Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a partition wall structure in a building or the like and a method of constructing the partition wall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a mounting structure of a partition wall for partitioning a space in a building, for example, a wooden bar serving as a core material is provided vertically and horizontally in the middle of a veneer plate of a predetermined width to form a partition wall panel, and this partition wall panel is formed. Partitions are made by joining them side by side. In order to prevent misalignment, the end faces of the joined partition wall panels are faced with each other so as to prevent misalignment, the jointed end faces face each other by fitting the prism-shaped employment nuts. The end faces of the partition wall panels are joined by fitting a prismatic nut in a state where there is no gap in each of the grooves (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Further, when connecting the partition wall panels in a direction intersecting with each other, for example, in a case where the partition wall panels are provided in a direction orthogonal to each other, the side of one side end of the partition wall panels to be joined is provided on the side of the other partition wall panel. The end faces are brought into contact with each other, arranged so as to be orthogonal to each other, and joined by fastening the joining portion with a fastening material such as a screw.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-79107 (FIG. 3)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in Patent Literature 1, when the partition wall panels are arranged side by side to form both partitions, the partition wall panels are engaged in a U-shaped groove formed on each end face without any gap. Since the partition wall panels are joined by fitting, only the movement in the thickness direction of the partition wall panels is restricted by the engagement of the hiring fruit, and the direction in which both partition wall panels are separated from each other is not restricted.
[0005]
For this reason, it is conceivable that the partition wall panels may be joined together more firmly by using an adhesive in order to prevent the partition wall panels from moving in the separating direction. Since there is almost no gap between the two, when the adhesive is applied in the groove and the engaging nut is fitted, the adhesive pressed by the engaging nut in the groove is poorly wrapped around the joint, Since the amount of protrusion is too large and the amount of joining between the groove and the hiring fruit is insufficient, it is necessary to separately fasten the two joined by the hiring fruit and the hiring fruit and the partition wall panel with nails or screws etc. Has become. In addition, when the partition wall panels are arranged so as to be almost exactly orthogonal to each other, the placement accuracy of one of the partition wall panels to be arranged in advance is affected, so that it is necessary to provide the partition wall panel at an accurate placement position. It takes time and trouble to construct.
An object of the present invention is to easily construct a partition wall having a plurality of partition wall panels.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in claim 1 is, for example, as shown in FIGS.
In a partition wall structure having a plurality of partition wall panels 5 arranged between the floor surface 21 and the ceiling surface 22,
On the side end surface 5b of the plurality of partition wall panels, a groove portion 7 having a U-shaped cross section in which the actual employment material 6 can be fitted is formed,
The side end faces of the plurality of partition wall panels are joined by applying an adhesive S to respective grooves and fitting the hiring real material,
A gap is formed between the tip of the actual hiring material and the groove bottom of the groove in which the actual hiring material is fitted, and the gap is filled with an adhesive S.
[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the side end surfaces of the plurality of partition wall panels are coated with an adhesive in a U-shaped cross section and fitted with a real hiring material, thereby bonding the inside of the groove. The agent is pressed by the engaged real material, and wraps around the employed real material along the U-shaped bottom on average, and the front end of the employed real material is fitted with the actual employed material. The gap formed between the groove and the bottom of the groove is filled, and the groove and the actual material are firmly joined and fixed via an adhesive.
Therefore, when the actual hiring material is fitted in the groove, the adhesive does not protrude from the joint portion, and does not protrude too much, and the amount of joining the groove and the hiring does not become insufficient.
Therefore, unlike the related art, when joining the plurality of partition wall panels together, after joining the hiring to the tongue and groove, a nailing or screwing or the like is performed on the joining portion between the actual hiring material and the groove to separately fasten. A partition wall having a plurality of partition wall panels can be easily constructed without the need for such work.
[0008]
It is desirable that the opening width of the groove having the U-shaped cross section is substantially the same as the width of the engaged real material, and the depth thereof is different from the tip of the engaged actual material fitted with the groove bottom. Any length may be used as long as a gap is formed between them.
Also, it is desirable that the tip of the actual hiring material be rounded, that is, the cross-sectional shape be substantially elliptical. If the front end of the actual hiring material is rounded in this way, the adhesive pressed into the groove bottom direction by the actual hiring material when fitted into the U-shaped groove portion to which the adhesive has been applied. The agent moves along the U-shaped groove bottom of the groove and also moves along the R of the tip of the actual hired material, the wraparound to the actual hired material becomes more average, and further adhesion occurs. The effect can be expected.
[0009]
The invention according to claim 2 provides a partition wall structure having a plurality of partition wall panels disposed between a floor surface and a ceiling surface, for example, as shown in FIG.
The plurality of partition wall panels 5B and 5C are viewed from above via a connecting member (for example, an L-shaped connecting column member 8) having a contact surface (for example, a side surface 82, 83) that comes into contact with each side end surface. Connected to intersect,
U-shaped cross-sections 7, 82a, and 83a, into which the actual employment materials 6 can be fitted, are opposed to the side end surfaces of the plurality of partition wall panels and the contact surfaces that contact the side end surfaces, respectively. Formed to
The side end surface and the contact surface are joined by applying an adhesive to the groove and fitting the hiring real material,
A gap is formed between the tip of the actual hiring material and the groove bottom of the groove in which the actual hiring material is fitted, and the gap is filled with an adhesive S.
[0010]
According to the invention described in claim 2, each of the side end surfaces of the partition wall panel and the contact surface of the connecting member that comes into contact with each of the side end surfaces have the U-shaped cross section formed thereon. An adhesive is applied to the groove and the actual material is fitted, and the adhesive is inserted into a gap formed between the tip of the actual material and the groove bottom of the groove in which the actual material is fitted. By being joined in a state where is filled, the plurality of partition wall panels are connected to each other so as to intersect in plan view by contacting the respective side end surfaces with the contact surfaces of the connecting members. Since the adhesive is applied to the groove having a U-shaped cross section and the real material is fitted, the adhesive in the groove is pressed by the real material to be fitted, and Averagely wraps around the hired material along the bottom of the shape The gap formed between the tip of the actual hiring material and the bottom of the groove in which the real hiring material is fitted is filled, and the groove and the real hiring material are bonded via an adhesive. It will be in the state of being firmly joined and fixed.
[0011]
Therefore, when the hired actual material fits in the groove, the adhesive does not protrude from the joint portion, and does not protrude too much, so that the amount of joining the groove and the actual fruit is insufficient, and Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a work of nailing or screwing a joint portion between the actual employment material and the groove portion to separately fix, and a partition wall having a plurality of partition wall panels installed in an intersecting direction can be easily formed. Can be constructed.
[0012]
Further, when the plurality of partition wall panels are installed so as to intersect, one of the plurality of partition wall panels and the connecting member are installed with reference to a contact surface where the connecting member intersects. Then, the side end surface of the one partition wall panel and one of the contact surfaces provided so as to intersect the connecting member in a plan view, the side end surface and the contact surface After applying an adhesive to the groove formed in each of the above and joining by joining the actual employment material, the side end surface of the other partition wall panel is attached to the other contact surface of the connecting member, This can be performed by applying an adhesive to the respective groove portions of the other abutment surface and the side end surface of the other partition wall panel and fitting the hiring real material.
[0013]
That is, when the plurality of partition wall panels intersect with each other almost exactly, for example, when they are arranged so as to be orthogonal to each other, the installation position of one of the partition wall panels arranged in advance is easily determined by the connecting member. The other end wall of the other partition wall panel is brought into contact with the other abutment surface of the connecting member joined to the one partition wall panel installed at the determined position, so that the two end surfaces are brought into contact with each other. It is only necessary to join, the construction can be easily performed, and the construction period can be shortened.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 3 is a method for constructing a partition wall having a partition wall structure according to claim 2,
Between the floor surface and the ceiling surface, one partition wall panel of the plurality of partition wall panels and the connecting member are arranged, and a side end surface of the one partition wall panel and the connecting member are viewed in plan. One of the contact surfaces provided so as to intersect with one another, an adhesive is applied to grooves formed on the side end surfaces and the contact surfaces, and the actual material is fitted. Joining by joining
Next, an adhesive is applied to the other end surface of the connecting member by applying a side end surface of the other partition wall panel to a groove formed on each of the other end surface and the side end surface of the other partition wall panel. And joining by joining the actual employment materials.
[0015]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 3, one of the plurality of partition wall panels and the connecting member are provided with reference to an abutting surface where the connecting member intersects, and the one partition is provided. After joining the side end surface of the wall panel and one of the abutting surfaces provided so as to intersect the connecting member in plan view using the hiring real material together with an adhesive, The side end surface of the partition wall panel is joined to the other contact surface of the connecting member using the actual material together with the adhesive, so that the plurality of partition wall panels cross each other almost exactly, for example, orthogonally. When arranging in such a manner, the installation position of one partition wall panel to be arranged in advance is easily determined by the connecting member, and the partition wall panel is joined to the one partition wall panel installed at the determined position. The other abutting surface of the connecting member, it is only necessary to join the two so as to abut the side end surface of the other partition wall panel, it is possible to easily perform the construction, during the construction period Shortening can also be achieved.

[0020]
The lower ends of the left and right vertical crosspieces 53 and 54 and the reinforcing vertical crosspiece 55 project downward from the lower ends of the face materials 51 and 52 to form lower end portions 5 a of the partition wall panel 5 and fit into the lower runner 3. Have been.
Also, at the upper end portions 53b, 54b, 55a of the left and right vertical rails 53, 54 and the reinforcing vertical rail 55, the other side is cut out to form notches 53c, 54c, 55c, respectively. The hanging plate 42 of the upper runner 4 is locked in the notches 53c, 54c, and 55c.
As described above, in the plurality of partition wall panels 5 provided between the upper and lower runners 3, 4, the surface of the face material 51 constituting the surface of the partition wall panel 5 is the outer surface of the one side wall 3 a of the lower runner 3. The surface of the face material 52 constituting the back surface of the partition wall panel 5 is substantially flush with the tip of the fixing plate of the upper runner 4, and the outer surface of the other side wall 3 a of the lower runner 3 and the upper runner 4 Is substantially flush with the outer surface of the hanging plate 42.
[0021]
Further, on the surfaces of the left and right vertical crosspieces 53, 54, that is, on the side end surfaces 5b, 5c of the partition wall panel 5, there are formed grooves 7 having a U-shaped cross section which open to both sides and have a bottom portion of R. The partition wall panels 5 are joined together by filling the groove 7 with the adhesive S and fitting the actual material 6 having an elliptical cross section to fit.
In the groove portion 7, the opening width is substantially the same as the width of the engaged actual material 6, the depth is longer than the engagement length of the actual engaged material 6, and the depth of the engaged actual material 6 is larger than that of the engaged actual material 6. The length is such that a gap is formed between the leading end and the groove bottom of the groove 7.
That is, a gap is formed between the side end surfaces 5b and 5c of the partition wall panels 5 and 5 between the groove bottom of the groove 7 of the partition wall panels 5 and 5 and the tip end of the actual employment material 6. Are bonded together with the adhesive S filled therein.
Further, a valley portion formed of the tapered portions 51a, 51a of the face materials 51, 51 of the adjacent partition wall panels 5, 5 and a valley portion of the tapered portions 52a, 52a of the face materials 52, 52 are respectively putty 57. 1 and are covered with cloths 58 provided on the surfaces of the face materials 51, 52,... Of the plurality of partition wall panels 5, 5,. b)).
[0022]
Next, a method for constructing the partition wall 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
In a building, a lower runner 3 and an upper runner 4 are respectively arranged opposite to each other on a floor surface 21 and a ceiling surface 22 where a partition wall 1 is to be formed.
Then, the lower end 5a of the partition wall panel 5 having the left and right vertical rails 53, 54, the reinforcing vertical rail 55, and the face members 51, 52 previously produced at the factory or the like and brought to the site is connected to the partition wall panel 5. Partitioning is performed by fitting into the groove of the lower runner 3 from the front side and falling down from the front side to the rear side of the partition wall panel 5 to lock the notches 53c, 54c, 55c in the hanging plate 42 of the upper runner 4. The wall panel 5 is arranged. Next, similarly, another partition wall panel 5 is similarly arranged between the upper and lower runners 3 and 4, and the groove 7 on the side end surface of the partition wall panel 5 arranged earlier and the partition wall arranged later. The groove S on the side end surface of the panel 5 is filled with an adhesive S and the actual material 6 is fitted into each of the grooves 7, 7 so that the side end surfaces of the adjacent partition wall panels 5, 5 are engaged with each other. We join with real claw. As described above, when the actual employment material 6 is fitted into the grooves 7 and 7 filled with the adhesive S, the adhesive S in the groove 7 becomes the end of the actual employment material 6 inserted into the groove 7. As a result, the groove 7 is wound around the opening side of the groove 7 along the U-shaped groove bottom, and the adhesive strength between the groove 7 and the actual employment material 6 is improved. Further, the adhesive S accumulates in a gap between the groove bottom of the groove 7 and the tip of the actual employment material 6, so that the groove 7 and the actual employment material 6 are firmly adhered to each other, and the adhesive strength between them is further increased. It will be improved. In addition, the adhesive S accumulates in the groove 7 or easily wraps around the employed material 6 along the U-shaped bottom, so that it is difficult for the adhesive S to protrude to the outside. I can't.
[0023]
In this way, the partition wall panel 5 is sequentially arranged between the upper and lower runners 3 and 4, joined together, and fixed to the upper and lower runners 3 and 4, thereby forming the partition wall 1. [0034]
Next, a method of constructing the partition wall 10 will be described.
When the partition wall 10 is formed, a lower runner and an upper runner are respectively disposed on the floor surface and the ceiling surface of the building where the partition wall 10 is to be installed, and the partition wall is provided between the upper and lower runners. An L-shaped connecting column member 8 and a T-shaped connecting column member 9 are installed together with the panels 5A to 5E, and each is joined with an adhesive S and a hired actual member 6. The method of installing the partition wall panels 5A to 5E is the same as that of the partition wall panel 5 described above.
[0035]
In particular, the partition wall panels 5B and 5C that are arranged orthogonally and connected to each other via the L-shaped connecting column members 8 are constructed by using one of the partition wall panels 5B and 5C and the L-shaped connecting column members 8. Is disposed, and one side surface (for example, side surface 82) of the L-shaped connecting column member 8 is employed on a side end surface of the disposed partition wall panel (for example, the partition wall panel 5B) via the real material 6 and the adhesive. Connecting. At this time, the partition wall panels that are arranged in advance are arranged with reference to the side surfaces 82 and 83 of the L-shaped connecting pillar 8. That is, the preceding partition wall panel is installed in a state where the orthogonal portion of the orthogonal wall portion to be constructed is accurately determined, and the installation is facilitated. Thereafter, the other end (for example, the side surface 83) orthogonal to the one side surface (for example, the side surface 82) is brought into contact with the side end surface of the other of the partition wall panels 5B and 5C (for example, the partition wall panel 5C). Joined through the actual hiring material 6 and the adhesive.
[0036]
The L-shaped connecting column member 8 is installed by locking the upper protruding portion with the hanging plate of the upper runner in a state where the lower protruding portion 86 is fitted in the groove of the lower runner, and joining the partition wall panel. The grooves are arranged opposite to each other, the adhesive S is filled in each groove, and the actual material 6 is fitted and joined. Further, when joining the other partition wall panel to the L-shaped connecting column member 8 already installed, one of the other partition wall panel to be joined and the groove of the L-shaped connecting column member 8 employs the actual material 6. After the fitting, the other groove is fitted to the actual material 6, so that the actual material 6 itself serves as a guide for joining the two at a suitable position, and the joining of the two is further facilitated. Can be done.
[0037]
As described above, when the partition wall panel is arranged so as to be orthogonal to the partition wall panel installed earlier, the position where the side end face is joined is joined to the partition wall panel arranged earlier. It is determined by the side surface of the L-shaped connecting column member 8 and the partition wall panel of the succeeding partition may be disposed so as to abut this side surface, and a partition wall having an orthogonal wall can be easily constructed.
Similarly, the partition wall panels 5C, 5D, and 5E connected in a T-shape via the T-shaped connecting column members 9 are also one of these partition wall panels 5C, 5D, and 5E, for example, partition walls. After the panel 5C is installed, the other end face of the installed partition wall panel 5C and the side surface 92 of the T-shaped connecting column member 9 are joined by the adhesive S and the actual material 6. At this time, the T-type connecting column member 9 is installed between the upper and lower runners in the same manner as the L-type connecting column member 8 by fitting the lower projecting portion of the lower end into the groove of the lower runner and the upper end portion. This is done by locking the upper projecting part of the upper runner to the hanging plate of the upper runner.
[0038]
Next, the partition wall panels 5D and 5E are sequentially installed between the upper and lower runners, and the respective side end faces are attached to the side surfaces 93 and 94 of the T-shaped connecting column member 9 with the adhesive S and the actual employment materials 6 and 6. Joined in a state of contact with the real claw.
As described above, when the partition wall panel 5D is arranged so as to be orthogonal to the partition wall panel 5C installed in advance, and when the partition wall panel 5E is arranged on the same straight line as the partition wall panel 5C, The position where the side end surfaces are joined is determined by the side surfaces 93 and 94 adjacent to each other of the T-shaped connecting pillar 9 joined to the partition wall panel 5C arranged in advance, so that the side end surfaces come into contact with the side surfaces 93 and 94. What is necessary is just to arrange the partition wall panels 5D and 5E of the following, and the partition wall provided with the wall body arrange | positioned at T shape easily can be constructed.
In this way, the joining between the partition wall panel and the L-shaped connecting column members 8 and the L-shaped connecting column members 9 can be performed firmly with the adhesive S and the actual employment material 6, and after the joining operation of the actual employment materials, The operation of joining the two to be joined by screwing or nailing is not required, and the partition wall 10 can be easily formed even by an unskilled worker who is unskilled in screwing or nailing techniques.
[0039]
In addition, in the construction of the partition wall 10 described above, before installing any of the plurality of partition wall panels 5A to 5E between the floor surface and the ceiling surface, the L-shaped connecting column member 8 and the T-shaped connecting column member 9 are provided. May be installed first.
For example, when the L-shaped connecting column member 8 is installed before the partition wall panels 5B, 5C, the side end faces of the partition wall panels 5B, 5C are attached to the side surfaces 82, 83 of the installed L-shaped connecting column member 8, respectively. By abutting and joining with the adhesive S and the actual employment material 6, it is possible to easily arrange and join in a state perpendicular to the plan view, and to connect the T-shaped connecting pillar 9 to the partition wall panels 5C, 5D, 5E. When installed earlier, the respective side end faces of these partition wall panels 5C, 5D, 5E are joined to the side faces 92, 93, 94 of the T-shaped connecting column member 9 via the adhesive S and the actual employment material 6. By simply doing so, these partition wall panels 5C, 5D, 5E can be easily installed and joined in a T-shape in plan view.
[0040]
In the above-described partition walls 1 and 10, when a fitting is provided between the partition wall panels 5, as shown in FIG. 7, it is configured similarly to the partition wall panel 5 and similarly provided between the upper and lower runners. The fitting unit 50 is interposed between the partitioned wall panels 5F and 5G, and the side end faces of the partition wall panels 5F and 5G are fixed to the both end faces of the fitting frame 50a of the fitting unit unit 50. The floor and ceiling surfaces along the upper and lower portions of the fitting unit 50 are not provided with upper and lower runners, and the vertical length of the fitting unit 50 itself is the length from the floor surface to the ceiling surface.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the side end surfaces of the plurality of partition wall panels are coated with an adhesive in a U-shaped cross section and fitted with a real hiring material, thereby bonding the inside of the groove. The agent is pressed by the engaged real material, and wraps around the employed real material along the U-shaped bottom on average, and the front end of the employed real material is fitted with the actual employed material. The gap formed between the groove and the bottom of the groove is filled, and the groove and the actual material are firmly joined and fixed via an adhesive.
Therefore, when the actual material is engaged in the groove, the adhesive does not protrude from the joint portion, and does not run out too much to join the groove and the actual fruit. When joining the partition wall panels, after joining with the hiring tongue, it is not necessary to perform the work of nailing or screwing into the joint between the hiring material and the groove to secure the joint separately. A partition wall having a partition wall panel can be easily constructed.
[0042]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the adhesive in the U-shaped cross-section is coated with the adhesive and the actual material is fitted, so that the adhesive in the groove is formed by the fitted real material. When pressed, it is evenly wrapped around the actual hiring material along the U-shaped bottom and formed between the leading end of the real hiring material and the groove bottom of the groove in which the real hiring material is fitted. Gap is filled.
[0043]
As a result, the groove and the actual material are firmly joined and fixed via the adhesive, and when the actual material is fitted into the groove, the adhesive is protruded from the joint portion or excessively protrudes. Work to fasten the joints between the actual hiring material and the groove by nailing or screwing, etc. And a partition wall having a plurality of partition wall panels installed in a crossing direction can be easily constructed.
[0044]
Further, when arranging a plurality of partition wall panels so as to intersect with each other almost exactly, the laying position of one of the partition wall panels arranged in advance is easily determined by the connecting member, and the determined position is determined. It is only necessary to join the two partition wall panels to each other so that the other end surface of the connecting member joined to the one partition wall panel is abutted on the side end surface of the other partition wall panel, The construction can be easily performed, and the construction period can be shortened.
[0045]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the plurality of partition wall panels are arranged to intersect with each other almost exactly, for example, at right angles, one partition wall panel to be arranged first is installed. Is easily determined by the connecting member, and the other contact surface of the connecting member joined to the one partition wall panel installed at the determined position is a side end surface of the other partition wall panel. It is only necessary to join the two in such a manner that they are brought into contact with each other, so that the construction can be performed easily and the construction period can be shortened.
