Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a rubber sheet for water service used as a rubber packing material for preventing water leakage from a seam of a pipe, for example, in a water pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional rubber sheet for a water supply used as a rubber packing material, there is a water sealing rubber sheet in which a cloth is embedded and integrated as a reinforcing material in an intermediate layer of the rubber packing material sheet. In addition, as a packing material for preventing water leakage, as in a rubber packing material disclosed in JP-A-7-260062, a plate-like, film-like, paste-like, or composite material of these is used between sealing layers made of water-expandable rubber. Some materials are sandwiched or buried.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the rubber packing punched from the rubber sheet for water supply in which the cloth is embedded in the intermediate layer has a problem that water permeates and leaks into the cloth embedded in the intermediate layer due to water pressure, that is, causes leakage.
[0004]
Further, a rubber packing material in which a high ionization tendency auxiliary material made of a plate, a film, a paste, or a composite thereof is sandwiched or buried between the seal layers has a problem that the work of attaching to a pipe becomes difficult due to its thickness. There is. In particular, since the plate-like reinforcing material is thick, it is difficult to drill holes such as screw holes for fixing to flanges etc. after embedding the plate-like reinforcing material in the intermediate layer of the rubber packing material sheet Problem.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a water-supply rubber for a rubber packing material that does not leak from the intermediate layer of the rubber packing material attached to the pipe, is thin, has high rigidity, and can be easily and easily manufactured. It is an object to provide a seat.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, is a sheet for a rubber packing material for preventing water leakage from a joint of a pipe, and is used for a water service in which a net-like body or a thin plate-like body is embedded and integrated as an intermediate layer of the rubber packing material. The rubber sheet is a flat plate.
[0007]
