシ企画の詳細情報として、チラシの表裏それぞれについて、掲載対象店舗を指示できるようにしても良い。

選択されたテンプレートを確認させる画面の表示後、チラシ企画の登録が促されると、本発明システムは、各画面で入力されたチラシ企画の情報と選択されたテンプレートの情報とを一緒にして、チラシ企画に関する情報として、チラシ企画ＤＢに登録し、登録が完了したことを通知する画面を、ＷＥＢ端末に表示する。また本発明システムは、登録が完了したことを電子メールで、グループ・メンバーに通知する。電子メールで通知するクループ・メンバーには、グループの制作管理者、入稿する権限を有する者など次の作業を担当するグループ・メンバーが含まれる。
尚、図４の画面では、ボタン６をクリックすることで、チラシ企画の登録を本発明システムに促す。

３．２．スケジュール作成

グループの制作管理者は、ＷＥＢ端末で、自動作成された日程表を閲覧し、スケジュールを調整する必要があるか否かを判断する。

３．３入稿〜初校
ここでは、入稿から初校までの作業で、本発明システムが行なう処理の例について説明する。

テンプレートは、ブロック単位で、商品情報を流し込む位置と、画像とに対して、それぞれを識別する記号が振られる。例えば図７のテンプレートは、図８に示すように、Ａ〜Ｈのブロックに分けられ、Ａブロックでは、商品情報を流し込む位置にＡ−で始まる番号の記号が振られ、画像にＡＰ−で始まる番号の記号が振られ、他のブロックもＡブロックと同様にして記号が振られる。

入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、ＷＥＢ端末で、選択されたテンプレートに流し込む商品情報の指示を入力し、また、選択されたテンプレートの画像の差替えを行なう必要のある場合は、その差替えの指示を入力し、これら指示をＷＥＢ端末が本発明システムに送ることで入稿を行なう。

テンプレートに流し込む商品情報の指示の入力は、商品情報入稿ファイルによって、入力しても良い。この商品情報入稿ファイルは、本発明システムによってテンプレート毎に自動生成され、本発明システムからＷＥＢ端末にダウンロードされるものである。図９に、図７（図８）のテンプレート用の商品情報入稿ファイルの例を示す。商品情報入稿ファイルは、図９に示すように、テンプレートにおいて商品情報を流し込む個々の位置毎に、所定の各項目について、パソコン等のコンピュータで商品情報を入力可能な表形式のファイルであって、位置と項目とで定まる欄に商品情報を入力すると、その位置に流し込むその項目に係わる商品情報として、その欄に入力した商品情報が指示されたことを意味する。例えば、図９の商品情報入稿ファイルにおいて、位置「Ｃ４」と項目「チラシ商品名」で定まる欄に、「ローストビーフ」を入力すると、図７（図８）のテンプレートにおいて記号「Ｃ−４」で識別される位置に流し込む「チラシ商品名」として、「ローストビーフ」が指示されたことを意味する。表形式のファイルとしては、例えば、市販の表計算ソフトのファイルが利用できる。

商品情報入稿ファイルの項目には、例えば、チラシ商品名、ＪＡＮコード、メーカー・産地名、型番、容量、平日売価、規格、売価、商品コピー、セールスコピーなどがある。ここで、コピーとは、広告文のことである。

商品情報入稿ファイルは、テンプレートにおいて商品情報を流し込む個々の位置毎に、所定の項目について、商品情報が入力された後、入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーがＷＥＢ端末から、本発明システムにアップロードする。
本発明システムは、アップロードされた商品情報入稿ファイルを受け取ると、その商品情報入稿ファイルに含まれる商品情報の確認画面（図示せず）を、ＷＥＢ端末に表示する。入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、確認画面で、商品情報入稿ファイルに含まれる商品情報を確認し、もし、間違いや追加訂正があれば、確認画面で、訂正を行なう。間違いや追加訂正がなければ、或は訂正を行なって間違いや追加訂正が無くなれば、入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、確認画面の「確認ボタン」をクリックする。確認画面の「確認ボタン」がクリックされると、商品情報の指示の入力が確定し、本発明システムは、確定した商品情報の指示を、チラシ企画ＤＢに格納する。

テンプレートの画像の差替えの指示の入力は、次のようにして行なっても良い。すなわち、入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーが、ＷＥＢ端末で、本発明システムの画像ＤＢを検索して差替える画像を探し、テンプレートのどの画像を、本発明システムの画像ＤＢに格納されているどの画像に差替えるのかの指示を入力する。

入稿がなされると、本発明システムは、グループ・メンバーに、電子メールで入稿がなされたことを通知しても良い。電子メールで通知するグループ・メンバーには、グループの制作管理者、制作企業に所属するグループ・メンバーなど次の作業を担当するグループ・メンバーが含まれる。

入稿後、制作企業に所属するグループ・メンバーは、制作企業のＷＥＢ端末を用いて、チラシ企画に関する情報と、選択されたテンプレートに流し込む商品情報の指示と、選択されたテンプレートの画像の差替えの指示があればその指示とを、本発明システムからダウンロードする。制作企業は、例えば制作用端末で以下のような作業を行なって、見た目が実際に印刷されたチラシと同じもののＰＤＦファイル（チラシＰＤＦファイル）を作成する。

チラシ企画に関する情報に従い、選択されたテンプレートについて実際の印刷に使用されるものを、制作サーバが管理するテンプレートＤＢから読み出す。また、選択されたテンプレートに流し込む商品情報の指示に従い、実際の印刷に使用されるテンプレートに商品情報を流し込む。また、選択されたテンプレートの画像の差替えの指示があればその指示に従い、実際の印刷に使用される画像を、制作サーバが管理する画像ＤＢから読み出して、実際の印刷に使用されるテンプレートの画像と差替える。さらに、体裁を整え見栄えを良くするためのレイアウト作業を行なって、チラシＰＤＦファイルを作成する。

制作企業に所属するグループ・メンバーは、作成したチラシＰＤＦファイルを、ＷＥＢ端末から本発明システムにアップロードする。本発明システムは、チラシＰＤＦファイルを受け取ると、グループ・メンバーに電子メールで、チラシＰＤＦファイルのアップロードがなされたことを通知する。電子メールで通知するグループ・メンバーには、グループの制作管理者と、校正する権限を有する者など次の作業を担当するグループ・メンバーとが含まれる。

校正の権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、ＷＥＢ端末を用いて、本発明システムからチラシＰＤＦファイルをダウンロードする。校正の権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、チラシＰＤＦファイルをカラープリンタ（図示せず）でカラー印刷して、問題が無いかどうかをチェックし、問題が有れば校正する。問題が無ければ、校了とする。

３．４．再入稿〜再校
ここでは、カラー印刷されたチラシＰＤＦファイルに対して、校正を行なった場合に行われる、再入稿から再校までの作業で、本発明システムが行なう処理の例について説明する。

本発明システムは、再度アップロードされた商品情報入稿ファイルを受け取ると、その商品情報入稿ファイルに含まれる商品情報の確認画面（図示せず）を、ＷＥＢ端末に表示する。入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、確認画面で、商品情報入稿ファイルに含まれる商品情報を確認し、もし、間違いや追加訂正があれば、確認画面で、訂正を行なう。間違いや追加訂正がなければ、或は訂正を行なって間違いや追加訂正が無くなれば、入稿する権限を有するグループ・メンバーは、確認画面の「確認ボタン」をクリックする。確認画面の「確認ボタン」がクリックされると、商品情報の指示の入力が確定し、本発明システムは、確定した商品情報の指示を、チラシ企画ＤＢに格納する。

画像の変更については、再度、ＷＥＢ端末で、本発明システムの画像ＤＢを検索して差替える画像を探し、テンプレートのどの画像を、本発明システムの画像ＤＢに格納されているどの画像に差替えるのかの指示を入力し、この指示をＷＥＢ端末が本発明システムに送る。
